Located inside the Aria in Las Vegas. This restaurant is VERY popular so I highly recommend making a reservation. Stunning and beautiful entrance into the restaurant. Magical entrance that brings you in the comfortable and lively ambiance of The Catch. Full service open seating bar. Comfortable tables and booths. The staff and servers are very friendly and attentive. The food is served in a way that can easily be shared. Tasty assortment of shareable plates of seafood, steak, pasta, salads, and sushi. I tried and LOVED the TRUFFLE MUSHROOM SPAGHETT, THE CATCH sushi roll, RAINBOW SASHIMI PIZZA and FILET SKEWERS. The food was exceptionally prepared to perfection. Highly Recommend ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Great ambiance and service. First time eating at Catch and went twice during a work event. Seafood is top notch and fresh. Tuna was delicious. Sliced steak was moist and flavorful. Only knock was the Brussels sprouts side. It was too acidic with the vinegar. While not cheap, it was very respectable in pricing compared to other restaurants. Had a party of 8 with dinner and cocktails for around $850. Can’t wait to go back next time in Vegas.

Service was amazing! Everyone was attentive and genuine. Our server, Edward, was especially pleasant. The food was delicious, however more on the heavier/saltier side with the saucy dishes.

I had an incredible dining experience at Catch! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, the food was fresh and beautifully presented, and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. What truly made the evening stand out was our server, Seth S. He was amazing—friendly, professional, and extremely attentive without ever being overbearing. He anticipated our needs, checked in at the perfect times, and made thoughtful recommendations that we loved. It’s rare to find service that feels so genuine and effortless, and Seth absolutely elevated our night. Overall, Catch is a restaurant I’ll be recommending to friends and family. Between the fantastic food, vibrant setting, and first-class service, it’s a place I’ll definitely return to again and again. Huge thanks to Seth for making the evening memorable! Here are some photos of the meal:

While on vacation with family in Vegas, we had dinner at Catch. Loved the appetizers and the main course but the dessert was beyond impressive. Amazing service with spectacular ambiance. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Great experience in this location. We were here for a private event and the staff served us well. They anticipated our needs and kept the drinks and food flowing. The only difficulty is making a presentation. The venue is not conducive for sound quality. But it’s to be expected. So if you’re hosting a private event that requires a presentation, it will be very difficult for you to get a word edgewise in this venue. Other than that, I highly recommend catch for future events.

The food was outstanding, with fresh seafood and expertly prepared dishes. But what really stole the show was the ambiance - the interior design was sleek and modern, and the front entrance is truly Instagram-worthy. The service was top-notch too! Highly recommend for a special occasion or night out in Vegas. It is a little bit on the pricey side.

Went here during the holidays and the decorations were beautiful. Food 10/10. Top tier branzino. Bar tenders and servers are great. No complaints & highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, good atmosphere, and good food. Everything we ordered was great. Definitely recommend the truffle mushroom spaghetti. Everything was great but that was the favorite dish.

I like the desert and beef, also sashimi taste good. Very fresh. We spend $1200 for 6 people.

Amazing food, even better accommodations! Just the right level of vegas, perfect for a first night. Beautiful entrance, but nothing too intense, so you can relax and focus on eating. Nice vibe inside, music was a bit loud though, but to be expected here. The service was excellent. Our server, Roger, was amazing in accommodating for a gluten allergy, making recommendations and reassuring everything would be safe to eat. The drinks were amazing, if you get a certain cocktail you even get to keep the flask which is cool. All of the food was great, however, the sides were what made it. Appetizers were brilliant. Edamame perfect, peppers were fabulous too. The rice was surprisingly brilliant, but the cauliflower still managed to top it. They even made it gluten free which is awesome!! Whilst the sides were great, the food was also fabulous. As a vegetarian I’d recommend the rolls over a salad, but both are good options. The fish eaters reported to be very very happy with their dishes. Finally, the chocolate cake was a great way to round it off, and they easily made that gluten free. Overall, I’ll definitely keep this on my list for when I’m back in Vegas! I’m hoping every meal I have for the rest of my time here is just as good.

My wife and I ate with a group of friends prior to heading to the Backstreet Boys concert. The ambiance is incredible, service is top notch, and everything was cooked and prepared perfectly. We all had the branzino and sushi rolls and it was all so good!

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to find for NYE to ring in 2026!!! This was my second time dining at Catch. They don’t miss….. the Instagrammable throughout the restaurant, friendly team at the hostess stand, the biggest energy with the best tunes blasting, the tastiest food, high level of service, and delicious cocktails. Catch is a 10 out of 10!!!! I look forward to a future dining experience at Catch!!

Popped into catch for a late night bite with bae. What an exquisite and lush atmosphere, staff was accommodating and friendly. To start our evening we tried the toasted coconut mojito. Next we had the shishito peppers my husband loved them. Paired with lime and a taste sauce. The Waygu Surf and Turf was excellent! The combination of flavors is like nothing I’ve ever had before. I will dream about this roll. My husbands favorite was the filet skewers. The outside of the meat had a nice light crust, and glazed with their house sauce. The inside was so tender and we could’ve ordered this dish twice for how yummy it was. Thank you staff and Catch for the amazing dining experience. See you again soon.

Hey friends, I’m back and oh boy, do I have a treat to share! I recently had the incredible experience of dining at Catch in Las Vegas. I was even hoping to catch the chef outside just to express my gratitude. The ambiance is smooth and harmonizing, while the food was so delicious that it felt tailor-made for me. The attention to detail in each dish was extraordinary. Every single bite—yes, every last spoonful—was nothing short of blissful. They really put their heart into that food! I can’t pick just one recommendation; I have to share them all because I tried a bit of everything and left not a single crumb behind. If you have a little extra cash, this experience is absolutely worth it. The staff is incredibly friendly and quick on their feet. My plate was never left unattended; as soon as I finished, it vanished, and if my water was low, it magically refilled. So don’t just stroll—make a beeline to this restaurant if you’re ever in town. You will not regret it!

From the moment you step through the doors, Catch commands attention with its impressive entrance that sets the tone for what's to come. Our dining experience exceeded all expectations, with exceptional cuisine that truly delivered. We began our meal with two standout appetizers: the Hamachi Crudo and the Yellowtail & Jalapeño roll. Both showcased remarkable freshness, with vibrant flavors and just the right kick of heat to awaken the palate. For our main course, the Branzino proved to be a masterpiece. Served atop a bed of velvety rice, the fish was perfectly prepared—delicate, tender, and practically melts in your mouth. The charred Brussels sprouts made an excellent accompaniment, adding a smoky depth to the meal. Dessert was the perfect finale: a heavenly strawberry shortcake that struck an ideal balance between richness and lightness. The addition of shaved strawberry ice created a refreshing summer finish that left us thoroughly satisfied. The service throughout the evening was impeccable, matching the restaurant's sophisticated atmosphere and outstanding culinary offerings. For anyone who appreciates exceptional seafood in an upscale setting, Catch is absolutely essential dining.

**Review: 10/10 Experience!** I had the pleasure of dining at this establishment today, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The decor is truly out of this world, creating an inviting and unique atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience. The food was simply delicious, showcasing a delightful array of flavors that left a lasting impression. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and presented, making for a memorable meal. A special shout-out to our server, Darrin, who was nothing short of exceptional. His kindness and patience were evident throughout our meal, and he expertly coursed our dining experience, ensuring that everything flowed seamlessly. Darrin exemplifies what it means to be a great server and a genuinely wonderful human being. Additionally, it was a nice touch to have Sung, the manager, come by to greet us. His professionalism and engagement added to the positive atmosphere, and it was clear that he takes pride in his establishment and the experience provided to guests. Overall, I would rate the ambiance a solid 10/10, the food a 10/10, and the service a 10/10. This restaurant has truly set a high standard, and I look forward to returning for another wonderful dining experience!

Catch Us Raving About Catch! 🎉🍣🍸 Okay, WOW. Catch Las Vegas completely blew us away! From the moment we sat down, the vibe was immaculate and the service? Next-level amazing. Our server, Roger, was an absolute gem—friendly, thoughtful, and totally on point with the menu recs (seriously, thank you!!). They made us feel welcome right away and set the tone for what turned into a perfect night. Let’s talk about the cocktails—gorgeous and delicious. Then came the food… and we’re still dreaming about it. The fried rice was insanely good, the sushi roll was fresh and flavorful, and the wedge salad? Shockingly craveable. Who knew a salad could be that exciting?! Everything felt special without being over the top—just fun, fabulous, and seriously delicious. Catch is 100% a must-visit, and we already can’t wait to come back. ✨🍽️💫

Had a fantastic dinner at this restaurant. Very beautiful decor and fantastic energy. Love the photo opportunity at entrance. Warm welcome upon arrival. Service was excellent. Started with the raw oysters which were delicious and fresh. Then we moved on the Catch roll and the King Roll. They sear the catch roll table side which was cool. The king roll was one of the best sushi rolls we have ever had in life. You MUST try. We then had the branzino and the wild mushrooms spaghetti. Branzino was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. The pasta was tasty as well even though it was like $22 additional dollars to add shrimp. We also had the lobster Mac and cheese which tasted good but it wasn’t extraordinary. Of course they have a full bar and extensive wine last. It’s located inside Aria on the strip. Definitely a wonderful experience. It’s pricey but overall worth it due to the beautiful atmosphere, great vibes, excellent service and yummy food. I would recommend and return here.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Catch Vegas, located in the stunning Aria Resorts Casino, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in with flowers decorations through our booth under a tree, we were struck by the spectacular vibe and chic decor, which set the tone for an exceptional evening. The atmosphere at Catch Vegas is truly electric, with a lively and sophisticated ambiance that's perfect for a date night or a gathering with friends. But what truly sets Catch Vegas apart is the exceptional cuisine. We started with the signature Catch Roll, which was a masterclass in sushi-making, with fresh, succulent ingredients and a perfect balance of flavors. For our main courses, we opted for the filet mignon and chicken, both of which were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Throughout the meal, our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, ensuring that our glasses were always full and our needs were met. The service was top-notch, and we felt well taken care of throughout the evening. One of the highlights of our experience was the exceptional people-watching, courtesy of the restaurant's prime location in the heart of the Aria Resorts Casino. Overall, I would highly recommend Catch Vegas to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Las Vegas. With its spectacular vibe, great food, and perfect location, Catch Vegas is a must-visit destination for any foodie, couple, or group of friends. Highlights: - Spectacular vibe and chic decor - Exceptional cuisine, including sushi and seafood options - Perfect location in the heart of the Aria Resorts Casino - Attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service

My best friend and I are decided to have dinner at Catch. It was the first time for both of us. Since we did not have a reservation we had dinner at the bar. It was great! Steve was an amazing bartender and had great suggestions. We had a dinner for two which was $125 per person. It was worth it - only the salmon did not have much taste. I asked for some soy sauce which made it tasteful. The atmosphere was great and I really enjoyed my birthday dinner. Also my amaretto sour was delicious. Thanks to Steve :)

Everything about this place is top-notch. It's a bit on the pricey side, but well worth it. Great vibe. Live DJ. Impeccable service. One of the best dining experiences in Vegas. Reservations are a must! We had a dinner party of 4 and decided to order a mix of all our favorites for a family style dining. We had the 40oz dry aged tomahawk, two orders of sea bass, a dozen oyster, four orders of sushi, mashed potatoes, lobster mac n cheese, asparagus, and stir fried lobster.

This restaurant was my first dining experience on my Las Vegas trip. The entrance of the restaurant amazed me, and the interior design enhanced the whole dining experience. We didn't order any seafood dishes, as we thought Las Vegas might not be the best place to have fresh seafood. However, their fusion sushi and steak were surprisingly delicious. Overall, we loved the restaurant a lot <3

Exceptional Dining Experience at Catch Las Vegas! My girlfriend and I have dined at Catch Las Vegas multiple times, and every visit is nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we step in, we are always welcomed with warmth and impeccable hospitality. A special mention to Sung, the manager, and Tommy, our waiter—these two truly elevate the dining experience. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care make us feel like VIPs every time. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect, and their level of service is simply unmatched. The food at Catch is nothing short of extraordinary. Every dish is crafted to perfection. Whether it’s the freshest seafood or their signature dishes, the culinary experience is always top-tier. Sung and Tommy make every visit memorable, and we sincerely appreciate their dedication to excellence. If you’re looking for outstanding food paired with amazing service, Catch Las Vegas is the place to be. We can’t wait for our next visit!

The restaurant did not disappoint! We went on a Monday night and for being open only 30mins before our reservation, there was already a good crowd. We split a bottle of Sancerre, shared a Goyza appetizer, my main was grilled Branzino and hubbt’s was Salmon. Everything came out on point. I have never had a better Branzino! The waiter Alger R., was pleasant, friendly and professional. I would go again in a minute!

S
Sisley Perez

The server was really nice and quick (also professional) food was really good, in specifics the French toast and truffle fries! Very pretty aesthetic. The mimosas were fire, the burrito was alright. I would definitely come again to give some other stuff a try. Easy to get a reservation and waited less than 5 mins to be seated.

We came in on our first day in Las Vegas, you need to get a reservation, since the place is super popular. We had to wait a few minutes until our table was ready, but we spent the wait time at the bar (which had great cocktails). Yes, absolutely *do* try the truffle sashimi, everything we had that contained truffle was perfectly balanced, the truffle aroma was not too overpowering. We also had the Spanish grilled octopus and grilled tuna. Everything was really good. The decoration is also very unique and there are many spots for you to snap a nice photo for your memories.

You can never go wrong at catch. Husband and I spent Valentine’s Day here. The branzino for two was amazing! We had a great night together. Manager was also super sweet and helpful. Catch is a fantastic romantic date night.

S

We were sat towards the back busy area where most people pass and the seating arrangement was very awkward with it being a table of 3. Service mid and food was not very flavorful. Having to been to the one in Dallas, this one was no where close to being luxurious or classy.

Catch at ARIA delivers a dazzling Vegas dining affair: globally influenced seafood, sushi, and steak in a lush, photogenic space. The Truffle Sashimi and Catch Roll are standouts; service is attentive, though soirées come at steep prices. Expect energy, flair, and very Instagram-friendly decor.

Overall, the experience was fantastic, highlighted by excellent service and great presentation. However, the restaurant was quite loud during our visit, making the conversation challenging; we had to raise our voices to communicate. On a positive note, the food was terrific and very fresh. It would be wonderful if the ambiance could be adjusted for easier conversation.Worth for the waiting!

The nigiri platter was fantastic. It is a bit pricey at $99, for 10 pieces, but you are in Vegas... the cake "Hit me" is a must. It's pretty amazing. A bit loud, and the service was good, but not perfect.

Brought my family here for brunch on a Sunday morning. It's been on my wife's LV restaurant bucket list for some time and I can say everything was really great. It's a very pretty restaurant and the entrance feels special. All the staff was very friendly. Our waiter and busser had fun conversations with us and we were very well tended to. For starters we got the Catch Roll and the Crispy Shrimp. I'm not the biggest fan of sushi, but it was among the best I've ever had. The crispy shrimp were very good and the texture and sauce were great. For my entree I ordered the Pork Belly Benedict. It was good but slightly underwhelming. There was something slightly sweet about the sauce and it wasn't my cup of tea. My wife ordered the mushroom spaghetti, and it was really good and my wife loved it. Both kids ordered the Cheeseburger and I tried it and I thought it was amazing. Right up there with the Ramsay Truffle Burger we got at Ramsay Burger.

Catch at Aria Resorts & Casino is a wonderful spot to grab a bite or to enjoy quality cocktails. I found it on IG, and I couldn’t wait to get back to Las Vegas so that I could check it out. The entrance to the restaurant has an array of pretty flowers that say CATCH with a cute little bench. It gives whimsical. 🪄 This is a very picturesque area where you can take selfies and such. It stays busy. So, you should expect a short line. The layout of the restaurant is open and roomy. Yet it felt cozy. The volume level allowed for conversing without yelling. My server was friendly and eager to accommodate. I got the party started with a few ounces of A5 Wagyu. I must admit this was my second experience with Wagyu. However , this was my first time preparing some. I was able to cook it on my own hot stone at the table . This was so much fun. I felt like an Iron Chef 😂. This was literally on my food bucket list . Once I tasted it I was in shock. 😮 Would you believe that I didn’t care for it? I know. After all of that. It was a weird texture and it literally had no taste. I don’t know what all the fuss is about. Maybe my palate is not refined enough to enjoy it. Keep in mind I am from the south and we love to taste our meat. Sorry not sorry. 😉 I washed my entree down with a One Too Many . It was a light and refreshing strawberry infused vodka cocktail. The taste was fruity but not overly sweet. The coconut and lime balance things out well. I liked this drink and I will definitely have another one on my next visit. I also tried the Lush Lemonade. It was straight. Nothing to complain about . I just liked the One Too Many better. Still, the best was yet to come. Now, the star of the show was by far the Cantonese Lobster🦞. I had been looking forward to trying this for a couple of months, and it was well worth the wait. The lobster literally melted in my mouth it was so tender. This dish is a banger! You can’t go wrong with this one. If you are thinking about ordering this, please do. The presentation was picture worthy. This place was a total vibe. I will definitely be going back the next time that I am in town. If you are looking for quality seafood and tasty cocktails, please check out Catch at the Aria Hotel in Las Vegas. It is a good time.

Slightly misleading menu The Omakase course is for two in which - Appetizers are shared - Entree per person - Dessert is shared Truffle sashimi was surprisingly light and balanced. Crab roll was horrid. Salmon, although medium, ended up being plain.

V
Vee L

The food was OK nothing really stood out. In had the scallops with cauliflower but it tasted like curry just didn’t think those flavors matched up. Lobster Mac was good and the Brussels sprouts. Not a big selection of menu. Staff was friendly but non existent. They never refilled drinks until we ask at the end. They brought out our main course and the forgot to bring out our sides. Had to ask for that as well. Cool looking place but I won’t be back and i honestly wouldn’t recommend with all the other option

S
Stephanie

Atmosphere is whimsical and moody. The water service is impeccable. If you take a chance and come here, the chopped wedge salad is delicious with an Asian twist and the truffle fries are crunchy without being greasy. Otherwise, the avocado in the MRC roll overpowers any other flavor. The grilled tuna is fishy, overcooked and frankly I couldn’t eat but two pieces and quit because it made me nauseated. For the price, I would choose somewhere else.

M
Melanie Tam

Our party of four had a 5 pm reservation that we were able to make the same day. Already probably not a good sign. The only reason we chose Catch was because we were staying at the ARIA, needed an early dinner reservation, and had some credit through the hotel. Since we had a late lunch, none of us were really that hungry so we ordered a bunch of small things to share: -Tuna Tartare - the fish was fine. Nothing special about it. The avocado on the bottom tasted a little bit like those pre-packaged guacamoles you'd find at the supermarket -Grilled Spanish Octopus (crispy potato, sofrito, garlic aioli) - this was probably the better dish of the night. You usually can't go wrong with octopus -Mashed Potatoes (with roasted garlic) - the texture was kind of gummy and not the fluffy mashed potatoes I was expecting -Brussels Sprouts (yuzu-calamansi vinaigrette, dry miso) - this was so salty. I didn't taste any yuzu or calamansi. Maybe they put too much miso I think this spot is meant more for the 'gram than it is the food. At the entrance they have a pretty archway where you can take pictures. So if that's your thing, maybe just take the pictures and leave (lol). This might be the worst meal I've had on this trip to Vegas.

V
Veronica Luke

Came here for my birthday and left beyond disappointed. The “seafood tower” looked nothing like the photos online, the lobster was overcooked, and the ceviche had no flavor. To make it worse, this location doesn’t take the Catch Hospitality gift card (not disclosed anywhere). When I asked about it, the manager came over combative and hostile—completely unprofessional and unprovoked, especially for a fine dining restaurant. My waiter admitted he would’ve taken the food off, but after that aggressive encounter I was too uncomfortable to send anything back. Between the misleading menu, poor food, and the worst management attitude I’ve ever experienced in Vegas, this was an absolute waste of a birthday dinner.

S
Samuel Forcenito

Horrible service! Arrived at 729 for a 730 reservation and wasn’t seated until 753pm. Wouldn’t have minded except for other parties of 2 that arrived after we’re seated first. Service at the restaurant was meh, our waiter explained the menu fine, and the dishes were OKAY. Have had better sushi before, miso cod was the best. The wrong order came out (cauliflower instead of shrimp. Expected better service especially on a Saturday night in Las Vegas. Won’t be back because of the service.

S
Sean J

First night: excellent. Great food, great drinks, exactly what you expect at this price point. Second night: completely different experience, and not in a good way. The drinks were terrible and inconsistent, and the food quality dropped noticeably. Four of us each had three drinks, and none of us felt even the slightest buzz. We almost never drink, so this was especially noticeable. It honestly felt like the bartender short-poured or watered down the cocktails. Each visit ran over $450, yet the value wasn’t there. Overpriced drinks, declining food quality, and careless service. This is the kind of “Vegas experience” that’s become far too common, overcharged and underdelivering. It’s ridiculous. Between the cost and the service, this was a huge disappointment. Done with this city.
