This Starbucks receives mixed reviews. While some appreciate the 24-hour drive-thru and friendly baristas, many complain about inconsistent hours, closed store during posted open times, poorly made drinks (especially matcha lattes), and underfilled cups.

These Partners honestly make my day! And considering my day starts at 5am, that's a pretty huge accomplishment. Kristen is such a delight and she has a happy, peppy energy! She was quick to remember my name, too. I was a barista for almost 7 years, so I know how many faces they see in a single day. I have so much respect for everyone at this store. ✊️ Remember to tip your barista!!!
Nicest staff of all the SB in the area. Getting late night coffee can be a very sad affair with a person making a jackass out of oneself because you are so tired and under caffeinated. Staff here gets you what you want with minimal effort on your part. Which is good when you realize you have two more hours of work too do and its already 10 PM. Hours have changed. No longer open at 10pm
Was given my Veterans day coffee with a smile. Thank you!
its superrrrr good i go here almost every time i get starbucks and they always get my drink right (UNLIKE SOME OTHER LOCATIONS) and the service is amazing, every staff that ive met/talked to is nice, and they are quick with making my order, no matter how complicated it is. also, i am a VERY picky person and this starbucks never fails to deliver. it always tastes very good.
I wanted to thank to the crew that worked in the early afternoon when I came by to order a tall medium roast coffee with 4 raw sugars (but no raw sugar so sugar cane syrup was suggested) and the sugar plum cheese pastry that ran out but when I got to the window there was one waiting for me . Today was my dad’s heavenly birthday and I couldn’t hold back my tears when I ordered and came to the window . You paid it forward and didn’t charge me . THANK YOU ❤️
I love the fact that it's open 24/7! I can even get food or drinks that are sold out at other stores. It's not that far from my home. It's even in a central place when I travel around doing errands or traveling from my friends houses. It's very convenient for me! I love the workers there! They are so great! One day not too long ago they helped me with the app, in showing me how to put a drink into my favorites! Another time one of them told me that I could save a whole dollar by ordering my favorite drink another way and still be the same. They are very helpful! I like going to this store!
They were insanely busy when I arrived. Picture cars lined out to the road with some on the street waiting to enter the queue. There was even a firetruck and squad there haha. Despite the Red Cup day hullabaloo, the staff was up to the task! They were all bright, cheery and welcoming. They quite effectively worked through dozens of orders in the time I was there. Not gonna lie, I'm super impressed👌
Anessia the lead night shift along with Joel, were very sweet. Their attitudes were the absolute best and my drinks came out perfect! Shout out to you guys
I have been going to this Starbucks for years, I have loved every single second that I've had to wait in line just for their drinks. They are always high quality and made to perfection. The workers here are flipping fantastic, and have treated me like family. I feel as if I am alive each time I go here, always leaving me satisfied and wanting more. I'd say this is definitely the place to go when you are in the mood for coffee, tea, or even some water.
This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. I always ask for extra caramel in my drink, and they always deliver. Other locations don’t do this. I always receive great customer service as well. Yes, the lines are long at times, but that is how it is right now everywhere. They make up for the wait with great customer service & a great drink!
I've gone here many times as a walk up and drive thru. They're one of the only Starbucks locations that has never run out of my favorite sandwich. The employees are friendly and competent. I've never had a problem and that's rare for me, so it deserves the 5⭐ review.
💀⚰️🪦 I’m dead 😅 Who ever made this sandwich is goin through it my guy… they really did say… I’m layering this side by side like Neapolitan ice cream 🍨… Mexican flag 🇲🇽 up in this red pepper, turkey, pesto, beeitch! 💃 after I reassembled the turkey we made out with a half and half situation and we pushed through. Service was fine enough but…. what happened to the puppuccino?! Don’t tell me it’s not a thing anymore 😵💫 did my pup just not make the cut? 🐕 Listen, he is beaut- …..he was born that way 🤪 we love him and… he.. has a great personality. 🤓 I imagine the person who made my sandwich can relate. 😎🤓🥸 Give that kid a break. Not knockin ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ of for a bad day. But if I ever… EVER… Jk all love and fun guys. 💛🧡♥️💜💙💚 Happy holidays. ☕️🥂🎅🎄🎁🤶🍻☕️
This is probably my favorite Starbucks location. The staff is always fast and friendly with excellent customer service. I have literally never had an order messed up here and I've been going a couple times a week for years. Even if the line is long, you'll get your coffee faster than you would at many stores.
Love me some Starbucks. Triple shot espresso for me, Carmel macchiato for the wife 😎 Cold brews are delicious if you loveeee that bold coffee taste 😜
Always love a good americano. Pup cups for my girls.
Nice cafe. You can sit outside the café, the coffee is good with a little milk, and the service is good
Friendly, efficient and prompt. I would have liked my latte to be a bit hotter but overall I was satisfied. This particular Sbucks is far from my regular haunts and delivered consistent with the brand.
They are so lovely here, I don’t usually enjoy Starbucks but I work overnight and everything else was closed when I woke up with a headache. I called to make sure the hours were correct, they are. The baristas were so sweet when I got there. Super patient while I get up to speed on the menu after being gone for so long. My drink is delish, best refresher I’ve had in a long time. Chains don’t usually warrant reviews but I felt obligated to out of spite to the other reviewer wanting to give 0 stars over something as trivial as them mispronouncing your name then having the audacity to say pronouns don’t deserve respect. You got a lot of nerve Andrew! (Yes I misspelled it on purpose ;) )
Love that the drive thru is 24hrs! It's so easy for me on my way to work at night to stop and get coffee and a snack before I start my night shift! Thank you!!
Our awesome tatted barista was the best part of going to Starbucks. She was fantastic. I don't understand how the supposed pinnacle of customizable coffee has ONE sugar free option. Dutch Bros will always be the clear winner.
One of those places I wish charged a lil less so I could tip a lil more. Thus I don't get by here often because I'm on the bottle return budget to cover kitten food and the 2 to 3 weeks of the month of my food that the food stamps don't cover. 3 stars on atmosphere only because it's all outdoor seating and this is Oregon
Good drinks walkup only service was a little confused but all around a good 4 star
Great 24 hour location but they mess up orders on occasion. Make sure you check your order before leaving. I am a diabetic and often order a iced green unsweetened. They screw up a simple order and I have to toss it because I left before taking a sip. Not to mention the cost of the drink.
I came here about 8:30pm , which is the only starbucks open 24 hrs I came to earn my triple stars 🌟. I waited in the drive thru for about 14 minutes, not too bad. While waiting in line, these 2 ladies in the parking lot of the plasma center were fighting and cussing at each other and made their way over to the starbucks, and continued fighting. It's not in the best part of town but luckily I don't travel to this area often! The drinks were made correctly and were delicious! I was kinda disappointed they didn't have macadamia cold foam, so I got toffee nut. Overall, I had a decent experience.
Perfectly fine Starbucks. Parking is a bit tight, especially if the drive-thru is backed up, but I recommend using the walk-up window whenever possible, as it's much faster. The traffic makes everything loud, so not a great place to sit and have a drink or food, but there are tables with umbrellas if you need them.
I love the very bury lemonade, I wish I would bring back the raspberry lemonade t whatever that was. And then I also like the cherry chai with extra cherry flavoring and a lot of whipped cream. Friendly and I like the one on 102nd and start cuz they're open 24 hours
A little busy at this place. But can't complain about the drinks, cause they're always good.
I am devastated on the new hours! I work at 4am and no longer can get my morning fix. This has not been a good change for the ones that come by before 4am every single day!!
Why can't some locations make a proper cold brew? It's maddening when they can't get the foamed cream firm enough to stay at the top separated from the coffee.
It’s a good Starbucks at a great location, but they are very slow. It took me 30m to get through the drive thru today. I’m honestly not sure what was going on.
Leaving three stars because I frequent here and the overall service is usually good. This particular visit. I pull to the drive thru and begin to order. I was able to get grande americano out before I was rudely interrupted with the "WHAT!" No, I'm sorry I couldn't hear you, can you repeat that, nothing (Like where do yall find these people at?). I ordered an Americano with 10 sugars (mind your business lol). I received no sugar at all. Not even a particle of sugar. And it was printed on the cup. If they wanted to be lazy I would have gladly accepted it on the side. I'm spending my money I should get what I request. In the mean time yall should hold a training course on customer service.
NOT ALWAYS OPEN 24 HOURS. And there's no way to verify cause they don't answer the phone number provided in the search. Often swing by to get a coffee before heading into my graveyard shift, go out of my way to get there only to find out they're closed. 🤨 I understand the issue with staffing but there's needs to be a way for people to find out without having to drive there. The signs posted with reasons or hours or whatever are in super small font that's unreadable except for a few feet away. I tried calling tonight 11/9/24 at 9:15pm and there was no answer. Maybe they're already closed. Headed to Dutch Bros on my way to work. The Dutch Bros near the airport is always open 24/7
My iced skinny vanilla latte tasted burnt. It's a venti too. That never happened before. Maybe the machines need a good cleaning 🤔 Other than that, service was great!
This is the weirdest Starbucks to offer mobile order "in-store" pickup. It should really be drive-thru only. Trying to park feels hazardous in the parking lot with 4 spaces. My latte also tasted a little odd.
It's kinda weird for a Starbie. It's drive thru or walk up only and the parking lot is hella dangerous and small. Just pay attention here, keep your eyes moving, and you'll be fine!
The cup was not filled all the way up. It tested like a water I am a frequent caramel macchiato Customer I think it used to be good, but there is a downfall that need to be Worked on
I've coming to this location for years ...I feel like lately drive thru service have been not so great ...it's been taking longer and lines moving slower and slower...today was the longest I've had to wait ...I saw 3 cars ahead of me and they seem to be getting impatient also because of one particular barista who is so slow and can't multi task.
the open hours is incorrect, I went here yesterday, Monday at 10 P.M they already closed not closedat 11.45 as state, and last week on Wed to Friday, 3 days in a row, after 11P.M they already closed too, not open hours.
While the food was perfect and the gal that took and gave me my order was super sweet, this is the second time I've ordered a venti peppermint hot chocolate and received a mocha. I can't have roasted coffee; it has a really bad effect on me. It is, also, not possible for me to just turn around and go back to get it fixed once I'm at work.
starbucks do better! no free water. bathroom for paying customers only? check yourself before you wreck yourself!
Always seems to be out of something. Today is was the Mango syrup. When I arrived there was only 1 person ahead of me and they ordered 1 drink. I ordered 2 simple drinks and it took forever. However, they were very friendly and store was clean. I gave them only 2 stars because they seem to always be out of something and the length of time it took to get my drinks with only one order ahead of me. I must say that my drink was very delicious.
Normally things like this wouldn’t be an issue, but on Friday November 26th 2021 I was driving through for coffee and waited in line behind several cars only to find that nobody was even working this day. All parking lot lights were on, some lights were on inside the building but not a single person was there. I understand staffing can be an issue especially during this time, but it would be helpful to have a note or cone in drive through to let people know it’s closed despite being advertised as a 24-hour shop.
Easily one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had, every time employees will at you or flat out ignore you while you’re just standing there waiting for someone to slide open the window and assist you, not exaggerating they will seemingly pretend you don’t exist not acknowledge your presence. It always seems fully staffed but they over prioritize drive-thru for walk up, especially in my situation where every time is a mobile order
I have coming to this location for years. Today I walk up and place my order for 2 drinks. I have a giftcard for 10$ and my total comes to $10.70, so I give the cashier at the walk up window a dollar to cover the rest. I wait for her to finish ringing me up and hand me change. She just stares at me. I ask if I can have my 30 cents. She literally says to me " well the machine didn't say you needed your change." I say, "well I guess you can keep the 30 cents, but other customers who hand you cash are going to likely want their change back." We wait 20 minutes for only one of our drinks to be made, which is covered in drippy sloshed drink down the sides. We wait a few minutes more. Another employee sees us waiting and asks about our order so I tell her about the missing 2nd drink. She tells me her co-worker did not tell her we were missing part of our order & quickly gets our 2nd drink made. The original cashier is hiding in the store no longer taking orders, as shes also missed other orders after ours. Today was not a strong day for the 1st girl& I appreciate the help of the 2nd girl. I usually get decent service here but if this keeps up, I won't return.
I am editing my review. I loved this store. They were always busy and friendly and now they are never open. The app says they open at 4:30AM but the internet says 6:30AM. It also says they close at 1:30PM now but many days they close earlier. They are also not open on the weekends anymore. The store was always so busy. Will it be going back to normal hours.... Always a great experience. I especially love they have oat milk!
The food and drinks are great as long as you get the correct order. That's about half the time. The employees at this location are snide and preoccupied. I have e put up with it until today. On my visit today, employees blockex my entrance to the business. Apparently they are on strike and took great offense to my not getting behind the cause. I was yelled at and run off. No problem. I will not be back. Here is a tip, as I always left one before. If you can't live on the wages of a barista, go back to school and get a new job. That's what a batist job is. A stepping stone.
This used to my go-to location but aside from long wait times, the customer service sucks. I have stood at the window for minutes with no acknowledgement while I see other activity going on. I’ve literally been ignored. This happens mostly at night. One night they were closing early, and I went up to the window and instead of them opening the window and letting me know they were closing early - They literally kept walking past the window and one of the worker’s ride outside had to tell me that they were closing early and that it was even her own daughter that literally was ignoring me at the window.
Seems like they are always closing at odd times and day. Went into today, closed. Went last week, closed
This location gets my drink wrong 90% of the time! It’s frustrating to spend so much money on something that you didn’t order!
I have been going to this starbucks on 102nd for years. The people are nice there, but there service lacking. They are suppose to be open 24 hours and then lack of people they went opening a 4 AM. OK with the workforce the way it is. Now for the past year they have been open 24 hrs and next day they are not. You are business and have standards. Makeup your mind and get the right people in there. Suggestion get the right district manager or store manager.
stopped by here to get a matcha and a dragon fruit refresher both drinks were made bad. the matcha was milky and the refresher was watery. i feel like this starbucks is always very inconsistent depending on the time of day you go. i would normally not write a review but the bad drink from here was my last straw of the day. it tipped me over the edge :/ love that it’s 24 hours though
Ordered a matcha latte and it was barely warm and it was full of chunky matcha, not a good drinking experience. Young woman was nice but the drink was trash. Do better next time
My wife and I each ordered Grande Americanos. We have been getting less than we paid for at other Starbucks and decided to try this one. We used personal cups and decided to wait until we got home to measure the amount. Grande is 16oz and Tall 12 oz. The photos show the results. You might think, it’s only 3 oz, but that’s not the point. The manager needs to retrain baristas at this location. This is becoming a common problem at Starbucks.
Went about half an hour before they closed because pick up orders were closed. When I arrived the drive through was blocked off and the walk up window was closed. Absolutely ridiculous.
If you are going to stop serving walk up customers at night, please put up a sign so people don't stand around looking like idiots. Extremely rude when the employee stares into someone's eyes and then turns around and ignores them. While the loss of my future business probably won't hurt them much, I don't drink coffee that much anyway, I do work the front desk at a hotel and I seem to have forgotten that they were located there.
I was turned away from the walk up window because they were “short staffed” even though I counted five employees working inside. The drive up line was backed up into the street. This location is trash. Starbucks is trash. That is all.
This particular location has completely lost the charm this franchise as a whole no matter were you go once had. It's become just another crappy corporate feeling business, that certainly has forgotten how to appreciate the customers. Granted there certainly are a few employees that are exstreamly kind, and the only reason I held on as long as I did. But lestlie, you are rude for sure. And probably one the reasons theres been such a turn over to were your throwing people to work with little to no training to no surprise as you lack proper managerial training. I'm sorry you feel the need lestlie to mistreat customers and employees because your miserable. Thank you to those employees that are kind. Sometimes the friendly smile and brief conversation has ment a lot to many.
I have been coming to this store since I got in town (Nov 17th) with no issues. Yesterday I went to buy 2 drinks and a cheese danish. My drink was just not what I wanted and the cheese danish was hard and crusty. I did not have time to take it back yesterday so I saved it and took it back today. I just wanted to order something different anf pay the difference. I went to the walk up window and there was a guy with no name badge, scruffy hair and full beard. He treated me like a thief. He told me that I was very confusing and most people don't wait until the next day to bring it back. I explained to him that by time I got back from Sandy Oregon it was to late to drink coffee so I waited. The whole time he is giving me dirty looks so I just asked him if someone else could help me because I don't like his vibe and the attitude he was giving me. After asking him to please get someone else to help me over 8 times he finally walked away without a word. One minute later a lady walks up and helps me wither no problem. She never addressed the issue with how I was treated. She only said there is no problem with me bringing the drink back. I buy 2 drinks and 2 bakery items EVERYDAY and should NEVER be treated in such a day. I feel very disrespected and am very disappointed. I will NOT be back to this Starbucks all because of that one worker 😒
I come here all the time after work, have never had an issue always amazing. For the past two days walk ups haven’t been available so I downloaded the app bc the paper said pick up available, I make an account and I go to order and it won’t let me. I asked one of the workers about it and apparently the manager turned pick ups off but their paper said pick ups only, I don’t have a car I can’t do drive through. Not cool
I got here 5 minutes before close and clearly they had been closed already for some time. Post your hours accurately.
My experience was awful. I ordered a iced tea wanted the largest they had but gave me a venti and the server said I can get one next time. I tasted the tea awful customer service was awful I need to be compensated. I would've did a half or zero star. The next meeting need to practice how to be a good customer service person
Never opened late night even though online hours show otherwise
The hours of operation are deceiving. There's no one in Starbucks at this time, and it's closed.3am
Very confusing to find out where to enter here especially at night. Google says it is 24 hours but that is not true!
Says they are open on Google Maps, yet nobody is there. Inconvenient way to spend a break at work.
Been sitting in drive-through for 15 minutes going on 20 minutes soon I went and checked to see what was going on. They told me go away and just wait in the drive-through. We have places we have to go and we have things we have to do. We shouldn’t have to wait on you to do your job, they have through 13 people waiting and no one is being served. They are just turning circles inside. The Starbucks management needs to retrain. Everyone management needs to be managed. Do not go here and waste your time. They are too slow.
This being the only location claiming to be 24 hours, the expectation is high for those that work on shift 3 (being over midnight) to try to stay awake. When driving 15 minutes away from work to attempt a coffee run and seeing a 24 hour location being closed is disappointing. Please change it from 24 hours if there’s no Barista willing to be up that late to help those who are.
I have to say, the staff working here all have the friendliest attitudes. They make you feel welcome no matter who you are. Update: idk if it's a result of the new company policies by the new CEO, or because of there being completely new staff working, but this place has gone from being a wonderful experience to one that tends to judge you (specifically whether you happen to be housed or unhoused) and treating you with a lack of respect, giving attitude, or frequently just outright ignoring you and refusing to even acknowledge your presence if they view you as being a 'negative influence' . . .
I have never experienced worse customer service. I placed a mobile order for one coffee. I walked up to the walk up window to pick up my order and there was a sign saying the window was closed. I couldn’t go through the drive through so I waited at the window because there were people inside. I waited for 5 minutes before I knocked on the window. After about 4 minutes someone came over and rudely said the window was closed due to short staffing. I told her I had a mobile order that was ready for pick up. The barista told me to go wait in the drive through line. When I told her I couldn’t she replied with “well do you not have a car”. I replied that I do but the line was over 8 cars long and I don’t have time to wait. The app had already notified me that my coffee was ready and all she had to do was hand it out the window. In the time it took for her to be rude to me, she could have handed out my coffee. The whole purpose of a mobile order is so you don’t have to wait in line. I had to leave because I was going to be late for work without my coffee.
Ever since this location was remodeled its gone down hill. My wife starts work at 330 am and for the past 7 years would go by here to get coffee on the way to work. Since the remodeling they have gone from 24 hours a day to open when we feel like it. I have seen closed for cleaning, staffing shortage changing from 24 hours to 430am to midnight, to 230 am to midnight 2 days a week and 24 others, closed for no reason, and today they are closed due to the staff walking out over health and safety regulations and conditions. My wife has decided to never go here again, and is telling all her fellow portland airport employees that go here to stop coming since you never know if they will be open. If this is a corporate store they need to take control back to serve their customers, if it's a franchise, it needs to be taken back and it's staff replaced with people that actually care about the customers. Further proof that any generation after Gen X has no work ethics.
GOT HERE AT5:44 am and closed. I checked and it said opened 24 ?
This location closed. Although maps directed me here.
8/26/24- This review is updated from prior months ago. **Heads Up/Please Note** If you are seeking a LESS THAN mediocre customer service experience all while wasting your time awaiting your order… this is the Starbucks for you! THIS STARBUCKS LOCATION IS TRASH!!! By far probably one of the WORST in the Tri-State area!!! Be prepared to wait a L-O-N-G time! Please reference the screenshot picture I have attached to this review. When I walked up to place My order I checked to see when My bus was due to arrive and it said in 19 minutes. I ordered the same thing I always do; a Grande Black Iced Tea with Simple Syrup. When I FINALLY received My order and rechecked when My bus was coming, it now said My bus was scheduled to arrive in 7 minutes. A 12 MINUTE WAIT FOR AN ICED TEA??!! And they were NOT short staffed!!! I’ve patronized this location three times, ordered the exact same thing and EACH experience has NOT been good. This is a 3rd strike for Me. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!
Alright, so it was 2:38pm on 1/22/23. I walked up to the walk-up window to grab our daily coffee for my coworkers and there was a sign on the window that said, "no walk up, drive thru only." I asked if they could just help me really quick since there was no one else around me, I'm polite thru all of this cause that gets me farther. She said she can only help me at the window on the other side 10 feet away, cause they're short staffed. I guess they have more staff in that area of the tiny little coffee shop. I went to walk around to the other window to just give into her silly request, and she said, "No, back of the line of cars." She wanted me to stand, in the cars, where 23 of the 25 cars had drivers on their phones. Didn't feel like getting pinched between 2 cars since Karen hadnt had her coffee yet. The line also stretched out to the intersection of 102nd and Stark, that didn't seem smart. She might as well had told me to kill myself. I manage a business, I would've seen that it was not safe and just taken care of them really quick since there was no one else around me. Used it as an opportunity to make a life long customer. After I confirmed that she was asking me to stand in the street she said, "Yeah, not so safe." and shut the window that she said couldnt be used cause they didnt have the window opening person for that side. Instead I walked back empty handed, cold, and annoyed. Every day we get stuff there. There is tons of land around that area for a Dutch Brothers, keep it local. They would do soooooo good right there also. Us alone were good for $600 a week. That's just that location. Atleast their employees are friendly and eager to help. I usually wouldn't do a review like this cause I avoid negativity in my life, but I just couldn't let this go. Starbucks got so big they're like the 711 of coffee. Just turn and burn these consumers and bounce onto the next, verySad. Support local coffee shops Portland!!!
Ordered a venti iced white chocolate mocha and asked if they could shake it for me. They've done this as other starbucks. I ask this because I like my drink to taste cold the whole time and shaking it does the trick. He gave me some excuse I couldn't even understand saying he wasn't able to do this. So I ordered a Frappuccino instead. A drink I wasn't craving. How can you not shake a drink? Are you not equipped with the tools to be a barista? Come on now. Don't ruin starbucks for me. I will happily never go to this location again.
Rose City Coffee co and the airport Dutch Bros are my new 24 hour coffee go-tos. Changed my rating (2021) from 5 to 1 stars. This is/ was the only 24 hour Starbucks in town and their hours are constantly changing. Been coming to this Starbucks for years, and yet again they change their hours after being closed for months. Really frustrating to be able to get coffee around my schedule and unfortunately this location was on the way.
Drove a half hour out of my way to this Starbucks because it said it closed at 11:30, and they were closed when I arrived at 11:10. I walked up to the window and the employee pretended not to see me and walked away ignoring me. So unprofessional and rude. Also as I was here in the parking lot writing this review about a dozen cars came to try and buy coffee as well. If you are advertising a certain closing time the least u can do is stay open until that time! It’s the bare minimum
I was there for a coffee. Since I drive a work van, I walked to the pedestrian window. They neglected to serve me a coffee because it was mobile or drive-thru only. I told them my van didn't fit; she told me to go to a different Starbucks and closed the window in my face. (The pedestrian pickup window is functional, yet "closed." The sign says to use mobile pickup and to go through the drive-thru. Upon going through the drive-thru, you will be told they don't allow pedestrians in the drive-thru, in direct violation of Portland city ordinance. They will then make you walk around again and hand you your order through the "closed" walk-up window. This location is violating Portland city policy, giving multiple conflicting instructions, and claiming its walk-up window is closed when it functions perfectly.)
Went at 11:15pm 12/16/25 and drive thru was blocked off and business was closed... Boo 👎🏻
This place says open 12 am - 11:45 pm but everytimet i go there at 6 am this place lights are on inside but no one is serving! Why not change the hours if you guys keep the store close.
A starbucks closed at 1pm? Seriously What is even going on, used to love this location. They are closed every singly time Ive tried to come here in the last 4 months. Really wish theyd get it together.
This is the worst starbucks of them all. It is dirty in that building, the staff are usually rude, sometimes they are open sometimes they are not, and you never know if you'll get the right drink after you wait a ridiculously long time. Save yourself dont go!!
Got here at 1:20pm just to be told they're closed. Your business online has closing posted at 1:30pm. You should update your hours. There were three additional customers that came to order and were tuned away while I was there.
I start at 4am and stop by since Google says it’s open 24 hours, I make the stop and they have trash bins in front of the drive through and closed. I stop by the next day because I start at 5:30am thinking they are surely open now, I come, stuff in front of the drive thru, but see someone inside so I get off in the cold just to find this sticker and find the barista walk away. Google says they are open 24 hours on both days I stopped by
I don’t know what the deal is but this location always seems to be closed when I try to go there. Really annoying. The hours say they are open 24 hours. I’ve stopped by on way home from the gym at least 4 times to find them closed in the middle of the day. Just tried to call before I go over there and no one answering even though here says they are open.
Been here many times late nights , early mornings and great coffee and service. I have came all the way from Happy Valley to find this store closed at 11pm! This was the only 24hr location around and it's closed again! Hours now are M-F 7am - 11am CLOSED Saturday and Sunday! Google maps shows this to be a 24 hr location!!! I have came here several times to find this location closed for no reason. You never know what you will find when you come here. What happened to customer service? 🤔 I suggest you call before you come, because 24hrs doesn't mean 24hrs at this location. Rant over!
I wouldn’t know how the food, service or atmosphere was because the damn place wasn’t open even though it says “24 hour drive through” on the sign! Either stay open or fix your hours!
I’ve been visiting this location for about 3 months due to an early morning job, it is my only coffee option and I feel so stupid for continuing to return because I was trying to figure out WHAT drink I could order that they would make correctly and the answer is none. I’ve wasted a lot of money being hopeful. Also I mobile order and then go straight to work in a locked building so there’s no alternative but to waste an entire drink it’s that bad. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this location to a single person. I don’t know how they do it… I feel bad because they are really sweet but the coffee has ruined my day for about 3 months now and I’m double purchasing, getting a second coffee daily from another location when stores open and it’s a completely different drink. It’s so odd. I can’t understand how they are so off. I’m a previous Starbucks barista which is why I’ve held off so long but it’s just not understandable. I wish there were ways to give feedback through the mobile order option so stores could handle these issues personally. Seems there’s no alternative in my position. Please help them get proper training, it’s not anyones intent I’m sure but you must be losing a lot of customers who would be regular. I won’t be returning.
They’ve made my drink wrong many times (brown sugar shaken oat milk espresso), sometimes gave me someone else’s drink - a whole different drink. Often, I don’t realize until I’m down the road because I’m usually picking up a coffee on the way to work and I don’t have time to go back so it’s repetitive wasted money. They need to make sure they’re giving/making people the correct drink. People often don’t have time to return to the store to have it corrected, additionally, we are paying high prices, the drink should be done correctly the first time. I understand if it was a one off thing, but it’s a frequent thing.
My husband and I just got two venti white chocolate mochas , like moments ago. One was only filled halfway, literally. I noticed when she handed me the drinks one was very noticeably lighter. Going to stop going to this location, they always mess up one of our drinks every time.
Really childish baristas. I understand you want to have fun at work but customer service is important too. They also never wash out their blender so your drink will always come out tasting like the person’s before.
Very bad experience with their employees attitude. I ordered 2 coffee with extra salted caramel cold foam and this is how extra looks like. Then I asked I wanted more cold foam. They said that’d be extra and I was fine with being charged more. (Previously I did hold out my cup to shows them I ordered extra cold foam) They proceeded to asked me what cold foam I wanted. I said Caramel like 5 times before they acted like they could finally understand me. Very bad attitudes and customer service overall.
