Wonderful restaurant. Has good deals, the wait staff are friendly and very knowledgeable.

On line ordering worked great, the preparation was very quick and the pizza was very good.

Excellent hot pizza, Again! Had the two hour advance order, walked in 5 minutes early, and pizza was just about to finish, took out the pizza and placed it in my space age pizza heater and drove home...awesome to walk in with a pie that smelled like I just walked over from the oven. Thanks again to Rusty and the crew! Oh,and yeah, the pizza tasted great too!

I have not been since the remodel, and the restaurant looks so nice! It's not like it was in the 90s but somehow it's better. The salad bar is back which is worth it in and of itself. Tables are distanced and the dining room is very very large and accommodating to guests. 10/10

Good food, good service. Salad bar leaves some to be desired but otherwise I have no complaints. Food was fresh and the wait was short. Not many covid precautions and no real seating spacing being done but it's a small place with minimal seats.

I think one of the best things Pizza Hut serves is the gigantic pan of chocolate chip brownies. Hands down, best brownies I've ever had that I didn't make myself. This particular PH location is clean and conveniently located!

This pizza hut has a long history with me. As a single diget midget was involved with little league, birthdays, family outings. Atmosphere a little different since remodel. But pizza is as I always remember it. Is still a favorite place.

The manager, Mr Gladding went above and beyond when it came to a mishap with our order. The server needs some lessons. She paid more attention to the children then the adults that were paying. I asked for a refill and she totally ignored me twice. Other than that, the food was good. I miss the broccoli cheese soup.

I have been going here since I was a kid. The place has changed a lot, but the food is always good, and the couple of staff members who have been there since I was a kid are great. Cathy is our favorite waitress! She is always so nice and always on top of everything.

Pizza Hut is a great place for the whole family. They always have deals and specials going on! They are improving on their selections so that they are not just a pizza place and I am eager to see what the next additions to their menu is going to be! The staff is always friendly and will go out of their way to greet you.

Over the roughly four years that I've lived here, this location has always served consistently great quality pizza and are very timely on orders. The staff has also always been kind and helpful. The only reason that I am giving four stars and not five is that they do not deliver to my apartment. Somehow I am outside of their delievery range even though I am only 5 minutes away from their location. The path they would need to take is only three turns and one of those is leaving the parking lot. Since it is so close and on my way home, this isn't a huge deal, but I would definitely order more often if they delivered to my address.

The food was terrific, and the waitress was really nice. She apologized for things even though they weren't her fault. The cooks dropped my food, so she came out and apologized. I appreciate that since at least I knew why my food was taking longer than usual rather than sitting there without a clue. She didn't have to, but she did. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Classic Pizza Hut. I only order out from here but it is what you would expect. It's hot fresh pizza and it's always done when I go to pick up.

Found both the pizza and bread sticks lacking. Neither crust was buttery. Garlic sauce wasn't good. I think it was probably past its prime. No I didn't say anything to manager or server as 1st time in like forever not 100% happy...98% that's good

It's been ages since we have been near a Pizza Hut. Our visit was on my husband's wish list on a recent trip. We had such a good visit, we went back the next day for lunch. Nostalgic wall hangings and stained glass laps gave a cozy feel. Plenty of food choices, some tried and true, some new. Happy to see a salad bar. The gluten-free pizza was cheesy and yummy.

Wow, how cool am old Pizza Hut!!! They got the salad bar and the cups and stuff. Even the old vinyl table cloth. Food was as good as I can remember, and the service was good considering potsdams graduation just got done. The staff did great.

Pretty dead at this location. I placed an online order, and when I arrived they told me they didn't carry the balsamic drizzle sauce anymore. Pizza was only decent.

We received a partially correct order. We ordered a large hand tossed pizza, cheese bread and bread sticks but instead of bread sticks we received some kind of brownie.

What can I say, it's consistent the same but unfortunately they are tasting more like a frozen freezer pizza oh wait there crust are pre fab

Get the order right. Not only did they not give any sauce for the bread sticks. I paid for an extra one too and did not get it.

You need to be more generous with your toppings. Our local pizzerias give us much more. We usually get PH pizza only when the kids want it as a reward or as pizza party food for them.

Oldest slight in the book. Serving others who were seated way after your party was seated. An oversight? Perhaps but still inexcusable.

Going down hill and don't care about the food or customers, food was not that good, skimpy on sauce, had to wait to get soda and check, maybe to they should worries about the product and customers because thats what makes the place and a place to work at!!!!

Ordered delivery just after 9 on a Wednesday night, currently 10:30 and still no food. Called the store to no answer, can't wait to get my ice cold food.... Could have made better pizza from scratch in less time.

If there was a zero star option I would click it! As a customer who can watch the employees make the food from there take out window, they should have to wear gloves. Just a very dirty place to be preparing food!

I placed an order for a medium pizza and breadsticks they said 15 minutes upon showing up I stood at the take out desk for 20 minutes while a waitress with purple and green hair walked by me maybe 15 times Not even acnoliging me 1 time ..so I became fed up and walked out..terrible

I always order salad and breadsticks on Friday evenings. I have always got a nice container of amazing creamy Italian dressing. That is what makes the salad! Last night, without asking, I was given a school lunch packet of LOW FAT DRESSING! Really?! For 9$! I live 10 miles away or it would of been brought back!! Very disappointed!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I would appreciate the email that tells you what time your food will be delivered if it were at all accurate. We ordered food at 9:22pm, and the email told us that the food would be delivered at 10:05pm. With 43 minutes before our food was to arrive, it did not seem a big deal if the phone we put down for calling was out of charge. There is supposedly 43 minutes before the delivery person should be here; ample time to get home and charge the phone. Getting home at 9:45pm with a supposed 20 minutes before our food should be here, we started charging the phone and began waiting for a call. By 10:20pm, we called Pizza Hut and were welcomed with attitude and judgement for not expecting our delivery 20 minutes early. The delivery person supposedly called us at 9:45pm and then waited 10 minutes, 23 minutes earlier than expected. We ended up cancelling the order and taking our business to Dominos.

We tried to place an order for delivery. Our current house is 2 miles from pizza hut and they would not deliver. Our old house is 7 miles away and they delivered there. They should probably reevaluate how they determine where they deliver. It makes no sense to deliver somewhere further away and not deliver to places close to their establishment.

Hate to be writing this at 3 am but I’m back over the toilet shtting and puking I have been since about 7 pm the food we ate there at 1:30 this afternoon was either prepared with no gloves or old ingredients thank god it was me that got sick and not my fiancé that is almost 8 months pregnant, place looked so clean and tidy had us fooled, only reason any stars are given is because our waitress was wonderful and very attentive. Will not be back after this round of food poisoning

Went here last night and was given dirty looks by staff and told I’m not welcome here. Didn’t get any pepperoni on one half of the pizza and the wings weren’t even sauced. Used to love this place.

Wow. Our party of 6 show up at 330 after moving. It started off nice and normal but once we got to our seats, things started to change. We had to relocate our table because when our waitress put 3 tables together she didn't realize that a light was in the way of serving us. Not a big deal. Next she takes our drink order and can't seem to understand that our toddler who had a full sippy cup didn't want anything to drink. Again, not a big deal so whatever. She brings the drinks and we order our food. An order of cheesy bread and 2 large pizzas, a supreme and a 3 topping. After waiting a while, she brings out 1 pizza. She gets it on the table and starts to say she will be back with the other. We stopped her and asked about the cheesy bread. It's been sitting on the counter back there waiting for our pizzas. Annoying because we ordered the breadsticks as an appetizer. We then look at the pizza she brought. It was the 3 topping pizza with 4 toppings. It had sausage on it. 1 member of the party can't eat sausage as it makes her sick. Again mistakes happen but really? We send it back to get it remade. She then brings our cheese sticks out and then the supreme pizza. Now we are stuck with a choice, so we eat the pizza hot and have the one member watch us eat or do we suffer a cold pizza and wait... she had us eat. When her pizza did come out, it was 7 slices and not 8. Apparently 1 slice fell off in the back. The waitress tells us that they will give us a discount or we can have them remake the pizza again. We took the pizza with a discount because by now our girl was starving. Not further issues with service from here. We finally get the bill and the "discount" they gave us was a $5 coupon off of a $77 meal. Come on guys. Do better.
