The drive through was good. They were open to making the burger vegetarian by substituting the meat with hash browns instead. Happy with the service

I can't get on without my Breakfast Jacks. One thing that bothers me is Jack in the Box got rid of the big cheeseburger that's always one of my favorites but as long as they don't get rid of the Breakfast Jacks I will continue to go to Jack In The Box.

Carlsbad jack in the box is the best fast restaurant it's on Harding st I drive all the way from chula vista for a burger from these guys perfect burger everytime always juicy and fresh call me crazy for driving so far from home so be it it's worth it

I have visited several times over the last few months and updated from 4:00 to 5 stars, because of the individuals who are operating the store.

I usually pick this location, because i know the food is always made fresh to order and the staff is always friendly. I went to this Jack in the box on 4/19/21. And there was a crazy lady in front of me yelling at the workers. She kept putting down the cashier that was trying her best to help her. It was clear the cashier was Hispanic and did have an accent, but her English was clear enough for me to understand. The lady kept on asking if she was speaking a language from outer space . Cuz apparently Noone speaks English here , its nothing but Mexicans . I was honestly offended by her actions as I am of Hispanic decent. The workers kept their cool, I don't know how but they still managed to be calm and collected after having to encounter such a horrible person. Kudos to Angie, the cashier who took the verbal abuse 👏 .

Fresh, hot, fast and oh so good! I had a breakfast sandwich and it was plentiful with eggs, ham, cheese and bacon. Love the coffee and mini churros too! And another thing... the bathroom was super clean and spotless. So thanks Jack for getting my day started right!

Jack in the Box Poway is without a doubt, the best in San Diego County. I have been frequenting this Jack in the Box for over 3 years and HAVE NEVER gotten a bad burger, fry, milk shake or a mixed up order, EVER! This is, in itself, quite a feat! Imagine, over 3 yrs and never a mistake!!! The employees are extremely fast, as this store can get very busy. They are also friendly and appreciate my business!! Yeah, yeah, it's a Jack in the Box, but it's still the best!!!

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times, and it never disappoints. The pizza is thin, crispy, and loaded with flavor. I especially love the one with prosciutto and arugula. Staff always treats you like a regular, even if it’s your first time. Love that.

I recently moved from Orange County, where most Jack in the Box locations aren’t open 24/7. The food here has always been great, and the service is excellent. The wait time is usually short, so you can get your order quickly and be on your way. I also really appreciate the wide variety of food options available!

The food and service is excellent here. Every food item I order is always consistent the way it should be. What I mean is its not warm one day or cold the next day. They always make it when you order it. The service is good. People are nice. They are quick with my orders. I watch them cook behind the counter and they all work hard. No one just standing there. Good team work. Plenty of parking for all. Handicap parking and accessible.

I worked here 46 years ago when I was sixteen. It's changed a lot. Now I know, it's just Jack in the Box. But get a classic Jumbo Jack, like I did the other day...the meat is hot and juicy and seasoned. The veggies are crisp and fresh. It's just darn great. Top it off with hot, fresh, crispy fries with just the right salt...great fast food. Nothing that's been sitting in a warmer for 20 minutes. Good stuff.

As far as fast food places go, this one is pretty decent. The same guy is always at the counter, hes very nice and friendly but do they ever let him go home? (Jk). No complaints about the food- its fast food after all, I know what I'm in for. They've rarely gotten an order wrong, so that's a plus. Had to take off a star cause the bathroom is always a little stinky. Sorry guys. Do wish they'd bring back the "food truck" sandwiches. (Corporate are you paying attention?)

Always good food, but I will say that the guy taking drive thru orders (has some accent) now needs some training. Had to repeat myself like 5-6 times. Whole process took way longer than it should have.

Located on Poway Rd I often stop for lunch here. It is a comfortable place where I can find seating that gives me space to eat. That staff is friendly which is also why I come here. The food menu is standard fast food. I like that I can get fresh breakfast food anytime of day. They offer specialty sandwiches which some are good and others bland but everyone has there own tastes. I enjoy their curly fries.

Jack is still a great place for a fast breakfast. However the vegetarian option are weak and if you don't eat pork it isn't much better. The food had little if any flavor. It was filling but we just didn't enjoy the flavors. I am a vegetarian and my wife can't eat pork or lots of cheese, so just didn't find a good tasting breakfast option for us.

Very nice building and the food is the same, absolutely delicious, I love eating here, they do mess up your order sometimes so make sure to check your food before you leave, the food isn't always perfect and most of the time I just get a plain burger so I can't say much about a lot of their menu items, I do recommend eating here more then a lot of the places nearby. Probably one of the best Jack in the Box locations around the area!

Eh, I never give fast food anything above a 3. No knock against this location, it was fine.

The service is terrible. Long lines and although the food hasn't changed, but bring a book. You'll have time to read it while waiting for your food.

Luis gave me a coupon for a meal that was not correct even when I didn't have the receipt in the bag. Don't like bacon, and wedges were covered in those bacon bits. But he told me it was my mistake because they repeat the order back at the windows before finishing the order. He insulted me politely suggesting I never orders food when I said I did.

Food was good but they skimp on fries and always give you the burnt fries mixed with regular fries when you ordered curly fries. This always happens to me at Jack In the Box.

Before last week when i went there customer service seemed rude, sarcastic and slow. would always make me park on the side and made me wait longer for my food when i would only order one meal or two. Then recently I went there and there was a different lady at the drive thru window and seemed to have good customer service and detailed oriented while multi tasking

Understandably, the world is understaffed right now. But, the service crew here should constantly check the lobby for dine-in customers who patiently wait in line and not just pay attention to drive-thru orders.

Tacos here are NOT tacos. They are some imitation parasitic form of alien invasion that must go by the same name. Also it took them 20 minutes just to take my order with an empty drive thru and empty inside area. I just had to stand there until they felt like serving me. 3 stars because the shakes are SO good

I'm addicted to their tiny tacos order them playing beside with the side of sour cream to die for they also have zesty nacho cheese on them Overkill I don't recommend it and then I got some by accident the other day lettuce and salsa look pretty good I'll have to try that one next yes definitely a two thumbs up for tiny tacos at Jack In The Box

It's okay. Kind of disappointing. I ordered a jumbo Jack with cheese combo. They shrank the burger big time. It almost look like a slider. Fries are okay and a refillable coke. The location in Poway is good because they don't have locked up bathrooms and they do have condiments out. Unlike the ones in Escondido these Jack in the boxes up in Escondido lock up the bathroom and they don't have condiments or napkins. This one in Poway does have all the regular things. It's average. I guess I'd rate it as a C. $11 and change for a a combo. This was as of September 3rd.

Typical fast-food... nothing special, been to one, been to all. This place is no different than other similar fast-food places.

Food is good for the most part but sometimes fries are cold and they can never seem to mix the flavored iced tea togeather properly, so it's sweet for the first few sips and the rest is unsweetened. Also they are not the friendliest bunch either.

Service is fine here. Actually Jack in the box as whole is such a rip off. Insanely Clever Marketing to get you in the door to get terribly small portions at high prices. The competition raises their prices- they follow suit.

My simple order was completely wrong. I asked for a soda without ice. Instead, it was loaded with ice! WTH! Figures.. That person clearly isn't paying attention and should be moved to a register.

Asked for extra teriyaki sauce for my CHICKEN TERIYAKI bowl. Evidently this is just a chicken bowl without any sauce and I have zero teriyaki at all. Also, no straw for my drink, luckily, the lid can come off.

On Saturday around 830 am I was in the drive thru ordering when the car behind me rear ended me. The employ and out telling us to move then the manager came out telling us to move. First thing not suppose to move cars during accident but regardless. Neither employee or manager cared about our safety or if we were ok. They were concerned bout making money. This is definitely not customer service at all. I run a business and my first priority is my customer always. Me nor my family will every visit this restaurant again. One star is way too much.

Every time I go to this location or order delivery they always mess up my order whether it’s the wrong item/missing item/food is undercooked or too cooked where it’s not even edible. I tried giving this location chances, but I’m officially not going back to this location again.

Worst customer service ever! Armani and Anjelica were rude and obnoxious. They were incapable of taking an order properly. Made it difficult to correct the order. Mistakes happen I get it, but the disrespectful and disgusting behavior that these two employees exhibited was ridiculous! Will never come here again!

Here’s just another example of how restaurants are trying to rob everybody. I walked into this place. It used to be two tacos is $.99 maybe a few years ago nowadays are charging two dollars and a quarter for the lowest grade tacos that I have ever seen seriously they’re not even as good as street tacos they’re fried pieces of meat that’s very low-grade beef. Why would they charge $2.25I couldn’t believe it. I only had 10 bucks to my name so I told her see ya and I’m glad I kept the money. Let me tell you.

When I arrived, the drive thru menu was down. I had to go inside to order. Not a big deal. However, I did have to ask the person taking orders to please use gloves when “you” are handling my sandwich. He assumed and reassured me that the 2 ladies making the food, are wearing gloves, to which I pointed out him specifically about gloves. He noted he had just washed his hands but he was also going back and forth to take orders. Also, I would not recommend going to this location if you want individual items itemized such as $.60 for cheese on tacos and from a $4.99 breakfast platter to $6.39 or so. There is another location in the area with standard pricing and good deals. This used to be my preferred location and I am sad to say it is no longer.

Review for Jack in the Box at Pomerado and Poway Road: Discriminatory Behavior by Romero I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience at the Jack in the Box located at Pomerado and Poway Road. The manager, Romero, exhibited behavior that I believe was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory against disabled adults. On multiple occasions, I witnessed Romero putting an unreasonable time limit on disabled customers who had purchased food at this establishment. It was disheartening to see how these individuals, who were simply trying to enjoy a meal, were treated with such disregard and lack of compassion. His demeanor came across as cold and, frankly, quite cruel. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their abilities. A fast-food restaurant should be a welcoming environment for all, but Romero’s behavior has created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere, particularly for disabled patrons. I urge Jack in the Box corporate to investigate this matter seriously and ensure that all customers, regardless of their physical or mental abilities, are treated fairly and with kindness. Discrimination should have no place in any establishment, especially one that serves the public. I hope that appropriate action will be taken to address this issue and that steps will be put in place to prevent such behavior in the future. Dior

The worst fast food chain experience. I placed an online order, which supposed to be ready in 5 to 7 minutes. I got to the drive through window 30 minutes later and found they canceled my order. They asked me to wait in the gas station?? So they can prepare the order. I waited for almost 15 minutes but no one showed up. I ended up canceling the order after trying to call the store multiple times!
