I love their Vietnamese iced coffee during the summer and usually stop by just for that. I prefer this location because it’s much more relaxed compared to the one at Arden Mall. The store is very clean, spacious, and offers plenty of options if you have a sweet tooth. The prices are comparable to other shops but definitely feel like a better value.

I was excited they had both sweet and savory options. I stopped in for the first time today and got a few different items to take home and try. So far everything has been delicious. The prices are not bad for the different breads. The staff was friendly and let me know they have an App to scan for rewards in case you end up shopping there often. I’ll definitely go back to try other options.

I love coming to this bakery—especially this brand new branch! I’m a huge fan of anything with chocolate, and they definitely deliver. I came in about 30 minutes before closing, so the pastry selection was a bit limited, but the place was spotless and the customer service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

I love this place. Pick and choose pastry options that they box up at checkout. Yummy food options and drinks. I recommend the salted caramel ice coffee!

Had two members approach us for assistance, both were kind and helpful. As you walk in there is self service machine, to the right sitting tables & the barista station, to the left the self service baked goods. Good feng shui, the set up has a flow. Clean, easy to navigate through the store without feeling chaotic. Fresh, well stocked, detailed ingredient labels. We got the chocolate croissant and their trial sun dried tomato roll. Finally, there’s an 85C bakery that opens closer to me! It’s located at the KP International supermarket complex. I always love the bread & other yummy stuffs from this cafe but couldn't justify the long drive to Sacramento. The store is spacious and the bread displays are neat and good height (esp. for small kids who want to see the breads). The display was full of bread, pastry & cakes selection when I was there around 6pm on Friday. There are 2 drink kiosks at the front if you just want order the drink. The cashiers were friendly and the drink service was good. I ordered 2 drinks and they were ready within 5 minutes despite being fairly busy.

I'm so glad that another location has opened. I love their egg tarts, red bean bread, and half moon(almond). They are so good. Very spacious, clean with okay service.

Really good milk teas at a good price. Simple ingredients with most milk teas made w. non dairy creamer - perfect. The oolong is incredible. The taro marble bread, delicious. So many good bakery options here and the service is always great.

Love the food but the service was terrible. The frontline needs to be more attentive to help. For example, 2 occasions I asked for sandwiches and both times she tells me; if they are not out there then we don’t have any! Once I have to wait to pay at the counter while she was doing other things and ignoring me. I have to finally call out for service and someone else came out from the kitchen to ring out for me. By default coffee comes with sugar and cream mixed and there’s no option to get it on the side. Recent cake was amazing, updating to 4 star based on just the food. 1st visit experience: I got the coffee named as 85 deg coffee and it tasted very mild. That’s trash if I have to pay $5 bucks for a regular coffee. Also, the server didn’t tell us about the promotion of buy one get one 50% coffee. I realized this later when the app shows it. You have one job!

Bread is quite cheap here, but the quality isn't great. When you eat it, the texture feels dry and crumbly. However, it's the perfect place to enjoy a variety of breads along with tea and coffee at an affordable price. To put it in perspective, the prices are lower than Walmart, but the taste is better than Walmart. If you're looking for a more refined texture in bread, you might compare it to places like Paris Baguette or Estelle Bakery. However, these places come with a higher price tag to match their superior quality.

Cannot tell you about the food because I couldn’t eat any of it! Very busy place lots of people leaving with boxes of baked goods, food looked good but absolutely nothing gluten free! Asked a clerk if they had anything GF she said no. So i had a strawberry banana smoothie and called it a night! Very disappointed! Will not go back.

I walked in with my mom to have a coffee and sweets. The cashier wan American girl with a hat on. No smile no greetings simply rude person. I asked her if they will add more chairs and tables the future so when customers come there is sitting area available. She simply shook her head and said nothing. We felt like taking to the walls. So rude and disrespectful. Management please retrain her!

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The staff member was noticeably unfriendly throughout the entire checkout process. After I completed my purchase and politely said “thank you,” she turned away without any acknowledgment and immediately began conversing with another employee. While the bread is undeniably delicious, the overall customer service left much to be desired.
