I guess we got there at shift change? We stood at the counter waiting to order while one employee worked the window, another iced a cake, and the third had to wait to clock in? Kind of awkward.

Came for the Oreo cup, but unfortunately 😕 they didn't have any. Yes, i reviewed this based on when I went, what I saw, what I ordered, etc... Service could've been better 🤷‍♂️.

Ordered 5 blizzards to go in a cupholder to take home to my family. They prepared them pretty fast and accurately, but did not place any lids on the blizzards, so as they partially thawed during my 5 minute drive home they overflowed and dripped in my car. Honestly irritated me quite a bit, I would expect to get more for $7 per blizzard.

I didn't care for the fries, too oily. The burger was mediocre. The dining area was too quiet and could use some music playing to improve the atmosphere. I don't see myself returning for the food but I do enjoy their desserts.

I never really had a problem with this place, only thing is I ordered a chocolate brownie extreme and it was fine until I found a piece of Reese's in it. I’m not allergic to it luckily, but imagine If I was what could of happened. Employees need to pay more mind into what goes into customers food.

If you want to spend all an hour night and have a horrible experience than go ahead. There was people waiting and the staff just stood talking and laughing about their own personal business. They forgot my order and helped people that came after me!! Differently not coming back! Maybe they need to hire more older people that take things more seriously. Ask for a cup for my niece because the ice cream they gave me was melting and they told me that they had to charge me! A complete waste of money.

Bought food and drove off to park at Georges Burger ( literally a block away) ...took a bite from my brownie cupfectionate nd realized a long brown hair in my ice cream...gladly i didnt get it in my mouth other than the brownie...the one half of scoop i took before i discovered a dark brown hair in it. Manager Ami was ok to refund the Cupfectionate but argued that they were not going to refund thee other items we got...so knowing that we found hair in one, nw im being forced to take this order and consumed it with hopes of not finding anymore hair in my food. My point is...ive lost my appetite and i didnt want anything from their after the fact. Yes i argued my point thru because the food was no longer appealing after that experience...she mentioned shes just doing her job but before i can get a photo of that Ami said it was already tossed out....after mentioning a phone number for HR Ami went and processed the rufund...still argued with my husband that she is just doing her job...

6/12/24 I ordered a small chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard (1st pic) and when I usually come to this location, my blizzard is made with love/ has a lot of chocolate and berry pieces today however there was hardly any and I asked to speak talk to a manager who I asked to remake the blizzard and there were even LESS chocolate and berry then the first time! She then told me she could charge me for more strawberry but I stated why is there such inconsistency in product when usually it is made so well and delicious she didn't answer. I aksed for a refund and I left empty handed without apology. I live close by and will not be returning with my family. Her name was Tori "manager". Update: The same day about 5 min later I went to the DQ on valley in bloomington and they made my blizzard wonderfully actually enjoyable considering a small is now $6. (2nd image) Tori needs to be fired with rest of 4pm staff.

Banana split… no nuts anymore unless you order them extra. Presentation, looks like vomit. Also we ordered a strawberry blizzard and received a strawberry Sunday. When we mentioned it at the window, e we where told it’s our fault for not catching it when he repeated the order. Mind you we could barely hear through the speaker. Ugh!

I am beyond disappointed with my mint Oreo blizzard I received. I have more mint & Oreo on my spoon than in my remaining ice cream. Half my mini blizzard was just soft serve.
