Delicious cuts of meat, served with your choice of sides. Personally, I like the grilled cheeses, which they also serve very well. Perhaps the only point to improve is that they come with very few tortillas, although you can ask for more at an additional cost.
Great burgers, and the drinks too. I love the place and the service, 10/10. It's almost quiet, and you can go with your friends.
It was at the Parque Puebla branch... The food is good (nothing more, nothing less), the service is terrible, and the atmosphere is worthy of a fast food restaurant...
The staff at this location is always in a very bad mood, as if they were angry with the customers. The food is good, they didn't have change for cash, and the quality of their products varies greatly. I always order the Argentine burger combo, and sometimes the meat is very good, but other times it's downright frozen and commercial.
Definitely what a disappointment, I come constantly and ask for my cut and they gave me less than what they say.
The cashier wasn't paying attention to what was being asked, and she didn't confirm my order.

The cashier doesn't offer promotions correctly and charges extra for soft drinks without mentioning the promotion that includes flavored water... When you call the customer service number on the receipt, they just listen and don't even thank you for calling.
I bought a German hamburger and as soon as I touched it, the bun fell apart... They use that old bread... I won't buy anything here anymore.
Terrible service from the staff. We ordered a ribeye steak and a chicken breast, and they served them however they pleased. When we pointed this out to the staff and said we would report it, they laughed at us. I feel sorry for the owner.
Today, unfortunately, at Galerías Serdán, I bought a Pepito with chewy bread, and the chicken was obviously over-toasted or had been cooked for hours, because it was burnt and tough. And it was unpleasant to see them cleaning up with everything thrown around and water all over. Dirty. I regret having bought it. It's disgusting, and the service is terrible. I hope they keep an eye on these issues.
The croutons were stale...they tasted soggy and bad. They didn't have mashed potatoes, and the cashier always says she doesn't have change. She keeps ripping you off, peso by peso.
Terrible customer service at the Plaza Galerías Serdan branch. I looked for a phone number to report it to the employee and I've been here twice now and it's been the same treatment, it seems like they're bothered when you ask about the products. The only thing they do is make you not want to buy anything at that store.
I ordered a Neapolitan chicken breast and the meat was unusable; it smelled awful and was spoiled. I absolutely do not recommend eating at this place. The worst part is that they didn't refund my money and made me choose another dish, but shame on the restaurant. And the young woman who served me was even skeptical that the meat was unusable.
We are store employees and they only give us one hour to eat, and it takes 30 minutes to deliver an order. I really didn't like the service.
Totally unpleasant, they didn't have half of the menu, they didn't have hamburgers, they didn't have anything more than 5 dishes, very bad because I think the food is delicious there.
If you need a receipt, NEVER COME. They give you 24 hours, and when you call the number, they don't answer. I waited 10 minutes to be served. Although the staff is friendly, the food isn't worth it. They serve it on a tiny board that barely fits the main course, and the side dishes are cold.
TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THEIR STAFF. Both times I've been to the Galerías branch, the service has been awful. The staff is very rude and reluctant to serve you. Today, I politely asked if I could have a menu to see their options, and they rudely replied "no." Since my last visit, I've looked for a complaint number at the branch and couldn't find one, which is why I'm writing this. Last time, despite the poor treatment, I decided to eat there, but today I definitely chose another option.
The problem is that the staff has no interest in serving you, and since they took so long, they asked me to leave, since they think they just cancel orders and that's it. But what about the wasted time? I can only say I'm disappointed.
Terrible service. I ordered through Uber East and they sent me burnt Milanese, duplicated side dishes, and the wrong flavored drink… they didn't send the order as specified on the ticket. They should pay more attention to their orders 👎🏻
