I ordered a large double pepperoni with half black olive pizza. When it arrived, it was a large extra cheese with half black olives,, no pepperoni. I called the store and the assistant manager offered to remake the pizza or issue a refund. I didn't necessarily need the whole pizza remade, we just wanted the pepperoni portion. So I asked if they could just give me a medium pizza with all pepperoni. She agreed. Great service and glad we were able to make a deal. Thank you!

I can't really rate the service and atmosphere since I ordered online and ate at home. But I can say the pizzas were good-okay. I ordered from Domino's for the first time because they were doing a deal to get any pizza with any toppings for 11 dollars. But it turned out it was only 14 inch pizzas. They looked smaller in person and I couldn't tell if they were actually 14 inch. I can only intuitively measure things in football fields or in fractions of them. Now that I think about it, I didn't really like two out of three pizzas. I was like a kid at a candy store where I was picking whatever sauce and toppings I wanted and I tried getting ALL of them. Turns out a sweet sauce isn't that good. Alfredo sauce kind of tasted weird. And too many toppings spoils the broth. But I did do a hand tossed feta spinach garlic with garlic Parmesan sauce and that was pretty good. Ate like 8 slices of pizza. So a normal healthy American diet of 3000 calories. Anyways I have a cholesterol blood test in a couple of hours and I'm hoping to pass it. Wish me luck!

Always either running late on their estimated ready time (like severely late) or messed up the pizza. So it's either quick and wrong, or slow and right.

The quality of this specific dominos has gone down substantially over the past few months. Every time I order either something was forgotten or made inaccurate. Not to mention the staff is incredibly rude, trust me I understand that food and customer service are difficult fields but there's absolutely no reason to be rude

Not up to normal standards. Portions short on all three pizzas and quality was poor. Employees were very polite. It might be the manager or franchisee is having them short the portions to keep cost down. Won't go back.

Multiple times I've order pizza for curbside. Pizza was ready for over 5 min according to app and no one brought it out. The worst part of it, I gave them a tip on the app thinking I would receive good service. I DIDN'T. Tip for people, DONT PRE TIP. They need to hire more people or DONT OFFER CURBSIDE PICKUP if you won't deliver it curbside.

U guys need to stop doing your deliveries cause u guys suck. Everytime your guy bring my pizza cold teach him how to drive. Let doordash do it they know how to bring the food hot&Fresh

This location has the rudest employee. They first misplaced my order and had to remake it than wanted to charge me for something that came with the order. When I tell him it shows on the website as included he doesn't care because it doesn't "show one the receipt." When I try to clarify it does show up on the website he just says "good day sir." There we other comments he made that I think were unjustified. (This review is getting to long) He was also the manager. I love dominos but this location just lost a customer.

Waited 30 minutes for my Philly cheesesteak pizza ! They didn’t add any vegetables literally gave me a cheese pizza with little bit of steak ! Won’t ever order from this location EVER AGAIN

Ordered 2 pizzas and a stuffed cheese bread for delivery. Driver starts heading to my house, app says delivered, no knock or ring doorbell alert. So I call the store and the man over the phone says "oh yeah the driver is already back at the store" I told him nobody knocked. This man then goes "oh you ordered last week and left a complaint" yes I did complain because they gave me the wrong pizza. He then says the driver had knocked and rang the doorbell. Bull. Then he goes "call next week and we'll give 20% off." No just deliver me my pizza. Then he asks the driver and comes back saying "we'll it was delivered." I go and check and my order is outside getting cold at the base of my steps. Not even at my door. Never ordering from dominoes again. Just get little Ceasars or papa Murphys.

So, I actually have been ordering from the Domino's for years. And I don't know what happened if there's a different owner or what's going on, but the quality of the food and the delivery has dropped drastically. Food: Man the crust on the pizza is always been my favorite is so good, that is still the same. My problem is I order light sauce all the time and I swear I got it maybe twice. It's not a deal-breaker but it is an error that keeps happening. Delivery: OMG I don't even want to get started on this one because I order my food early a lot of the time, and for a later delivery time, the earliest you can order a delivery time for a later time is an hour or more. So depending on when you order or what time you order it for, they have at least minimum an hour to get your pizza ready and have it what ready for delivery. Plenty of time to coordinate deliveries whatever. Instead, lately I'll order my delivery for 12:00 and they'll come bring my pizza like around 12:45! What the hell was the point of ordering it early for delivery at 12:00 if you get it at 12:45. Sadly this has happened many times and the worst part about it is the only thing they give you for recompense is a automated free medium to topping pizza. Which the first couple of times I didn't mind on top of the fact that when you had a medium free pizza that they owed you you could get it if you just paid a simple delivery charge you wouldn't have to pay for the pizza but you have to pay for delivery. Now there's a minimum amount you have to buy so if they screw up you get a free pizza you still have to buy something extra on top of the delivery charge just to get your free pizza unless you're going to go pick it up. Garbage. Lastly since this particular Domino store is a franchise you can't call the corporate office and get any kind of service or help for any kind of grievances you have. Basically if you love Domino's get Dominoes it's great I still get it, sadly I have to get it from this store, but if you can try not to get it from this store it's horrible!

This was supposed to be Buffalo wings, but it was very dry and there was no sauce at all. It just seemed like traditional dry wings. The quality of this Domino’s has degraded overpast year. I would not suggest you to go to this Domino’s anymore, as the employees are always frustrated and they don’t even treat you well.
