Howdy y’all. It’s a Starbucks consistent with reasonably clean bathrooms a quick stop for a jolt of Joe stretch your legs and motor on down the road.
Really impressed with the crew at this store, never had a bad customer experience and they always have my order right and out fast! Big shoutout to the shift lead Rylee, she’s does an amazing job and always willing to help!

As full-time RV travelers, we've been all over. This is the BEST EVER Starbucks! Friendly, engaging staff, orders always perfect! Never too busy to answer a question or to assist even when making drinks.
This morning I did a mobile order and when I got to the window we realized I was at the wrong location. It was totally my fault. Instead of making me feel silly for making that mistake, the staff made me feel like it was no big deal and made my order on the spot. No questions asked, and I was met with nothing but kindness. I’ve got a newborn and this little act of kindness just made my day!
This has become my regular coffee spot. The entire staff is wonderful. They are efficient and kind. They make sure my coffee is always perfect and take the time to get to know me. They are good nature and handle the demanding atmosphere with grace and skill. Starbucks should be proud of them. They take the coffee experience to next level. Coffee can be good anywhere but the staff is what keeps me coming back.
Out of 2% on our visit and Nitro cold brew out of order for weeks. Frustrating. Staff was very nice thought
Overall, I had a good experience! I requested less ice than this, but it was still good. I went on my birthday to retrieve my drink and whoever made it did a great job! I created something off-menu and it was wonderful and beautiful. It’s cold chai cherry tea with matcha— wonderful! What pretty birthday drink!
I enjoyed the roasted red pepper egg white bites and a chai latte. I ordered thru the mobile app and walked inside to pick up my order because the drive thru line extended around the building. The interior has a an industrial feel . My visit was on a Saturday mid-day. I used the restroom before checking out and this is the reason for 4 stars. Restroom had a lot of trash on floor, the toilet did not flush well and the sink was stained with ill-fitting fixtures.
It depends on the time of day you visit this SB. Lunch time Crew isn't welcoming, even on weekends. Late afternoon crew seems to be the best.
Heather always gives the best service. Hunter is nice but slightly argued with me about the foam on top of the pecan crunch latte. It in fact gets foam, it’s on the recipe card
Longest wait I have ever waited for coffee, used mobile order 8-11 minutes yeah right more like 30. Coffee shop based on speed and yet failed. And hot coffee was eh. Hire better management and not little children. A” in cleanliness that’s wild ig society has dropped the standard.
I ordered on the app with my gold card, decided to try the new frozen energy drink. When I arrived, there were two non-frozen drinks waiting for me and the staff member said she had forgotten to freeze it, and also they were out of the correct size cup so she was giving me two. I said I didn't need two, but would be okay with taking a small one and a tiny espresso - I just needed the energy to keep driving. The gal told me she wasn't giving me a free drink just because she forgot to freeze my (two?) drink(s). I reiterated that I don't need two - I'm traveling from Texas and with my dog in my car, his water, my water bottle, etc ... I can't handle two, and the extra won't survive until tomorrow when I would be ready for it. She stood firm and offered to refund me. I agreed. She seemed not able to refund the dollar tip I had given so I told her I would let her just keep that... and she said that was fine. So now I'm sitting in my car, with the ac on for my dog, waiting on the espresso which will give me the energy I need to proceed to Savannah safe and alert. Admittedly I'm a starbucks gold member in Texas, but the attitude I experienced here is unlike anything I've ever seen there. Unfortunate.
I have consistently attended this location for nearly five years. Rarely does one get through the drive thru in under 20 minutes. Many locals have caught on to this and attempt to park (often far) and walk in. This place is fine if you are not in a hurry. THE SKINNY: 1) Usually very friendly staff. In my experience, interactions with staff have been very good—above average. 2) The tiniest piece of land I’ve ever seen a Starbucks location. Parking is ridiculously limited. Often, cars cannot pull in because it’s too tight between the curb and the drive thru. Many park somewhere else and walk (err, hike) to the door. It’s like investors decided to buy a sample of property and accepted a “tiniest-possible-space-for-workflow challenge.” 3) There is almost always a long wait of around 20 in the drive thru. I often remedy this by ordering ahead. Sometimes I still have to wait for the order, but I get it’s like that sometimes. WHY I AM DONE WITH THIS LOCATION: Several times, while carving out 20-25 minutes to “grab” coffee in my busy day, I’ve wondered why I keep coming here when there are other local choices? However, I like a drive thru option (no other local coffee place has that) and awards points, so here I am. Yet, I’ve been coming here for five years and I really WANT things to improve. I’m also attempting to be balanced and fair in evaluating my personal experiences. Yesterday, was the last straw for me. I ordered ahead for two items. Said items were ready at 12:24, according to my app. There was a long drive thru line, so I parked and walked up to the door and there was a printed sign stating there would be no inside pick ups that day, and that everyone had to use the drive thru. So…I went through the drive thru, and at 1:48, after waiting 22 minutes (I arrived there a few minutes after the ready time) to receive my barely-hot latte that was filled maybe all of 2/3rds of my cup. In fact, to get in line, I passed two gentleman parking a huge truck who went inside Firehouse Subs (next door). They eventually came out maybe 10-12 minutes later carrying a very large order while I was still in line to retrieve what I had ordered nearly 30 minutes prior. :/ I am not one who gets aggravated easily. However, over and over, this establishment inadvertently conveys that management does not seem to care about customer retention—and we will come anyway. Therefore, I am taking my $2K per year average of investment to a locally-owned establishment. I regret not doing this sooner, and frankly, it was Starbuck’s “convenience” that kept me attending. Still, I can drive less than a mile east, park, walk inside, order and leave in the time I would be waiting here, all while investing back into the community. That is all. I’m sorry for the great staff that has to deal with these challenges.
This place customer service is garbage. I entered the store and was the only customer in line. There were 5 employees working behind the counter. After about 2 minutes of me standing there feeling invisible, one employee asked was I helped, I told her no. She said, I'm not on this register, i'm sorry, but someone will help you. After about standing there an additional 3-4 minutes. Another employee looked at me standing there and looked around and asked the other employees who helping me? None of the employees responded. About a minute later, another employeee looked at me and said, someone will help you. After about 1-2 minutes an employee walked up to the register made some inputs, made I contact with me and quickly looked away, than walked away. She didn't utter one word to me. Finally, I just walked out the store not being served and treated disrespected. Being a Soldier, I will NEVER enter this establishment again. As well, I will tell everyone I'm associated with to avoid this store at all cost.
Ordered Venti pike, 1 blonde ristretto shot,3 Splenda, Cream, Light ice, Pistachio protein cold foam, Salted brown butter topping. Read my order off slowly to the girl behind the counter. Made sure it was right. Waited 20 minutes, still no coffee... went to the counter, politely asked if there was a problem with the order, girl asked what I ordered, she brought back a cup of piping hot black coffee. I asked if there was ice in it, she said "did you ask for it??", I said yes. She said she would give me a cup of ice. The coffee spilled a little on the lid, when I picked it up. I noticed it was dark... asked her if she put and cold foam in it, she asked with an attitude, "what did you order". Showed her the screen with the order, didn't say anything, just walked away, started making what I thought would be right this time... comes back with No cream (out of it, so I'd asked for milk), none in there, she added that, then had to add the cold foam... goes to put the lid on and there's no salted topping... again had to tell her there's supposed to be the salted brown-butter topping. She said we're out of it. I said what do n you have in place of it, because I paid for it... walks away not saying anything, comes back with the topping then adds it. Worst experience ever at a Starbucks. Doesn't even taste right. HIGHLY disappointed. Store wasn't busy, there wasn't anyone behind us because everyone that came in after us was served and left before I got my coffee. Used the bathroom, it was dirty... not what I expect for a starbucks. Other stores are usually clean.
This Starbucks is always wildly busy so knowing that we order ahead with enough time to ensure the order is ready for pick up. Did that same thing today ordering 15 mins early and get to the store to find the inside is closed for a store meeting and all orders have to be picked up at drive thru. Have you ever seen how long a Starbucks drive thru line is, now we had to wait about 15-20 in the drive thru line to grab our already made drinks. If your inside is closed, shut off mobile ordering OR finally get Starbucks to add a cancel order to the mobile app!!
I placed a mobile order and drove up to pick it up a few minutes later (probably 3 minutes), there was 1 car in the drive through and 1 person in the store. The drive thru worker told me mobile orders take 10 minutes to fill typically but that they would push it through. Not sure what else they were doing since there was no one in line in the store and only one car in the drive thru. Once we got to the pick up window, one of the drinks was wrong, but clearly since they were able to make our drinks in the time it took us to drive around the drive thru, it clearly didn’t take 10 minutes. Also, it was 8 am and they were already sold out of iced coffee.
Well I when to pick up breakfast this morning and after ordering I waited about 20 to 25 minutes. I have to leave. Yep I missed to request a refund for not getting my food check # 680556 at 0945. I only got my coffee and even when I inquired about my food, they just kept busy with their drive thru and their Uber/DoorDash order, and even serve customers that arrived after me, reason for which I weren’t able to rate their food. Good luck for y’all, the lucky ones to get your food, and share your sentiment with those who received a pool service like me. The employees appeared to be stress out. I’ll never visit this establishment again. Very disappointed. Y’all at this Starbucks kept the tip I gave you plus the future tip of other stores for the goods you failed to serve. Thank you for your service, but No Thanks.
This is honestly the worse Starbucks I have ever been too. They always take so long to make my order even when they aren’t busy and my coffee is never right but maybe when one person makes it. The time I spend waiting on my coffee I can walk into Kroger and get it made correctly and faster.
I’ve been to this Starbucks location 3 times in the past week at different times of day and each time I have been stuck waiting in the drive-through line for 25+ minutes. Each time I’m told “sorry for the wait, things are hectic”, but the inside isn’t super crowded and they seem to be properly staffed…The whole point of doing a mobile pick up order through drive-through is so I don’t waste time parking and walking and waiting in line, and each time it would’ve been quicker to just go inside. I love Sbux and still do but this location is just not it
“I’m a regular Starbucks customer and usually visit your stores multiple times a day. In other locations, the staff always greets me warmly and even knows me by name, which I really appreciate. However, today at [specify the location], I had a disappointing experience. The staff member refused a simple request that I’ve never had an issue with before, and it left a negative impression. I hope this feedback helps improve the service, as I’d like to continue being a loyal customer in a welcoming environment
Placed a mobile order. Went to drive thru, was told we were too soon. Made us go back around a second time to drive thru even though there was only one car difference. Drinks were terrible. Tossed them in trash at our next stop. We are done with Starbucks!
