I come here fairly often for a sweet treat and the cookies are always so good and fresh and they warm them up for you. The manager is always super helpful and friendly and personable and makes it always a pleasant experience

The cookies are delicious and the atmosphere is always pleasantly welcoming and very clean! I’ve never been disappointed 🤩

Had to place a large order for my company and they called to verify, made me double check I liked when I arrived and even wrapped in large trash bags because of the rain! Will use again!

I love this place every since I have worked in the mall and to get to my new job and one right next door now it's a daily trip when I am in the office. I love soft cookies they are always cooked right and melting. Love it

The cookies didn’t taste fresh yesterday. Normally at other stores the cookies are soft and chewy, my cookie here was hard and crunchy.

We ordered a custom cookie cake for my son’s birthday party to be ready at 10am on Saturday as the party was at 10:30am. The order was placed about a week in advance. Showed up to pick up the cake and it was not ready, not even decorated at all. An employee was able to throw together a quick design, but it was definitely not what we had hoped for. I appreciate that someone was able to make one quickly though and that they apologized. The flavor was disappointing as well; it was a chocolate chip cookie cake, but the taste seemed off compared to other GAC locations. Almost as if the dough was refrigerated in a stale fridge. The black frosting had an odd chemical taste to it. My son was disappointed as the frosting is his favorite part, so much so that he doesn’t want another cookie cake for future birthdays. I visited the location again today on a whim for a cookie and I experienced the same odd flavor with the chocolate chip cookie I bought. I don’t think I’ll be returning, unfortunately. It might help to note that this location also serves smoothies and frozen yogurt; I wonder if that may affect the cookie quality (refrigeration issues or cross-contamination of flavors).

I paid extra for a custom message. The message should read “Steve for VP.” First issue, they clearly added this to an already existing cake. Second issue, we couldn’t spell out “for” ? Third issue, this order was placed two days ago. Y’all had time. Fourth issue, $60 for a “custom message” cake 😂 Editing to add the cake was crunchy and was clearly an old order.

Do NOT do business with this Great American Cookies location. I’m a full-time working mom of 3, and I placed an online order for my daughter’s birthday cake, intending to pick it up Friday, August 1st. I later realized I had accidentally selected the wrong pickup date (same-day), so I called the store on Monday to explain the honest mistake. The woman who answered casually said, “Oh, are you the Scooby Doo cake?”—so they clearly knew the order hadn’t been picked up. I apologized and asked why no one had called me. She claimed someone did, but I never received a missed call or voicemail. She said she'd talk to the owner and call me back. A man later called to say there was nothing they could do—no remake, no refund, no credit. Just come get a two-day-old cake if I wanted. I asked for the owner to call me directly. Still no response. This is an unacceptable way to treat a customer, especially when dealing with a child’s birthday. The complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and accountability is astounding. I will never return to this location.
