I HATE leaving reviews, and I actually didn't eat here, but I felt the need to comment on the young lady who was working Sunday night (10-20-19). She was supposed to close at 7 (yes that's crazy early for a truck stop) but when a couple hungry people got into her line .... she made them sandwiches. She finally had to turn people away at 7:45. This lady was sweet to everyone she interacted with and seemed truly upset she couldn't help everyone.

Yes the prices are higher, that's the law of supply and demand. But you're paying for consistent, it's the same size, flavor and portion at any other Subway. Plenty of inside seating.

I wish I had gotten her name because the older lady who was working the counter was great. She really made my day. It was a busy day and she was so sweet. I was ordering for myself and my 3 kids and she was so patient and kind with our strange requests (due to one of my son's dietary restrictions). The sandwiches we're great and I'll now skip Vegas and stop at Primm on our drives from Utah to California.

Stopped on our way through to CA for lunch on a Sunday. It was busy and the line was moving slow. When ordering we kept having to repeat ourselves. Just slower than a typical Subway experience I would say. But in the end the order was correct and tasted good.

So, I love subway. And everything was ok here, except, I asked for a 1 pizza and 1 flatbread sandwich. She says, we dont have flatbread right now. So, ok give me a pizza also, she says we dont do pizza anymore. (Clearly a pizza sign hanging) sooooo... ok make mine italian herb and cheese, and he will take a wrap. .... the "wrap" was a rolled up flatbread.... thats ok, food was still good. But... subway, any subway, will NEVER get 5 stars, as long as ya'll keep that awful metal cover.... I cannot see what I am getting.... get RID of them.

Ordered a #2 on a wrap. Asked if the meat was warmed up like every other subway has asked, or done on their own. Was told it was. It definitely wasn’t. It was room temp.

My kid found a piece of metal wire in her sandwich. NO food service workers should be using metal brushes as they cause MAJOR health issues when swallowed.

Shanika and Carol cussed me out after messing up a simple order. Tuna on flatbread and no cheese. This was about a month or so ago, but as a trucker and it being the Flying J in town I don't appreciate that level service.

Ohhh God where do I start. Angel the female was extremely rude. The guy Jonathon and some other guy were extremely slow and I mean in making the sandwich. Halfway through my order they tell me they can’t change the protein pocket proteins I didn’t ask to but said ok. No warning no sign before hand and I’ve ordered protein pockets many times. Well they can’t change the sauces either…… I’m not asking to change the meats or even veggies just a SUACE. Angel says they already told me I can’t. No he said I can’t change the proteins AFTER it was halfway done. I asked for avocado and she said she’d give it to me on the side and I could add it myself. Why would I pay for someone to make me food to make it myself after? Then she had the AUDACITY to mention if we want to leave a tip…… I didn’t take my wrap left it there. It’s insane how slow and bad this place is. Trust the reviews. Before we left two other people left because it was taking soooo long. Even if u can’t change the sauces put a sign or let me know before your halfway done. But even that aside the food was stale old and brown for the veggies.

Subway franchise should be ashamed to be associated with this location. This is by far the most trash subway ever. Food looks like it's been sitting out for days lettuce turning brown tomatoes growing mold spinach wilting bread is so chewy it's not even edible! Wasted $17 on a sandwich I can even eat! And the worker Veronica does not know how to count she was given a $20 and exact change i only got $2 back and was told I gave her the wrong amount she "counted it twice" but all she did was pick the money up off the counter and immediately put it in the register did not count it and then started arguing with me instead of giving my the correct change back.

Not great… we ate but it’s sketch. There weren’t any tomatoes, fine. Bread was a little stale, lettuce turning brown and cucumbers had been out a while you can tell. Service was extremely slow.

Some of the workers need training in customer service and basic etiquette. Also the workers at this subway claim to not be part of the subway app and do not honor points nor promotions.
