I love love LOVE this coffee shop! Nora is amazing! We've only been during the lockdown period, and they have been fantastic at still keeping things moving. They have done a few DIY cookie decorating kits and we took advantage of the Cinco De Mayo ones. The kids had a lot of fun with it and the cookies were delicious! We've had a few coffee drinks and pastries that have been fantastic. We also ordered our son's birthday cake and Nora certainly delivered! It was one of the yummiest cakes we've had and the decorations were on point! Even if you're driving through, order a coffee! It's far tastier then the big chain coffee's and you can still text in your order so it'll be ready for you to pick up! We are looking forward to all the goodies that are whipped up here!

Never waste money on mediocre food at Starbucks again, this has similar pricing but the quality is insane compared to Starbucks. Adorable dining area, awesome staff, and the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had in my life.

We stayed in Ramona for the weekend and ended coming back twice, and once before we left lol. The food was absolutely delicious, we highly recommend ordering the "Hot Mess", best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. The coffee's are great as well, very distinct flavors and they pack a punch. If you don't want a coffee, the frozen lemonade is always a great option on a hot day. The staff is very nice and friendly...We'll definitely be coming back :)

I was visiting Ramona after not being there for about 10 years and decides to stop at Main Street. They were pretty busy, but the coffee came out quickly. Their seating is outdoors and was decorated for the holidays. The gal who took my order was very friendly and talkative. They have seasonal drinks available. I ordered a Butterscotch Breve and asked for it to just be made with 2% instead of half and half, which was no problem for them. The coffee was sweet, but it tasted great! I'd definitely return if I find myself back in Ramona!

The girl at the window was kind and engaging, we got a frozen dirty chai latte which we hadn’t tried before. It was SO GOOD. New flavor unlocked for us. We will definitely stop by again if we are in the Ramona area. Loved the outdoor space. 5 stars all around.

Absolutely loved this place it’s super aesthetic and the sour dough “Tuscan” we had was OUT OF THIS WORLDD overall i 100% recommend for anyone going to Julian or just passing by here. We definitely will come by any time we come by hehe.Then the e price is very affordable and overall good for what you get.

I have never been lucky enough to find a coffee shop has been part of the small-town community for over 27 years. This tiny little coffee shop offers speed of service that you would find any big city and I just absolutely had to have my favorite coffee alternative the ice chocolate milk with peppermint syrup the sweetness of which kind of made me wanna order a bucket size version of this drink it was so good. This shop offers a rare opportunity to enjoy a really good coffee and fantastic street side seating. The other interesting thing is is that you can actually text your order in so if you’re in a hurry and you’re part of this community why not text them? Show up five minutes later and your drink is ready I was very impressed with what I got here I could recommend this place enough it’s so quaint and charming and the town is so amazing I’ll probably come back here every chance I get. Stop by and try one of the many wonderful flavors that they have, they even offer sugarfree flavors for people that have dietary issues.

Ordered a Cherry Blossom Latte, which tasted like coffee + strawberry milk, but it was still delicious and I enjoyed every sip of it. The service was friendly, and the cafe was beautifully decorated with cute and creative Halloween decor during our visit. It’s a lovely spot to relax and unwind.

Hidden gem in Ramona. Friendly service, yummy food that’s not too pricey and great quality drinks. It is a shared parking lot but finding street parking hasn’t been an issue either. Avo toast is definitely a bargain compared to other places in San Diego. Shaded seating in both the front and back patio. Front area can get a bit tight if you’re dining in as you’ll be sharing the space with customers waiting in line to place their orders and those who are waiting for their to-go orders. Back patio is not that much larger but more spaced out with cute decor.

Packard’s is a Ramona institution that nourishes the town with wonderful coffee and baked treats! They have amazing lattes, smoothies, and scones! Their chocolate scones are honestly some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. They dissolve in your mouth and are perfectly balanced! You’ve got to try Packard’s whether your a local or are just passing through.

Main Street Coffee in Ramona is hands down the best coffee spot in town. Their coffee is consistently excellent, and they’ve always got some fun drinks on the menu if you want to try something new. My personal favorite is their Mexican Mocha—it’s got just the right amount of spice. And if you’re in the mood for something a little more indulgent, the Alaskan Mocha (with their homemade whipped cream, of course!) is pretty much irresistible. The food is just as good as the drinks! Their breakfast sandwiches are seriously delicious, and the crepes are next-level. And honestly, it’s one of the most underrated lunch places around. Their sandwiches are excellent. Their seating is all outdoor and has been recently upgraded. It's my favorite place to work outside the office or meet with people. The staff is friendly and genuine, and the owners clearly care about both their customers and their craft. Whether you’re picking up your morning coffee or meeting friends for lunch, I highly recommend Main Street Coffee.

Stopped here for coffee and breakfast. The employees were super friendly and helpful. If you want a fresh cooked/made breakfast and not something pre-made and reheated then this is the place. Fesh cooked eggs in a breakfast sandwich. It was delicious! Coffee was good too!
