Deliciosa hamburguesa, una de las mejores que me he comido, el mapache que ronda el restaurante en Puerto Vallarta es una visita que hasta ahora recordamos, el único punto en contra, pero eso ya depende de tu presupuesto, es el costo, sin embargo para la media de Vidanta, desde mi punto de vista, es la mejor opción 😊

Pedí una recomendación de hamburguesa al mesero y la sorpresa en mi paladar fue exquisita, la hamburguesa de atún sellado, mayonesa de chipotle y pepino fresco es algo que deben probar cuando vallan a Vidanta en Puerto Vallarta. El servicio ha sido excelente y de alta calidad como todos los restaurantes que se encuentran en este complejo vacacional.

Exelente espacio muy chic, familiar de preferencia adolescentes, muy buena atención y la comida que ofrecen deliciosa y muy buenas porciones, buena opción de vinos. Recomiendo hacer reserva con anticipación al menos 6 hrs. Antes. Considere la distancia y el tiempo para llegar a las instalaciones.

Todo está bien aquí!! No te vayas con la finta, las hamburguesas no son lo único, tienen un menú diverso y todo está de primera. No encuentras muchos lugares donde preparen bien un cowboy o un tomahawk, y aquí vaya que lo hacen bien...

La comida es de primera , vale lo que cuentas , los meseros tienen una calidad y validez que te hacen tener una experiencia inolvidable en el lugar.

Muy buenas hamburguesas pero precios elevados como todo en vidanta Actualización: En esta ocasión probé la hamburguesa de brisket, la pulled pork y guarniciones como los Mac and cheese, las frituras de camote, la papa asada, espárragos todo lo recomiendo porciones más que suficientes y gran calidad en el sabor las hamburguesas siguen siendo un poco costosas pero en esta ocasión valieron totalmente lo que cuestan el nivel de satisfacción supero las expectativas. Considero que es el mejor sabor que ofrece vidanta hasta el momento.

Incredible restaurant very spacious with roof above but opend. Great meals, really delicious starters like fried cheese. Dinner was great and very tasty too of great porpotions. We had the gurger cheese and cheese and the hot dog with brisket corn and more things. The french fries were great also just to eat them like that no need of catchup. The dessert was incredible also hot cookie with ice cream and the milk shake.

If you get to Nuevo Vallarta and Grand Luxxe Resort. Order the Chef's Special - Prime Rib sandwich. Spectacular and bursting in flavor. Our server Alfonso was professional courteous and friendly. Hostess Eleanor also was pleasant and friendly, the best hostess. It got busy but she handled it well.🤙🏾💯 So far always a good experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The burgers here are soooo delicious flavourful and juicy. However it is pricey and they don't come with sides. I ordered the peppercorn and my partner ordered the beef burger and we enjoyed them both tremendously. The truffle fries were lacking in flavor a bit (rarely any truffle flavor). The restaurant itself is also beautiful and gives off a relaxing almost Miami vibe. Overall I give a 5 stars.

Fernando did a great job making the Zacapa Red Tea (fruit flavored) at our table. We all had their salads (Chinese, with shrimp, and Cesar), which were very delicious, artistic, and had a pleasant, crisp texture. For the main dish, we had burgers, baked potato, and sweet potato fries. The Al Pastor Burger was delicious and another chance to eat the delicious shrimp.

The restaurant is like the name implies: good burgers. The service and wait time were both pretty average. The burgers were a little pricey for their taste, but otherwise good. Would’ve gotten a 4/5, but their were some nice felines to keep us company. 5/5 wanted to take one home, but the wife wouldn’t let me.

Loved this place so much we went 2 nights in a row while staying at the Grand Luxxe! Really delicious and creative burgers. It's not all about just the beef. My favorite was a surf n turf burger... beef and lobster. Mmmm mmm good! The appetizers are second as well. Hubby loved the onion rings while I went for the artichoke and sun-dried tomato dip with brie. Oh and their Cadillac margaritas are big and tasty. Our waiter was fabulous. Attentive, friendly and made great menu suggestions. Can't wait to go back some day.

Excelente comida, la atención del personal muy bien, sin embargo sucedió que de entre los jardines apareció un mapache y el personal se dedico a tratar de correrlo y eso provoco que los demás mesas agredieron al mapache, de que sirve que en sus árboles que están en los pasillos pongan el letrero de el llego primero pero no les enseñan a cuidar a los animales los cuales también seguramente llegaron primero, comprendo que no deben de darles de comer pero deberían de crear más conciencia en el personal y en los clientes

El lugar es hermoso y la oferta de comida es rica aunque un poco limitada y evidentemente con precios más altos. Las guarniciones no están incluidas en el platillo, pero la atención del personal es bastante buena.

This is a beautiful outdoor place to eat, but beware, we had 2 burgers, 2 cokes, 2 fries, with tips, which cost 1400 pesos or $140 CND or $100 US I think that's a lot! But it was good.

Had the waiter recommended Brisket Burger and it was quite tasty. Paired with an ice tea and it did the trick for me. The surroundings are beautiful and on the water. I really enjoyed my conversations at the bar prior to being seated. This is a very popular spot. I recommend this restaurant at least one time during your stay at Vidanta.

Excellent burgers. I had the trio, and tried the tuna. However, the large cocktails, the "vacation" size, are wildly overpriced for their size. At that price, a fishbowl would be expected.

El servicio no fue muy bueno pero después que llegamos, llegó un grupo de unas 20 personas. No me sorprende que los meseros fueran superados por la cantidad de gente. En cuanto a la comida, ni buena ni mala, pero para el precio, definitivamente decepcionante. La ubicación es excelente pero tomen en cuenta que es afuera.

They’re open after 5:00 for dinner. No vegan options other than a portabella mushroom burger (which you must request), fries and guacamole. The service was great and the patio was a nice place to soak up some sun and enjoy the cool breeze. I really haven’t found any of the restaurants in Vidante to have any cocktails or drinks that are spirit forward, so for that reason I passed on a drink.

Was probably one of the best burgers I ate in Mexico, sadly still not comparable to burgers in the US or even Germany. The only metric where that is the case is the price, where they even overtake both. The parmesan truffle fries where on the other hand not just the most expensive ones but by far also the worst I ever ate. We're not crispy and had almost no taste at all. Service and atmosphere are however both great. So is a place you can visit but really do not have to.

Tengo dinero con que gastar algo de buena calidad y que valga la pena, aquí la comida es muy mala por consiguiente carísima. Hamburguesas de 580 pesos iguales a las de burger King o peores

La comida bastante basica comparación calidad , precio . 5 camarones al coco con aceite quemado y las papas también precio al rededor de $350 por platillo... hamburguesas 7 de 10 pts. Hasta ahí bien, al salir piden que firmen el boleto para que no te cobren , cuando llegas a la salida "dicen" que la firma no es del gerente y el "conserje" del lobby con una actitud nefasta pide que regrese al restaurante, que está a media hora para que revise quien firmó el boleto de salida ( claramente moleste le pedí que llamara a quien sea que tuviera que firmarlo ) así lo hizo, pero después de 20 min nos dejaron salir . Una mala experiencia ir a este lugar . Saludos y buenas vacaciones .

How do you screw up a hamburger this bad?!? When it's literally "the thing" you're supposed to be good at? Ok, now that's out of the way- the service was very good and the restaurant has a cool layout/design- the only plus for this place. Arrived at Vidanta for vacation, first night. Came here and we regretted it every night and still make fun (even after vacation) how horrible the food was. Sent back one burger three times. Raw (not even rare- as I eat rare). This person eats med rare. No bacon on the second one. Third time he just gave up on trying. Messed my wife's burger up twice- put cheese on both times (diary allergy)... But yes twice in a row. Absolutely no flavor or any kind of "quality" to the meat. The buns were dry and not great. The fries were so crisp... Heck stale. They bounced on the table- I mean, they weren't really edible. You could break them in half like a stick. Oh, let's not forget at $14 (I believe) per order of "truffle"-(used loosely) fries. The only thing decent were the pre-done onion rings. All they had to do was deep fry those. Four of us just couldn't even bother to finish the food. Not even worth a fraction of what they charge here. It definitely didn't make a good start to the Vidanta "experience".
