We booked the kids' adventure room for our daughters 3rd birthday. It was worth the money for the 3 pitchers of drinks and 2 large pizzas. We ordered an additional large pizza for a total of 3, which was enough for 8 adults and 9 children ages 2-6 year olds. Self-serve beer taps seem to be comparable to their poured to order beer prices even at 60 cents and oz as long as you know how to pour a beer to not get froth. There was a great selection of self-serve beer. The pizza was good. There is plenty to do for all the kids. This year, if you are early enough to see this before Sunday, February 9th, sessions, It looks like they will have the Super Bowl available on the tv located in the kids' adventure room.
I have to say , my favorite place to eat is the charlews tap house. Get there and you will be back. Meatballs, chicken Parm, great salad and bread, everything is great. Beer wall , super cool wait staff and great place to eat. 100%
The waitress was wonderful and my Aunt and I enjoyed a delicious salad. We chose to sit outside where our dog 🐕 was welcomed. And to top it off we enjoyed the warm bread. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I ordered a sandwich to go for a long drive. The atmosphere was very" young family" oriented with lots of space and picnic style seating. The pizzas looked good, and my sandwich was very good, albeit a bit on the salty side. All in all, the staff was super friendly and helpful, it is very clean, and if in the area, I would visit again 😀
1st& only time I’ve ever been to or heard of Charlews. I love high quality service. I love high quality food. This place is FIRE!🔥 The best Caesar salad I’ve had in 30 yrs. I was shaking my head while eating the lasagna NO NO NO!? HOW? HOW IS IT SO FREAKIN GOOD? That was yesterday. I’m going back again today. Im discerning and I give 100/100. Could not be better. No bs. I don’t live within 100 miles. Nobody recommended it. Just happened upon it. Blue collar dad & husband.
This was such a great family dinner experience. The kids absolutely loved the new play room, it gave us adults a chance to connect before we all enjoyed our meal together.
Try their meatballs and pretzel bites. Calamari is tasty, too. We use this as a quiet, quick get-away spot on short date nights during the week. Kids love their pasta as well. Friendly staff, good atmosphere, and a full bar that includes their card activated on demand self serve beer taps.
Love it best salad in Shasta county!
We had a beer and pizza bites with cheese! We were finished shopping and decided to check the place out! Very friendly staff. They all assisted each other, which was great to see. The appetizer we had was yummy and was just enough for us that day. We plan on returning to try more of their menu! I forgot to take a picture of our food and drinks! Oops! Ha ha!
Amazing food! Unfortunaly they delivered the kids pizza. To the wrong table, bit they let them choose a free dessert since they made that mistake! We loved this delicious food!
Chicken wings. Great. Pizza. Great. Service. Great
We recently hosted a birthday party at Charlews Tap House, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The owners were a dream to work with—laid-back, accommodating, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. They allowed us to set up a backdrop, bring in treats, and even had the kids making their own pizzas, which was such a hit! The food was outstanding—the pizza was delicious, and every appetizer we tried was next-level. The shrimp bruschetta was hands-down my favorite. Charlews Tap House has the perfect mix of great food, a fun and welcoming atmosphere, and truly amazing people running the show. I can’t recommend it enough for events or just a great night out!
The best meal out in a very long time. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted graciously by the owner, barely sat down, (no wait!), and our server was at our table. Everything we ordered from drinks, to salad, to main course was perfectly and promptly served, and so delicious! Do your self a favor and go!!! You won't be disappointed, I promise. Thank you, Charlew and Kathy and crew! Al and I were so very pleased with your restaurant and staff! We will be back again and again!!!
Just a great place to hang out n eat.. Have a tap beer and ENJOY!
OMG THEY HAVE THE BEST GELOTIO EVER!!! Amazing food, family friendly, and very kind people! They are always loving welcoming people and have huge hearts!
Our little family absolutely LOVES this home of a restaurant! Always a delicious meal and wonderful staff. If there ever is anything we need they are on top of it and help us out without hesitation. Our son loves the play area. We usually order the family spaghetti dinner for $29.99 and it is our favorite! Plenty of food and always fresh and delicious. Best spaghetti around. Their pizzas are also incredible. We love that our son can build his own pizza. Very kid friendly and family environment. I venture out sometimes and order the spaghetti dinner but with polenta instead of the pasta, and oh my goodness what a delectable treat it is! The food is full of flavor, everything there is made by scratch and you can definitely taste it. Their Cesar dressing is the best I have ever had. I just can’t say enough to express our gratitude for Charlew and his team. You all, are greatly appreciated and noticed 🙌🏻💙🙌🏻The food industry is tough, in many many different aspects, it’s not for everyone. Those who are in it, whether you are an employee or an owner, you pour your hearts and souls into it. Behind the scenes you dedicate ample amounts of- energy , time, efforts, inconsistent work schedules, work weekends, nights, early mornings, evenings, long hard shifts, come in on your days off to help cover shifts and soooooo much more…… to orchestrate a beautiful place for people to come enjoy themselves and leave with a full belly and a happy heart 💙 Thank you guys so much 🙌🏻💙🙌🏻💯💯💯
Excellent food and service, easy stop off I-5. Would stop again for sure!
Food was really good and so was the service which is hard to find these days. Also They have a few bounce houses and games in the room next door for kids. My 5 year old loved it.
Nice cool place to eat dinner. We ordered the ranch with chicken and artichokes. It was very good definitely couldn't of got a medium. But a small filled the wife and I. We order a beer card, thought I was at a arcade got to pick my own beer and pour my self with their self serve tap wall
This was so good the waiters were so kind and kept asking if we needed anything else.
Had the 4 cheese raviolis with meat sauce. Was good. They even gave me a brownie I am excited to try later.
Pizzas great, and the play room is so nice for our little ones! Also our server Deb was so kind and patient with us popping in and out of the play room! Great beers on tap!
Charlew's is one of our after church go-tos. The staff is always friendly, the food is tasty, the beer wall is a fun way to try new brews. We love the kids area for our son and appreciate that they have an under 5 year old play space!
This was my first stop, and I do not regret it from meeting the owner to the amazing staff and the pizza that I will enjoy for the next few days as I truck through California and Oregon .Charlew keep up the great work and atmosphere. The pizza was amazing 😎Mark in the shiny blue Peterbilt.
Perfect pizza, hand tossed crust. Fresh made green salads. Check out their "Beer Wall"! Fine 🍺 ales. Also, kids play area.
We recently attended a birthday party at Charlew’s Taphouse, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel so welcome — truly absolute angels. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone, especially the kids, had an incredible time. One of the highlights was the pizza-making lesson they hosted for the kids — it was not only adorable but also so well organized. You could tell they genuinely cared about making it a special experience. They were incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging with the little ones, which made it all the more memorable. The environment was spotless and inviting, and the bounce houses were a huge hit with the kids. Every detail was so thoughtfully handled, and it was clear the owners take pride in creating a fun, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for all their guests. Their kindness, attention to detail, and true love for what they do absolutely shined through. We left with full hearts and lots of happy memories. I would recommend Charlew’s Taphouse to anyone looking for a perfect place to celebrate, relax, and have an amazing time. Thank you for making the day so special!
What a wonderful surprise. Stopped at Charlew's for lunch heading to Oregon. I was planning on a simple lunch of soup and salad. Nothing simple about it! The house salad had about 10 different things in it, all delicious. I had the minestrone and it was so flavorful it reminded me of my mom's. Hubby had the meatballs and they were delicious as well. Some nice beers on tap, too. All at a reasonable price. The service was great, too, although a little slow because it was packed and they had someone not show up. Worth the wait.
I like this place! Ladies room was clean!! The kids' area, a separate space, looks super fun. Just enough background ambiance noise for privacy, just quite enough to hold a conversation. We ordered an X-large Pepperoni pizza, Ghost wings and a wedge salad. The pizza was enough lunch for 6, 4 adults and 2 teen boys. Everything was good. If you like a traditional wedge salad, I'd skip this, some of the classic flavors are there but it was wildly not a wedge.
Overall I really loved this place and will be back. Our servers were all super nice and everything came out lovely.
First time visit. Wedge salad Ghost pepper wings XL Pepperoni pizza Relaxed atmosphere, friendly and helpful servers. Bathrooms are clean. Pizza was awesome, not greasy, thinner sliced which we loved! Ghost pepper wings were awesome, full of flavor. Maybe a medium heat that progresses as you eat them, if you're used to spicy you'll do well. The wedge salad is made with romaine and not the Wedge of iceberg, maybe a 3.7/5. It's a good salad but overdressed for the more delicate romaine. By about a third of the way through this, I was scraping the excessive dressing and topping off to the side, didn't finish.
Such a great experience at Charlews Tap House! Went with a large group of friends to their outdoor area. The food was incredible. Such a good variety and full of flavor. Also, their beer/cider wall was delicious. There are different sized glasses. You can choose a smaller glass and sample anything you want! Then decide what you want a full glass of. The overall experience was so much fun. Amazing food. Amazing service. So excited to know about this spot in Redding !! Will definitely be back. Love the outdoor area. Perfect for spring and summer.
They never fail to satisfy. If you're looking for some heat then ghost pepper wings are what you're looking for !!! Can you handle it
Great food, best server, and awesome 80’s music! Thanks for a great experience.
Charlew and Kathy really make you feel welcome, the food is awesome, and the birthday parties are amazing!
This place has excellent food and service. The Calamari is ridiculously delicious! Homemade tarter and cocktail sauce, perfectly cooked and the seasoning of the batter is hard to describe, very distinct flavor and delicious! And one of the best things about coming to this place is I met some amazing people. Always down for new friends! Service is above 100%
This was our first visit to Charlew's. It was pretty good! Great vegetarian options! My husband had chicken Alfredo, minus the tomatoes and green onions with a side choice of the minestrone soup. The soup was better than any other minestrone he had ever had. It has pork in it, so he said it was almost like a really great Italian ham and bean with carrots. I had the house salad minus the salami and eggs and a cheese calzone with the marinara on the side (I like to dip in the sauce rather than to smother :) ). So much cheese!! The ricotta was a fun addition, giving it an interesting texture and taste. The crust was thin and crunchy... just perfect!! We found this place by accident because we were just driving around looking for something to eat. We will be back!!
We received the most friendly restaurant welcome in a very long time. Attentive service, really good pizza and Caesar salad. First time I've ever had the option of caramelized onions on my pizza. House salad sounds incredible, too. We were also impressed to see they have serve your own beer and pay by the ounce! Nice atmosphere and patio seating, too.
The wife and I both stopped by here to have lunch. We had ordered the Meet calazone, and it is perfect for both of us. Really good flavor the crust was excellent. I have worked as a pizza shop in the past, and this would be one of the best pizza crusts I've had in a bit. I would definitely come back. Place seemed very clean. The service was excellent. The only complaint I have is that they charged me 75 cents for ranch dressing on a $30 calazono. Welcome to the new world, I know!
Our family went in after hearing the ad on the radio that they had a kids area. We had an issue with our pizza and they fixed it right away and the pizza we got was the best pizza I have had. The kids area is great for the kids! And nice and clean. My only suggestion is to block off that door in the kids room so parents can see from one entrance if they are eating. We will be going back!
Was referred to this establishment by the Travellers Hotel manager. Good food, great beer, service staff was outstanding and if you're there at the right time, free samples of homemade gelato. I actually talked the owner into shipping some to me, being in a hotel isn't conducive for ice cream. If and when I'm back up in Cottonwood I'll most definitely return to Charlew's for chow.
Still hands down the best pizza I have tasted in the north state. I liken it to pizza I had on my way back from the middle east in 94, when we had a layover in Sigonella, Italy, and I had a Calzone for the first time there. It was baked in a stone oven and it was a small mom & pop pizzeria. Which means they kept the ingredients and the way they make it consistent as when it was Mary's Pizza Shack which is so awesome! The wait staff (Brooke & Natalie) were so friendly, personable and very attentive to detail! Even the house salad I had, though a little small, was sooo good! They even have very affordable lunch specials if you are on a budget, but for the price you can do no better, even if you doubled the price. They even have a full bar, and some nice microbrews on tap (see photos). I would have to say this place is a hidden gem, and the fact that you can be in the parking lot in 2 minutes after exiting Interstate 5, means it is also very convenient and easy to get to!
I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could. We had my eldest son’s birthday here today and the kids all had a blast. We had kids ranging from 1 year old to 9 years old and they all loved it. It’s also a nice opportunity for adults to catch up while the kids play safely. The best birthday party I’ve had for any of my 3 kids. The food was also excellent. Not to mention the staff were all great and a special shoutout to the owners who are just lovely. We were treated so well with such excellent service. We even had a personal emergency while there (not in any way caused by or related to Charlew’s) and the owners were very accommodating to us and very caring to make sure everything was ok (which it ended up being totally fine). They all went above and beyond to service us from the start, throughout the party and through our little emergency. I highly recommend them as a restaurant and especially the Adventure Room for kids birthdays. :)
Went in with a good friend of mine in the afternoon around 2:00 ish, was greeted by Brooke who served us and she had given us some good recommendations for the pizza and was super polite! We got the cheese and pepperoni and it didn’t disappoint, definitely one of the better spots in the north state!
When walking in the restaurant was clean and inviting, and we were greeted/welcomed by multiple staff. We’re from Wisconsin and just passing through so we won’t be back unless we’re in the area again, however if we do ever happen to be out this way I defintley would come back! Service and food were both great! I was excited to try the pizza along with the cheese bread. Both arrived hot and fresh and were perfectly cooked. Spaghetti with meatball was also better than expected! The only few things to note but that aren’t notable enough to take away from my rating is the bill can be a bit on the high side rather quickly (however they are upfront about their pricing including advising of an increase by $1 on some items that wasn’t posted on the menu yet and any restaurant is becoming more expensive due to inflation/increased operating costs so we knew roughly what we’d be spending) and they do charge 75¢ extra per side for things such as marinara sauce cup to go with the bread; then cleanliness wise in my opinion would be some ceiling tiles are showing their age and could use replacing as well as a fan that was beginning to collect some dust in it that should be cleaned off more regularly due to its location near the kitchen. The tiles and fan are something many people might not even notice which is why they don’t affect my rating especially as it’s more of a cosmetic thing versus overall service and quality, however I have a high attention to detail and can often spot things others might not. Management can’t make positive changes as easily if guests don’t let them know in what ways there might be room for improvement! Outside of those few things though I was happy with our meal and would come back! *Disclaimer, you are eligible to receive a $5 discount or free breadsticks upon leaving a review* In my case even just upon walking in to an overall clean and inviting restaurant with polite, friendly, professional staff was enough right off the bat to start with 5 stars with the food becoming the next deciding factor. I leave many honest reviews of good, bad, or neutral at many of the places I visit to help support local business who do well and to help inform visitors or management of places that could use notable improvement. Before becoming aware of the available discount I had already planned to leave a 5 star review as long as the rest of our visit was acceptable. The only difference was it just made me leave a review now rather than sometime within the next couple days instead! Thanks for a good dinner Charlew’s staff, we always enjoy getting to try new local restaurants when we’re traveling rather than the typical gas stations or fast food.
I have had several birthday parties here and this place is amazing. Food is absolutely delicious. Best in town. Service like no other, both Charlew and his wife actually come out and greet you. They are very accommodating and Provide excellent service. The giant pizza always feeds everyone and you get to choose several different toppings. Pasta and is very fresh perfectly flavored.
We went there for a kids birthday party. Charlews goes above and beyond for the kids. Food was excellent. We had a wonderful time.
Good food friendly staff and don't forget about the beer wall!!! Update 8/4/23 come here quite often and really enjoy myself everytime!!! Never had a bad experience. Will continue to visit regularly!!! Update 2/28/25 the new improvements make it even better. The added game room for the kids makes this an easy pick for dinner on busy nights.
We ordered a chicken sandwich and the pizza slice combo. The pizza was great and it was surprisingly a big portion. I opted for the cesar salad, it was ok, I wasnt too crazy about the powdered parm on top. The sandwich was very flavorful too. We received friendly service, however, it was a little disorganized and it took a while to place and received our order.
Food was good! But one thing that could be fixed is the self-serve beer taps. I like the concept of self-serve flights/pints. I don't mind that they charge you by the oz. But there's A LOT of foam in the taps. You get more foam than actual beer. Mind you we get charged by the oz.
In the last three months we've had three birthday parties here. Their party room, their playroom to them, making pizzas with the kids. This place is a family treasure.Don't walk , run down to charlie tap house. The only thing I could say they need improvement on, would be some of the younger girls that work there seem to be a LITTLE snobby and it doesn't come across very well. TRY THE BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA!!!
Slow, but it was Friday night. Weird to have 4 people serve all the food. Great for kids and adults. Meatballs were good, turkey sandwich was good....option for kids to make their own pizzas, good choices for kids menu.
We had good service during our visit, and our server was super sweet. Unfortunately, we learned the "soup of the day" was made days prior, as well as another soup we asked about. Our pizza was okay, and the wings were a bit dry and arrived late to the table. However, the shrimp bruschetta was delicious. I dont know if we will be back. Maybe we will try their pasta dishes next time if we do go. I will give a better review if our next experience is better.
Very clean and kid friendly! This is my second time here and both times now have been quite disappointed with the pricing of food and customer service I am a bit disappointed with the customer service, along with the pricing of the food. One pizza and a salad 76.00 is quite outrageous. One of the pizza items on the menus was a Large pizza 26.00 Max 5 toppings so I thought I was paying for a 26.00 pizza noooooo! I walked out paying 70$ for this pizza with 5 toppings. Whoops.
Mix of Italiano- Americano. Good atmosphere, good people trying hard to make an excellent product. Not a favorite, but they do make some very good dishes.
First time here. I enjoyed everything, atmosphere, facility, service (server was kind, attentive and happy) but I drop the rating with the food. Food tasted fine but hardly any sauce on our burgers (all different burgers), the fry servings were ridiculously puny. My kid ordered from the kids menu and his fry serving was larger than mine and his serving was still small. First burger i didn't finish in my life, ate about half of it. Took about 50 minutes to cook 4 hamburgers with maybe 7 other people in the restaurant. 5 of them left and we still waited 20 minutes for the food and no new people came in. Likely won't be back any time soon. Tough to drop $70+ on this and want to do it again.
We recently had a birthday party at Charlew’s Adventure Room and overall, it was a fun experience. The bounce houses were a big hit and the kids had a great time playing. One thing to keep in mind is that the room isn’t reserved just for your group. If the restaurant is busy, there will be other kids and families using the space at the same time, which can make things feel a little crowded. The tables provided are just in the open so any kid can come up or grab things from the tables. I did have some concerns with a few aspects of the event, but I reached out afterward and felt that the staff did a good job addressing the issues. They were responsive and took the time to make things right. In the end, the kids had a great time and I appreciated the staff’s effort to resolve any problems. Just be aware that it’s a shared space if you’re considering it for a party.
The food and service are great. We really like the restaurant, but the prices are a bit unjustified, in my opinion. This plate of Pesto Tortellini, my wife ordered, was about $25. Their X-Large pizzas are about $50. In a higher end restaurant, these prices would be acceptable, but in a vacant strip mall, it's a bit unrealistic.
Service and food are inconsistent. I’ve had both good and bad experiences here with more bad experiences than good. Went in with a party of 9. There were 2 separate orders for the “ all meat “ calzone. One was cooked perfectly and the other was a nasty greasy mess. Service was very slow, our bills were mixed up. I doubt I’ll return again.
I’m very disappointed in the lack of service during our visit. Portion of our order was unfortunately incorrect, and our entrées were not brought out at the same time which resulted in some of our food being cold by the time it reached the table. While the food itself was amazing and clearly well-prepared, the service unfortunately took away from the overall experience. I truly hope this is addressed because the quality of the food deserves service to match.
Thought we would give this place a try. Clean restaurant, friendly server. Lots of variety on the menu although the prices are quite high. Ordered the vegetarian pizza and it's the first time I didnt take the leftovers home, it was that bad. Fairly small in size, dry crust and hardly any toppings. No flavor at all. We rarely go out anymore because everything has gotten so expensive so to spend what we did on this pizza was really disappointing. The kids play area looked fun though. They also need some kind of beer menu for the table. They have a beer wall in rhe bar area and you pay by the ounce.
Used to really enjoy this place but they’ve gotten outrageous with their pricing over the last year or two. An XL pizza comes with 1oz of ranch, $1 charge for a single extra oz. They charged $8 to add onion to a pizza without informing us of the absurd price beforehand. The entire pizza was $40 before adding onion… it’s not even about the overall cost of the meal, just the shameless overpricing of trivial things like a little onion and dressing. I guess enjoy the extra $10 you squeezed out of us, you lost 4 customers forever for it.
My wife and I went in for dinner on Saturday the 21st. The waitress came over pretty quick after being sat. She took our drink order (cherry pepsi and a water). After roughly 10 minutes she came back and let us know they were out of cherry pepsi. No big deal got regular pepsi instead and she took our food order. My wife ordered the Turkey Supreme and I got the tritip sandwich. After about 45 minute of waiting the waitress came back and told me they were out of tritip. I ordered the ghochi and meatballs instead. Another 20 minutes go by and they bring out my plate. Come to find out they gave my wife's sandwich to another table and offered her his burger instead.. She said no and just asked for her same sandwich but to make it to go. Nope they were out of turkey now. We just decided to cut our losses and share the one plate we got. Took another 30 minutes to get the check and while waiting we overheard the waitress telling another table they were out of lettuce. This was still 2 hours till closing its not like they were trying to avoid prepping stuff because they were closing in 10 minutes. Long story short after almost 2 hours in the restaurant, the only thing we got from our original order was a glass of water, everything else was a substitute or second choice.
Chicken wings were so dry and had no flavor! Ordered buffalo and ghost pepper expecting something amazing since Anderson doesn’t have much. Didn’t offer ranch or blue cheese for dipping either. Second time ordering calamari and this was the chewiest I’ve ever had. For the price of the food they should really step it up!
I tried, I really tried. My wife and her sister love this place so I went with them couple times. The pizza is pretty good but everything else I tried was terrible. Hamburger buns toasted so hard they cut the roof of your mouth when you bite into them. Barbecue pulled pork sliders with virtually no bbq sauce. The kitchen is right there yet the food is always cold. I’m done, more room for you I guess.
The owner of this place obviously doesn't care about its delivery customers. Long wait times with no customer service upon entry of the store. Employees mark the order as ready for pick up when you know, you end up waiting twenty plus minutes after arrival for a small order, When delivery orders are marked ready for pickup 10minutes prior to arrival that's a total of a thirty minute delay before the order is ever even picked up. This mistake holds drivers accountable for late deliveries to customers, not to mention valued customers getting left in the dark with expected delivery times being delayed constantly. It seems like charews is still stuck in the same old habits as it was before the rebrand! they could do alot better. won't be back as a customer or a driver. 1 star
This not a good place for pizza. It charges 7$ a topping i payed 95$ for 1 pizza and three beers. They made me pay 35$ just for the dough and sauce. It also took 45 min for a pizza. So yes I'm upset with the bill and the quality of the pizza for the price it was not OK.
My wife, kids, and I bought the pizza, veggie calzone, and the chicken marinara sandwich with fries. The calzone was really bland. And left a coating on the pallet. The pizza was all right. The ranch had chunks in it. The chicken marinara sandwich was very greasy and dry at the same time. My wife made the joke that the oil was the only moisture. The bread of the sandwich was so "toasted' that it had the same density as the table. My wife knocked on the table and the bread and it made the same sound. There were a lot of people working and not that many customers. Two servers were eating behind the counter close to the food. One was eating next to the salad making area and was wiping her crumbs off the surface. When I went to the restroom, I was slapped in th face with the smell of ammonia. The bathroom cleaning chart on the door was not filled out that day. There was so much dust on the objects above our head that our son hit the wall and it started snowing. He literally said look Daddy it's "snowing". The red pepper glass jar looked like there was spores growing inside of it. I am not sure what was with the salt, but some kind of moisture found it's way inside the jar. There was also something was on the outside of the jar discoloring the salt "brick" as well. There was one guy wiping his nose on the back of his hand then working with food afterwards without washing his hands. This wonderful opportunity was just for the price of $92. To be honest though my kids had fun in the play area. To be honest, I don't think my family and I will ever be back. The cleanliness of the restaurant was in dire need. It was really dirty. That is the main reason we will not be back. Robert Irvine where are you?
First the extra charge for 4 oil soaked non crispy onion rings with no taste, not worth it. Second, ordered the tap house burger with extra sautéed mushrooms , got the burger with mushrooms but none of the rest of the condiments, and also very greesy. Definitely not worth it, will not order from there again.
I’ve only ever been here twice and both times were not good the first time I went the service was ok but there was 3 strands of hair that was not mine in the pizza and I went today and got a pizza and I took one bite and there was something chewy so I spit it out and it was a napkin cooked into the pizza
Awful… Our party of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids) went for lunch on a Thursday afternoon. We were sat within 5 minutes or so and our waitress came by about 5 minutes after that. We all ordered then proceeded to wait a full hour for our food. All around us tables were being sat, ordered, received their food, ate, and then left all before we even got our food. When the food finally came it was terrible. The fries were overcooked and stale, the burger was chincy, and the chicken sandwiches were mediocre. The entire time we were there not ONCE did our waitress even acknowledge our table for anything. Upon paying we mentioned to our waitress how terrible the food was and her only comment was “Yeah.. it’s the cooks first day.” To me that’s no excuse especially for the poor service. The only semi redeeming factor was the kids playroom was fun for my children. But not worth the time or money to ever think of returning again.
Place is pretty cool for kids. But their parents will have to pay for that, trust me. But the real reason I am writing this review is about the food. It's just not good. Cheese pizza was about a 4.7 at best. The spaghetti was just horrible, probably a 3.2. the salad was super weird. It just wasn't good. The only positive about this place was the waitress was good and the beer was cold. But overall, with our food order plus 2 beers and paying for 4 kids to play in the game room, you are looking at well north of $120. It would have been an easier bill to swallow if the food was good. But it was just was not good by any stretch of the imagination.
I did a phone order for chicken wings told me 15 minutes got there didn't even have my order and their system so I had to wait which is okay. But the cooking staff is all long haired and bearded people with no hair nets at all which I find very gross and I won't eat there again even though the food is damn good but after seeing what I seen nowhere they need to have internet or shave
