Del Taco at the corner of citrus Avenue and Redlands Boulevard In Redlands, California is by far One of the best drive-throughs I’ve been at. And I am a fast food junkie, I’ve been to them all pretty much. The staff maybe a couple years ago was not the best. The people they have in there now, these kids are great at what they do. The best part and the main reason I keep going back is because of the staff. They are friendly!! If you’re there frequently they recognize you and they talk to you. They don’t just take your money and throw your food out the window. There’s one nice young lady that I’d especially like to give a shout out to,she is the sweetest little thing. Her name is Symphony (I had to finally ask her name so I could acknowledge her) and I just love that little gal. Wish I had her as a daughter. And the young men that work there are very friendly as well. I love them all, and food is great Though to be honest, as is the trend of late with the economy, food items are smaller and prices are higher, but they are not alone in doing this. Every place is doing it, the economy is just horrible!<sigh>. I really hope managers in corporate see this review. I Always forget my receipts so that I can go to the link mentioned on receipts for feedback. I’ll try to remember to do that As I am there nearly every single day, lol

I went to Del Taco on 1/28/25 at 11:25pm and Symphony helped me through the drive-through and in taking my order. She's always very nice, professional, gets your order right I somehow managed to do it with a smile. The food was good if there's any mistakes ever done they fix it right away and my daughter loves coming here.We really appreciate and are grateful to her customer service

The manager helped me, she couldn't hear me at the speaker but eventually she heard me and my order was right when I pulled up to the window. She repeated it for me over again, great customer service, really nice and smiling. I enjoyed my visit, also the food was fresh and very tasty. Thank you Del Taco🥰

My favorite Del Taco in the Inland Empire. Food is always fresh (including their black tea) and the fries are never cooked in old oil. Look how cute they have it decorated for Christmas 🎄🎁🎋

This Del Taco is one of the best. Mostly always clean, but also close to Redlands High School. The have an additional salsa bar that pairs well with many item if you don't like the usual Del Taco hot sauce choices. The drive thru is almost always busy I recommend the dining room.

This is one of the most efficient and fresh Del Tacos I have been to. The general manager is nice and very good at upselling. What really makes this Del Taco unique is that they have fresh salsa, not just the ones in packs.

The person running drive through really needs to listen better, and those on the prep line need to read better. I ordered chili fries no cheese, extra chili, add sour cream. I got charged for a deluxe with extra chili and extra sour cream, wound up having just straight chili fries with nothing else. They even repeated it back to me too and somehow still managed to mess it up
