Excellent service and delicious ice coffee.. I love Dutch bros

Visited store in Rialto around 12pm on valley blvd and paying cash only had a $100bill. Employee at window apologized letting me know store doesn’t take $100bills,luckily a gas station was right across to get change. Coming back under 5mins to Dutch Bros same employee Cassandra at window remade my drink while giving me the previous one I ordered free for the inconvenience. Nice store and rewarding in many ways :)

I love Dabs I general and this location is great. They're clean and efficient and super friendly.

Went through the drive thru this morning for my first time didn’t know what to get. the barista was extremely helpful and so kind. Brandy recommended me her favorite oat milk cookie latte. Will definitely be back again. Excellent service

I got a very good service from CASS it was my first time going there and she made it a good experience. The whole crew was amazing even when I received my drink very nice very polite.

**UPDATE** The walk up window is now open for business. It's not fully repaired, but it is functional. Save some time and order from the window. **ORIGINAL** Just a quick FYI about the location at Valley and Riverside Ave. in Fontana. The walk-up window is currently closed. It looks like the window was broken, and they're working on repairing it. I've posted many times about using the walk-up window at other locations. Here, the only option you have is drive thru. Dutch Bros does not have a Cafe that you can enter. These locations have longer than average drive thru queues. The drive thru queue has 2 lines (just like some McDonald's). Make sure you leave plenty of time, but I'm hooked. It's worth it.

Delicious!! We always get the Golden Eagle and it never disappoints. The staff there is fast and friendly. When I first gor into the drive-thru line, I was worried I was going to be there for a while. I was in and out within 10 minutes. They got my order correct and always woth you a nice day! I will definitely come back.

Employees are always so friendly and fast. Recently was help by Morgan when taking my order. She was friendly and had a smile on her face even in the rain! Not a big coffee drinker but she made some great recommendations. Ending up getting the golden eagle, it didn’t disappoint me one bit!! Will be going back!

Every staff member (which, I just learned, are called Broistas - cute!) was pleasant and so helpful in giving me ideas of what to order. One exceptionally pleasant Broista was Maddie, who was enthusiastic about my unique drink concoction and gave me a sticker AND an ornament - the last in the store! The experience made my day, and I’ll be back when I’m visiting the west coast again.

I wasn't gonna leave a review in the first place but Google messed up and put 2 star in my place. So now I have to set the record straight. Great staff, great drinks and I go get a drink every chance I get

The Best Dutch Bros to go. Always quick with orders. Drive through is constantly moving most I've waited it 10min in line. Drinks are always perfect. Employees always give the best recommendations.

Plus you get more for your money and cup size they go up to a 34 Oz their medium is 24 oz compared to Starbucks venti of 20 oz. Time to switch. Download the app and order on your phone you can drive to the little window and pick up.

Love my Dutch bros coffee, the rewards are great, the associates are nice and friendly, and the lane always move quickly!

I was very disappointed on how long my drink order took to be made. There is only 1 window at the walk up and no seating outside to sit and wait 20-30 minutes for a drink!! I don't like the drive-thru! People just sit in their cars and don't move up when they are suppose to. Please get seating outside for your walk up guests. Benches would be great!! There are handicapped people in our society!!

It seems they’ve lost their momentum. First few times the lines would be ridiculously long but they got thru it super fast. Now the lines not even as long as when they first opened and it takes 30 mins all week this week. I like to stop on my way to and from work but I may need to find an alternative. The Rebel energy drinks are really good tho! And the staffs always really nice!

The coffee here is good I enjoy the cold brews always have so many different options. The thing I don’t care for is how there short staffed and the lines get really long and sometimes it’s only 2 people working the whole place which creates long wait times and higher chances Of them getting your order wrong or the drinks not Made well which happens a lot. It’s hard to be mad at the staff when the company is the one not putting enough people to work the place to have it run properly. But when there fully staffed it’s a great time. Other than that no complaints

This place just is not for me. Too friendly, upbeat, and millennial feeling. Food is good, nothing special, a bit pricey, interesting and unique menu though. Staff is always very kind and great at service, and just way too friendly for my liking.

First time going to Dutch Bros this past Sunday and needless to say.. The hubs and I were extremely disappointed with the service. We stood at the window for close to 15 minutes waiting for someone to just take our order. Different workers would keep on saying " We'll be with you in a minute." But we just continued to wait and wait. We do plan on going back to Dutch Bros but just not to the Rialto location. Hopefully the service at other locations is better. 🤞

The lady who took my order seemed to have an attitude and tipped herself without me knowing my drinks were only $8 total and charged me $10.50 I don’t mind tipping but tipping yourself is crazy I’m disappointed but everyone inside was nice

When you order a medium drink with less ice, this is what you get. Basically, what you're buying is pure ice and less drink. 🤣🤣

I am just not a fan. The lines are always very long. Walking up to the window might be worse as it took almost 30 min to get our drinks, and we were first in line at the window. The coffee is okay, but it's not worth waiting for. I really hope these don't take over like starbucks. Chain coffee sucks! Bring back mom and pop coffee shops where they care about your business and make quality coffee. Just my opinion, but I won't go back.

The reason for my low review is the treatment of the employees. It is 108 degrees outside and these drive thru employees are out here taking orders with no shade. They switch out every 30 minutes if they aren’t forgotten and honestly I just feel terrible for them. Their lips are chapped showing dehydration. Dutch bros figure it out this can’t be the best you can do for your employees.

First time coming here since I left early for work and had time to stop for a coffee. I have now been here 30 min and it looks like I have another 30 to go. Now I need to explain why I'm late for work. This is ridiculous, no coffee is worth an hour wait. The line wasn't even long, it just doesn't move.

It seems the more Dutch bros locations that pop up the less they are consistent with their drinks. You go to different states and get Dutch bros the drinks are consistent and the employees are friendly . This location had neither of those two things . My large iced americano was way too watered down . A drink like the americano is hard to fake. Being just espresso,water and ice you can’t hide behind sugar and milk like other drinks.It Doesn’t seem like they have baristas there ,just employees. I used to love Dutch bros while going on vacation to Arizona and Nevada . I was excited when they starting popping up in SoCal . But now just disappointed. I guess cali can’t replicate something good .

Hmm, how should I say this.. honestly this is the worst dutch bros I've been to and so far everybody agrees. That being said there's nothing wrong with the place but orders do get mixed up quite often. They just opened so I'm sure they'll get things up and going in no time... But I get it, they just opened. Anyways, do recommend, right off the freeway, no busy shopping centers.

Up to 15 minutes wait with only 3 total cars? Seriously, this place sucked. Go to another location if you can. Hmm, how should I say this.. honestly this is the worst dutch bros I've been to and so far everybody agrees. HEALTH CODE VIOLATION: Ordered a golden eagle coffee drink, and it had a big'ol long black hair stuck to the caramel when I took a sip, I had to pull it out of my mount like stretching gum. I will be reporting this location to the Health Department bacause none of their workers have their hair up because they are too "hip" and cool. I know STARBUCKS wouldn't do that 😏
