Very accommodating when customizing dishes. My wife is vegan and there is never any attitude when asking to customize orders.

This TB is always good. Consistently clean and the food is always fresh and well prepared. The friendly staff makes sure you're satisfied.

I went for some breakfast and the food was very fresh. The service was fantastic as well and everyone was very kind. I wouldn't mind coming back to this location. They also open early around 7am which is very convenient. Overall great experience!

the workers where great and asked how many sauces i wanted usually McDonalds and other fast food places just give you one sauce while over at taco bell they give you what you ask for and really polite people 10/10 recommend

I give it a 5 star. After watching one of the employees (Josh) interact with customers ,u can tell right away his friendliness, his attitude , and his work ethic that this is a great guy. When he wasent working the registers, he was interacting with the customer on the floor while cleaning around and organizing... great guy.all around...

Today I went to the store location and I had a problem and the manager victor handle the situation so professional and kind he was super nice and showed how much he care for his customers and great guy I will forsure will be coming to store just cause of service I received from Victor and all his employees thank you guys keep it up blessings to everyone that works at that location thank you!🙏💯👏

I absolutely love this Taco Bell! Even though there’s one closer to me, I always go out of my way to come to this location—and it’s worth every extra minute. They consistently get the order right, the staff is always kind and patient, and they never hesitate to give you as much sauce as you ask for. What really keeps me coming back, though, is that the food just tastes better here. I’m not sure why, but it’s consistently fresher and more flavorful than any other Taco Bell I’ve been to. The Mexican Pizza is always perfectly made and neatly put together—not a sloppy mess like at some other locations. The cheese is always melted just right, and the portions inside the tacos and burritos are spot on. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and I’ll keep coming back. This place sets the standard for what a great Taco Bell experience should be.

Taco is always good just wish they would bring back the chili cheese burrito da bomb.

The nacho party box is very good, they give you a lot, it's enough for ,3-4 people to share.

This is a quiet location, and the food is always hot and well prepared.

The people that work this place are real g's. They definitely have to put up a lot at this location from a very colorful neighborhood and boy do they try their best. It's amazing that they can still provide service with all the chaos consistently going on at the place. Not the best but still very admirable.

Pretty average Taco Bell with the products you'd expect to get. Small place, but still has at least couple of tables unlike many drive-in only places. Handy order terminals make ordering fast and easy even when you don't know all the products by heart.

The food and service are fine but I have to ding them a star for obviously trying to cheat on their metrics. They always ask me to back up at the drive thru so their "customer time at window" is artificially shorter. The burritos aren't the only thing here that's cheesy.

Just watched an employee deal with a very rude, problematic customer with patience, politeness, and professionalism. Said customer repeatedly changed his order, demanded to know why changing the order changed the price, stayed up in the cashier's face, and even returned to the counter twice to change his order several minutes after placing it. The cashier, Ceasar, remained calm, polite, and even ensured all of the rude customer's very ridiculous requests were met. Guy had the patience of a saint. In any case, the food is always good when I come here, orders are always correct, and the cashiers are always polite and engage with me.

I've loved Taco Bell as long as I can remember. The food is tasty and easy to grab on the run. I only wish they'd give you more meet in the tacos. The only put a sliver at the bottom.

Service tonight was really really slow. I tried their new toasted cheese chalupa. Take it from a cheese lover. Don't waste your time or money. It is really crunchy and all of the cheese falls of when you take a bite.

It's Taco Bell. Are you seriously reading a review for this? You want me to review Taco Bell for you? Well, this one is alright. They're often out of caramel apple empenadas which is a disaster as far as I'm concerned. They have never screwed up my order however. If you're a nerd, there's like a giant Magic the Gathering convention or something every night.

They often mess up my order but that is my fault. I order a 4 item combo and replace one. It's not a common order, I recognize this. Not only that I always seem to hit this Taco Bell durring it's busiest hour. Other than that, good service. Nice people. The restaurant is always clean when I'm there as well as the restrooms. And the condiment/napkin area is always stocked perfect. Soda is never bad. Can't complain about anything really. My only problem is just the messed up order but the couple if times I've taken my order back they assist me promptly, apologize, correct the order, and hook me up with free food.

Out of Taco Bells this is a pretty good one to go to. Inside is spacious and they have prompt service. They have lots of tables and bar seating as well. Also inside tip it's near a high school so keep that in mind ad far as what time you go. Good food as well.

Drive thru order: 2 tacos hard shell orders where excellent. Missing jalapeño peppers and nacho order chips where stale.

I like the attempt to keep us safe & seems like taco bell might go a little farther than other fast food restaurants.

It's a taco Bell. It's okay. I've only experienced the drive-thru. It was okay. The workers aren't mean or remarkably kind. The food is sometimes a little undercooked cheese not melted and such. But it's a taco Bell so, idk. It's fine.

Came here during lunch time since I am a fan of Taco Bell and was near by so I decided to go and come to realize they have a very limited selection of food on the menu....they only had one type of box which was the nacho box, nothing else. Also I asked for a Doritos Locos gordita crunch and supposedly the employee said they didn't make them any more which is funny cause the other ones I've gone to have been selling them for a good while now and never heard they were a "limited time" item or any of that sort. This location does not know how to cook/make the new grilled cheddar chalupa. It was shribnled and dirty old burnt oil tasting...the Topanga location makes them great.

The workers write down whatever they want for you. Ordered everything plain and had everything the opposite. Food was even cold. Dog wouldn’t even eat anything

I went to Taco Bell last night ordered the three pieces of chicken and One bowl half and half with beans and rice, they gave me one little bowl halfway full and charge me for it, after I told them I wanted a full bowl, they recharge me for a half a bowl more of beans and rice and charge me $7! And on top of that they got upset with me because I didn't want to pay $7 for a spoonful of rice and beans!! For something that should have caused me no more than $3 I don't think I'll be eating anytime then soon no more.!!!! WOW WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT !

They intentionally disabled their online ordering system so that people couldn't order using their rewards during their month of daily deals. I tried ordering every day for over a week. They also refused to honor the app deals when I went to the store and told them I couldn't place a mobile order. So unethical and scummy. Guess I'm not eating at taco bell anymore.

Disastrous. Ordered a burrito supreme and 2 taco supremes with extra cheese and sour cream. Couldn't tell if there was anything different about the burrito - tacos had no tomatoes, NO CHEESE, and were about 50% sour cream. Is it that difficult? Are we not even trying anymore?? Never again.

I order one cinnamon twist they charge me for seven cinnamon twists it's only 9:30 p.m. so I'm not sure what the problem was... on top of that, one hardshell taco was completely unwrapped. how is that healthy. I'm trying to be supportive to the restaurant business but wow ladies or gentlemen working at the counter please pay attention because I'm not giving my money away! I'm trying to be supportive but getting my order wrong twice doesn't make sense.

So Taco Bell has this big baseball promotion, if a player steals a base, get a free taco on October 28th! So we went to Taco Bell yesterday, and again today. How convenient for them to be "closed for maintenance". No explanations, and no offer to make good on their promotion.

What happened to the bean and cheese burrito? $1.79 and it looks like a 50 cent kids value meal burrito. Total rip off! I asked for extra hot sauce but there wasn't even enough burrito to balance with the hot sauce

But recently, for reasons I can’t fully explain, I found myself craving Taco Bell again. Call it nostalgia, call it a lapse in judgment either way, I went back. Not to the one near my work in Tarzana, of course. I ventured out to the location on Reseda Boulevard, right across from El Pollo Loco. I ordered my usual: a cheesy gordita crunch, swapping out the ground beef for steak (because, obviously, I’m a classy Taco Bell customer). Sometimes I’ll even throw in a chicken or steak quesadilla, just to really elevate the experience. A few weeks ago, everything seemed fine. The gordita was delicious or at least Taco Bell delicious. But these last few visits? Not so much. I’m starting to think they’ve swapped out the steak for something… cheaper? Mystery meat? Lab grown science experiment? Your guess is as good as mine. One time, the “steak” tasted like it had wandered over from a Chinese takeout menu, and I thought, Okay, fluke. But on my next visit, it tasted suspiciously like roast beef. Whatever cost-cutting measures they’re taking whether it’s switching vendors or dabbling in futuristic meat alternatives it’s just gross. I’d really love to believe it’s not lab-grown meat, but with Taco Bell these days… who even knows? Honestly, it’s just sad. Another childhood staple circling the drain. At this rate, I guess I’m officially done with Taco Bell or at least with this location. The service here isn’t terrible; it’s exactly what you’d expect from any other Taco Bell. And the ambiance? Well, it’s indistinguishable from any other Taco Bell you’d find around the corner from your house. So I guess this is farewell, cheesy gordita crunch. We had a good run.
