Chiloso

I love the breakfast burritos!! I've had the kids and adult size burritos. I haven't tried lunch or dinner menus. What does it for me are the potatoes and cilantro. I also appreciate the free chips and drink. 2/6/26: I just had a chicken street taco. It was delicious. This has become one of my favorite spots to eat!

A very nice location. My husband and I have gotten the loaded chicken nachos from here (or maybe it is a bowl with a side of chips?) it is great. Tons of fresh ingredients, it looks just as good as it tastes. We absolutely love the flavors of the salsa. Definitely worth a recommendation. We will be returning.

I use to only order online it was my 1st time actually inside. Went in for breakfast. Got a few tacos and a burrito, they are huge. Needed a fork to eat the burrito. Tacos were mini burritos lol. Staff was nice and helpful. I normally get the nachos during lunch or dinner. Delicious!!! (Photo is the Nachos)

There were quite a few folks at Chilosos on a Thursday evening when I went for the first time. As usual, I am late to the party but better late than never. I have read other reviews about Chilosos being like Chipotle and I don't see the similarities. Granted, the food is laid out cafeteria-style but that's where the comparison ends. Chilosos is much fresher and has a wider selection of entrées than the other guys. Plus, here you get complimentary chips and salsa. I had the Chicken Avocado bowl, which is basically a quesadilla with a hearty heap of grilled chicken on top. You can customize your meal with a variety of toppings, and they have several salsa options. Charro beans and rice are included. I got so full, which is another way Chilosos differs from the other guys. With so many options and even a full breakfast menu, I will be returning to Chilosos-Richardson. ¡Mucho sabor!

Tried this for the first time while being in Texas, and was let down. Probably won’t be back, which is a bummer because it can be good. But they did not put my salsa’s in the bag, and the queso was dried up and hard. Burrito was really good though.

First time here because of TikTok, but I didn’t like it. The meat had a really strong char taste that overpowered everything, and the guacamole was icy. The overall flavor just wasn’t there for me. Chipotle and Qdoba definitely taste better and have more consistent quality.

I HATE leaving a bad review but this place was horrible. Everything we ordered was wrong tonight and thrown together. The most annoying mistake was a simple kid’s meal. It was supposed to be a burrito with meat, queso, lettuce and tomato. The burrito only had rice inside which was not even in the description. The rice is dry and undercooked but the tortilla is so soggy everything fell apart. We’re not even eating this, I don’t want my kids to get sick. Looks like it came from someone else’s plate and it wasn’t what I would consider a cheap restaurant. Keep in mind I ordered off uber eats so I paid more in fees.

Bad service for the price, I asked for a lemonade and three of your employees were "lost on the phone today 10/07/25" They told me they didn't know, then they did, and then they didn't! When I had already paid the bill. It's not about the refund or getting my money back, it's about the poor service they have and they were being goofy, not serious, and with the phone

DO NOT COME HERE. Horrible customer service. They have teens working the line who don’t have a clue about the food. They will not give you the correct food you ask for—or they won’t include it in your bag at all. You are better off at going to Chipotle.

The absolute craziest roller coaster experience I’ve ever had with any restaurant. I’m usually not want to review a restaurant but since all these things happen, I just had to let someone know if y’all have the same issue please report it. First I came in to dine in at the restaurant. I got the Thursday special and they forgot my order. After sitting for over 15 minutes being patient and others that were trying to see about my order that I meant in line I had to get up and explain to them what’s going on I actually met some nice workers and they recommended everything and anything and the food was absolutely delicious. that was not my only trouble of not getting my order. Another thing was the chips were very, very stale. After receiving my order and eating my food. I went to the front to order some more the exact same thing with the tortilla soup for my wife that’s at work to surprise her, all my food to go and I set off to drop the food off at my wife’s job when I got to my wife’s job. I open the bag and there was no tortilla soup, but there is all the fixings inside and the Thursday special that I ordered taste the chips to make sure they’re not, they were perfectly fine to let them know tortilla soup for some reason they couldn’t hear me or understand me. I called several times and just regular microphone after getting the same results. I then called with a females voice because I am a male and acted like I wanted to order, she heard me very clear and asked me what I want to order and as soon as I started talking in my regular voice claim couldn’t hear me and hung up. as I said, the food was amazing, but the service was terrible. Most of the staff didn’t speak very much English so trying to get an understanding of an issue while I was in the restaurant was a little difficult at the restaurant was very busy. It was lunch rush and it was storming outside so they had a lot of online orders, and it seemed like it was complete chaos in the kitchen. i’m not saying that don’t go to this restaurant, but it is a tossup when it comes to staff I don’t want my seven dollars for my soup. It’s OK. I just want people to understand and know that even though the restaurants food is really great and the whole staff are Hispanic it’s just gonna be a great experience. I would go back to this restaurant, but not this location.
