Really good coffee!! I got a 32 oz dry iced americano pumpkin half sweet it was sooo good! Didn’t realize it comes with half n half and turned my stomach lol so I went back to ask if they can remake it with oat and they were so kind to do that for me! With no hesitation. I appreciated that, really nice workers here. Definitely coming back to this location. They make their drinks deliciousss

The young lady with the long hair in a ponytail was friendly and provided excellent customer service. She made sure my hot latte was filled up all the way up because The other time I was here it was almost only half way. If I’m paying for a large I expect a large to be filled all the way up. I should have got her name but she was on the drive thru today at 10am, really kind. All employees should be like that.

There's no Coffee bean in MI, so everytime I visit the area, this is my go-to location! Starbucks is overrated anyway. Also, I love Sara! She is so sweet and remembers me when im visiting!

Not much atmosphere , just a simple register with a short counter not made for inside dining. I'm pretty sure it was a manager that helped me and she was very friendly and made a delicious latte with a splash of heavy whipping cream for me! Thank you!!

I don’t usually post reviews, but this was a must! The staff at Coffee Bean are always so sweet and respectful. Every time I visit this location, I feel genuinely welcomed, and the service is impressively fast. Sarah and Amy go above and beyond to make every visit a great experience! I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for fast service and good people.

The drinks are bomb. I come here for their teas! I’ve been here a few times, including the grand opening. I met the manager Sarah and she was friendly and helpful. All the team members I’ve met are friendly and professional, especially Gabe on the morning shift. 10/10 service, food and drinks. Definitely check it out if you haven’t already!!

Service was slow. Friendly staff. Mainly just a place to order drinks and food. No seating inside. Very small you bump into other people.

Have came here multiple times hoping for better and every time i am always left dissapointed. There is no place to really sit and enjoy your coffee and bite, and the staff always seems un coordinated, though working hard. After seeing it so many times I think the issue might be higher up. Hope to see improvement

We got a Togo bag and I have tried other locations and I was not happy with what I got just wish the put the muffin in a bag and one 1 slice of bread wow never from this place again

When we walked in there were no customers and the two employees were not able to take our order right away. We waited and looked at the menu and another customer walked in and walked right in front of us and started to order. My fiancé then told the customer that we were waiting in line and then we ordered our coffee. I did not tip Alyssa and then waited for my drink. I was livid because Alyssa continued to make the customer who tried to cut us in lines drink first. What is the sense in making orders not in the order they are placed? I was so mad that I didn’t even want the coffee anymore and threw it away and I don’t imagine going to any coffee beans in the future.

Why is this place so slooowww. There can be 2-3 cars in drive thru and they still take a long time. Waiting in a drive thru for 30 minutes when they only have 3 cars is not acceptable. You arrive to window and they still have you wait for your order. Management needs to do better.

It seemed like the staff was very unorganized. They messed up my drinks and others drinks. I saw them give one persons drink to another person which sucks because we are all trying to get a coffee on lunch/break/on our way to work/dr appt and when you realize its the wrong drink, that can mess up your mood. Or when you are waiting for your drink and they say they already gave it to you sucks even more. I saw the barista pour water into my coffee which left me SHOCKED. I had never seen that before and correct me if I am wrong, but I have never seen a barista pour water in a drink if they didnt make enough to fill it up or put enough ice. I know ice = water, but the taste was so off. My other drink tasted like burnt coffee so I asked to remake both of them. The second time was a tad bit better but hey, they were busy, seemed unorganized so I knew it would not be best to ask for a remake. All to say I will not be going back.
