Dutch Bros. Coffee

I've got to say, I don't get the reviews that discuss chaotic drive thru lines or bad customer service. I admit this is a very busy location. However, even during the busiest of times, the lines move fairly quickly and smoothly. I frequent this business quite a bit and at various times in the morning, afternoon and evening. The staff is always courteous and the orders filled timely. I can only think of one instance in which a complex order had an error. Overall, great customer service.

Always yummy 😋 tried a new one on Sunrise and Douglas Rd ... Love when SF peppermint comes in still so upset they stopped carrying it year round .. I love peppermint tea all year. Bring it back all year round!

Dutch Bros in Rancho Cordova was super convenient. We ordered through the drive through and it was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth. Drinks were great and exactly what we were hoping for. Overall it was a simple, satisfying experience and a solid stop for a caffeine fix.

I’ve seen the sign up while they were in construction about 6-8 months ago and finally this DB’s just opened about 2 months ago. Great google reviews for this DB’s and my experience was the same! The service was quick and straight to the point…. less than 7 min from ordering till I got my drink. Excellent service! The girl that took my order was very nice. But the best part was my iced CoCoMo Drink. This was the best CoCoMo I have ordered at any Dutch bros. Perfect amount of coffee, sweetness and Ice. I substituted the regular milk for Oatmilk and 1/2 Decaf-1/2 regular coffee. My final take…. Excellent Service Excellent location Excellent coffee

Black coffee(my drug of choice) is really good. I am a coffee snob, having been to the Caribbean and had, in my opinion, the best coffee(Blue Mountain) in Jamaica for instance, and Dutch brothers got the memo and delivered an equal. I dreaded the lines of cars, must have been 10? But only took 5 minutes to be on my way. Highly recommend this Dutch Brothers.

Man I was so tired one morning so I decided to go to my favorite Dutch Brothers to get my wake me up liquid. I pulled up and the lady was so chill when taking my order so I decided to leave her a great tip 💰then i rolled up to the window and boom another great worker hanging out the window smiling 😁 she waa chill too. last but not least i got my special liquid AKA coffee and I took one BIG drink and I was zooming about 5 minutes later. Thank you to the crew for making me zoom all day

In a sea of ☆-bucks, it's great to have Dutch Bros nearby. Great new location in Anatolia, easy to access and get back on the road. Everyone is always so kind, and my order is always delicious- what more can you ask for?

Today was my first time visiting this location and Chloe assisted me outside. She was extremely nice, excellent customer service skills, friendly and professional. I complimented her on a tattoo she had and we began chatting for a good 1-2 minutes. There was no line behind me. Overall a great experience.

Not sure if they are training new staff but this dutch bros with all honesty has the worst tasting coffee i’ve ordered i ordered a banana mocha latte with four pumps of banana and banana soft top and it literally just taste like regular coffee no banana at all ive even just ordered a latte with two pumps and it still taste like banana so i’m not sure what went wrong but the staff was nice but drinks need some work for sure!!

I should say even in the heat they're out there that clockwork ordering it could be cold and they're still out there but I give them. Kudos you can't say these kids are these young kids are weakers or lazy because they're always on it. They do a great job. Always a pleasure relieving that place. They all have great personalities. They're having fun now if my back when I was a kid teenager and I had my job. I wish it was as fun as their job is but and again they could be all on high on espresso shots. Who knows. But it's interesting because my nephew wants to work at Dutch Brothers when he gets older. I told him hey you're 16. You can work there now weekends at Dutch Brothers. Why not crazy or drinks but all worth it

I'm a regular customer at this location...there for about 5-6x a week. Their services are pretty good and the staff are majority friendly. This morning, I had no idea where is my debit card (so you can already tell I'm not having a great start) and had thought I have enough change in my car to get my usual large drink. In my years and embarrassing as it was..my first time ever, I was literally short $1.10 and the dutch cashier said she can't give me my drink unless I have another form of payment. I understand but Over the years I've been going to dutch bros, I know they can give compliment drinks. I'm not asking for an entire free one. You would think going being a loyal customer would give you a benefit a doubt but obviously not at this location. I'm very disappointed Because I know she can easily accept what I have (better than nothing) and keep a customer. Well thank you..I'll take this is a sign to stop buying coffee. I won't be going there again.
