Never disappointed when I leave here! Sukiyaki chicken half noodles half rice! My go to order! Gyozas are great as well, chicken bowl is tasty. Always fresh, just enough sauce. Best think is serving size! They are generous for sure!

So many delightful choices to choose from…don’t forget the appetizers! They are delicious too!☺️

I’m visiting from another town and honestly I loved Tokyo Bowl. I ordered dine-in with rainbow rolls and they were good. The customer service was good too, the waiter seemed new but was polite and made sure to check in and apologize when our food was taking a while to prepare. I hope I get to come back again sometime :)

I'm not a big sushi fan so I can't tell you how good the sushi is but I like their sukiyaki Soba with sesame chicken Also the chicken yaki soba. The tempura shrimp is very good as well 😊

Food was fast and hot. Service is good. Today not their best. For take out it's better than McDonalds or Taco bell.

The food was really nice, but they messed up by making our food to go instead of for here and the waiting was a bit more than 20 mins. Overall the food was nice, the people were too so it was a okay experience.

Used to go here consistently when I’m on my lunch break, but lately this place has been on a slow decline idk why, but used to care about the food they serve, but I just feel like they forgotten who is the most important to them and it’s us as customers. Really sad.

I’ve only ever tried the sukiyaki chicken breast and the teriyaki bowls, but it’s pretty good. On the other hand, service is awful. The girls are not great at communicating with customers. The customer service etiquette is lacking. They tend to be rude and seem irritated to serve you.

The food is ok customer service is very horrible like if you hate your job that bad then leave.

The food is not bad, but when they bring it to you cold isn't so good anymore. That's what happened to my family and I, and on top of that my food never made to the table to eat with my family. So I just got up and ask for my ticket...this isn't the first time either.... .

Holy cow have been here waiting for my food for over an hour...... Unbelievable! Correction just walked out without receiving order. Food is decent but won't be back.

I went in today and had to wait 15 minutes for my food. Waiting for my food was not the problem, the problem was watching the manager belittle and humiliate the new employee. You cannot train and manage people with that kind of attitude. I’ve worked food and I understand it’s a fast paced job but you need patience. We need to treat our young black youth better than that.

I paid alot of money and the person was rude as hell. I left a tip for what, after last night I will never go there again .

Me and my parents had take out from them today and we all had overcooked chicken in our orders. The outside was burnt.

Walked in girl took my order then 30 minutes later I'm being told by the server "what was your order again seems your ticket got lost" ended up walking out. Took them that long to realize my ticket was lost? Wow. And the ppl that were sitting behind us their food was ordered wrong and had to re-cook all of there's too. Never driving from Tulare to this place again not worth it.

Tokyo bowl used to be something to look forward to. For the last year, maybe longer, I've noticed a decline in quality and continue to order from here thinking last time was just a bad day maybe. Last night we ordered two orders of sesame chicken. Both were basically burned chicken. Also ordered a sesame chicken sukiyaki same burned chicken and way over cooked veggies. The tempura shrimp are tiny now. This will be the last time we order from here.

First of all, I ordered one spicy California roll and specified that I did not want any wasabi or ginger. I also ordered one side of spicy mayo. After, the lady that took my order said that it will take 10-15 minutes (it took longer than that). Upon recieving my order, I find out that they served me a spicy shrimp tempura roll with wasabi and ginger and also spicy mayo on the roll. I am truly disappointed and will not be coming back. When you order some food put in mind that you going to wait forever.

As I waited for my Take out order I watched a chef in the back replace shrimp with chicken out of a Togo plate with his bare hands, no gloves and no wash because the order was made wrong. This place is not a safe place to eat especially now during this pandemic they are 100% not sanitary.

The Rainbow roll wasn’t fresh...the raw meat was warm. All the crab meat is imitation meat. This place should be out of business! It’s a very dirty sushi restaurant. Zero stars! Anyone who thinks this is a good sushi restaurant clearly has never had top quality sushi before! Go to the new restaurant near Save Mart instead or the sushi bar/teppanyaki grill on Main St.

Called for take out. Was told 20-25 minutes. I showed up 30-35 minutes to give them time. Had to wait another 20 minutes. Unbelievable and unprofessional as a business. Not coming here again. 🤬😡

Honestly the food isn't bad, just the service. I don't mind waiting for my order a bit more, but twice as long as expected is ridiculous. Especially if your watching dine in customers come in and eat AND finish all before your pre ordered food is ready.

Place is usually good. But went last week and the chicken tasted rotten. How do you not know your serving rotten chicken? Also 5 dollars for a large coke is a bit ridiculous! Prices here a way too high for the bad service and just okay food.

As its namesake suggests it’s best for the rice bowls. The tempura is not bad and the teriyaki overcooked and the overly sweet clumpy sauce is the lowest consumer grade one can expect. The brownish gray sashimi is inedible and may actually be unsafe for consumption. We must always context our expectations when visiting rural areas. Too many types of music playing from different phones always makes dining in unpleasant and is never appropriate in any establishment.

The worst service ever! We tried to ask for the food and they didn’t wan’t us to answer about the specifications that we asked about the dishes, when we was trying to explain our selfs, they didn’t bother to hear us and they ask us to leave the place and for the first time in our life they denied us the service. When we were leaving, a ladie come up with us with food she asked to go in the same place and told us that she wanted to report them for the bad service, so it was not just us, they are rude and with a terrible service in general with the public.

If I could leave a 0, I would! Food took forever to come out and customer service was horrible. Food was disgusting, tried to be honest with cashier. Hopefully I didn’t have to pay. she’s explained she gonna give me a discount which was 4 dollars ! I should have never paid for that nasty food. Save yourself some time and never come here!

Came in first time trying this place, the barbecue chicken bowl. I thought it was going to be good just to get my food soaked filled with literally bbq sauce. the whole entire bowl was soaked in with barbecue every single bite I took, nothing but barbecue rice , the broccoli bbq, even the cabbage was soaked with barbecue. that thing was soaked so much itmade my stomach hurt. Never again going to come back here again.
