My to go place for Asian food. Nice and clean restaurant. Highly recommend that you try the "Roll Your Own Roll" Last item on the menu. It's an experience. Oh, BTW the hot bowl of water they bring when you order that item is not for washing your hands... lol... it is for dipping the rice papers. Then you put it on your plate and the ingredients you want on it. Then bring the bottom edge of the rice paper over the ingredients. Fold up both right and left ends of the rice paper and then roll upwards. Do not put too much ingredients in the roll or it will break. After complete preparing your fresh spring roll, dip it in the peanut sauce. Bon appetit! I've just walked you through how to make your own Vietnamese fresh spring roll...the restaurant will provide everything you need to do it and have fun doing it! Try it! You will enjoy it! One order can feed 2 people or maybe 3 if you are not a big eater. It's a dish to order as a group for an entertaining experience! And no I have no relations or ownership in this restaurant nor have I been paid to do this. I just wanted you to have an experience that you can't experience elsewhere. I just care about other people as a whole. 😘

Fresh food and great service! This solace has a variety of viet dishes. Their phỏ broth is really nice and the meats taste well seasoned. The bánh hơi (fine vermicelli) is my go to dish there. They also have great fruit drinks as well as iced coffee. It’s a nice lunch spot!

The restaurant is super nice and cozy. It looks bigger on the outside but the inside is smaller but not cramped. The food was really good 👍. I will definitely come back when in the area. The staff is super frienand attentive. They also stay on top of things by cleaning right after someone leaves, refilling drinks as you start to get low and checking on you if you seem to need something. Overall I would say they are very much on top of things.

The grilled meat and egg rolls are also top notch! Today, the owner also introduced a new coffee drink with a sweet and salty flavor. I don’t know what it’s called, he just brought it out for me to try and said it will be added to the menu soon. It was amazing! On top of that, the space is clean and very open, without the heavy food smell you often find in other restaurants. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

My boyfriend (now fiance) took us here for our first date 10 years ago for their fried rice. Back then it was called Noodle 21. It is the same place same food same decor, same george clooney poster that we loved, etc. The only thing that has changed is the name. We visited again for our 10th anniversary to recreate our first date. The fried rice was exactly like we remembered! Cant wait to return on our 20th anniversary Thank you for the amazing food, service and atmosphere to celebrate.

He is always so welcoming and always comes to greet my boyfriend and I. From the pho to spring rolls and to the salads, you are going to love it! I had been coming to Noodle 21 since they opened, was totally shocked to see there was a new restaurant in it's place. Unfortunately, my wonton noodle soup was not the same. It seemed watery, less flavor, broth was clear versus the rich darker brown broth Noodle 21 made. My husband was happy with his grilled chicken, rice dish. I may give them one more try at this new establishment. Just sad to see Huang and Noodle 21 gone.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a joyful exuberance from a very nice man who genuinely seemed so happy to serve us! We ordered two chicken pho bowls and split an order of imperial rolls. I was very impressed by how quickly the food came, and was accurately prepared. They came back to refill the waters and wanted to make sure we had plenty of condiments for our pho. Very pleasant experience, we will be back!

I ordered on DoorDash so I can only speak about the delivery, but it was GREAT! I went to HCMC a couple years ago and this is the best Vietnamese food I’ve had since I got back. I got the fine vermicelli with pork and egg rolls and it was outstanding. Portions are great for the cost, everything was fresh and prepared with care. I would have preferred more lettuce and less cucumber with the to-go order, and I didn’t get any herbs (may have been an accident), but the food was so good I’ll deal with it! Thanks, Pho Viet!

It's OK lots of meat tho ... 2.50 for extra noodles .... 3.50 for coke ig free refills even tho it came it cans .... 14 for house special large plate only .....

First timer here... tried their house beed pho. Found the beef broth had good flavor. The beef serving was decent and delicious. I enjoyed my plate. Be nice if the menu had pictures illustrations to help new comers chose. Overall recommend you try.

We came here for a family lunch and decided to try several things. Our favorites were mixed egg noodles and egg rolls. Lovely service and a clean restaurant. I would definitely come here again.

Ordered the beef Banh Mi Roll. Definitely a generous sized serving & filling were the best things about it. Was a bit disappointed with it taste wise, as I've had other excellent banh mi in other restaurants. There was a lack of the other usual ingredients in it such as cucumber (only 2 small slices), mint & cilantro hardly any, & it had no sliced jalapeno. The meat was fairly tender, some pieces a bit too chewy. The biggest disappointment was the roll, it was not crunchy on the outside like the French style rolls these are typically served on. The bread was soft with no crunch. Pretty decent banh mi, but not great, probably would not get that item again. My husband had a BBQ pork dish, really big portion, pretty good. The other thing...for the entire almost hour we were there the background music was the same one song on a loop over & over & over!?🤣😳(Senerita by Camilla Cabella) After the 4th or 5th time I noticed lol. I wonder if that's everyday? Service was pretty good. Portions big, nice decor, clean.

We love us some Pho, so we decided to try Pho Viet in Redlands. Service was ok. Inside is clean and well maintained. The food was ok, nothing special, as we've had way better Pho. The broth was missing the beef and spices we're used to in traditional pho. Meats were tasty, and so were the noodles. Bahn mi's were good and decent sized. We had beef and a pork one. Son said that mango matcha tea drink was good. Overall, it was just ok. I'm glad we tried them out, but we most likely wouldn't return as we've had better Pho and way cheaper than here too!

When we were seated, we were given water and utensils. After ordering, no one checked on us again until the bill was brought. Our water glasses were empty, and we waited quite a while. Because it was very busy, I asked my daughter to take the bill to the counter to pay because we didn’t have time to wait any longer.

Great food. Horrible service. Couldn’t get the check or a to-go box because we kept getting passed or ignored. Really want to come back because the food is good but it would have to be a to-go order only because the servers aren’t great.

And then assisted the other lady. I came back 30 min later. Once again the hostess no response. But an older guy saw me and smiled and asked second worker to help out. She rang me out and out. Got home. Had the combo fried rice. Portion size wasn’t bad. Flavor not bad. Presentation ehh. Surprised there wasn’t more scallions or other veggies.

They didn’t let us in with our service dog. The lady was rude and disrespectful

Worst service. They are rude. The wings and fried rice where bad. When I asked for spice levels they told me to add sriracha by myself lol. Would never recommend.

I went here for my lunch my bill came out to $28 a few days later checked my bank account I noticed it said $34. Seriously? Why are you taking an additional $6 without my consent?? After reviewing the other reviews it has been confirmed this is not the first time they tip themselves. I will not be returning here again as I feel like they robbed me and they will continue to do this to others who pay with cards. If you do come here I recommend paying in cash. This is just ridiculous owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Place is super dark the food is super plain the wanton soup was basically beef broth with top ramen noodles from a pack. Place is trash and they want to charge $17 a dish

Once the other server brings out the Pho I took it upon myself to explain the situation that is unsanitary to eat food when an object thats open to the public to touch has fallen in. also told her, “you guys just put the lid back on the bottle and left it on the table? They didn’t take it to clean it off.” She looked at me like it wasn’t a big deal and took the bottle away. The interaction was just rude. Plus all of the other sauces on our table were dirty and they lacked cleanliness.
