Mia was the perfect host. She was welcoming and friendly. Service with a chat and smile. Food was great . A really enjoyable visit.

Second time I've been here in the last week and Bill's came up to expectations once again. Avocado 🥑 on sour dough toast with cherry tomatoes 🍅 and poached eggs...delicious! Washed down with a hot chocolate, or two.. The experience was enhanced by Max, our lovely server, who was polite, friendly, attentive and I could see that he enjoyed serving us. Max , in my opinion, is a great asset to Bill's. Photo is of my 1st visit without the poached eggs plus my friend's pancakes 🥞

The Bills in Reigate is lovely. The portion sizes are huge! Very good value, the service is fantastic. Lubi was our server and was so welcoming. He had a chat with us and made us feel like valued customers rather than just another table. Definitely needs a bonus!

Great team, great leadership. Always clean, calm and friendly. Susan makes a mean espresso, Belinda the manager along with Lubly work with no ego above their staff and are hands on which is great to see. Harri and George behind the bar, even when super busy are fast, clean and professional. It’s a real delight as a customer to feel welcome and see other customers happy. Such a great vibe, highly recommend a visit to Reigate Bills, sit in the sun out front or the covered terrace out back. Thanks team for making me feel welcome.

Great food a great service. Arrived a little early and seated. Delicious breakfast. Still haven’t managed to get to the pancakes as everything else is so good. Max was friendly, attentive and very concerned for our allergy intolerances. Will certainly come again. Atmosphere scored lower mainly because of the irritating conversation on the table adjacent. Not your fault but man did that guy drone on and on.

Poppy was amazing and so attentive! Service here is always really great and they’re always soo good with my allergies. They understand and take it seriously, never feels like a problem. Always a great experience.

We love Bills. The fish pie is to die for and my kids are partial to the scrummy pancakes 😋 The staff are always polite and friendly. Last time Niamh served us and went out of her way to make sure we had the best dining experience and that our kids were happy and entertained.

We came into Bill’s the other day for the bottomless pancakes and we were not disappointed! The pancakes had a generous amount of toppings and were so fluffy. We were served by a lovely waitress called Sophia who was very attentive and friendly. I would 100% come again

Sophie was a great host. She made sure the kid's meal came out quickly so the little one wasn't waiting and had made sure to take down the allergy information. All the food and drinks was hot and Sophie was very attentive. Thank you

Had a really nice evening at Bill’s Reigate. Max looked after us and was brilliant! He was friendly, patient, and happy to explain the 2-for-1 burger deal and answer our questions. Service was relaxed and welcoming, and we ended up having a great, good-value meal. Left in a very good mood. Thanks Max!!

I love going here. Took a friend for a light breakfast and it was lovely. Food is always so nice and allergies and intolerance are well catered for. Excellent service from Maryna, who was very attentive to us.

We visit frequently and really enjoy the place—the atmosphere is lovely, and the service is always great. Juliet served us yesterday and was very attentive and friendly. A small comment for the chef: I usually love the food, but yesterday I wasn’t impressed with the mushroom shawarma. It tasted more like rehydrated fake meat rather than the lovely, flaky mushrooms I expected. In my view, there’s really no need to substitute meat with something that looks or tastes like meat—vegetables are good enough on their own! :-)

Very lively place with excellent service by our host Morgan. We ordered Bill's bug brunch, Eggs Benny and Pancakes. Loved the pancakes. The big billy was excellent too. Loved the sausages. Could do with more bread though. Eggs Benny were ok. Would go again for the vibe

I had such a lovely brunch at Bill’s recently. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour – exactly what you want from a relaxed brunch spot. A special shoutout to Max, our server, who really made the experience stand out. He was incredibly clued up about the menu, happy to answer any questions, and gave great recommendations. He was attentive and brought such a positive, easygoing vibe to the table.

We’re regulars at Reigate Bill’s and never left a review before. Why didn’t we? It’s an amazing place, with a very good vibe for every occasion. This time, we had the tastiest BBQ bourbon beef burger! Oh and the cinnamon doughnuts are to die for! Our waitress Jen was very attentive and took good care of us. Speedy service is what you want when you’re hungry - We sure be back again soon!

I just had a fabulous meal at Bills! wine was really good Seabass cooked to perfection, as were the vegetables chocolate brownie delicious.. all the waitresses lovely too!! A thoroughly perfect evening... thank you :)

I went for my 40th with my father, we sat by the window and the sun was shining. Service was a bit slow at first getting drinks sorted, but after that everything went smoothly . If it's your birthday make sure you sign upto bills the night before, you get a free bottle of prosseco. I've done this twice now. And it's kist a lovely way to celebrate 🥳

Nice Christmas family meal in Bill's Reigate. Food was great and had some nice little xmas touches on the menu and as table games/puzzles. Perfect sevice from Max who despite it being very busy, he balanced the right level of being personable and attentive without becoming annoying. I'd recommend. If I had to mention a very slight negative it would be that it is a little tight inside the restaurant so neighboring tables feel a bit close and the waiting staff have a hard job shuffling round between tables and customers.

Visited yesterday with a friend for brunch, both of us are gluten free which can be super stressful. Elise, our server, was so clued up about the menu and had recommendations for us. Our food was fantastic and we felt really looked after, so 5* from us and we will be visiting again!

Maryna looked after us very well for my son’s birthday. I thought I’d booked a table but it hadn’t registered on the system and the manager fitted us in last minute at a very busy lunch time. Lovely meal, dietary needs catered for and a blushing son as everyone sang happy birthday for him with his pudding!

Had an amazing time at Bills can't rate the service enough, we walked in not sure if there was a free table as it was busy but the lovely Morgan was so sweet and helped us, making sure we had a great experience. Will most definitely be back. Thanks again Morgan!

A great place to eat. Friendly staff, good atmosphere and good food. A group of us meet here for brunch every couple of months and it has never disappointed. Last meal the server was Maryna and this time it was Belinda. Both very friendly and helpful.

I’d like to thank Maryna for the excellent service at Bills Reigate. She was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. Maryna made us feel very welcome and was happy to help with recommendations — and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything arrived quickly, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. Her great service combined with such tasty dishes made our experience truly enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!

Super busy lunchtime on Valentine’s Day but the staff were as attentive and good-natured as always. Abbie was a superb host and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was prompt and delicious despite the full restaurant and we didn’t feel rushed to finish which we were concerned might be the case. We’ll be back 🙂

We love the fluffy pancakes and the sauce is very generous. There are many pictures of animals for my child to look around. The atmosphere was great with a real candle lit. One star down for our burgers which were dry and burnt. Even my child didn’t want it. And there were not many staff so everything slowed down.

Feels like the Bill's restaurant chain is starting to show it's age, menu's seems to be sadly lacking in choice and creativity. Starting to feel like a burger joint with very few alternative options. If you have an allergy your choices will be limited. Come on guys, this doesn't feel like the Bill's I remember from a couple of years ago.

Ordered through deliveroo. I've probably ordered from Bill's more than 5 times. Every single time the food was late and cold. As much as I like your food, you need to step up the pace. Nobody wants cold food. It shouldn't take an hour to prepare one burger and fries. And that is before it was even collected by the driver.

Staff were eating Wagamama and McDonald's, which didn't fill me with hope. My partner's food was average (a classic burger) I had cauliflower soup as due to medical issues I need a low fat diet, it arrived and had more olive oil than soup. It was awful and I didn't finish it.
