Opinions de Luigi's Red Bluff
Great family friendly Pizza and Italian food. Small town restaurant. Appears to be very popular with locals. Pizza was great. Had the Luigi Special, wings and large salad. Salad was enough for 3 or 4. Should have listened to order taker. She was right. They have beer on tap with 2 of them being local breweries.
I ordered delivery, my food arrived very fast. These are the biggest portions I have ever seen for a small meatball sandwich and small salad!! Besides the size, it is all very fresh and tasty. Thanks for the surprisingly excellent hotel room dinner tonight!
Best salad in Red Bluff! I don’t review anything, but my fresh anti pasta salad with chicken was so satisfying. Everything is fresh.... quick and flavorful! I love a good salad but not everyone can make a good one. Worth every penny! Thank you Lugi’s for putting quality in a salad.
We looked up places with gluten free options while staying overnight in town. The pizza was one of the best I have ever had. We even looked to see if it was a franchise! They delivered to our hotel room and gave us a discount. Overall it was a fantastic experience.
Took some time to deliver our pizza but very warm environment.
Very kind, considerate, helpful, service oriented staff. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked. The food was great, and the service was amazing. Friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff. I tell all my family and friends who visit to stop by here.
Really great food prepared on the premises. None of it out of a can.Easy access and plenty of parking spaces Highly recommended.
This is my favorite pizza place. Full disclosure though, I grew up with it and there may be some nostalgia attached but their quality is top notch. They definitely provide great customer service and the environment is great, part pizza parlor, part Italian restaurant and also an outdoor seating area that is covered. They also have Italian cuisine and various appetizers that could be considered pub food. Beer on tap, fountain sodas and a small game room for the kids. You wanna see the biggest freakin pizza you will ever see in person order the big luigi, perfect for a party of 12.
Love this place! Great pizza, all around great service with a smile!
Excellent service, delivery, and very tasty pizza! My pizza was delivered right to my hotel room, which was perfect after a long day of driving. I got the Luigi's special - tons of toppings and it hit the spot 👌 I'll be back.
Most amazing meal we've had in a while. I had lasagna dinner, CAROLYN had spaghetti. Two salads and a half-carafe of wine for around $30. On a scale of small to large, portions were HUGE! Pizzas almost needed two servers to carry them to tables. And food is great.
Out-freakin-standing! Pizzas were delicious and piled with toppings. Great quality and the delivery was incredibly fast. I literally didn’t believe it was my order when I saw him arrive only 15 minutes after I called. I wish I tipped them more…
All I can say about Luigi's is....YUM!!! My wife and I just moved down to Red Bluff, and were turned on to Luigi's by some good friends of ours. I believe we have had the Spicy Chicken Bar-b-que Pizza, delivered to the house probably 3-4 times in a month 😆 we are kind of partial to that one! We went to the restaurant and dined there, and were blown away by the Lasagna, the dinner salad, and garlic cheese bread! We have found that "one" restaurant in Red Bluff that we will definitely be returning over and over again! Consistently good!!!
Stopped here during our visit to Lassen Volcanic NP. Awesome pizza! They even have 30 inch pizza's!! Clean, cozy and great customer service. They have two flat screens and also an arcade section to play video games while waiting for your food.
Their large salads are huge and fresh, and the pizza is great! Has a fun, old school pizza parlor feel
Great and friendly staff and manager. Good food for a low price. Our family of 5 👧👧👧👩👨 had garlic bread, pizza, pasta and kids menu Mac and cheese. Everything was delightful with an exception: the Alfredo sauce was not tasteful. At home I cook Alfredo chicken pasta once a week, this Alfredo was not good. We had to scrap it from my 13yo pasta and chicken. On the contrary my wife's pasta with Sicilian sauce was delicious 😋. Highly recommend 👍. We would definitely return, but avoid the Alfredo sauce 😉. Great experience, 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Great family restaurant! We stopped here on our way through town. We needed a spot with shade because we had to leave our dog in the car. The solar panels in the parking lot were perfect. Great service, they provided a free kids plate for our 1 year old twins. Food was perfect. Had some pizza by the slice since we were in a hurry and had hungry kids to feed. Also had the hot pastrami sandwich, very good.
Hugeee pizza! Pizza has so much topping and so cheesy even our leftover box was heavy. Luigi's Pizza and pasta is definitely one of our favorite place to eat at. Staffs are great as well. Our first and definitely not our last time here. Our whole family enjoyed it.
I enjoyed the pasta, salad, cheesy garlic bread combo. It was prepared quickly, right to my table - exactly as I ordered it. I felt my meal was a good value for the cost. I will return again.
Had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Oh my goodness 😳 so delicious. Bread was freshly made, and that thing was huge. The place just needs a revamp. Overall happy with our food.
Teala's customer service and diverse personality was amazing.... The pizza taste good, though I wish the slices were bigger.
it was great quick service food was hot , great atmosphere, clean all workers were polite if you needed anything went out of their way to help!
I absolutely cannot resist eating here! Food is excellent and very cheap. It's ran by kids and is usually full of children and their families. Great place to bring your little ones. They serve alcohol too to take the edge off from all of the screaming and yelling ;) Beware, takeout comes in enormous portions!!
So affordable! But the food.... seriously fantastic. Best salads, I love that they keep track of my family's regular order for those hectic days when we need a hand with dinner. I've been enjoying their food since high school and it just gets better and better.
This place was great!! I never give 5 stars. The kids plates were good size and very cheap. The food was delicious. The adults had pizza with pineapple and Canadian bacon. The pizza was very good. We were served quickly. I couldnt have asked for a better lunch experience!
Stopped in for the first time on coming home from on a trip to Northern part of the state. The person who took our order was friendly and upbeat, the food and portions were great, and the bathrooms were clean. I’ll be stopping off again if and when I head back up this way!
I’ve been super impressed with the specials they offer. So affordable and pizza is good. The 2 medium 1 toppings for $20 is amazing and makes it so I can offer a decent slice of pizza to players at my own business on occasion. Nice atmosphere, love the family vibe and how they have pictures of the founders up. Nice to be able to support a local business and local family without breaking the bank. I tell all my friends and family about the specials here.
Amazing food! They delivery when no other place will because of our location.
Best fresh lunch tome pizza and wings. The zodiac pizza special made lunch fun and easy to decide what to get for lunch. Cancer n virgo different combination for me but, hands down was an amazing change of pie for me. I added extra cheese and on the cancer side for the base is ranch n I added their only basil option (powdered) and on top spinach a great extra since they didn't have any green onion in the house. 😉 oh, and the wings by far the freshest I've ever had at a pizza place or wing spot. They did not taste like they came from a bag like most places. I ordered them extra crispy last min.(customer service is on point, so friendly didn't mind making that change to my order) This is a ma n pop spot and obviously take pride in their name and pizza! For a Traveler who is always looking for new great spots to eat this one was by far a great find last min for lunch and dinner. I had a feeling n ordered more than enough for later 😉 happy findings to all hungry pp out their hope u decide to check out Luigi's pizza so worth the pop in. Service is pretty fast even with the nice Lil lunch rush. 😋
Felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. Very friendly and attentive employees. Our food was delicious. I would recommend this place for anyone passing by looking for a good place to eat. Wish we had a Luigis closer to home. Keep up the great work.
Dine in or have delivered the food is great. Served hot and fresh. We love the Ravioli with sausage....mmmmm good. Thanks guys for all the great meals!
Delicious Pizza, Delicious Wings and incredible deep fried mushrooms! You can never go wrong with a Luigi's pizza or pasta. Everything was fresh and nice and hot and the pizza we got was absolutely delicious 😋. There ranch is very good too, highly recommend this spot for all your pizza needs. Staff is friendly and you get served and helped almost immediately and greeted with a smile 😁. There beer selection is great too, I usually go with there Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and it's absolutely wonderful 😊.
A "Small" pizza can easily feed three adults. Great flavor and LOADED. The hot pastrami is excelent. Portions are hudge, order small. I got a large hot pastrami, easily feeds two adults. I could only get 1/2 down. This is now our stoping point as we frequently drive the I-5.
Absolutely delicious food! We stopped by during a road trip and were pleasantly surprised!! Highly highly recommend their pizza - the dough and sauce are phenomenal. We also had mushroom pasta and lasagna that were both great. Staff is super down to earth!
We stopped here for dinner on our way to Redding. We were a bit skeptical about it because of the mixed reviews, but it turned out to be a great spot! The veggie pizza was worth the money and loaded with toppings. The service was quick. There's lots of parking right outside the store.
The only thing wrong with Luigi's Pizza and Pasta is that it is 3 hours from where I live! Outstanding service here by a 'well-oiled' team, churning out delicious spaghetti and meatballs/fettucini alfredo with chicken. They know how to make a proper meatball here - one you can cut with a fork. Italian restaurants here in Oregon think a meatball should be so dense you can barely cut it with a steak knife! Awful. Mix in some bread soaked in milk or at least some breadcrumbs to make a much better meatball. The "meat sauce" with the 2 meatballs and spaghetti order (under $10 with a generous 10% senior discount) was so laden with meat, it was almost too meaty for me. Next time I had the marinara with meatballs, which seemed a little bit lighter. The portions here were also substantial. A lot of places serving pasta you end up eating 4 fork-fulls of twirled pasta and then run out of pasta with a cup of sauce left...I never understood why some restaurants do this, when the pasta is the least expensive part of the meal. Luigi's got the proportions right and the sauce is clearly slow-cooked and was delicious. Luigi's is easy access right off the highway - literally a hundred yards from I-5. Parking is ample, but a bit awkward as the space is kind of limited. But 2 entrances ease that up. Oddly, the first time I came here, I drove right past the inconspicuous building and right into the supermarket parking lot beyond, so keep an eye out for it very close to the intersection. Ambiance here was a bit meh, think high school football team family gathering type place with small arcade off to the side, rather than white table cloths and silverware, but not an issue at all. They also had the biggest pizza I have ever seen. Picture one employee holding the door open for 2 customers to carry out the enormous pizza in the box and it barely fit through the door. While I didn't try the pizza, it seemed very popular among the other patrons. Go here. You won't be sorry. Enjoy!
Nice change up from the big name pizza places. Clean, roomy ..friendly staff and the salad and pizza was very good. Would eat there again if in the area...also handicap friendly with tables and booths...nice covered parking as well.
Plenty of seating available, Big Godzilla pizzas 2feet round, chicken mushroom sausage pasta, game 🎮 for the kids, different kinds of drinks, sport's on 3 TV
Best pizza in Red Bluff! Staff is fantastic and the cozy booths & tables give a great pizza parlor feel. They have an arcade for the kiddos, fountain machine for self-serve sodas and a large seperate room for big parties. Haven't had a pizza or pasta from here that wasn't delicious. They also have a HUGE pizza for those big groups and the staff busts their butts to serve you a hot and fantastic pizza with all the necessary fixin's. Prices are typical of a good pizza parlor. Love this place!
I am impressed, amazing pizza. Hats off to the pizza maker—The thin crust is great and the toppings were abundant. It brought me back to childhood. Delivery was about 45mins and worth the wait! I much rather be patient to the best things of life then to settle for something less. —Seriously, so good the only picture I could take was the one after my first inhale… “oopsy”said my stomach to my eyes
Been here a few times now, and I must say they have impressed me each time. There is no skimping on topping, and consistency seems to be a hallmark here. My favorite is the chicken garlic pizza. They put the Jarlic on top, and it gets crunchy and chewy, It's absolutely amazing. Seems to be worth the wait each and every time!!
I always enjoy either dropping in to eat or ordering for delivery. Delicious pizza & cheesecake 😋 Very Friendly
We have always enjoyed Luigis for all occasions, but the staff is what makes this place special. They genuinely appreciate their customers. The food is fresh and made with care and the kids love the game room, of course.
I gave 5 stars because I'm from out of town and came to this pizza shop and the service was excellent. Waited about 30 minutes to carry out 12 inch pizza with 3 toppings. Baked well done.. $20.00. Don't know if that's expensive for pizza here in this town. I'm from Indiana. Thin crust back home is very thin the way I like it. Pizza here is a little thicker but can't complain. It was so good. Everyone in the kitchen is young but did an awesome job. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ keep up the good work. Maybe someday I'll be back in the area for work again and get to order from this pizza shop again. Thank you..
Amazing spot!! I stopped in for the gluten free and was amazed at the quality of the pizza and the great service. In all my half-century of life AND working in a pizza parlor, I have never seen paper put under a cut pizza to keep it from getting soggy. When I do it with napkins, my wife looks at me like I have lost my last marble. It was awesome. The pizza never got soggy, plus the fact that it was gluten free (which are usually prone to soggy or undercooked). The crust remained crunchy until I devoured it. Extra points for the staff who were the kindest to an elderly lady dining alone, ensuring that she was taken care, her leftovers kindly boxed and she was assisted to her car. My faith in humanity was restored watching them act with care, kindness, compassion and patience.
I've been eating here for more than 15 yrs. The food has always been great. Disappointed that they removed the Turkey Hot Sandwich from the Menu, my favorite item to order. Hopefully they will bring it back.
I miss this place, their sandwiches are one of the best deals around. Great bread that's toasted and cheese melted on it. So good. Hot pastrami is my fave, small is plenty. If you get the regular have a buddy or something.
I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant. Never have i ever had such rude service and terrible pizza. This has always been my to go place. it's a good price and good pizza. I made an order i was distracted by my small child. I wanted to repeat my order to assure they gor it right. I almost always order the same thing. After wanting to repeat my order, some rude male employee said the words, nah. i think i got it. My order was completely wrong i ordered veggies no meat i got meat i wanted half white garlic in sauce because half my family cant eat red sauce. The whole pizza had meat and no white sauce and no artichoke on the most pizza which i pay extra for. Almost 100 on pizza and half my family cant eat. When i called to tell them he was extremely rude and said i got what i ordered. I most certainly did not.
The food is great, I have been ordering from here for years. I have always asked for the free 10 inch pizza with the purchase of the large. The person on the phone must have been inexperienced he said we have no coupon that says that and charged me full price. When I received my pizzas I received another coupon for the free 10 inch. I asked the delivery driver he told me to call. I said that's why I ended up paying for the 10 inch.
If you have NEVER been here before, you MAKE YOUR ORDER AT THE REGISTER first, THEN u take a seat. There is a huge selection of items that are NOT all listed on their menu on line. There's a private banquet room, a small "game room" for the little ones, ample parking, and if their busy you can park next door or across the street after 5pm , Handicapped accessible, clean bathrooms and a good selection of beers wine and soda. They also deliver
Great Food! The place is too small for how busy they Always are though! They should move and get a bigger parking lot. It would alleviate the never ending bottle neck they face on Friday evenings.
What can I say about this place? Your food is pretty good. Needs a little bit more salt on what I had but that's just personal preference. Bread was delicious for the limits on options for Italian food. It is one of the best ones. I will definitely be going back places clean and their sandwiches is just as good as my wife's. Little expensive but worth it. Definitely a place to check out We will be going back.
Wish they would not charge 12% extra when you spend over $100 seems petty and just a way to make a extra dollar. Seems like after Lou left the sauce has changed and crust. Hope the new owners re evaluate and dont just seek to make money but take care of a amazing community that has loved that pizza place for years.
Did not get a receipt from delivery. The pizza was a combo of pepperoni and freshly diced tomatoes. But there were VERY few tomatoes, very sparsly arranged. I reviewed the pizza and commented to the delivery man that that was not the product I had expected. No receipt offered after I paid, over and above the estimated fee. Not happy at all with Luigis latest delivery. Or their lack of decent regard to their customers.
Luigis has been our family's first choice for over 20 years. Taste and quality of pizza, as well as prices. Our number one reason for choosing Luigis over other pizzerias is the free 10 inch one-topping pizza with the order of any 16 inch or larger. Tonight I was informed that the new owner has discontinued this offer unless you order a 24 inch or 30 inch. That was extremely disappointing as it was ideal to be able to order a pizza with multiple toppings, yet feed one of the kids with just a pepperoni. That was exactly why we came in tonight, and after hearing this we actually left and are currently waiting for our order at Firehouse. I am sure we are not the only customers to be unhappy about this. How ridiculous, if you order a 24 or 30 inch, why in the world would you need a 10 inch? You already have a huge pizza. I hope the new owner will reconsider, because they have lost some faithful customers as a result. If this was not the case I would have easily given 5 stars.
This is an okay pizza place. But if you are a pizza connoisseur pass it up. I found it to be rather greasy. Had a pretty good taste. Just not really my cup of tea. But I would say give it a chance since everybody has different taste buds. It is popular place in Red Bluff
Be sure if you are ordering delivery, that you will wait at least an hour. Also…. Don’t ever say I’ll pick up and then call back and say i would Love to pay extra for delivery. Your order will still go as pick up and you will be waiting for your food. For an extra 30mins. While the food is good the wait is LONG.
We enjoyed hosting a birthday in the patio room. The 24-inch pizza was very good and was enough for our party of eleven people. Disappointing was we had to wait for the salad to be made after the pizza was brought out. Luigi's has always allowed parties to bring in their own cake and ice cream for parties, which makes it the perfect location to host a party. The door is left open for their deliveries to go out, but they do have a propane heater to keep the chill off. My suggestion would be to get there early as some clean-up might be necessary. One note to the owners, it might be time to refresh the patio. I would suggest a screen or barrier in front of the supplies and exit delivery door. Also, a deep clean and repairs to the screen door would be warranted. Thanks for your hospitality. We will be back! P.S. Fill the wine carafes to the top, even if you have to charge more. It gives customers the idea they are being shorted. Just saying 🤷
My husband and I, along with my grandson and daughter, who were visiting from Arizona went to Luigi's on July 9, 2024. We were very excited to eat, as Luigi's was our favorite place to eat in Red Bluff. However, the food is NOT THE SAME as it was the last time we ate here. We ordered a pastrami sandwich, toasted, a salad, meatball sub, a small mushroom/pineapple pizza, and a small pepperoni pizza. Usually we love everything here! However, pastrami sandwich had not that much meat on it. When it used to be packed with meat! The meatball sub was sliced meatballs, (they used to come as whole meatballs), they surely did not taste like beef. They tasted like they were made out of turkey and cereal filler. There was barely any sauce and cheese on it. And I mean BARELY any sauce! The pizzas were just okay, it seems like they are using different cheese. It's not the same stretch consistancey or taste.😔 I also believe the crust is a different recipe! We are from Chico and you just can't get a good taste and quality of these foods, so Luigi's was our go to! Well not anymore. Wish the food didn't change here! They had a winner with the way their food used to be! Now we are in search of a new pizza/sandwich/salad place! Not to mention, why did Luigi's get rid of pasta dishes? My daughter when she visits likes the baked ziti, and it's not served here any more!! Really sad. Did Luigi's change owners or something?
The place was clean and comfortable, but the pizza had no flavor… especially the sauce. The ranch dressing tasted like it came out of a jar (not fresh from a mix).
Had 4 Prime Rib Dips delivered tonight. No au jus and no chips. Sandwiches and delivery were good but whoever was filling the orders dropped the ball. We’ll still be loyal customers because it’s great food for a good price but will be a little more diligent about checking our deliveries when they arrive.
Visited/Work (from Sacramento area). After reading local reviews-Went with the Luigi's Special -what they're known for). Not impressed on the quality of the ingredients as they seemed to come from the generic distribution company SYSCO . Maybe it was an "off"day, as most regulars praise the establishment. Pretty busy for a Monday evening. Gonna definitely give em a second try next time there.
**update** The restaurant is under new ownership. I ordered the 30" for my son's birthday and definitely not the same it use to be here. Spent over $90 and they said we can only give 2 ranches. The pizza was ordered with easy sauce and didn't come that way either. Not the experience ive had in the past. ** Best pizza around... wish he had more locations... Lou is a super sweet and amazing owner.
The pizza we got was delicious although it took a long time to get it. It was Chicken Bacon Ranch, and the cheese was yummy and melted to perfection. However, I have one caveat. Don’t order the Caesar Salad. Ours was rather slimy looking, and the lettuce was a little bitter. Perhaps they were just having an off night, but I don’t recommend the salad.
worst chicken wings in my life - they just boiled the wings and poured the sauce on, when I check with the server if the wings were supposed to be this soft, he said yes. Their pizza’s just ok, costco pizza’s probably worthier for the price. nothing special here
Called for delivery on Saturday April 10th and it was before 7 and they said that they not delivering only take out only but yet a delivery car came to where we stay so what's up with that I just want to add to this review when they messed up my order they made up for it. My dilemma now is this the size of the servings ... You'd expect to get the same size every time would you not? But one time the servings are big and other times they are small this time they were cold and not near the size of the last identical item. I expect the portions rnto be the same every time....... At last the size of the last tortelinni but it's not it's only about half yet pay the same price. You tell me...
Was driving through Sunday thought let’s get pizza this place use to have good food. Pre warning they make you pay 12% gratuity for over $100 worth of food. Got three 18 inch pizzas it was okay maybe not greasy which was nice. But then they expect you to tip on top too. Wasn’t even cooked all the way had to toss them in the oven when we got home. Just saying this place could do so much better, also I work at a pizza place up in redd And we never make people give us a tip for $100 or more on food, I would have tipped them better than 12% but was also arm stronger into a tip. Next time I will just order a couple pizza under a $100 bucks then order one more right after to get around your mandatory gravity that I didn’t read anywhere on your menu above the register.
I love the food here, I was ordering from them just about every other weekend with the family. My last experience I spent over $50.00. When the food arrived to my house it was cold, the pizza wasn’t cut, and the wings were soggy. I called to let them know I was dissatisfied with the quality and I proceeded to mention how I’ve never had a low quality experience. I spoke with the manager on duty over the phone and when she asked “what can I do for you” I said it would be appreciated if I could get a partial refund. She LAUGHED and said “I’m not giving you you’re money back” and asked again rudely, “WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?! DO YOU WANT OUR DRIVER TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK AND PICK THE FOOD BACK UP?!” She not ONCE apologized for the mistake... I said that wasn’t necessary for him to drive back and I don’t want him to do that, that it was okay. Then she mentioned she can credit me PART of the $50.00+ dollars for the next time I call in. I don’t plan to give them my service again. Unfortunately. Terrible last experience there and it’s unfortunate because this is a small town and there isn’t much to choose from when it comes to food.
We used to love this place but its gone downhill bigtime. We ordered a pizza, sandwich, salad, and drinks and it was AWFUL! The pizza was even cooked all the way the center dough was raw, there was a hair in my sandwich and most of the veggies in the salad were rotten, and to top it all off the employees are very rude. Needless to say it was Completely disgusting. We wont be coming back, I recommend Firehouse pizza better quality, better food and definitely nicer employees..
It’s just not the same a lot of dough for dough, might be just me but it used to be saucy, and I ordered extra sauce
It truly amazes me how this place got so highly rated. The place is your typical "greasy Pizza by the slice" kind of place but they completely abused the "greasy" part. We ordered some pasta and it was also greasy and generally swimming in sauce (in a bad way). My lasagna was a floating island in a sea of cheap cheese. The veal parmigiana had so much sauce we got sick of it halfway through. The positive side is that the portions are huge (if that matters to you), the prices are very good, and the staff is incredibly nice.
Good if you're only picking up. A manager should be present to follow up with customers dining in, keeping tables and floors clean, and employees. If there was a manager, it wasn't noticeable. After a long wait, we had to ask the person bringing our food for missing items. Waitress: "sorry if your bread is cold, our oven guy is having a fit". WHAT????
Waited for over an hour for 2 pasta dishes, and 20 minutes more for wings. We always received garlic bread with pasta dishes, but not anymore. Ever since the place sold, service and food has gone down. The old owner was usually around making sure things ran well, and there seemed to be management around, but not anymore. We wanted pizza but were told it would be an hour, so we ordered pasta. Customers who ordered 15-20 minutes after us got their pizza before our pasta dishes. We have been customers for a long time, but we are done with Luigi's for awhile.
Moved out of town so today was the first time I have been there since new ownership. Ordered a large combo, when I picked it up I ask a familiar face if the new owners had changed the recipes and she said absolutely not. Well, when I got the pizza home I was very disappointed that obviously they had. For a combo it didn't have much on it, bare spots where there was just sauce on the crust, crust was thinner and the taste was average at best. Not to mention I paid over $37.00 before tip. I have bragged that Red Bluff has the best pizza place in the area with Luigi's for years. I unfortunately will not be doing that anymore.
The spagetti and meatballs was ok. The sausage the came with it was dried out and stale, inedible. Can’t believe they even served it, should have been tossed into the trash
Ordered one of their "hot" sandwiches the meatball sub and they forgot our food in back or something everyone else in the place got their food first. We'd ordered and sat down before 2 of the customers that go served before us go their food. My meatball was cold to the touch. 10/10 will not be coming back in. Last time I ordered the sub to be delivered and the food got to my house faster and warmer.
They wanted my credit card numbers over the phone because their caller Id didn’t match the name I gave them. What great service! Glad I didn’t go there for 30 dollar underrated pizza!
This place has gone downhill from the last owner service was horrible rude employee connor didn’t want to do his job plus the pizza just isn’t as good and if you raise your prices is fine but being rude and pizza not that good round table all the way for are family cheaper and better
Ordered half taco and half Garlic chicken along with hot wings and garlic cheese bread. What a disappointment for 48 dollars. Both halves We're covered with black olives and chopped tomatoes. Very little chicken. No taco season. You got me once but you're never get me again. .
Ordered calazone. Very little sauce very little cheese. Worse ever. Hard to chew.
The place was dead when I went to get what was supposed to be a delivery. Called and ordered, paid and gave address. They said will be an hour. Called at 1.5 hours and they say whoops we put it as a pickup. Why did you ask address? No answer to that but they will remake and give us 10 dollars off. Can deliver in 45 minutes or we can pickup. The pizza has already been paid for, so will pick up. Get there and it is just coming out of oven and the next one will be 10 dollars off. Finally get what turned out to be a worse pizza that the chain in town that actually will deliver. Oh and the remake must be chilled because the box was not hot when they handed it to me. I wish I could give no stars.
Waited over an hour and a half for our 1 pizza order. We had to call just for them to deliver it. Pizza was cold when it arrived, and the added sauce was not correct. 100% never again.
The Girl with the sour face took my order didn't seem too happy to work there. It took this place 30 minutes to give me my food i kept asking if my food was ready, I only ordered a slice of pizza salad and a drink! I kept getting the response of its still in the oven. I waited more until i asked a different employee he found my food off to the side apparently my ordered was ready but no one seem to care to look!!! I will definitely not recommend the place to my colleagues that will be visiting in the next few days poor customer service i guess they only want locals for their business.
So disappointed. Just got my combo pizza. It was surprising when I opened the box. A combo that literally looks worse than a grocery store pizza! On a whole large pizza there was 14 pieces of sausage! Yes, we counted them! Because we could! Several pieces had zero sausage and hardly any pepperoni. Not sure what this combo was, other than a combo of very few ingredients! Guess we are done with Luigi's. That is so sad because it was our favorite, but there has definitely been a downhill slide! And the cheese was waxy, as if it had sat for a long time. I have never had that be case with Luigi's before.
