Good review all around! Food came out fast and hot. Server waited patiently for my order and came by several times checking in on the food, as well as the manager which I appreciated. Even offered to box up the food and provide a to-go drink cup. Shoutout to my server Anthony for the great service and thank you neighborhood Olive Garden!

We were greeted when we walked in immediately sat down. Then waited over 5 minutes for a waitress to come to the table to take our order. Tuleen was very nice but very soft spoken and anytime she came back to the table she was so soft-spoken we barely heard her. We ordered two glasses of wine one six out one out 9 oz and the 9 ounce was not full to the spot that she specifically said it should be fulfilled to but argued with my husband about how full it was we did not appreciate. She was more concerned with the table behind us than us. Speaking to the manager here in this post please teach your waiters and waitresses to speak up so that the customer can hear them instead of feeling like they don't care whether they're heard or not. We like to eat it Olive garden but did not find this location as friendly as the one that we usually go to over in Hurst.

Hostess notified of birthday which apparently lead to lack of service instead? BTW it is NOT busy. 6 min to get greeted Ordered right away to not wait again Manager showed up with excuses speaking to a table with a manager and someone with a lot of service industry experience. His excuses were poor service and I would be embarrassed to have him as a manager representing my company. 15 minutes for drinks 23 minutes for salad and breadsticks 1 child received a DIRTY plate for her salad with leftover salad from someone else on her plate. The SAME child received her Mac and cheese kids plate ALSO WITH SALAD STUCK TO THE PLATE 37 minutes for food The food itself was fine which is why the stars stayed high. The waiter was polite once showing up. We came because its where the birthday child picked for her birthday (which being her young age was excited when the hostess said theyd sing to her, they did not). Otherwise. I see a very slim chance of us returning to this location following this visit. Second manager to follow up as requested following a terrible visit, Bridgette, she was much more of a wonderful manager. Listened to everything listed in this review. Was understanding and caring. So the food, Bridgette, and the server kept the reviews higher. But the "birthday" experience for a brand new double digit girl who's counted down the days for tonight for the past 2 months. Thank you Bridgette for helping get some singers together for her before we left and allowing her to have part of her experience ❤️

We normally love Olive Garden, but rhe last few time we have gone have been disappointing. We felt very rushed. After we ordered our soups were out very quickly, which was great, but we hadn't even received our appetizer yet. Not even 5 minutes after the soup came out, our entrees arrived. We hadn't even had time to have half of our soup, and the appetizer, which was just dipping sauce for the breadsticks still hadn't arrived. We asked our waiter about it, so he then brought it quickly. We felt so rushed that we ended up getting to go boxes to take the rest home. The speed would have been great if we were on a lunch break, but for a Saturday evening dinner, when the restaurant wasn't busy, it was far too rushed.

Went to Olive Garden for my first time ever. It was a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The only thing that was negative was that my friends and i were sat at was very small with a low hanging light above us. As we were talking and waiting for the server to bring us our drinks. We began to notice something moving in the light. Looking up we saw a huge roach in the light above us and our table, twitching. We immediately ask to move seats and for them to handle the situation. The server told us we weren't the first to complain about the bug and moved us swiftly. (If they knew about it, why would that have seated us there) We finished our meal there and I would say it was pretty decent, but the bug definitely curved my appetite.

Took my daughter and mom to our favorite restaurant, we have always came here and had amazing service. The hostess were super sweet and while we were eating the manager on duty came to touch the table and talk to us. My mom got a new entree dish she never tried before, wasn’t a big fan on it and the manager was very kind to swap it out for something else. So overall great atmosphere, but our server gave us the worst customer service. I don’t remember his name he was short, black hair and as I would ask for request that were simple he would give a feedback as if it was too much to do. At the end he brings us our to go container, I ask if we could get bread to go (we have always ask for that and never had a problem) he pauses and says “umm well I can’t do that but I can bring a bread and a to go” I say confused okay that’s fine and he give a sigh upsettingly and a un happy look on his face as he walks away, before I can ask just for another Alfredo sauce to go as well, which I absolutely did not mind paying for. He drops off the bread and leaves and says nothing. I could see he was busy and which from that reaction he gave to us I didn’t feel comfortable asking for anything else. So I see the manager and ask her if I could get a side of Alfredo to go she can charge it to my tab no problem and she says “I will go and check on that for you.” As we wait he comes back with a bowl of Alfredo and a to go container and then proceeds to say “I thought I had already placed a side of Alfredo on the table.” And I said “yes, we just wanted another one to go.” He continues to say “well I place one on the table so I didn’t think you wanted anymore cause I had already gave you one.” And just kept repeating it over and over again rudely. He made both me and my mother very unease with the situation, it made us feel like we were a bourdon to him and I didn’t know it had to be justified to get something to go if I’m willing to pay for it completely and not have it just handed to me for free. I work in the restaurant industry and I understand certain situations from when it get to busy or overwhelming but his whole demeanor and attitude was very unprofessional and rude, when we were polite and respectful the whole time. Definitely the worst experience and service we have had at the alliance Olive Garden. But the manager and hostess were super kind and sweet though.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in the last seven years I’ve been going here. First there was the wrong syrup hooked up to the drink machine and they told us they can do anything about it and they didn’t offer us anything else in exchange. The chicken was very rubbery like it was overcooked . My wife got food poisoning the next day for eating meatballs . My daughter got soup and the second bowl was very watered down. And these pictures of the bathroom definitely explained why it was being managed very poorly. I will not be returning. Carrabba has my business now.
