Food was decent, but the staff was rude and were overheard making comments about customers that didnt add tips to the orders placed....

My pizzas were stiff and not hot but most importantly, it was missing a topping off of my pizza. It was to have grilled chicken and drizzle basil pesto, the drizzle pesto was missing.

The cashier was very nice however the food was disgusting pizza was cold and burned had to reheat it up in the microwave at work and it made me sick. Never do this again

On Tuesday, 2/25, I placed an order through the Pizza Hut app for my children, who live in a different household. The order consisted of two XL Pepperoni New Yorker pizzas and a 10-count order of chicken wings. The total came to nearly $50, and the order was intended to be a simple, enjoyable meal for my kids. When I went to pick up my kids on Wednesday, 2/26, I later asked my children how they liked the pizza and wings. Their response immediately raised concern. They told me they did not enjoy the food and they asked why I ordered pineapple. Confused, I explained that I had ordered XL pepperoni pizzas, not pineapple. I then specifically asked one of my children—who had personally requested the wings—how the wings were. They all informed me that there were no wings included at all. After reviewing what they actually received, it became clear that the order was completely incorrect. Instead of my order, they were given two medium pineapple and sausage pizzas, and no wings whatsoever. This was not a small error, but a total mismatch from what was ordered and paid for. I returned to the store later that day to report the issue and seek a resolution. Unfortunately, the staff member on duty stated they were unable to assist and advised me to contact the general manager the following morning. While I understand that certain situations may require management involvement, it was disappointing that no immediate solution or temporary resolution was offered, especially given the cost of the order and the inconvenience caused. Mistakes can happen, but order accuracy and customer service are essential—particularly when customers are ordering for their families and relying on the brand’s consistency. I am hoping this matter is addressed appropriately once I speak with the general manager. I will provide an update once the situation is resolved.

The safety sticker was not glued down when the pizza arrived, and not only that I found that bites had been taken out of my food. They did not offer me a refund, a new pizza, or even full credit. They gave me half credit and I was stuck with a half-eaten pizza. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered 4 pizzas all of which were over cooked as if they forgot they were I the oven. I also asked for light sauce on my pizza and was given a pizza with extra sauce. My pizza wasn't hot it was lukewarm. I am very disgusted/dissatisfied with my order. I wish I could get my money back.

Your delivery driver took 40 minutes to deliver and my pizza looked like someone took a bite. Everything was cold. Don't order from here, this is absolutely disgusting.

This place serves Luke warm pizza and the customer service is horrible. The workers just stare at you like you came from another planet and never greet you. WTH is wrong with the employees and the mediocre food. This Pizza Hut location needs to be shutdown ASAP.

I did an order by the phone at 11:30pm and it's 12:48pm and the delivery hasn't arrive yet, I call to ask and they just put me on hold for 15 minutes and never answer again, they charge me and lie about the delivery.. worst pizza Hut ever this is they address 2432 N State Rd 7, Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33321

Ordered delivery. An item was missing. Called store and rep said the driver will return to my home to deliver the item. 10 minutes later I received a call from the store saying the driver is going to take a really long time and would I like a credit instead. I told the person that I rarely order from Pizza Hut ( the last time was over 2 yrs ago). I did not want a credit. Only a refund or the item delivered would do. They don’t want to deliver the item so I’m sending an email to corporate, their CEO, and executives. I remember having a similar issue with this same location years ago which is why I haven’t ordered from there since. They really need to do better here.

have tried to order after 5 from this location a couple times and each time they don't have a driver. have to use a Credit card so they can use doordash or uber to deliver the food. so i get charged more by them then have to pay for delivery on top of paying the third party pricing for the food and what they charge me for delivery. like double dipping on charging the customer. this location sucks and needs to get more driver. its 5 on a sunday and has no driver ? makes no sense and the location its only 8 streets away from me less then 10 minutes.
