Service was great! The lady there was awesome. She even gave us extra ice and tacos! Chicken strips were hot and fresh and there was plenty of sauce!

Service was excellent! they had no baby cups for taco salsa , had to wait a few, but was accompanied w/ make shift containers very thoughtful of them for these days. kudos for customer service

This review is specific for the Jack In The Box on Barnett in Medford.. within 100 yd is McDonald's and they push through in their double Lane drive-thru probably 10 times as many cars if not more in the same amount of time that this Jack in the Box pushes through one. Anytime I go to this location I have to keep in mind it's going to take a bit longer and I have to be patient. Your food is generally good and the employees are friendly. But be prepared and slow down

I usually never eat at fast food but this time was exceptional as I have my son with me. So we stopped at Jack in the Box and aashhh....my burger was overly cooked and dried. 😩

everytime I go here it usually takes a long time which is fine to me I've become use to it, I get it. But I went last night and automatically the person helping us had a horrible, dismissive attitude. My cousin asked for a different patty as they have smashed and regular, immediately the employee was rude, I understand its a peculiar and different request but the aggressive comments were not necessary, then we pull to the window and he snatches our money and hands us our drinks, we ask who's drink is whose and hes says "he can't speak to us right now" and slams the window then proceeded to ignore us the entire time while handing us our food, not to mention we were the only people there and yet he would not hand us our food till 15-25 minutes after. I get people have bad days but taking it out on others is not the right thing to do. Absolutely Disappointing! I guess this certain employee is always like this as well.

UPDATE: SEE LAST FEW LINES...How in the world are you handing people a cardboard clipboard with stacks of already signed credit card receipts, for them to sign theirs Everytime someone runs a card at the drive thru? Put that into perspective for you.... It's a global pandemic right.. first off you have a non sanitizable surface in a food prep area being passed to guest! That alone is major health food violation in a typical situation. And it is gross!! Second you are handing this surface to people through your window, with other peoples receipts attached to it.... Your generic response to my review tells me how much your company does not care or even read these reviews..... your claims of sanitation are false.. the reason i wrote the review is because, anyone who took a actual food safety course could tell you that rough cardboard/ wood surfaces can NOT be sanitized!!!!!! It's impossible. And then they are sending a non sanitizable surface from car to car and bringing back to a food prep area!!!! It's gross!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You people need to go back to food safety 101.

Zero star if I could put one. Drive through staff is horrible and rude. They never get our orders right and my husband and I are honestly sick of it. We went back recently after not going for a year! Same thing as usual. We figured it would have been sorted out by now but I guess not. If we want something it looks like we will have to drive to redding. I do not recommend!

Drive through, they gave me the wrong burger and it had a hair on it. By the time I stopped to eat I was in Redding and couldn't go back. Over the phone they would not refund my money. Will not stop there again.

This place was so dirty inside and outside the building. Trash cans overflowing and food all over the tables and floor. Will not eat here ever. Can't imagine what the kitchen looks like.
