This location never makes mistakes. The employees are friendly and efficient. The manager/owner is the same way, and never forgets his frequent customers faces. The pizzas are always hot and delicious!

They are friendly and make good pizza. I order online and then pick it up myself. I've enjoyed every pizza made by them. I get pizza from them twice a month.

Ordered online a week ago, asking in vain for a drawing of a unicorn (something I've been doing for years, though no one ever obliges). Picked it up and the girl who brought us the pizza and breadsticks first opened up the box with the breadsticks, presenting them, then opened the box with the pizza and showed us the wonderfully adorable drawing I had been hoping for! The two employees that worked on it even signed it! On top of that, the food really was delicious (albeit greasy, but it's not homemade pizza so what do you expect). We tried the Gorgonzola and salami and I was surprised by how much I liked it. I really like that they have nontraditional toppings like that. I only wish I remembered to take a picture before we devoured it. This is definitely the pizza guys I will be going back to.

I've come a long way long long way with this exact Pizza guys I remember a long time ago I actually was in elementary school and was given a tour I don't know if the same owners on it I can't remember that part but I do know that I was given the tour and we were allowed to make pizzas as children but even if it isn't we've had our ups and downs over the years after I've moved from Rancho to Fair oaks and back to Rancho but let me tell you this right now they got my heart all the way right back again. They've always been good food I've always loved their food and I've always loved the cheesy breadsticks I love them there's no way around it. Things are a little bit different in Rancho now the way prices are going up but you know what this guy that is on the place for as long as I can remember since I've been living in Rancho he's got it he's got a good head on his shoulder and he has a good staff it's not so much about the up and down prices it's about the quality of the food and honestly the prices don't even bother me it's when you come in and they recognize you they take care of you they take care of you the right way. They deserve more than a five star they've been doing this for a minute and they deserve recognition for it I'd eat there every day of the week if I could..

Both times were from a man with a mustache (who I assume is the owner). He really cares about customers I can tell. I’m not one to care about customer service when ordering pizza, really, though his gestures stood out to me when i ordered. Disclaimer: don’t expect free soda or ranch. It might have just been my luck. PIZZA: AMAZINGLY GOOD. Yeah, it isn’t as cheap as Little Caesar’s. Though they still have good specials going on. Dough has great texture. Not fluffy. I’ll have to try other meat besides pepperoni and sausage. As those are my go-to. No complaints on them whatsoever. This place has been here since I’ve been in high-school over 15 years ago. I’ve had HS classmates who worked here. It’s a staple of Rancho Cordova. I can’t believe I never ordered until recently. I’m glad it’s still here. Give this place a go if you live in the area. I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

I stood at the counter over five minutes with 4 employees and owner I presumed, on the phone giving directions to someone. My thoughts were, my pizza will be cold. 2 stars given to the female employee that came from a break, apologetic for my wait. Doesn't shouldn't the manager have an office or broom closet with a phone. I felt disrespected standing there listening to him humanize Google maps. Bird in hand worth two in the bush? Someone tell him that 🥺. Oh, guess I just did. I added a star because the pizza was the bomb! Hats off to the folks in the back.

I have been going to pizza guys for many years now and I feel like they have always been a front runner when it comes to quality vs price. You just to go online and find the deals on there website and there is always deals going on. They have such a wide variety of delicious sauces and topping. The owner at this particular establishment is a very nice guy and definitely worth getting a pizza from.

I might starve without them! Really like their pizza and wings. Delivery is generally prompt, and staff treat me well. They are one of the few places that deliver to my (quite new, but a bit out of the way) neighborhood. Recommended.

There was another woman there I over heard her say how she never experienced this before and how this is the worst place and the worst customer service she ever had. She was yelling at the man and rushing him and I felt so bad. Like come on.. he’s one person and he’s doing the best he can. Even with the woman yelling at him he still continued to give her kindness and respect and apologized multiple times. He even gave her a discount and free soda for the inconvenience. Though I waited longer thank expected it was worth it the pizza was delicious and you can actually taste the love that was put into it!

I'm not sure what's going on this place use to be pretty good.... lately they have been messing up my orders kinda getting frustrated...the last time I ordered I asked for extra ranch and a 2 liter of soda and they didn't bring either then when I told the delivery driver he said he would bring it back and never did. Pizza was good tho. Just would have been better with my ranch and a soda.

I came in to pick up an order and stood there for about 5 mins before I was greeted. Even with one of the crew members at the register. She kept looking back at the rest of the crew as if she was waiting for someone else to greet. Four employees in the store I’m the only current customer… none of them on the phone… not very busy and no one made contact until I visibly became impatient. A simple “hello we’ll be right with you” would have been nice. Pizza smells good tho 🤷🏾‍♀️

Super rude owner. I placed an order, picked up some pizza and realized that they gave me the wrong size and got some of the topping off as well as made it on red sauce when I specifically requested white sauce.. After so many things went wrong you would think the owner would be able to redo the order. Nope he was very angry, yelling at me that it was my fault that I ordered the wrong thing. The girl taking the order repeated my order so I know that it wasn't my fault.. Never going to this place again, our families have been going here for 20 years and this experience was absolutely unprofessional. Don't get pizza here, anywhere else has much better customer service.

I ordered online. When I came in to pick up an order there was a lady at the register. I was the only current customer. I was waiting for 15 minutes but the employee did not pay attention at the only customer. When I tried to remind that there is a customer I was interrupted in rude manner. She was just doing nothing and sometimes talking to other employees. Nobody tried to made contact even when I visibly became impatient. Only some time since then she decided to do a favor and to server the only client. Frankly I never meet such a bad service before! I used to visit this place and buy pizza several times and it was delicious and a service was very nice but now the service is disgusting!

I was buying an extra large pepperoni pizza For me and my co workers after calling it in my boss wanted to do something nice so he called them back and paid for it with his card and when the man arrived with the pizza showed us the receipt and asked for the money as if he never got a payment on the card so I gave him $42 Well my boss called and talked to the manager and he said he's unsure of where the $42 in cash went... And he said he'll ask the delivery driver And give us a call back. it's been over 2 weeks now and still nothing! My boss paid $35 And I paid $42. ""Total of $77"" This is the last time me or my work place will ever order from them again!!!

I placed an order for pick up at 4:21 pm. ( 3 pepperoni and one combo) I was informed that the order would be ready for pick up in 20-30 minutes. I arrived to pick up my order at 4:50. I was told it would be an additional 10-15 minutes. So I sat and waited, and then waited some more. I finally got up to ask about order at 5:20. The worker said it’s coming out, but could not give me a specific time frame! In fact, he ignored my question, when I asked how much longer, not once, but twice. The manager overheard the conversation and stated,”her pizza is ready”. But only 3 pepperoni pizzas were ready which meant my order wasn’t complete. I ended up having to wait even longer until the last pizza came out! Long story short, I didn’t walk out with complete order until 5:43 pm!!! And while waiting my 3 pepperoni pizzas just sat there! Overall experience was terrible. Never once did they apologize for the wait/confusion etc. Customer service is terrible. People working had no motivation to be at work. They were extremely rude, they seemed bothered when other customers inquired about their delayed orders. Save your time and business and go somewhere else!!!

I live 1.1 miles from this place I ordered a large combination and bacon wrap roll thing or whatever the driver shows up to deliver my food and he only has the pizza he tells me he'll be back in 5 minutes with the other half of my order after waiting about an hour and 15 minutes I had places I had to go I couldn't wait any longer so I left and shortly after I left he showed up upon paying for the order I recall it being about $43 and that's what my bank show pending but when the charge finally went through it was $50 so for $50 I got a large combination some cold bacon wrap things that I ultimately didn't end up getting to eat. So if you're ordering delivery and your pay with your card watch your bank statement. UPDATE: I just wanted to update this review and say that it took a couple of days to talk to a manager and was told that she needed to talk to her manager and that her manager would be giving me a call. It's been 10 months or so and no one ever contacted me.

Good pizza, but when calling about a mistake that happen with not receiving a drink( it has happened more than once). I had rude service and was told I would receive it as soon as the delivery person returned. An hour later I called again to ask about getting reimbursed and was told that I would get it in 10 mins. It’s now 20 mins since I called and still have not received what I have missing. since posting this still nothing, downing the rating to a 1 star it would go to no star if possible. If you want a pizza that you get everything you want. don't go here. apparently you will never get it.

I ordered a pizza at 5:25pm. After 1 hr and 15 minutes of waiting I gave them a call to see where the pizza was at. A girl on the phone gave me short answer saying "they just left". I waited another 30 minutes before calling again. The same girl answered, not knowing it was me she gave the same answer.."they just left". I then became frustrated and asked for a manager. She said the manger was the one delivering the pizza. After getting nowhere with the call I hung up. At 7:15 our cold pizza finally arrived. The delivery guy did not acknowledge the fact that he was late nor was he apologetic. He made an excuse about the freeway... this Pizza guys is right don the street... a 2 minute drive with no freeway involved. I give them an F.

Ordered online. Arrived more than 10 minutes after it was "ready" - they were just starting to make it. No one preparing or working around the food was wearing gloves or face coverings. They advertise "contact less delivery" but that doesn't cut it when every item, including the tops/spots of the soda bottles are handled with bare hands. The man running the front counter was answering the phone, handling money and counting out/wrapping plates and napkins (including holding the plates & napkins against his body when counting) with his bare hands. No worries though, he made sure to wipe his hands after wrapping the plates in cling wrap so he could go back to the register with sanitized hands. Have to go, pizza ready...1/2 late.

Delivery service was so so slow. I live 5 minutes away from this location and it took them 1 hour 30 minutes to deliver my pizza. Also the lady over the phone has no sense of customer service, didn't know what kind of pizzas they have, didn't know the price. I don't know if she's new or not but either way she should just get a different job. I Won't be ordering from here again unless I'm out of options. Good day

The owner has fallen off completely. After 3 wrong orders in 3 scenarios the pizza not only wasn't ready when the app sent me a text saying it was ready to go but after waiting 20 minutes he hadn't even started to make one of them. Will never go back!

Found some sort of worm in my pizza. Absolutely disgusting. Not sure if it was from their pepperoni distributor or what. Will never be back.
