This was a nice place to stop by to grab a quick bite. You order through kiosk and grab a number, and they call the number when it's ready. I went during weekdays, so the restaurant wasn't busy, and I got my food quicker than I expected. The place was nice and clean. I just didn't like the burger that I ordered, which is why I am giving it a 4 star.

Service was INCREDIBLY good. The food was amazing, as well. However, the setup is less inviting than other Shake Shack locations, ie the tables and layout. Switching to the more stable wooden tables like the other locations could improve the esthetic.

Dinner at Shake Shack was fantastic! The steak was absolutely top-notch—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. charm of the place. Service was efficient, and every dish we tried—from the appetizers to the dessert—was spot-on. A nice-visit for anyone who appreciates a great steak experience. Would happily return!

The food was great, nice fries. The service was not good, the guy that delivered our food to the table had a bad attitude, didn’t even look into our eyes. When I asked for straws (because they didn’t put on my tray) he rolled his eyes and gave me one.

The place was clean and quiet, not very crowded at the time. The ordering process was simple, and the service was quick. Staff found to be welcoming and friendly. They have ample indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. Their burgers, fries, drinks, and shakes are popular. But, the items appeared to be a bit overpriced.

The food was delicious but the staff were so rude and unprofessional, the place was not clean at all. I noticed They guy that should be cleaning is just watching the sodas fountain he was super rude when he saw a kid filling a cup of soda from the fountain he just dipped his finger in it and spilled it to the drain and cursing, he could've just warned him and let him go it's just a cup of soda cost maybe a dollar or less PLUS if they don't want anyone to refill or sneak drink, they should keep the fountain behind the register! Very unprofessional and unhygienic. I will Never visit this location again.

Ok I have tried a shroom burger and loved it... And ever since I have tried it in Washington I always looked forward to getting it if they had it on the menue, but here it was not good at all. It was smaller in size and had an aftertaste that was not pleasant. My and my husbands stomachs hurted afterwards. The atmosphere is nice, lots of open space. One of the bathrooms was clogged and lots of people were waiting to use the other one.

I’m going to be very frank. I waited about 10 minutes in the pickup line for my order. I was the only person standing there, yet the man calling out orders (who was white) didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I stood there quietly, assuming he was busy helping others, but even after finishing, he just walked right past me without saying a word. A Black woman who worked there came from the back right before he walked away. She looked at him, then at me, clearly confused, and asked if I was there for a pickup. When I said yes, she helped me right away. Her reaction said everything — even she seemed disturbed by how he ignored me. This is exactly why people talk about subtle forms of racism. It’s not always what’s said — it’s how you treat people. Saying “I have Black friends” doesn’t erase behavior like this. Actions matter. I didn’t want to make a scene, but I won’t be returning. I just want others to know that not everyone is made to feel welcome here. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who helped me, because she deserves credit — she’s the reason I even gave this place 4 stars for service. The food was okay; my son enjoyed it, but my daughter didn’t. Unfortunately, the atmosphere just didn’t feel welcoming to me

Absolutely terrible service Rude staff specifically John with the glasses ordered a cheese fries no option to give on the side and drizzled a small amount just on top intentionally so they can charge for more My kid went to the register and they completely ignored him place smells like marijuana and seating is dirty quick ferry stop to eat and use restroom which are also filthy

Had to wait 10 minutes by the terminal to order burger and beer. Nobody wanted to help me verify age. When lady came she just closed my order so I had to start over. Than the brought order with beer a no cup. I came over to get cup by myself. Surprisingly whole kitchen found time to yell at me I have to pay for the cup. Lady took all cups and run away. Now I’m sitting at the sticky swinging table drinking beer from can and regret I came here.
