Stopped in here to meet up with an old friend at 1pm on a Thursday. Sat at the bar. Matt was our bartender. He's a nice guy, attentive and friendly. He also knows his way around the menu. I usually get the chicken enchilada soup, which I think is delicious. The bar was full with what seemed like regulars, most of them seemed to know each other. From the time of order to serving our dishes was relatively short. Will definitely come back again.

Had a great dinner followed up with a great desert. The wait wasn't long, the server was great. Fantastic atmosphere.

We had a really nice late lunch. Food was great, but our waitress was the best. She doubled as the bartender. She was quick and very efficient. I wish we had obtained her name. My husband loves to joke around and she was nice enough to play along. We were there today, September 9th, at 3:00pm, so her boss will know who we're speaking about. We will patronize this restaurant again in the future.

We did Curbside pickup. Showed up early, and before we even checked in, someone came out to the car. AMAZING SERVICE. Who does that? She told us they were still working on it, I said I knew we were early, so it was fine. The order came out right on time and accurate. I have had great experiences here for dine in as well. Definitely worth the money, huge portions and great food!

Very good food, great atmosphere, and lovely staff. While I was not initially pleased with my meal, upon requesting that my steak be cooked a little bit more, our waitress got me a whole meal to go. And was incredibly polite about the whole situation. I tend to second guess myself and she made me feel comfortable with asking and she made it clear to me that I was right. Great place all around 😊

Went here with 4 people total including me. The server was mildly flamboyant and very helpful. They forgot part of my meal and fixed me up quickly. The drinks were flowing and I was lush. Great experience. The ribs were tender and the chicken was cooked just right. Try the seasoned corn, it's delicious. Over all I had one of the best nights out with friends in a while. I hope the next time I go the flamboyant server is there again.

10/10 chilli's in the area! The servers are great and the food always comes out without a problem! We are regulars at this establishment and we get recognized by the staff. They are all so kind and welcoming! We try new things all constantly and it comes out really well prepared each time. It's all good but I do order their bone in wings a lot, I do wish they offered more sauces. It's always clean and they work fast to clean the tables that were just finished dining at and nothing sits for too long. The bar side looked just as clean and tidy. My wife and I recommend this chilli's to everyone!

Ate lunch here a week ago. We were very please with our experience. We were seated immediately. Our food was served quickly and hot. Portions are good size. However the best part was our server, Austin. He was so kind and yet professional. He checked on us just enough to let us know he was there if we needed anything. He has a great and made us feel very welcome. We will be returning for great food and service.

I love fast chili's to go. This feast has margarta chicken pasta. Kids chicken pasta. Salad, guacamole n chips, chili's famous salsa. Loaded mash potatoes. Tortilla soup and loaded potato soup.

Ordered pick up at Chili’s today, Shay helped me with my order. She told me she was new but she got my order in the computer without any assistance and our order came out quickly and was correct when we got home. Another lady was in the waiting area and she was very upset about how long she had been waiting. Shay was very nice and kept apologizing because she didn’t know why the wait took so long. It's been a while since we've been to Chili's, and it was awesome! The server was super nice, the food amazing, and the Dodgers game was on (which we stayed long enough to see that they won 🎉). Would definitely go again soon. Also, the mozzarella sticks are the best I've ever had! But they're huge and filling, so keep that in mind.

Great selec of food options, even better drinks. Service can be a tad slow when theyre slammed. Atmosphere can get kinda loud, but I love the open seating booths at the bar area. There can be a wait on weekends.

This is a great location and also the busiest Chili's, I do believe. However, the wait is never horrible. This is actually my go to steak place now that Cattlemans doesn't know how to cook a steak.

Came here with my sister and her son for my birthday dinner. Had the monthly margarita special, a dragon fruit margarita, that was sooooooo good as well as a chicken salad. Forgot what it was called but had beans, corn, rice, chicken, pico de gallo, it was super delicious. Service was prompt and friendly, very attentive, and the amount of food and drink for the price was outstanding. I had read that Chili's had really upped their game recently for value and they lived up to that hype. Not to mention the food was absolutely delicious (along with a very addictive margarita)

I've been coming to Chili's a lot lately and ordering the 3 for me $10.99 smasherburger deal. It's a killer deal for the money, but I was getting tired of the same burger, so this time I ordered the big BBQ combo platter with 3 choices of meats for $26 or so. That's too much food for one person, so I was here with a friend and we shared the platter. It was plenty of food for 2 people. We ordered 2 orders of the chicken crispers with the honey sauce along with a half rack of the ribs. It comes with sides and we had salads along with a dinky slice of garlic bread. The food came out with the usual efficiency of the new and better Chili's service. That was plenty of chicken and ribs and salads and free chips and salsa I get with my Chili's membership, it was plenty to eat! I do like the Honey flavor better than the Nashville flavor. This was a good switch up from the burger, but just can't beat that burger deal! Get the BBQ combo big option, well worth the $3 upgrade to get another say half rack of ribs. The ribs are actually quite tasty for ribs served at a non specialty rib joint. I'll come back for this again!

Local to where I live but a good representation of the chain. The food is good. My favorites are the chips and salsa, Margarita Chicken (healthier is a bonus), and the general vibe. During the pandemic, their ToGo operations were vastly improved and still a strength of the business. Parking, other than ToGo pick up in front, is not easy but the parking log around the back there is a lot of space.

Went here twice and I've had both good and bad experiences. The food is the same as with every other chilis and is fine. But the service you get can be a hit or a miss. First time was good, but the second time was terrible. The waiter i had was a trainee. The food we ordered got served to another table and we were not told about it. After 40 minutes of waiting I ask another waiter (blond haired guy around his 50's, nice guy) and he inquired about my order. He sincerely apologized and got it right. New trainees must be trained properly and be taught the skills to maintain customer satisfaction.

I have enjoyed chili's for a long time, even if it's been a long time since I've had exceptional service. My 1st visit to this location didn't go super well, Skillet Queso came out cold, then when my Just Bacon Burger came out i looked at the bacon and it was barely cooked. Amazes me when restaurants will send out clearly undercooked almost rare bacon on a burger. Pretty sure at least 90% of bacon burger eaters would prefer crispy bacon. So i asked my server if i could get my bacon cooked more, oddest response ever, she says shes not sure if they can or if they have any crispy bacon because it's precooked in the morning... eventually they bring me basically burnt bacon that when i touched it, it just disintegrated. Was still better than brink of raw bacon. They need some better cooks. Not to mention after i paid, i noticed a $3 charge for table entertainment when we never even touched their tabletop machine. Check your receipt.

Place was pretty empty, so the service had to be good. What bothers me, is that I kept asking questions about different dishes and the cost of substitutions (if any). When the server came back to take my order, there was no mention of extra cost for my two substituted sides. I had to find out after getting the check. Do they enjoy having to get a manager involved to comp items?

If you go to a place to get waited on, go here. If you to a place for food don’t go here. The only exception might be the fajitas if they make them right. I would go here 14 times a year for dinner. Two mistakes in my meals and that was it. When those items they mistakenly put in could make someone sick or have a reaction. Why 1 star? Be careful when paying through their pay machine on the table. They can add a tip amount even if you select "no tip" on it without your consent adding $6.24. Our bill was $23.29, and we left a $5 cash tip on the table. Better have a receipt printed. Lesson learned: Do not use their machine. Very disappointing.

Took my daughter here because she wanted to try Chili's for the first time. Got seated right away and took our drink orders. The service stopped there. We waited for a long time watching the server took every other tables orders and went back and forth to the bar but never came to our table. On the evening of June 13th around 6 PM, we visited your restaurant and ordered approximately $80 worth of food, including an appetizer platter, two entrées, a soda, and a margarita. Unfortunately, despite our efforts to remain polite and understanding throughout the visit, our experience was disappointing for several reasons. We specifically requested that the appetizer be served first, but it was brought out last, after the entrées had already been served. Additionally, we ordered the fajita steak medium rare, but it was served well done. We chose not to raise this issue at the time, as we understand that fajita steak is thin and can be difficult to cook to an exact temperature. When the margarita was served, a noticeable amount was spilled while being poured from the shaker. The drink server immediately diverted attention by complimenting my tattoos, rather than directly addressing the spill. She made a brief attempt to clean the table using napkins, but it remained wet and sticky. We asked her to serve us another drink and she agreed but she failed to return, so we calmly informed our table server, who then brought the issue to the manager’s attention. The manager responded with what felt like a passive-aggressive tone, stating, “We can’t give you another drink because you still have a good amount of margarita. We can give you a discount instead.” We appreciated the gesture and accepted the offer. However, when we were ready to check out, the discount was not reflected on the bill. To add to the confusion, we were presented with a paper receipt—something that had never happened in our prior visits, as we had always used the self-checkout device at the table. When we asked about this change, the server offered no real explanation and instead appeared to laugh about it with the manager. Throughout the meal, the manager’s presence remained unsettling, as we noticed her watching us from a distance, which made us feel uncomfortable. We’ve continued to visit this location in the past largely because of its convenience, and we approached this visit with patience and courtesy despite the issues. However, after this experience, we no longer feel inclined to return.

BEWARE! RAW WINGS! Ordered through Uber Eats on May 5. We got sick. 3 wings in I notice it is raw on the inside. Uber was great when I notified them. Spoke to Brionna who was supposedly a manager at Chilis (Its Just Wings) on Zinfandel and she snapped at me and said "There is a set cooking time!". I said I believe larger wings need longer to cook and explained they were raw on the inside. She then dismisses me and very sarcastically says "There was probably just extra fat on them". I asked her name, she said Brionna and she hung up on me. Will never eat here again.

I asked for a lettuce wrap burger and I got a shredded lettuce burger. This is a first for me. I also got a mug with lips stick stain on it. When I realized I had been drinking out of it, I asked the waiter to take it away and asked to not bring me another one. He brought me another one! Service is good. I wish they put more attention to how they serve the community. Do better. Listen to the customers you still have. This is a poor reflection on management.

I went to Chili’s today and left very disappointed with the amount of chicken on my salad. I paid $19 for a salad that came with only two small pieces of chicken. I even spoke with the manager and showed her the advertised photo, but she insisted that the portion I received was standard. Unfortunately, this experience has really soured my impression of the restaurant, and I’ll likely not be coming back.

I’m having a hard time giving this place a star. Unfortunately someone chose Chili’s when they were thinking of where to get me a gift card from and I should have re-gifted it. Sadly I thought hey, a long time ago when I would eat there I would get the fajitas so I went with those and my mom wanted to try a bowl and with a little money left I got a to go alcoholic drink. The Tito’s Punch was the best thing I ordered but the price was ridiculous. Chili’s should be ashamed of itself for so many reasons. The $11 I paid for a maybe 6oz cup is sickening. Now let’s talk about the food if you could call it that. I made myself a burrito out of the fajitas and got a bite in and threw it in the garbage. It was not at all edible. It was the nastiest thing I have ever had. The beans were watery and flavorless, the rice was dry and just sad. No seasoning, no care or thought put into anything. The sour cream was rancid, like it’s been sitting out for weeks. The chicken was ok but not seasoned, not even with fajita seasoning so whats the point. The shrimp are tiny bay shrimp and those were overcooked. My mom ordered the Chipotle Fresh Mex bowl and it sucked. We have no idea what Chili’s was going for when they put this on their menu. Like I said one star is giving them too much credit. That food was horrible! I’ll never order from there again! I won’t even think about Chili’s ever again if I can help it. Fresh Mex…they should be fined for having that be their tag line.

I asked the hostess what a servers name was specifically for this review because she was standing the the kitchen/hallway area playing with her hair literally so many times. I was told her name was Amco, Amiko? She had her hair mostly down with a bow on top. Every. Single. Time. She went back to the kitchen/hallway area; she was touching her hair. Both hands fully in her big mane or playing with her side danglies or that big bow or standing there curling her hair in her fingers flirting with some guy. She had these long nails too and a blue band aid on. How sanitary is that? In this hallway of chatting servers; we've witnessed a male employee do this dramatic hair flip and put his hair in a pony tail and then just walk out to the front. Another guy did a dramatic hair flip, ran his hands through his hair pretending to be a model or something, laughed and walked back to the restaurant. Im baffled. The amount of servers on their phones and just walking out of that hallway to their customers, is wild and disgusting. (Cell phones are the filthiest thing on the planet) Why any employee is allowed on their phone in the kitchen, is wild and disgusting. Why any employee is not required to have their hair up fully, is wild and disgusting. It's not the fact that we can see them doing these unsanitary disgusting behaviors; it's the fact that these people DO these behaviors and probably don't realize they're doing it and then go serve food to people.... or they just dont care. Do they touch their faces or noses or ears before coming out, too? I know this is only fast food but I don't want whatever is in Amaco's hair thats now stuck under her nails or in that band aid, on my plate. Im scared to think about if she (and they) actually touch the food before its brought out. Thats a scary thought. Besides that WHOLE issue, the bartenders have been great and the food is good with some beer. If there wasn't Google Reviews, I would have called the health department. Im hoping this public shaming does the trick. Please check your cameras and shame those who are disgusting. We tried to get videos, but it wasn't clear enough for this review. Get it together. The service was absolutely awful. Our waitress was barely around at the bar and then after we got our food we noticed a part of it was missing. The waitress and cooks said nothing until we realized that it was missing. Then they acted surprised and said they don’t have any sides. They charged me full price and then offered a lousy $2 off and then the worst manager in the world came out some lady with black hair had a super dry face and attitude who then removed the $2 off after she said that’s what she can do. It was extremely insulting and disrespectful that she thought it was a great idea to treat customers like that. I will NEVER come back here and I would recommend everyone to go ELSEWHERE! The service here from the cooks to the employees is awful. STAY AWAY!!!
