I got another Chili Cheese burger meal. I was excellent! And the addition of Fritos is the best! The only thing that would make it better would be a thick slice of onion. I've wished for years that they would have these on their menu. Very few fast food burger places have them anymore, but this one is great! I hope they keep it on the regular menu!
Probably the best Whataburger in the southern Dallas area. Good customer service and food freshness sets this location above others. While there may be a wait when ordering via the drive thru, it's worth it because from my experience the food is always made fresh. Plus they always warn you when ordering if there's going to be a wait for a specific item to cook. Overall I've never had an issue with my orders at this location and the employees I've encountered have always been on the positive side.
My Order was perfect and they gave us napkins and plenty of condiments! I ordered ahead and my food was ready when I arrived. I was gone from my home less than 20 minutes. The meals were hot and delicious!
For a location that is extremely busy, it moved along very efficiently. The drive thru had a decent line of vehicles (six vehicles back from the window), but my wait time was under 15 minutes. Whatever system you all have in place, keep it up!
I’ve always had great service here. It’s not easy to find caring employees who want and strive to be consistently good at their jobs. There’s a particular talented lady at this location who is a blessing. I don’t want to embarrass her but would like to give her recognition. Dealing with the public is not an easy job. Thank you for your kindness and great customer service. 👍👍👍👍👍 My visit was on Tuesday evening April 23rd around 5 pm.
The location on 380 and Naylor is the best one. Food is made fresh every time I ordered. Shakes take fresh like they clean machine out every night or something.

Ask for Extra Napkins. Fast and fresh. Fries were still piping hot. Burgers right off the grill. Just the right amount of ice. And - most importantly - they got the whole family’s order perfect, even though it was the drive-through. The manager was pleasant and friendly, even though the were crazy busy.

Ordered breakfast at this location by mistake around 7am, called and said I wouldn't be by this location until the afternoon. They held my breakfast for me until 1 o'clock, and even made me fresh hash browns! 10/10, because they didn't have to do that! 💯

This whataburger has really turned things around for the better. I went inside and placed an order to go. It was newly renovated and clean! I looked at the kitchen and it was clean orderly and efficiently managed. It looked like an entire new crew and the cook worked professional and with talent. I ordered a #1 and it was freshly made and delicious 😋

We stopped by this location on our way back home from Chicago. This area was pretty chaotic due to construction. The place was practically empty, I don't know why, I mean we're talking about WHATABURGER!!! Girls were nice and helpful. The order was perfect. You rock.
The sheer passion exhibited by the staff at this location puts them in a league of their own. I can't single any one employee out, but watching staff interact with guests, including small children was a blast. They all genuinely seem to love what they do. The food was very good and the restaurant was absolutely spotless. Give every single employee of this location a raise!
Very clean restaurant and restrooms. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great Whataburger and great food! Susan took care of me after I ordered a meal instead of a sandwich and she refunded me the money and still provided me with the drink. The app is great to pay with and for rewards. Will be back!

Ok so they are slow but they are also ridiculously busy most of the time. The food comes out hot, fresh, and tasty when you do get it. Customer service is mid but that might be pretty good since they deal with so many complaints and rude customers. How much can a person take and stay friendly ya know 🤔
Food was delicious and fresh! I mean they were behind but what do you expect when they are right by the interstate. They were very generous and helpful of whatever I needed. I would eat here again!

Let's start with the service, it was fine. The attendant did his job in giving my food through a window and asking me if I wanted ketchup to which he put in the bag. Decent establishment, staff would worknwell in the presenceof manager, but the over night shift would often gave my order to someone else. Wataburger's price are higher then other fast food place as usual. I'm wishing the nice cook in the back can be kind to my burger paddy and not drying them up as much next time.
I love this place. But! Every time I go I have to wait 15 or more min. Especially in the mornings. They should have both lanes open because it is always crowded but they don't and one cashier. The food is always hot and fresh. They have the best mushroom burger, just don't like waiting that long.
Food is great always hot but the name needs to be changed to slow burger. This location is the slowest I've ever seen. I sat in line40 min one evening. Finally I pulled out of line drove 6 min. down the road to anther Whataburger and there was 6 cars ahead of me and they served those 6 cars and myself in 15 min. The other store had 6 cars ahead of me and couldn't serve them in a timely manner. Will not be back to this location
I know most Whataburger are slow because their food is fresh and don’t get me wrong the food WAS fresh here. The problem is that it was VERY slow. It took me 15 minutes to move up 1 car and that was to even order in the drive thru. All in all took me 35 minutes in the drive thru. That’s ridiculous for a place that claims fast food. This particular Whataburger is the slowest I’ve ever been to. And you can’t say it was short staffed because for once I saw a lot of employees inside. To make this shorter, food was great, service was extremely slow.
Standard menu, reasonable pricing. Supervisor working at the time didn't seem interested in being there....which is understandable. Service is lacking with no napkins in the dispenser, no condiments offered and no initial greeting or engagement after the order was taken.
Restrooms were dirty and out of soap! Not sure how the employees used soap and hot water to wash their hands maybe at another sink?? Restaurant was not all that clean. Lots of standing around and talking by employees. We were one of three tables occupied in the whole restaurant.
Smallest crunchiest breakfast taquito I ever had from there! Didn't get the roasted pepper mix I paid for nor the extra bacon on my taquito! Sucks to pay for something, pick it up get home and be let down. I love whataburger, this was disappointing 😞

This is the 5th that I’ve ordered kids meals and the snack was not in the bag. Consistency is key and when it is inconsistent it is hard to give good reviews.
I stopped in for breakfast and they were busy so I can forgive them for b0rking up my order but I will have to check it next time before driving away. Totally my fault but the part of the meal I got was decent. Recent update, unfortunately they seem to be slipping like other locations. I was told that they No shakes or apple pies allegedly. But shakes were being made and enjoyed by the cashier as I paid. Last visit was today 5/11, after sitting and playing "order when you are ready" with 2 different individuals I ordered the usual and requested extra lettuce and cheese so they charged me for it but just loaded it up with onions. Going to another location.

Food is Whataburger quality...not bad for the price and consistent with taste. My issue with this location is speed and accuracy. The last visit was ok, but most have not been. My husband chose this visit...I had been refusing to give this location my business for a while. Most issues have been in the evening.
The food order was wrong & cold. Whataburger food is always fresh. Not lately now. It seems as the younger the people, the worse the food gets. Very disappointed. As I have been eating Whataburger since 1976. It's my favorite place 2 eat. Things are starting to change. Don't like it. 😒
My food is usually hot and fresh, but the service is always slow! I waited in line for 20 minutes and never received an apology for the wait. For the most part they have decent customer service and the staff is usually friendly. There is this one cashier in particular by the name of Sean-Phillip (as written on the receipt ) who has a horrible attitude and absolutely rude! If you hate your job, find somewhere else to work, do not take it out on your customers!
On our way back from a recent trip, we were all craving Whataburger because we know they make our burgers the way we like it. However, at this particular location, the service was below Whataburger standards and for that matter for any eating establishment. We placed 5 different orders and when we received our orders, we only got 4. So, we explained to the young lady who brought us our food what we were missing.. It took 3 additional times to let 3 different employees know that we were missing one of our orders. After 35 min, they finally brought us our missing order. But by that time, everyone was finished with the food. I spoke to the manager and she claimed no one told her that there was an order missing....How does she not know that something is wrong when it was mentioned to her crew on 3 different occasions? Next time, I would bypass this Whataburger due to the incompetence of its employees and manager.....Poor Poor service. No one knew what was going on.
Nevermind the atrocious service and bad attitudes of staff members. Little bugs have been hopping all over the place. Saw the manager step in a giant cockroach at the booth next to me—so I looked down and saw a bunch of bugs walking around—including the one in this pic. Bathroom was filthy.
The young black manager female was rude and they got one of our orders incorrect. Messed up the drink order. Gave wrong burger. Put my friend debit card in the bag and brought it back and walked away without making sure we had everything. Attitude attitude attitude.
I tried Whataburger once before in Mobile, Alabama and liked it. Now I'm in Dallas...actually Red Oak...There's Whataburger, tried them again... This time the service was slow, and the cheeseburger was cold, the cheese wasn't close to melting and had a wad of onions just dropped on the patty...!!
This looked like a unique water burger from the outside. The lobby was clean when we walked in and the cashier was nice. Then I went to the bathroom and it smelled like sewage. When I got my food my burger was dry and had an insane amount of mustard on it. An improvement this place could make is getting some booths or at least softer seats.
Whataburger in Red Oak TX, has some of the worst customer service experience since I have ever seen. Asked for the meal to be super sized.charged me but didn't upgrade me. The food was not tasteful. The fast foods places in Red Oak need better training on how to service customers.

I've visited this location multiple times and each time it gets progressively worse. On my last visit, I sat at the drive mic waiting to be served for over 10 min. Not time did they say, "hello, we'll be right with you" or "sorry for the wait". Once they were finally ready to take my order, they stumbled through the entire experience. Then when I get to the window, what CF that was. They asked me what my name was, proceeded to repeat my order and STILL gave me the wrong order. I kept telling the young lady, I didn't order a salad and it didn't click. Finally the manager got my food correct, only for me to get ALL the way home and my drink was WRONG!!!!! This has to be the ABSOLUTE WORST location ever! I will definitely take my business elsewhere.
Would not recommend going at night, sat in line for almost 30 minutes just to get cold food and missing an item.
Ok, Ive worked fast food for a while so I understand its a crappy job. But at least pretend like you care. I picked up my online order and stood at the counter for 10min while everyone just starred at me. The guy who finally helped me spoke in a whisper, couldn't tell anything he was saying. When I got my food one of the bags was tipped over and spilling into my carrying bag. The guy just said here you go, and walked away. After I stood there and fixed the bag in front of them at the front counter. The guy then handed me 4 empy cups. I asked for a drink holder and he rolled his eyes like it was some huge effort. My experience would have been great if some one was at the counter and they put my food in the bag correctly and just acted like they cared a bit.
Food was better than most Whataburgers we’ve been to, but the dining room and bathrooms were littered with crickets, living and squished. Everywhere! 🤢
I thought it would be fun to take family members that haven't been to a Whataburger here to discover what all of the hype is about - big mistake on my part. The staff must have been new - I am hoping that is the excuse for their lackluster performance. It would be faster to watch oil paint dry then to order and get your food here. The woman at the register seemed to have no clue as to what she was doing. We waited, and waited, then waited some more. By the time (over 15 minutes later!) we got our orders, everything was cold. The bathrooms were filthy and had an odor as well. Do yourself a favor and keep driving when you pass this location -anything will be faster, and taste better than here.

My family and I ate instead. There were 3 of us. It took 20 minutes for us to receive our food. There were no napkins out so when the girl brought us our food to our table I asked for napkins and ketchup. She didn't even speak, just turned around and slowly walked off, dragging her feet. She returned with a few napkins and ketchup, and again, didn't speak. She was rude. The crew seemed to have no sense of urgency. I don't live near this location and won't return the next time I'm in the area.
Terrible!!! Whataburger still can’t get it correct . . . two lanes open and the service is still slower than ever. Additionally, the staff almost ALWAYS gets my order incorrect. Tonight, the young lady couldn’t hear the correct order and the other one working the outside lane took about 25 minutes to bring the order to the car. Please find staff that actually don’t mind working when they come to work, and for heaven’s sake, travel across the street and watch Chic-Fil-A . . . they run like a well-oiled machine.
Just wanted to give a heads up on the customer service, which is totally unacceptable. Waited in line for 20 minutes for them to give me a flat Coke and no gravy with my order. Plus, the entertainment of the two female teenagers at the drive up window laughing and joking with other customers waiting. I spoke with Sonja who wanted to make it right, but getting it right is more important. A good example of the decline in work ethics and standards!
I love Whataburger but mannnn. I pull up to drive through and order #11 and it seems like they always have trouble with my order. They tell me to pull up to front door and park there. I wait there for like 5 minutes and nothing. A worker comes out and ask me what did I order at that point I was disappointed and angry. They did not know anything about my order I just left.
Drive thru exceeded 45 minutes. Unfortunately, this is not uncommon, and should have known giving it one more chance was a very poor decision. You should consult with your competitors on best practices to optimize your business. (Also, the food wasn't hot after waiting).
Absolutely terrifying experience. We are contacting the health department tomorrow morning. There are crickets in this place absolutely everywhere. They are flying around the dining are and the cooking area. There were smashed ones on the floor and on the tables last night. On top of that, it took 30 minutes for us to get a very small order. They had plenty of people but clearly no idea what to do. This is the last place you would ever want to eat!
I waited in the drive through for over 15 minutes and still got my order wrong. No apple pie and wrong food orders. Why is it so hard to get things correct in a timely manner. Do more training better training or hire managers that are able to runs an efficient shift. Whataburger is a Texas staple and y’all need to do better. I'm not sure what's going on with the staff. There were 2 lines. Everybody in right lane was just sitting while the line closest to window moved freely. I ordered a #2 w/no onions & no tomatoes. Arrived at window she named someone else's order, I corrected her. She said Oh you ordered JUST a #2? I said yea. Within maybe 4 minutes another chick hands me my food. I was hoping no one was mad at me but I don't know how long everybody else been sitting in that right lane. I know I passed up 4 cars. But...there appeared to be plenty of workers in there. Not sure what's the problem these days with fast food service. Oh yea....my sandwich was full of onions and 3 plump tomatoes 😤
Unfortunately, I'm a big Whataburger fan. This place has tainted that name. I was the only person in line to order for 10 minutes. I made my order and sat down. 23 minutes later, I received my food. I was impressed with the new blue cheese burger, and after finishing it, I went for the fries. However, I discovered a hair in my fries. It's not my hair color, texture, or length. I chose my table based on which one was clean enough to eat on. I was hoping the other reviews were wrong, but turns out, they are accurate. This place is probably the worst Whataburger I've ever been to. I'm so glad I don't live in this area and only here for work. Don't recommend at all.
Wow , we waited for food for a hour . Even if you’re short staffed this could have been handled better . We got here around 9 and leaving at 10:46 pm. I hope things get better at this location .
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I sat in line 10 minutes with no movement. I couldn't leave because I was surrounded on all sides by cars. When i finally got to the speaker, I was told to wait. It was 10 minutes before I finally said "hello????" I know she can hear me talking to my daughter. I know how these speakers work. You can always hear us. They don't turn off. She couldn't have forgotten. Finally, she takes my order and I wait another 20 minutes before I get my order. Nearly 1 hour total in the drive thru line. I knew Whataburger a had gone down hill in the last 10 years due to you all not paying workers enough, but this was the worst experience at any restaurant ever. PAY PEOPLE MORE!!! i certainly won't return.
I ordered my food at 452pm, got to the window at 503pm. I checked before I drove off, my order was missing fresh fries that I ordered & the coke was terrible. The cashier apologized & brought a bag of fries that weren’t fresh, I brought it to his attention he then took a fry from the bag to taste it while I had it in my hand. He told me the coke was out (then why give it to customers), that was resolved with another drink. He told me I had to wait 2min for fresh fries & to pull up at 510pm, at 520pm the fries were handed to me. I requested to speak to a manager & they said he was busy.
8/5/23 Came to drive thru at 11:26 pm 3rd car in line at speaker to order. Left at 12:20 with 0 people ordering. I personally sat at the speaker for 20 minutes with no one greeting me or asking me to wait a minute or anything. I guess if you ignore it long enough everyone will just leave. When I left there were still 3 cars that had ordered food waiting to get it meaning they had ordered over an hour ago and had no way to leave as both lanes were being used. I only got out to leave because all the cars behind me left. Leaving enough room to back out.
The staff that runs this whataburger are oblivious when people step up to the counter thought I would try it going inside instead of the drive-through this time because it takes forever to get an order! I’ve tried this place several times and it’s always slow and the staff don’t care waited at the counter for five minutes no one even acknowledged. So I just walked out! I do not recommend this one!
I ordered a Curbside order and after 20 minutes of sitting in my car it still had not been delivered. I walked inside to check on my order and the lobby had sticky floors and crickets and a smell of rotten eggs, which could have been the nasty mop water they were using to clean the floors. The were cussing and throwing insults at each other, including racial slurs. I watched 3 separate orders come in from the drive-thru that had been messed up. In total I spent an hour from the time I ordered to the time I got my food. The burger was fina but the fries were bricks. By far the worst Whataburger experience I have ever had.
Now I remember why I don’t eat here. I just ordered a burger. Curbside. Waited 25 minutes and had to go in and get it. But the car next to me got his instantly. I’m very PO’d. They need more workers or just shut down this location. Waste of space.
Usually I have no issues with this location. HOWEVER! Whyyyyyyyy did we get home & the "patty melt" was on a regular hamburger bun!!! So I call to inquire & was told they were out of TEXAS toast. Ummm, don't you think that's something you guys could have communicated when we placed the order/prior to us paying. I advised him that I would like to have it corrected & picked up the following day as it was late already. The gentleman on the line immediately got offended, (as if 🙄). Telling me he found it disrespectful as to me telling him what I would want done to rectify the issue. Thus, I expressed to him that I should be offended as I spent $30 & was never told that my order had been altered. 😡
I can honestly say that the whattaburger next to Taco Bell in red oak is the worst. My family and I have gone a few times and everytime they mess up our order no exaggeration. The staff messes around constantly. Tonight We just ordered breakfast taquitos but they didn’t put cheese on any of them, then no eggs on the sausage egg biscuit sandwiches?? Then didn’t give us our fries or sauces we paid extra for. This staff has got to wake up.
This location has poor management and it reflects with the staff. They do not care. I spent over $20 to get my order delivered, I received my order with no meat. I called the restaurant and the manager sounded very nonchalant so I drove up there and waited 30 minutes just for them to remake my order wrong again. I asked them for the missing items so I can put them on myself. The whole staff must be high. If customers are paying for something they expect to get what they pay for. Customer service is horrible here. Please hire new management and staff.
Place was terrible. They had me wait for about 45 minutes just for my food to be wrong and cold. I ordered the 3 piece chicken strip meal and instead I was given a honey bbq chicken strip sandwich. You would think with the wait time being so long that the food would be fresh no. The food was cold a disappointing. Also the workers seemed to not have a care in the world and were very unprofessional. They talked with no respect or care for the job they were doing. I came around 10pm. Overall it was a terrible experience and this whataburger continues to disappoint the city of red oak for its beyond terrible service and horrible wait times. The night shift crew will ignore people waiting in line ready to take orders then one of the workers came from the trash area after smoking lord knows what? and just watched the people waiting in line and laughed as he was going in after smoking in the trash area. So we pulled up to the window to order then the worker said the intercom wasn’t working so we told him if we could order there at the window and he said he had to speak to his manager about it. Then after 10 minutes the I guess who was the manager came to the window and said he could take our order after putting the cash register back in and rang up our order. The meal was sloppily put together as if they were mad they had to work. I wouldn’t recommend coming here it’s obvious they weren’t trying to work and just trying to milk the clock so they can get their check. Whoever is the main manager that hires should really consider hiring a new crew for nights. I work nights myself so this is the only place to come to grab something to eat that’s close by. If they don’t like their job they shouldn’t work there and get another job instead of milking the clock and trying to get free money. Really considering going in the day time to complain. Don’t work there if you don’t want to do your job the whole crew is lazy! Our burger didn’t have no cheese lettuce or mustard just the meat patty. Had to come home and put our own cheese
My dad got the family lunch today. My son and my mom order was correct. My Whataburger with mustard, lettuce, pickles and add grilled bell peppers and onions, after I took a few small bites was a hot mess inside!!! My lettuce looked old (yellow) and 2 broken up pickles that look old too. Some of the grilled onions were raw mixed in together.
They made order completely wrong, I ordered 1 sausage egg and cheese taquito and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal. The taquito was a quesadilla with bacon 🤢. And the biscuit my husband immediately spit out because it tasted of chemicals. Absolutely disappointed that the place i have come forever will be a place I never come back.

If there are any choices to eat at in the evening, please go there and avoid this place at all cost! Wait is 20 minutes plus (last time was over a hour) for cold food. COLD FOOD! The fresh to order excuse can not be used here; they are just slow and understaff. Drive through people always have attitudes. You’ll get good faster going to a whatabuger miles away versus giving this one a chance and save on gas.
While placing my order, the cashier walked off and once I could get the order in it took them 20 mins to realize our order was lost in their tickets, it got called and it took an addition 20 mins to cook it. While we were waiting the 20 mins for the team to realize or order has not been worked 2 more patrons came to order , no cashier was present so they waited 5 mins a piece then left. Very poor customer service skills.
I feel sorry for the owners of this location. We walked in and 4 employees behind the counter looked at us like they were puzzled as to why we were there. Then they argued about who was going to take our order. These were the laziest people I have encountered in a while, this includes the manager on duty. When I asked for sweet tea, there was none, she looked at me and said “you want what?” - Then we got our meal. The burger patties were cold, so I guess they just previously cooked them and then stored them somewhere. The fries were cold. Oh, and they messed up the order. The ONLY person working was a little old lady scraping the grill while the males workers stood around and watched her. Truly pathetic.
I usually go through the drive through in the morning and it is always a long wait for no apparent reason other than they can't get their act together. This morning decided to go inside to place a to go order....it was worse. Stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes being busily ignored by the staff until someone finally came over and took my order. Then it took 12 minutes for my order to be ready: How long does it take to make two sausage biscuits? Staff attitude was basically indifferent and certainly not friendly, good customer service. The food is good but the service is awful. It wasn't always this way: 20 years ago this place was fast, furious, friendly and efficient. Not any more. While I waited to be served and then again for my meal, I observed numerous customers come in, stand around waiting until they came to the realization that this was not going to be a quick stop, and leave to go somewhere else. Whataburger, take note: You are rapidly losing your customer base over bad service!

I placed an online order to be picked up in 6-9 minutes. Upon arrival and checking in the guy behind the register told me I was 3 orders behind and it was going to be a 20 minute wait. I was kind of upset since the app said it’d be ready in 6-9 minutes. Called to get a refund and was told I’d have to wait 5-7 days for my refund. I told the guy on the phone that’s too long and I’d wait for the food. Waited 20 minute with many other displeased customers. A couple people got their food shortly after walking in. A customer waiting longer than I have been asked about his order and they only made half and rushed to drop strips to complete his order. When I asked about mine the guy was confused and couldn’t find my order. He got management to look my order up and they both told me I didn’t have an order. I told them I talked to another worker about mine being 3 orders behind and when they asked him about it they just figured someone else took it. The workers then got into a little argument about the whole ordeal in front of everyone. They continued to pass orders out and when I asked about mine they said they’d have to make it again and it’d be another 30 minutes. Manger hid in the back and was just relaying messages to the employees to deal with my issue. She wouldn’t even look me in the face. She wouldn’t give a cash refund , she wouldn’t tell me personally, just had the cook tell me I’d have to wait for them to fix it. I left and got in contact with the support team for my refund. This location was unprofessional, lost, confused and acted like they didn’t really care.
The service was ridiculous. The wait to even order was 20 minutes. We couldn’t reverse to leave because there was a line. We had to go forward & was stuck there for 30 plus minutes. You could see the cashier & some other guy just standing & laughing like there were no problems. PLEASE hire competent personnel instead of teens who do not know what they are doing. We didn’t order because “they were backed up”!! Just trash
Double check your order. Malique took mine, even though not his fault, order was wrong. So simple to read the order and follow directions. That’s why I gave the 1 star.
I am writing this review at 11:30 pm CST on 1/30/26. Marcella and Hannah are the managers on duty and the young woman who picked up the phone would not identify herself. The service at this location is regularly poor. The lines are long and slow, the second line is neglected, slower, and causes confusion; and you will guaranteed be waiting an unreasonable amount of time for less than fresh and hot food. This particular poor visit prompted me to write a review because I went seeking to purchase breakfast, as Whataburger advertises breakfast starting at 11 pm. I Arrived after 11pm, told breakfast was not available, ordered a meal other than my preference as I was already trapped in their endless line. Waited, waited, waited, and waited some more only to get the wrong/incomplete meal. Horrible service, rude/incompetent employees, and subpar food. I advise consumers to save their time and their money. This location is complete trash. I’m contacting the corporate office Monday morning, assuming they care. I certainly won’t be patronizing Whataburger again. It’s a shame how one location can ruin the reputation of an entire chain in a consumer’s mind.
This place is SLOW AS HELL!!!!! I was at the Drive thru for too long lady saying" Welcome I'll be right with you" she said that 3damn times when you coming to take my order. I would not recommend this particular Whataburger
THEY TRY TO KEEP THE CHANGE!!!! BOTH OF THE CASHIERS ZOE AND HER PARTNER INCLUDING THE MANAGER ARE IN ON IT. I GAVE THE CASHIER 7 DOLLARS AND SHE PUT THAT I GAVE HER EXACT CHANGE. $6.47. SO I WAIT IN LINE AND THEY LOOK AT ME LIKE "WHAT DO WANT?" I KEEP LOOKING AT THEM AND ONE OPENS THE WINDOW AND TELLS ME MAY I HELP YOU? I RESPOND YES I WANT MY CHANGE. SHE GIVES ME A LOOK AND THEN TURNS TO SEE HER COWORKER. THEY HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO CALL MANAGER TO OPEN THE RESGISTRAR. TO WHICH THE MANAGER GETS UPSET AND GIVES ME MY CHANGE. NO APOLOGIES WHAT SO EVER. INDICATING HE IS ALSO IN ON IT. I GOT MY 53 CENTS BACK BUT ASK YOURSELVES HOW MANY TIMES HABE THEY DONE THIS TO PEOPLE AND THEY DONT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT?
The burger was soggy and very greasy. When you walked in the ventilation system above you was so dirty, I couldn't BELIEVE it. I went and sat down before I decided to place my order. I looked at the ventilation system in the dinning and once again I just couldn't BELIEVE it. I have been going to this establishment for years,seeing how this is my home town. It is actually my favorite one above the others. After my visit the other evening I couldn't help but wonder what the ventilation system is like in the back where you can't see ???? I just don't understand how the management has overlooked this very important part in their health regulations??? I was hungry so I decided to go ahead and place an order... I was very sorry and not satisfied with the outcome of my meal. Faithful lover of Whataburger.
You payb7 bucks for a buger that's supposedly cooked to order and ot isn't even cooked right . Smh. Never stopping here again. Such a disappointment and the girl who too our order was put off by me asking foe extra napkins when she handed me my soda because it was dripping with soda and I didn't want it to get all over my car . Straight up Trash service!
I had put in a online order for my food. I decided to go to the outside line to pick it up as I’d waited over six minutes before my car had moved. There’s a little side door at this Red of Whataburger and a gentleman stepped out and I thought he was coming to me, but he wasn’t. I asked him if he had my order ready and he said yes, and then he walked out he was singing and I said thank you and he turned around start walking off, when I told him he should tell you, he asked me if I just checked him and I told him yes that all the people that are in line right now and all the people that walk up to the counter are the people that put money in his pocket not his managers and that he should be thanking his customers for their business and not just handing them their food and walking away he mumbled something very crass and disturbing and it made me very upset. I got service at 2:45 in the morning for Whataburger sake. I hope they do a better job of training their employees.
I don't frequent this particular Whataburger very often primarily because of the service. The quality of food, I'm convinced, is not up to Whataburger standards. Went through the drivethru today - over 15 minutes to get through. Wasn't greeted at the window when I finally got to the window. The associate's finger nails were so long she could barely handle handing back to me my payment method or hand me my bag of food. After I received my food, I thanked the associate - the response was mmm mmm. The individual couldn't even muster up enough courtesy to thank me for my business. Got home, food was cold and the burger was barely dressed with "everything". Notice how eloquently dressed my burger was.
