Tried Habit for first time & liked it 🙂 Grilled chicken ciabatta is my favorite. Crispy chicken nuggets were delicious. Overall liked it very much but it is a bit expensive compared to other fast food restaurants

I visit this Habit almost every week, and I just have to give a special shout-out to one of the team members. Tatum (forgive me if I’m getting her name wrong) is always so kind, attentive, and thoughtful — and on top of that, she’s absolutely gorgeous! She noticed a small detail during my visits and went out of her way to make my experience more convenient and comfortable. Such a small gesture, but it showed real care, made a huge difference, and honestly brightened my day. One more thing, the cute cup is really a big plus! Thanks again for the warm and thoughtful service from her — I really appreciate the thoughtfulness and professionalism she showed. It’s the little things that turn a regular visit into a great experience. I hope her efforts are recognized because service like this makes me want to keep coming back again and again! One last thing, the Gotta habit meal deal is one of my favorites — please never take it off the menu!!!

Both orders of burgers where over cooked and our fries were burnt. Management did reach out to me in order to give me certificates that would entltles me and my to replace this one time bad experience with another more positive experience. Thank you for listening to your customers will taking not positive feedback with the intention of training staff and making these type of experiences into a learning experience.

The food was hot and fresh, I loved the little bar with sauces, peppers and seasonings it was clean and stocked. The service was quick and the employees were working hard and had many pickups. There were plenty of open seats inside and a good sized patio area with chairs and tables. Everything was very clean, including the bathroom. Would definitely dine in again!

Solid place. Prices at ~10$ for the sandwich but gotta get the sides separate. I've been to plenty of locations but this one I give a 5 star because it was probably the best experience out of them all. Just good vibes. Employees are nice, the atmosphere is laid back and they have a touchscreen kiosk.

I love The Habit and this location is a good one. Clean, nice and good food. The workers the day I went seemed more interested in chatting with each other than taking my order...but it all went well when they came to help me.

As a lifelong customer of the Habit since the early '70's I've come to expect a certain quality and taste when I visit The Habit. I was recently disappointed when dining at a Habit franchise in LA. While visiting Poway I decided to give The Habit another try. I was pleased to find this franchise adhering to the original methods. A clean restaurant and friendly staff. I'll be a regular customer at this Habit whenever I'm in Poway.

Oh finally Poway is getting more selections! I love the burgers and teas! The staff was friendly, food great! We will be a regular for sure. They have a decent amount of seating and a small patio area.

My daughter and I came in tonight, a Friday night right at closing time. I walked in and nervously asked if I could put in an order and the gentleman was so kind and said, “of course”. He was so kind to us, the entire staff was, never once annoyed at the customer that came in at closing time. My food was delicious and made with care. I want to honor this establishment and the team for serving this mama so late. The gentleman even gave my daughter gummies when we went to get our order. God bless you guys and thank you for outstanding service and delicious food!

This store front is great. The staff is always kind and they've gone the extra mile for me on several occasions. I've had some stomach issues with the other habit stores, possibly a food allergy, I'm not sure, but this store has been consistently safe. And Cassandra, the cashier on duty when I come, is always super sweet. She remembers me by name and checks to make sure I'm taken care of. It's my usual spot for taking some me time. Thank you to this team for making it a refreshing place for me.

I was so excited to see that Habit opened up here in Poway! I love going to the one in mission valley when I go to the malls, but now there’s one here :) I ordered a BBQ Bacon Char and a side of tempura green beans. The quality of the food is incredible for being a “burger joint”. The patty was grilled to perfection, and they TOAST THE BUN *drool*. Also, the tempura wasn’t overwhelmingly oily (sometimes it’s a tad oily at the other location). Service was incredibly fast and efficient. My order was ready in less than 5 minutes. Also, while dining in, I was approached by a very sweet employee, Molly. She asked how my meal was, and asked if she could get me anything. That little interaction took this experience to a level of customer service you find in a restaurant where you have a server. I’m very excited to be back, not only for the food, but the incredible customer service.

Had downloaded their app earlier in the day and ordered and paid for my dinner for dine-in at the designated group meet-up time. The app was easy to use and my order was ready at the requested time. My fries were excellent in texture and flavor. My burger was a bit greasy and my bun was flat and soaked with oil. Also, I was surprised when others in my group came to table with soft serve ice cream cones, as this item was NOT available for ordering thru their app. So I returned to the counter and ordered it separately in person. Apparently the staff isn’t consistent in preparing a soft swirl cream cone. Mine was half the size and volume in comparison to the orders prepared for the other individuals in my group...quite disappointing.

I have been going here since it opened and the food was great, but now the food quality has gone down significantly. I get the Grilled Chicken Salad and the salad last week had undercooked chicken (I ended up picking all the chicken out to eat the rest of the salad). Today I got the same thing, but the lettuce was not fresh and very limp. It seems that they had frozen lettuce as some pieces were very cold. It is very disappointing when you pay $15 for a salad.

I purchased double char with bacon and one char burger without pickles and with bacon, and ended up with two char burgers both with pickles and one without bacon. I probably would not eat from here again.

Waited 25+ Minutes just for a burger and fries. Just to get home and my order is completely messed up. I had to have saw at least 7 people. Like you need that long just to mess up my food? Ridiculous
