The food is bomb! Their mini tacos (street tacos) are everything and their green sauce is some of the best I've tasted anywhere. Try it even if you are like me and not a fan of green sauce, just try it.

My favorite place to eat. One of the best places to eat Mexican food. Service was great, and the atmosphere was very friendly and comfortable. They have the BEST hard shell 🌮. Love Alberto's.

We come here a couple times a month. I feel like it's a little pricey for what we get compared to some other "fast food" but you pay for wuality. The food is so good it keeps us coming back ! We only ever order the bean and cheese burrito, bean egg and cheese burrito, or carne asada fries. Have came here more than 20 times and it never disappoints!

Always order Postmates late at night after work, I get a really specific kind of shrimp burrito I used to always get with my mom growing up and they always make it perfectly! Their shrimp burrito is 🔥! The two gentlemen who tend to work together communicate well with the customers and one another. Family-friendly and the food quality and portions are worth your money. Being able to watch my food being prepared (when it's not too busy inside) is a plus to me as well.

Been going to Berto’s for many years I love their food, especially their Carne Asada fries

We usually just use the drive-thru and pick up food to take home. The drive-thru employees are really good and helpful. Favorite items are the rolled tacos with quac and cheese, 5 rolled tacos supreme, Carne asada tacos, and burritos are awesome, as are the carnitas! Be warned - the tacos are HUGE! ONE taco is enough to fill you up! If you are a fan of bean and cheese burritos, get one here - you won't be disappointed!

This place is the best drive thru open late. They also serve the best lengua burritos I’ve ever had in my life. The shrimp tacos and burritos are also really good . Carne asada fries are worth getting as well.

Taquitos and nachos with guac n cheese are good. Chips stay crunchy for a long time. They don't get soggy. Taquitos are on point, need extra guacamole.

Paying With A Card Is The Most Common Choice Of Payment In Businesses Now Days. I Believe That No Fee Shall Be Charged And That The Price Should Be Incorporated Into The Item Your Buying. Also, A Merchant Is Not Allowed To Charge A Processing Fee On A Credit Card Because It’s Considered Surcharging. Because You Pay Interest On A Credit Card, Surcharging Is Illegal. ATM Card Fees Are Legal Though. If You Decide To Come Here, Bring Cash To Avoid The 75 Cent Card Processing Fee!

I like the tortillas and salsa here. The Mexican food is pretty good and consistent, especially considering this is fast food. You will get a lot of food for what you pay. One platter can easily feed 2+ people. There is a drive through and you can request salsa and jalapeno carrots. They'll get it from the salsa bar for you, or just go in. Small dine in area available after you order.

I love the asada nachos. My kids usually love the beef tacos dorados. However, my children didn't enjoy them the last time they ate them. The beans n rice r always tasty. The staff is super friendly. There is always a table available. It is ample, clean, n well lit. But, u won't need a table because it has a drive thru!😘

They're a little pricey. I always get 2 cheese enchiladas without lettuce for $7.82, but sometimes I can make 2 meals out of them . My 10 year-old got a California Burrito for $10 and managed to finish it, but it was mostly tortilla. If not for that item and their high prices, I would give them 5 stars. The customer service is consistently friendly.

This is our go to restaurant for a quick tasty Mexican meal. We love the taquito special (rolled tacos, comes with a drink) $9.99. This is a step above Del Taco or Taco Bell. Good amount of food on all orders and now the dining area has re-opened.

This is a good Mexican fast food. The sign is funny because it lists the pole dancing that’s in the strip mall too. You get Mexican food and dancing 💃 in one stop. The food is good and flavorful for a Mexican fast food. No comparison to Del Taco or similar. They even have a small salsa bar where you can get your salsa. They do breakfast, lunch and dinner.

It was convenient because my car was getting serviced next door not like it use to be I walked in at a time the we're opening can beef no smell of fresh ,plate small and price high

Drive thru, man said may I help you. I said i need a few minutes to look at your menu. He ask again do you want to order. There menu is very large. Then he was not nice. So we drove off. Went some where else to eat

I got the 2 cheese enchiladas they were good but my friend got the carnitas plate and said it was very dry and didn't like it at all and they were pretty expensive

Decent but not great. Came around 12 am. Was skeptical since it's a very low traffic area in Rancho, especially in the middle of the night. My order was ready within 3 minutes...which was a little concerning to me since no one was in line before me when I ordered. Surprisingly the food was good, better than I had expected but still not that great. Still better than Del Taco at that time of the night. Definitely not my first resort though for food.

I think how much of times it's pretty good. The reason I gave it to stars is because one time and got my cousin super sick he was on the toilet all day after eating this food so something's wrong there I don't know if you want to chance it but it's not the greatest.

I had the California burrito and it didn't even have sour cream or guac sauce, which usually comes standard. Do yourself a favor and head nort to the Alberto's on Foothill at Sierra Blvd. So much better!!

Chips and salsa should have been in separate containers. Half chips were too wet to eat. I asked no cheese, beans had cheese. Rice was good. Burrito was great.

First time at this location last night. Will not return. The Super nachos are usually great but at this location the toppings were about half the amount and there was no Pico de Gallo. The salsa is watered down and they did not give me the bag of jalapeno I was charged for.

Ordered 2 carne Burrito and 1 mulita. There was a few cars in the drive thru and basically nobody inside, my order took 35 mins to get, needless to say I was a little annoyed, and when I got my food my Burrito were cold after a 5 min drive home. Will not be returning to this location.

I had taquitos. I didn't like it too much. They were too hard for my preference. Also had a soft taco but the tortilla was cold and then they way too much artificial guacamole. It wasn't good. They need to know that Styrofoam containers don't keep food warm. People were nice tho.

The sauce cart looked a bit rough as well. The food seemed decent but a bit too greasy for my taste. Still, they had people walking through the door. Would I go back? Not really, but it does seem to have a customer base. So for this old fast food joint. 2.5 stars.

WORST PLACE!!! I JUST GOT BACK AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE SO RUDE. NOT ONLY THAT, THEY FORGOT MY LEMONADE, ADDED SOUR CREAM WHEN ASKED FOR NONE ON IT, MY TAQUITOS WERE SOGGY AND NO MEAT IN THEM. IT WAS HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME.

I always come to eat here at this place but I don't like the way this new little girl costumer service skills she gives you attitude like if she doesn't wanna work here and I ask for napkins and she just throw it on the tray and someone else asked for a spoon and she just throw it on the counter really. On 2/17/16 I went through the drive through and it was raining. I waited and then said hello put my window back up lowered it again and said hello again. This happened for 4 - 5 times and nobody answered. Finally the guy "your not the only customer" not "how can I help you or just a moment". I told him I was waiting to order and was getting drenched. I went to the window and a guy in the background was making fun of by yelling out hello, hello, hello and he would not stop and the guy at the window who was rude to begin with did nothing. I told him how would you like it if that was your mother being made fun of and he said he would be pissed and yet did not tell the guy to stop. I can't believe the people they employ in the Rancho Albertos on Foothill. I will never go there again and will tell everyone I know not to go there. The guy making fun of me was Casarito. or Casario. The manager was not there. I guess they need a manager there at all times.

Worst customer service ever. Never going back to this place again, the women in the drive thru cuts you off as you place your order. I told her it's not my fault you are mad at the world 🤭. Honestly, I feel bad for leaving a terrible review, because I know I just should of stopped going after the fourth time I got sick there. BUT, regardless, there was a fly melted into the cheese in my carne asada nachos today. Needless to say, I was pretty pissed. I still didn’t go back to complain though. When I asked for rolled tacos (taquitos) they informed me they were out of chicken and that they only had beef, I said no thank (I don’t eat beef) and you could hear him audibly sigh through the speaker. I then asked for sopes with more beans instead of the beef and the man on the speaker just says “okay pull forward” and when I asked for him to repeat the whole order he read it so fast I could barely understand him, and he didn’t even add my sopes order! I then told him I wanted the sopes just with beans instead of beef and all he said was “pull forward please” and then I proceeded to sit in the line for 45 minutes!!! My order wasn’t even right ! SO disappointed with how Alberto’s has gone down hill.

The lady at the drive thru was very rude. The first thing she said was "what do you want" then I asked her very simple questions about menu. She replied "then what do you want" in a very disrespectful tone. I don't recommend anyone going there.

Absolutely abhorrent service. Called an order ahead while on 30 min lunch break, showed up, doors were locked. Told I had to go through drive thru, even with 4 cars ahead. Wait for 28/30 minutes of my lunch, and no one comes to window. Left hungry after waiting for 30 minutes.

Waited in the drive-thru for at least 45 minutes, and finally pulling up to the window, we got a completely wrong order. When we gave the items back and informed them what we did order, we still received a wrong item. Not sure if short staffed or just really bad management, but it was a terrible experience altogether

Ordered a chicken burrito for myself and rolled tacos with guacamole for my son. One bite of the burrito and I could taste the guacamole was old. Opened the burrito to find brown guacamole. Checked my sons tacos, and they were topped with old guacamole and there was brown “juice” at the bottom.

The food I got didn't taste quite right. I also saw some of the staff outside picking up bugs in the dirt, so I wouldn't call this place sanitary. Definitely not coming back.

The best Alberto's is in Chino Ca on central street. They have the salsa bar and are not stingy with their food orders. Always crowded.

The carne asada fries have been awful the last few visits at this location. Today was the worst, the fries were extremely under cooked, we were not able to eat them. So, we'll have to find another Alberto's for our meals. I spent $40 and all we got was cheese and meat.

Worst customer service ever! The woman at the drive-through was very rude very incompetent overcharged us for our meal that should have been $47 some change it ended up being $92 something she said the price have changed. I used to come here almost once a week for their food. It used to be so clean and well prepared, I considered this chain to be the best among all the other Alberto's restaurants but now the tables have turned... I recently visited and I was bestowed with a horrible stomachache and nausea followed by repeated trips to the restroom. I am beyond disappointed at what this restaurants quality has become. Hopefully this post will help them improve for future customers.

Forgot to leave a review, came here about a week ago and I’m halfway through my food and 2 salsas out of the 4 I got was straight up spoiled and had a nasty stench. We were just charged $7.25 for a bean and cheese burrito, even though the price on the menu says $6.25. Such a ridiculous price for a run down drive thru restaurant. Most of the cashiers are extremely rude. Be careful, they’ve jacked up all their prices! So disappointing. Never going back.

Drove into Restaurant because the window Drive thru Open light up sign was on. When I stopped at menu which was at 12:44am a young lady advised that they were closed, Yet their business hours specially state closes at 1am. If staff doesn’t want to work then that’s fine the least they can do is turn off any open advertisement signs so that customers don’t drive in and bother you guys!

Not my first time eating from there but possibly my last, at least at the Rancho Cucamonga location on Foothill. We ordered a shrimp burrito and a langua burrito. It was like they gave us a bean and rice burrito and a couple pieces of meat happened to fall in by accident. There is literally almost no meat in either burrito. This was beyond disappointing. I would not suggest this location. I have eaten at other locations and the food was just fine but this was truly unacceptable.

It was my first time here. I had high hopes and ordered tacos dorados with potato. The potato were diced and some pieces were not cooked and hard. Also they were not seasoned. Very bland. The taco shells were stale and hard to chew. Based on the experience I cannot recommend this place.

The taste and portion of food is very inconsistent. I won't ever go there on a weekend again. In my opinion the ladies on the weekend don't care, salsa is water and tasteless. I go mainly for the bean and cheese burrito and the beans aren't the recipe used during the week. I never write reviews because I understand that things are sometimes off. Tuesday night we came to order food and we had terrible customer service. We waited 10 minutes for the guy to take our order and kept saying hello to see if maybe the intercom wasn't working. As soon as we moved and the next car was there the guy greeted them and took their order. So we were going to order at the window and the guy was rude saying we couldn't and raising his voice at us. He wanted us to get back in line to place our order when he didn't even do so the first time. We asked for the managers info more than once and he refused and said he doesn't have it. He wasn't even wearing a name tag. He then took our order and brought it to us outside and we ended up getting food poisoning. So I would hate to assume he tampered with our food but for $40 that was not worth it. Would not recommend getting food during the night maybe morning hours while manager is on sight. No one needs to deal with that mans attitude. I hope he talks to him about proper positive attitude at the workplace.

I’ve been coming to this place for years with how convenient it is. But the cherry on top for me of my final visit there, was when one of the employees decided to call me a slur. Absolutely disgusting behavior I will never go back and would highly suggest staying away from this place.

I've decided not to go to this location again. So my order was not complete. They forgot to bag a few items. I had waited a long time in the drive thru and finally got to get my order, I was told I'd have to go inside to get my hot sauce because they weren't made and there's a long wait of cars behind me. I was one of those cars that waited. The associate was bothered that I asked and she was extremely rude. Also, there is no way to reach the store. They don't provide a number online. I wanted to call and let them know my order was not complete. UPDATE: It's been maybe 2 years since I've visited Alberto's. I decided to give Alberto's another try. I ordered a shredded beef burrito with extra onion and bell pepper. It was 95% onion and bell pepper and 5%. I am not exaggerating. I will definitely never return. Pepe's on Foothill from now on.

i ordered 5 rolled tacos with gauc and cheese and i took a bite and the cheese tasted old n like it had been sitting out. I gave my aunt a bite to tell her to taste it as well because something tasted off and she said it did so we called and i spoke with johnny who helped me at the window who bad already had an attitude when i ordered and paid. I called to let him know what was going on before i could even finished he says we dont do refunds or anything of that. I ordered a California burrito from Uber eats it was delivered very fast. When I touched it it was cold. Then I bit into it the meat was chewy the fries were stale and cold. Which means they probably made it and let it sit there until someone ordered it. I spent $22 on this order. I called and complained and the employee gave me a straight attitude.
