Me encanta este lugar. Toda la comida es riquisima y a buenos precios. El ambiente es muy agradable y lo hacen sentirse en casa pero siendo un rey. Musica buena y buenos tragos preparados. El guacamol con nachos es super delicioso y los camarones o salmon están en el mejor punto. 💯 porciento recomendado Y también hacen eventos privados.

Beautiful dishes - aromatic, fresh and bursting with flavor. The mixed greens (sans bacon) boasted a citrus vinaigrette that was nothing short of sublime. The snapper was about the best I'd every had, thanks in part to the salsa that accompanied it. Drinks and desserts were all standouts. And Ismael and Luisa, the owners, are absolutely lovely. They're SO invested in seeing to it their customers have the best possible experience. And, trust me, they do.

Absolutely Delicious and all fresh tasting!!! Great service with a smile 😊. Loved it will definitely be back with the family. Had lunch with a friend and I had the opportunity to eat and try their fresh fruit beverages. Don't forget dessert ❤️ could barely fit it but worth the effort. 3 leches was amazing to share.

If you are ever in the Port Chester area this is the place to go to have delicious food. Every item in the menu was superb!They have options for every taste. The staff was amazing and the environment was great! They make you feel like family!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding – A Hidden Gem in Port Chester! From the very first bite, we knew we were in for something special. The service was excellent—warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly—and the food was simply outstanding from start to finish. We started with the Grilled Octopus Salad and Grilled Caesar Salad—both were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For mains, I had the Churrasquito—a perfectly cooked skirt steak - I don't always love steak when out but the waitress recommended it. I now love their steak. Served with caramelized onions, fried egg, rice, red beans, and sweet plantains. Every single element was delicious, right down to the beans. A huge portion, easily enough for two. My son had the Bandeja Paisa—steak, red beans, rice, fried egg, chorizo, avocado, chicharron, sweet potato, and arepa. Again, incredible. He ended up taking half home and enjoyed it again later—it was that good. And then came dessert and coffee—wow. Usually not something I would order but after everything else was so good - we said "why not?" The regular coffee was rich and smooth, served with real cream (a small but appreciated detail) - fresh whipped cream in little pots. The Tres Leches cake was exceptional, and the churros with hot dark chocolate were next-level—crispy, tender, and unforgettable. This place is a local gem. Everything tastes freshly made with ingredients and attention to detail you just don’t see very often. The Chef (look him up!) is an artist and clearly knows what he’s doing—his passion shines through in every dish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Personally, I could do without the Halloween decorations and flat screens, but I get it—it’s a casual, welcoming spot for everyone. It’s not loud or chaotic, just comfortable and full of good energy. If you’re driving by El Cajellon and haven’t stopped in—don’t wait. Support local. Support great food. You’ll be rewarded with one of the best meals in Port Chester. Go. Enjoy. Share.

I had such a wonderful experience at El Callejon! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish had so much attention to detail, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. The service was just as impressive—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling rushed. Our server made great recommendations and checked in at just the right times, which really made the whole evening feel special. Between the amazing food and the outstanding service, El Callejon is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and recommending to friends and family. A true gem!

An incredible local Spanish restaurant. The food is delicious, exceptionally high-quality and the drinks are stiff. It’s a must try if you are in the area. The menu is broad and everyone will leave satisfied. Highly recommended!

Lovely little restaurant I would not have gone to if I was driving by, but I decided to drive there after hearing about it and the food was just amazing

The good was very good. The service was cordial and efficient. The only downside was the noise level due to gentlemen sitting at the bar area.

Food was good, but service needs a lot of work. They were all very nice, but the servers didn't have their act together. And the kitchen workers were making a huge racket. It's an open kitchen, and they were about maybe 15 feet away. So not the atmosphere you want when going out for dinner. Not sure I'd go back.

We had been big fans of Appetit Bistro, the previous restaurant from the same owners, and had expected good things, but were very disappointed. Weak, tasteless drinks and bland, overcooked food. Service was not attentive.

Chicharron taste horrible taste like rancid oil
