Been going here for about 3 years now, the food is consistantly great. The hot honey is my go to for the chicken sandwich and the lady loves the grilled chicken. Their wings are top notch and they don't skimp on the sauce. Their fries are a perfect compliment to your chicken even plain. The service is always friendly and fast, great group of guys. I usually go on Monday's and Tuesdays for their daily deals, great bang for your buck.

A neighbouring wings place has always been our go-to. But we decided to give this place a try. Highly recommend this place! The wings have a nice crunch to them, even after being sauced. Some of our recommendations for flavours Crunchy mustard, bang bang, Kansas City BBQ, Messy Chicken and hot honey for a spicy option.

⸻ Went to Chicken Dough late at night and honestly, the experience was amazing. One of the only spots open at this hour and I’m so glad we came. Big shoutout to Gunish (hope I’m spelling that right) he was super nice taking our order, made us feel welcome right away, and then brought the food out with a smile. That kind of customer service really makes a difference. The food itself? 🔥🔥 Absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and way better than we expected at this time of night. The place was clean, had a good vibe, and you could tell they actually care about their customers. Definitely coming back here again. Thanks Gunish for making the whole experience that much better!

I went on a Monday with a friend and they have the $10 1lb wing deal. I ordered that with Cajun creamy garlic parmesan sauce and made it into a combo with messy fries (extra $ upgr) and the peach crush. It was really good! Worth every penny and it's very affordable!! $21 and change is the total. They were NOT stingy with the sauce, the wings are breaded and very tasty. The fries are surprisingly crunchy and wasn't soggy even with the sauce. Absolutely will recommend to others and will come back to try other wing flavours and other stufd on the menu.

I've been to this place a couple of times now, and every time I'm blown away by how clean the environment is—it even smells amazing! But what really stands out is the incredible customer service. Today, I placed an order but didn’t have quite enough money for a full dinner. We just got chicken and dough, but the staff went above and beyond by adding extra fries on the side, completely unprompted. Thanks to their kindness, we now have more than enough food for both lunch and dinner. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and truly appreciated. Side note: the food is so delicious I got the fries with shawarma. It’s so so good and the quality of food does not make you sick afterwards like some other food places. This level of care and generosity makes this spot not just a great place to eat, but also one that genuinely cares about its customers. I highly recommend coming here—they’re kind, considerate, and clearly passionate about what they do. I’ll definitely be back!

I go here everytime whenever I’m craving wings and everytime it’s always an hit. Today I went and everything was amazing, food was great, we got the wings and a burger. Wing flavours we got were the clucker and chicken on fire, both were amazing. Burger was good too we got the hot honey. The server was very nice, great customer service! Highly recommended for good quality wings!😍😍 Better than Wingstop imo😅

I’ve been to so many wing spots, always searching for the perfect one, and Chicken N’ Dough Express in Richmond Hill is hands-down the best! Their wings are cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The variety of sauces is incredible; there’s something for every craving. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. You can tell they care about quality and making sure every customer leaves happy. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re a wing lover like me, this is your new go-to spot.

Ordered at this specific location plenty of times. They have great prices and the service is just as amazing as the food. The wings and fries are always perfectly crispy and they love saucing them up to oblivion. Relative to the number of customers, the service is pretty quick. This is a very minor nit pick, but there really isn't too much space in the restaurant to eat and the metal chairs are a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, great gem in the Richmond Hill area. Love getting food from this place.

The food is so good. We definitely recommend the chicken quesadillas and the smash burger. The fries are so good and taste fresh too. They had a weird Fanta drink which was so good, the liquid itself is black. You wont regret trying this place at all. They have different cheesecakes for dessert as well. If you are in the area and hungry you must try this place.

Amazing wings! First time trying this place out randomly. Got 5 lb wings with 3 flavours. Tried the dry rub lemon, honey garlic bbq, and the messy chicken recommended by the staff. All 3 were super tasty! The wings were all freshly made and has the perfect amount of flavour and spice. Definitely will be coming back to try more flavours and some of their other stuff.

They said they had the best fried chicken in Richmond Hill and they weren’t lying. The fried chicken was delicious. It was so crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The Nashville sauce had a bit of kick to it. The likes the loaded fries but it could do without the green peppers. The peppers take away from the flavour and give it a hard crunch that it doesn’t need. Maybe jalapeño would be better The manager knew it was my first time so he gave me a couple wings as a taste test. The wings were also very good! I can’t wait to return.

Literally amazing service. Such kind people. It was kinda expensive $96 for 2 poutines, 3 sandwiches and a pound of wings but the portions were HUGE so it was definitely worth it. The fire fries were good, not for me but can see others loving it. Amazing poutines. The chicken sandwiches were sooo yummy. Can tell the ingredients are super fresh. Highly highly recommend for anyone to try. There was no seating though.

SUCH good wings!!! The messy chicken is so addicting and they don't skimp out on the sauce. The Clucker was also excellent, decently spicy despite only having one flame symbol. So many flavors to choose from too! Their Tex Mex fries were also really good, soft and crispy. They also have daily specials so I'm def eager to come back!

The chicken here is just excellent. The chicken is so packed with flavour and the initial look of the food is well worth the money. The chicken retained juiciness and the pickles are becoming one of my fave toppings for fried chicken sandwiches I believe I got the hot honey fried chicken sandwich (can’t remember lol) but it was tasty. I think from what I’ve seen in pictures, I do wish the chicken was a bit bigger, but it did fill me up quite nicely The fire fries are exactly that. Fire. The sauces really went well with the potatoey fries and each fry soaked in all the sauce Service was great. Never felt rushed, and got to take my time looking at the menu. They even said when I’m ready, just ring the bell and they will be out. Very quick to come take the order The wait was a bit as there was 4 people ahead of me but considering that, food is made fresh to order and got my order in about 15mins. Great job overall

Had it first time recently. They were ok. Online it said it's ready in 20 minutes, so was there in 20...but things wern't ready. 10 minutes later the order was ready. Got home 5 minutes later, and sure seemed the fries HAD been ready on time, and one of the wings because they were kinda cold, while the other wings were crispy. Consistency would have been nice. The sauces for the wings were good, while felt the "Fire Fries" didn't really move the needle, as they had a bit of topping, but most of it was just plain fries. I'll give them another chance, but there's better in the 'hood.

The store has a great selection of food and everything I’ve tried has been fresh and tasty. The staff are generally helpful and the service is quick. One small suggestion would be to ensure all employees maintain strong hygiene standards during shifts, as it really makes a difference to the overall customer experience. Other than that, it’s a good place and I’d come back again
