Let me tell you we all have different taste but I travel 2 and half miles to get this food family loves it we have 4 Chinese food in my neighborhood but, like I said I travel round trip 5 miles so it to me it well worth it
One of the best Chinese food restaurants in the area. Menu options and prices are pretty much the same as every other NY Chinese restaurant... Food is delicious and fresh. Wait time may be pretty bad but I think it's only because the food here is so good. I've been eating here for years and the food quality and flavor are consistently great.
Great place to order from, as a Bellerose local. The food is great but the 5 stars is primarily because of their GREAT customer service. They have never gotten our order wrong, and they are very nice. Today we couldn't find a menu and called to ask for specials, the person on the phone offered to text me an image of their menu, making ordering so much easier.
The food here is delicious and it makes me want to come and get more. Besides the food being delicious, you get a full plate for a good price and you don't have to wait that long.
Chinese Take-Out can be hit or miss, Peking is the jackpot of Chinese Take-Out in Queens!! We've tried a variety of dishes on the menu and have yet to be disappointed. Everything taste so fresh and GOOD. The shrimp with cashew nuts and general tso's are a must try. Peking's friendly atmosphere and quick deliveries make this one of our favorites and frequent calls for dinner.
I love this place, the best of the best food. Been coming here for years and it’s still good every time.
This is my goto chinese takeout place. The food is superior and the prices are reasonable. If you spend enough they throw in a freebie. Not too many places are doing that anymore.
1st time order. Food was A-1 !!! Condiments came plenty, containers were generously filled, came fast - for a Friday night this was a great choice. 😊
The food is always fresh & served hot. The restaurant is keep clean & has a great aroma everytime you walk in the door.
Food is amazing and inexpensive, friendly lady working at the counter. My go-to spot by my house, I LOVE their chicken broccoli and general Tso's 😘
Their half-chicken fried rice is very good. The chicken is not oily. It's cooked very well compared to other Chinese restaurant around here.
Ordered dinner and the food was so fresh and tasted clean. Good seasoning and quality. I will be a return customer!
I love the place I live near it so I get the food often really good the best Chinese food place I have been to and I’m happy I live close to it I’m actually going to order it today
The food is delicious, not selfish on the portions. It was take out order
Food is amazing the owner is great I was missing 75 cent and she still made my food.
My husband and I love this place food is great suki is a sweetheart. This place is super clean and we love the delicious food I highly recommend take out
Love the food and love the owners fried chicken wings with pork fried rice!!!!!
Yo this place is Awesome ! Food is mad delicious and reasonably priced. Can't Believe it's a tiny store because it's almost close to restaurant quality. You gotta try their classics they are pretty yummy. If you are a Queens Village Local this is where its at for quick pick ups for valid Chinese food and they're usually open till 11 at night.
Great local Chinese food! Cash only and good portions. Hope to come back and try more menu items. The chicken and broccoli was delicious and the wings were very tasty.
The food here was amazing, and I honestly cannot recommend it more. I love fried chicken, which was what I order- the flavor is always rich and it was so incredibly juicy. I also had the pork fried rice with it, which was also incredibly good. I would recommend this to everyone 10/10
The food here is very good and in generous portions too. I have only had good experiences throughout all the years that I have ordered food here. 5/5

The Chinese takeout from Peking exceeded my expectations, especially their flavorful chicken wings and perfectly cooked pork fried rice. The wings were crispy on the outside and juicy inside, while the fried rice had just the right blend of savory and aromatic flavors. I will definitely be ordering from them again soon!
They’re so amazing and sweet. I was running late to pick up my food near their closing time and they waited. The food was great and not a small portion at all.
Great place to eat, my daughter loves the chicken n broccoli…I get it most days. Taste is amazing!
Good Chinese food at reasonable prices. One of the best places in the neighborhood with consistently good food quality, flavor and service. It's a small restaurant with a standard menu that won't hurt your pockets. Great for quick pick-ups since they're open late. The classic stir fry dishes and fried chicken wings are delicious. Been coming here for years and glad we have these popular local spots as part of the community.
Been eating here for years. The owner here is great, super fast service and the food is unmatched - so good!! Highly recommend
My go to chinese spot for those authentic flavors!!
Food is always fresh and well prepared. The beef & broccoli is incredible. Ordered the bourbon chicken this time - it is phenomenal, not to be missed!! Check this place out, you won't regret it!
Great chinese spot! Little heads up it's a cash only spot
1.1.1 Long-Term Commitment & Loyalty My family and I (family of six + our dog) have been loyal customers of Peking Chinese Restaurant since 2003, back when they were at their original Jamaica Avenue location. For 22 years, this has been our go-to spot—we've tried others while out of the area, but always come back saying, “Peking is the best.” 🍽️ Food Quality & Menu Favorites 1.2.1 Consistency Over Two Decades The quality of the food has remained incredibly consistent throughout the years. Even with rising costs due to inflation, the value for money remains unmatched. We usually spend around $50–$60 a weekend here, and it's always worth it. 1.2.2 Top Recommendations Large Chicken Lo Mein – our weekly favorite Kung Pao Chicken – packed with flavor Pork Fried Rice – our go to rice Triple Crown / Happy Family – great if you’re spending more Mongolian Beef – underrated gem Orange Chicken – phenomenal Hot & Sour Soup (Large) – my go-to when I'm sick Sesame Chicken – often a bonus over $55 orders Bourbon Chicken, Pepper Steak, Green Jade w/ Garlic Sauce – all worth trying 1.2.3 Late-Night & Generous Portions I’ve called in close to closing time, and they still took care of me. $15 for two large plates at 11 PM? That’s almost unheard of, especially for quality this good. 🧑🍳 Customer Service & Personal Touch 1.3.1 Front Counter Superstar The woman at the front counter is practically family to us at this point. She knows: My voice over the phone My regular orders When I’m experimenting with something new ("Are you sure?" she’ll ask) She works nearly every day (Tuesdays off), and her dedication stands out. 💡 Pro Tips for First-Timers 1.4.1 Know Before You Order Be aware of taxes and pricing Check special deals (like free sesame chicken over $55) Don’t underestimate how good the rice is, even if it’s a small side Don’t judge the corner spot by its size—it’s truly a hidden gem 🧡 Final Thoughts – A Two-Decade Testimony This isn’t just a review—it’s a thank you for 22 years of incredible food and service. We’re Peruvian, and this Chinese food has become a core part of our family weekends. It’s hard to find this level of value, quality, and consistency—especially late at night, especially locally. Whether you’re new to the neighborhood or just passing through, Peking deserves your try. If this review resonates, try it out—and maybe leave your own. From one loyal customer to a hopeful newcomer: You won’t regret it.

The food was on point, and it came out fast. Highly recommend!
Great food that was served quickly! I highly recommend this place.
If you are looking for Chinese good food which is also good for your pockets. This the best place for you. Also try their fried chicken wings PS: don't take the buns.
I usually order General Tsao Chicken. It was good. The pork fried rice tasted slightly burnt but still edible. Prices were a little higher than most other places.
I like the place and the price for lunch isnt that bad $7 the food is delicious. Its just i found a hair in my food. They don't wear gloves or hairnets. Idk i lost my appetite really.
Super fast delivery, food is always hot & tasty. Been ordering from here for year's, and always on point . Idk why ,but beef and broccoli is awesome .
The lady at the front taking orders was so much nice and pleasant pre Covid, always asking how you are and how's your family. Now very rude and she knows you. The prices went up and the coustomer service went down.
Moved into the area and wanted to try based on reviews but my order was delivered by the guy not wearing a mask and kept sniffling. On top of that, my crate was broken and the food was old as hell. Never again.
Food was not that great but it was the only restaurant open. Ordered 2 pork dumplings(1 fried 1 steamed). The fried dumplings weren’t even completely fried and still were soft and raw on the opposite side. Meat lacked flavor and the dumpling sauce wasn’t great and was a little too salty for me. Maybe the other food may be better though based on the other reviews I’ve seen.

The food smelled strange and tasted old. I was so disappointed because I‘be been buying chicken and broccoli from this restaurant a long time. Not until this day did I suspect the meat may not have been chicken. Sad. It’s hard to find a decent Chinese take out in or near Hollis
Small portion size for the lunch special barely was any rice and broccoli
Food is nasty.. tasted very weird, the place itself looks disgusting.. would not recommend eating from here at all.
The food has absolutely no taste. The fried rice was bland and the boneless spare ribs were dry and chopped up into small shards of meat. The prices are 20% higher than their listed price on the website and the containers of food got smaller ($7 soups and $12 entrees now). Also, the woman at the counter/phone is very rude. I used to go here since they first opened, but I will not be returning. There are too many better competitors nearby to waste your money here.
Raised prices!, sends Smaller portions and on top of this has a shitty attitude. Order from another spot, let them eat their own bullshit expensive cheap food
Food was bland the rice had a soapy after taste, i ordered a small plain fried rice and a general tso's lunch special with pork fried rice, both rice had a soapy weird aftertaste but the lunch special's rice was also slightly hard. I am very disappointed. Their food used to be very good, but it clearly has gone down .I spent $37 and ended up throwing it all out. Smh.
Their food is bland, they are way overpriced, they don’t explain their food on the phone easily. They send you whatever drink they want. They don’t tell you what is included in a combo or specials. There online menu is useless. We ordered food for 4 people received 2 soy sauce and 3 duck sauce packets.
The worst food I've ever eaten. The female staff insisted on immediate payment upon ordering, indicating their concern that I might not pay due to the poor quality of the chicken and rice.
