Always love BK, ❤️ this one lady in the drive thru was very pleasant, patient and very happy understanding with us. Our son couldn't figure out what he wanted there wasn't to bad of a line. But she made it easy, and warming. I didn't get her name wish I did.. she gave my son a crown. I hope they give her a good raise bc most ppl in the drive thru they get impatient but seem okay about when they aren't and aren't so warming and pleasant at times. I know drive thru is frustrating and very hectic but it's the job. I get it... But I don't really don't let it bother me bc I have days like that myself.. but overall great 👍

The staff loves to eat here a whole lot! It's a great bunch of people who work at this particular location, they're very attentive to the details whether the order is drive through, pick up, or delivery. I don't think we've seen an order that wasn't just what was asked for!

There was one girl working the drive thru and the indoor counter and 2 guys doing all the cooking. There was a lot of cars on the line and several people indoors and the line kept moving! Our order was perfect. Every sandwich made with expertise. I really want the owners to know that this girl was exceptional and needs a raise! As well as the two gents working the kitchen! They must know how valuable these employees are and reward them accordingly! New hires might be difficult these days but you definitely need to try to hire more people!

Chicken fries are always a good go to take out. The new spicy chicken sandwich is pretty good definitely worth a try. Would suggest having it hot dine or or drive through. The colder the sandwich the more you will notice the cheap quality of meat and realize that this is still fast food.

The Burger King in Queensbury was awesome. The staff was more friendly than many sit-down restaurants that we've been to. One employee even came by our table to make sure everything was good. Excellent service!

This was the best burger king I’ve ever been to! Everyone was very nice, my food tasted delicious (fiery and philly wrap), diet coke was crisp and tasty, and the inside was very clean and nicely decorated. I loved all of the crowns placed along the windows; it felt very homey and sweet. ♥️ burger king and will be getting another fiery wrap because I love spicy things!

Love burger king but this one kinda ruined it for me. Meat on burgers was extremely cold and tough. Took it back they were friendly and apologized. Had new order and this one was hot but still felt like they over cooked the meat. Not my usual burger king but they need to get advice from the glens falls store

This is the Burger King that I stop at when I travel north. Great stop before I head up through the Adirondacks. Exit 19 is also a great place to get gas and take a break. This place is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

Got two double cheeseburgers with bacon ask for extra mayonnaise and extra onion and extra pickle. Got no mayonnaise hardly any onion and just a couple of pickles. It was cold the bacon was cold that cheese wasn't melted wasn't worth it I took it to take out.

This place is good👍👍, great service, fries was like the size of my pinky finger. I have the spicy chicken, that was not spicy at all though, burger had a great smoke flavor.

Much cleaner than McDonald's! When you order a milkshake, you actually get a milkshake!!!! They have what they put on their menu!

Would be 5 stars but drive through was slow. Food quality on par, but of course being honest here, it is Burger King, not another one-named Burger joint, and definitely not one with a number in it's name.

Nice store easy to get into but hard to get out of parking lot traffic can only go one way (east) and if you want to go west there is no easy way to get back west about a quarter mile detour with lots of traffic lights that are always red when you get to them. The food is good and fresh personnel are friendly & service is quick

Chi'king was not as enjoyable as I anticipated. Could have used more than just a few pickles. The chicken was dry and tasted like the grease hadn't been changed in a bit. Fries were hot, perfect amount of salt, delicious.

I love the chicken junior. I have to say it is better than McDonald's and it is only $1.00. That is the only thing that is really a good price. The breakfast sandwiches are good but more expensive and limited to early morning. The onion rings are good and the fries are good if they are hot.

This place gets busier after Memorial Day. As far as a fast food restaurant goes, I would say there are above average all around.

A great place to go if you are looking to grab a bite, they have fresh burgers and fries. The chicken nuggets are okay and tolerable. The staff are nice and enthusiastic. The atmosphere is an average fast food experience.

Is it weird to review a BK? It was not crowded so i can't really give credit for them being speedy. Food taste and looks great. Its like they actually tried to make it look like the picture. Space is well maintained and cleaned. Toilet clean and not smelly. My only bad take is the sticky high chair but maybe it was the previous customer and they haven't dealt with iy. Maybe because i've been driving for hours or the fact that this is the first BK venue that actually salts their fries perfectly, or the very, and may i say again, very courteous staff - but everything taste good and their service prompted me to write this. Plenty of parking space. Close to pretty much everything you need in the middle of a road trip. Located exactly 3 hours and a half from US - CAN border control (from CAN side).

It's just your normal fast-food restaurant is all! Nothing more or less! Everything was fine when I went there!

On this visit I really can't complain too much obviously it's a fast food joint the food was hot and fresh and very affordable with the two for five this location had outdoor picnic tables and it was a beautiful day

I've had at least one incomplete drive thru order here. The food, staff and interior are consistent with other Burger Kings. I will most likely go again. It's definitely nice getting the coupons in the mail and saving a little money.

Service took almost 20 minutes, however my meal was refunded and was also given a coupon for a free meal in the future. They definitely made it right for the guest. However 3 stars for the longest wait time in fast food

Even with online order I waited for over 10 minutes, but it seemed like an issue with one particular order in line. Otherwise pretty standard BK. Kids were happy and mine was decent.

Very slow service. I went in to take out. While in there a guy went though drive though and didn't get all his order so came in (drive though live was long that day). Last told him he'd have to wait and too me she seemed rude to him. She they went on to tell him "there's only four people working now". When I go to gay food I don't want to hear about problems or excuses. I just want my whopper. Considered eating in but place was a mess. Garbage was overflowing. This was at about 430 on Wednesday 7/19. Can't imagine how bad it was at dinner rush.

Staff was kind, welcoming, and friendly. Onion rings were soggy and hamburger roll was stale (hard) on top. Otherwise everything ok.

The food was as good as you can expect from decent Burger King. Issue was I was standing at the microphone to give the order for 20min at least (not in line) and then waiting another 15-20min at the window!!! They probably had some major human resource issue; waitress was polite and apologized…

We visited the location in Queensbury,only gets 2 stars because my Chix king was so tough I couldn't bite thru it. My wife got the Bk bacon king and it was good. The fries were over done and tasted like old oil. Don't recommend the location on aviation road

I sat in line for 25 mins waiting for an on line order then get to the window and they tell me I have to pull ahead because my order isn't ready.....really what happened to fast food and ordering on line being faster....this franchise is always messing up orders....THE WORST IN THE AREA!!!!

I just went to the drive thru with my daughter and ordered $28.73 worth of food I paid exact cash and I got no receipt, then I was asked to pull off to the side and they would bring it out when it was done which was fine I waited 45 min and 10 cars later I sent my daughter in to see what's was going on also while I was trying to call the place apparently someone dismissed the order as if I already received it and it had been sitting on the side. Not only was it cold when I got home (which is right by exit 19) my daughter wanted no pickles and she had pickles, my soda had no flavor

Food was cold, i was watching manager and associates standing around, so when i was leaving i stopped at the counter and informed them that my food was cold and they might look at the 2 garbage cans outside because they were overflowing. Maybe they could use the time to take care of garbage before they got busy. The 2 associates at the counter were very nice and appreciated that i was letting then know. They said that they would pass it on.

Honestly the one in Glens Falls NY is just plain nasty. I usually don't go inside or even order here but my kids randomly wanted to go so I gave them a chance. The cashier was extremely nice but that's all they had going on besides the food was at least hot. All the tables are completely filthy. Dry spots of sticky soda all over the floor having to make sure my family didn't step in it. I asked for a cup ( I was going to pay but she just gave it to me which was sweet so I feel bad) the lady handed me the cup with no gloves but her hand and fingers went inside the cup, which makes me question if everyone is wearing gloves. I understand it is fast food and not the best but the place should be clean,no hands in cups and GLOVES.

I wanted a burger late (after 9 PM). The wait was at least 20 minutes in the drive through. It would have been longer but I turned out of the line and left.

Was very disappointed with this location. Burger King is running a 1 penny special using geo ...When near a McDonald's. They said that they ,Carrolls Corp. don't participate in this promotion even though they a display placard promoting the promotion and the app directed us to that store and we drove considerable distance. That was the most negative promotion that I have seen.

Had coupons we were told we had to go inside to order. When we got inside one guy hurriedup and pulled his mask up. The woman giving food out of the drive thru and running the counter had her mouth and nose exposed over our open bag many times. I will not ever be going back to this place. Will be filing a report with health department.

Employee did NOT wash his hands after using the rest room, when spoke with the assistant manager about the employee we were given a very nasty attitude. Proceeded to watch that employee work with soiled hands. Ordered a sweetened ice tea, the ICED TEA had NO ICE OR SUGAR in it. Also we never received a receipt after paying. ( Saw employee not wash after ordering and purchasing our order .) Would not recommend this Burger King to anyone.

This was the worst Burger King I have went to. The coffee was cold and the burger was burnt. The onion rings were several days old and reheated. I would never come here again. Waste of money go somewhere else! Go to McDonald’s.

Hash browns were drenched in grease and over cooked. Egg and cheese croissant, just meh. French toast sticks under cooked or had been sitting round too long. Not sure I will ever go here again

The burgers and chicken are always dried out and taste old or overcooked. The lettuce is skimpy and soggy. Buns are stale. If you have any sauces on your sandwich, there's either so little of it that you might as well have ordered it plain, or so much of it that it drips all over the place while your bun slides around and the sandwich falls apart. The employees are always friendly, and they get my order correctly, but I would recommend going to any other BK.

It took 15 minutes to get a hamburger. The hamburger was cold I brought the hamburger back to the counter and caught flack from the person behind the counter. they were upset that I complained. Imagine that. I might mention the drive-thru was a mile long. There were like three people inside this Burger King

Stopped for a quick lunch. Left drive thru to go back to work. Got 4 PC. Mozzerella sticks. They were cold and had been sitting for awhile. It was not edible. Got a rodeo cheeseburger that was cold. Not what I expected at all. Everyone wants more money but can't cook your food properly. I'm sick of going to this burger King and not getting good food. Their bacon is never cooked either.

Apparently this location doesn't know what air conditioning is!! Pretty sad when it feels cooler outside. It felt like it was 85 degrees inside!! We didn't stay we LEFT!!

Honestly really unimpressed. Placed an order and waited 10 minutes when they were not slammed like you think they would be for the pace the turnover for food to be out. Food was more room temp than what you'd think would be hot. Only one worker calling out what they actually need that's on the grill. Honestly don't think I would return to this location.

Staff is not trained correctly to provide proper service and protection to those with food allergies. Manager said well most folks it’s just preference we can’t tell when it’s a real allergy. I told the cashier at the time the order was placed of the allergy info and nothing was done properly . Not even a glove change 😞

Horrendous service. They will completely and totally ignore anyone standing on counter and serve only drive thru. Staff will literally show you their backs and not acknowledge you are even there. After being treated like a ghost for five straight minutes, I walked out and went to McDonald's.

Waited on the drive-thru line forever, the lady who took our order was totally nasty, the food was ice cold and the french fries were hard as a rock and we got Whoppers and we couldn't even eat them they were so disgusting we both through half of them away! I went to burger king last night requested extra mayo no onions , and enplyee said I can't have extra mayo but I can have mayonnaise packets. They seved with onions . I waited 15 minutes and the whole time they had old fried sitting under the light that they served drive thru. Also very dirty floor was dirty big water spill with smell of ammonia.

Was very disappointed about being turned away for service. you should be taking orders up until closing. not shutting down the drive through because you close in 5 minutes. I waited 30 minutes in line after fireworks. Ridiculous.

Service was non existent. We waited for someone to take our order but we were ignored by the manager and employees. One employee who was on her break tried to take our order but was denyed by her manager. After about 5 minutes we left. Working in the fast food industry I know better than ignoring a soon to be paying customer. If anything this so called manager should not in his position.

I love Burger King but this was the worst visit. The service was very fast and the cashier was friendly... The food was horrible, the chicken tasted like it sat to long and the the fries were cold. One thing i didn't understand was the soda from the fountain was warmer than room tempature giving it a heavy syrup taste.

Your staff needs to learn a few things. The burger guy did nothing but complain about the shift. Very loudly. The girl supposed to take my order spent more time looking at the shift pages than waiting on the front counter. The girl minding the window needs a major attitude adjustment when talking to customers.

I ordered through the drive through and was told in pull off to a line of cars next to the drive through...After a long wait I got my order which was missing two whoppers which I did not realize until I got home.

You wait 4 minutes in between orders being taken. Soooooo long to get a 6 dollar order. Down town glens falls is quick quick quick. They say we will be with you in a moment after waiting 10 minutes, 3rd car back and Noone picking up food. Awful. Slowest fast food around. Here 4 times this week, work around the corner, each time incredibly long when no cars here,4 going to start eating at Dunkin.

We ordered an 8 pc nugget, 2 large fries, a buffalo wrap, a honey mustard wrap, and a double bacon cheese burger. What we got was 2 classic wraps, 1 fry, a bacon double cheese burger, and a fry that was mainly onion rings with a few fries on top for some reason. The people were nice but like come on…

Ashley, the “general manager”, is the worst manager I have ever seen. Spends more time on the phone than anything, doesn’t help customers, and makes rude jokes in front of everyone. Meanwhile, the employees working for her complain about her. BK needs to make a SERIOUS change at this location.

I go here sometimes, and i doordash sometimes too. First time having this issue ever picking up from this burger king as a doordasher, I didn't know that I absolutely needed my red bag. I didn't have the red bag and I had my phone with the app open, so I could confirm it if asked. But anyways, here is what happened within detail. I walk in, it was around 10 o'clock maybe 10:30pm? One girl was sweeping the inside floor, while 3 employees just stood there standing and talking, completely ignoring me. Didn't even say anything to me at all. I saw the bags, I went to them, about to check to see if it was the 2 orders i was picking up. And for some reason, the window/drink person came over and started asking a bunch of questions. Like am i uber eats or doordash (thats fine, i get that). I told him doordash, and then he told me i need my red bag and was also questioning about when I started doordash?! He refused to let me take it out, even tho I did have the app open, and could confirm it. I had to cancel the doordash and I lost out on payment due to that. And with that being said, I will not be taking ANY orders from here. Nor will I come back to get food personally either. That just was rude and uncalled for. You really should think about getting better night crew. Check the cameras and see for yourself. And also a suggestion, put a sign on the door so next time I don't waste my time because I had to call and cancel and tell them why I couldn't pick up the order. That took away about 15-20 mins that I could've been working.

I like the food here, but the poor service time does not make up for it. In general, I could order food at a comparable fast food place in town, eat my food, and leave in the time it takes to get through drive thru just to get an order completed. Ordering ahead does not help, nor does doing pickup inside vs drive thru. At best, the latter saves you a 20m drive thru wait and instead you wait 10m after your predicted pick up time.
