The food is so good and the employees here are exceptional. The cashier girl who rang up my order had full makeup, hair & nails. You would think you were somewhere else rather than drive through fast food. The patty melt is great. Get it! I’m u won’t be disappointed.

Very clean establishment and amazing food. Food was fresh and hot compared to the one by my house. Staff was very friendly and was very quick to take orders. Everyone had a very good vibe within them. They made sure you had everything you needed. Very positive.

Food is good however they need quality control on the order and someone should verify the order before delivery or handing over to customer. Specially the to-go order management need attention - all items are discreetly placed in the front shelf and there’s no one verify those orders what they’re serving. So many missing items from the order - no names in some packages. Please have someone verify and package the order properly.

Ordered here via the app and each time something has been missing, this time I ordered a combo and it came without fries. I went back to work, realized it, so I called the store to see if I could get a refund. I was told by the employee that she notified her manager and told me that I could either get a refund of my meal if I presented my receipt, or have my meal replaced. I went back to the store after work and was told by the working manager I could not get a refund. The food is good, but the customer service is a little lacking.

Got asked to repeat my order multiple times, even directly to the drivethru window, a nearly 20 minute process, and my order was still entirely wrong. The food wasn't bad, but I'm not paying nearly 11 bucks to maybe get what I ordered. Prices go up, service goes doooown

I asked for a honey bbq chicken strip sandwich and sweet tea. They were out of tea so I settled for something else but then they make the sandwich with nuggets and put it in a regular bun. If you don’t have the right items just tell me next time.

This is like the 3rd time that I gone to this Whataburger and order my food with a lemon pie and the pie is all dried up inside. It's a pie that been sitting under the heat lamps for hours. I'm so frustrated because I don't have time to keep driving back up there to exchange something that's messed up or wrong. And the fact that it keeps happening shows me that this issue has not been addressed, and this Whataburger doesn't care. Besides this review their corporate office will hear from me.

Sat in drive thru and 4 other cars went through the other lane. Pulled to window, no apology for wasting my time. Workers need to understand that even if their mistake was unintentional that it still is their fault and an apology is expected for the time I wasted. Poor experience, please get robots.

Corporate or the owner needs to investigate the crew at this location. It's a nice location, and the food has been good when the order is correct, but there are very few employees who give off any kind of vibe of wanting to work. It is very slow and off putting. Please fix it, management! Update: Little change.

Horrible service literally waited in the drive thru 30 min. I SPENT 25.00 ON FOOD, NOT ONE ITEM WAS MADE CORRECTLY. The girl at the window was having an anxiety attack. I COULD SEE THEM TRYING TO GET THE ORDERS TOGETHER, 1 GIRL GAVE UP AND WALKED AWAY, I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS B4 at Whataburger, both lines backed up. I sat at the window watching for 12 min alone, it was a mess, orders kept coming out of the machine, they were unwrapping sandwiches trying to figure out who gets what...then nothing of ours was right, really mad me mad, I paid extra for toppings, didn't get fries in the kids meal or the cookie, no toppings at all on the double, not even ketchup! None on the other sandwich. Alot of the kids working were just watching not knowing what to do...what a mess!!

I have ordered diet and onion rings along with 2 burgers. When i went through drive through i have cancelled diet coke but he removed diet coke and onion rings with this order and got only 2 grilled burgers but he charged 19.24$. I don’t know how they are working but they are scamming people. I just got only 2 burgers. Please do check while receiving drive through orders

There were about five employees in the kitchen just chatting with each other, despite there being no customers inside or in the drive-thru. I waited 15 minutes for a simple shake and ultimately left because it didn't make sense. Awful service. The only good thing was Eddie, he was nice
