Pizza was great, reheated well the next day too! I believe Sarah helped me with my pizzas, and she was fantastic! Would recommend 👍

Amazing food & service! It’s not easy to properly make vegan cheese in a fire oven; the heat can dry it out rather easily. That wasn’t Daniel or Matt’s problem. They nailed it😎 These 2 definitely set the standard. You can’t make a better vegan cheese pizza than these guys. Valerie and her crew are absolutely incredible.

We brought a group of 18 high school volleyball players to Pepperoni's in Pecan Grove for a team dinner after practice. We had called ahead and ordered a party bundle. From the first phone call through to the end of our dinner, their customer service was top notch. They reserved one side of the restaurant for us and attended promptly to anything we needed. Evan, Sara, Josue and Fili were all so helpful and courteous. The pizzas and wings were really great and the salads were so fresh! I highly recommend Pepperoni’s in Pecan Grove to any group or individual looking for a cozy, clean spot for a tasty bite!

As a local resident of 25+ years I have watched Pepperonis open and have ordered from there ever since day one. Herbert is an amazing person who knows how to treat the customers. Always a joy when dealing with him. To say the least, I Like Pizza. Pepperoni’s is one of my family and I’s favorites. It is always spot on! Occasionally we add on wings and they are perfect every time as well. I also really enjoy that I can pick up the phone, place an order, and they deliver. This is 100% better than the silly robot system of that dashing door place most have become accustomed too. Nothing beats human to human service and this is something that sets Pecan Grove Pepperonis apart from the competition. We have ate inside in the past, but it has been many years. For no other reason than delivery or pickup works best for us. Again, Outstanding Pizza and Outstanding People! Thank you Pecan Grove Pepperoni🍕s for always taking care of us. Y’all Rock! Cheers!

I'm not sure how this place doesn't have 5 stars! Personally they're always kind, and the food is sooo good! It's my opinion but honestly I think if you dont like them, give them another chance cause theyre always willing to make it right based on my experience. ᐠ( ᐛ )ᐟ

I have been ordering here for over 12 years and tonight my customer service was definitely below par but after talking to the GM she straightened everything out and made me feel valid and definitely took my loyalty to their business to heart and the outcome was more than I expected. I think if anyone has issues please talk to Olga and give her the chance to make it right. She really is trying to better the business. They are a family owned business. Anytime I’ve ever had any issues minor or big (had a concern a few months ago about their oven pizza was undercooked she explained they are getting new ovens and refunded me, and asked I give them another chance) their customer service from upper management has always been the best and why I will only order from them. We order from them once a week on the chaotic nights. Thank you Olga and thank you to their delivery driver he’s the best!

I have never loved pizza. Frankly, I believed it to be an over popularized food undeserving of the hype it so often receives. But that was before. Before I stepped foot into this Pepperoni’s and was greeted by Sarah’s kind smile and welcoming words. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, unaware that my life would be changed. That pizza, so carefully served to me by Sarah, turned out to restore my faith in not only pizza, but in humanity. Sarah is a class A, hardworking, attentive, and charismatic employee. Her smile? Infectious. Her work ethic? Impeccable. My dining experience was truly one for the books.

I want to thank Sarah for changing my perspective of not only Pepperonis, but pizza. Sarah you are amazing! Her angelic presence truly made the whole place peaceful, and her light heartedness eased the heavy cloak I call depression.....Thanks to you I'm not carrying this heavy burden on my back anymore. It's the small things that random strangers do, that truly counts!

Sasha was so helpful on the phone and was nice enough to let me know that it wasn’t too late to order delivery. Overall the pizza is the best for delivery pizza, and the atmosphere is great, but the service was the best. I truly appreciate how polite and nice Sasha was on the phone and I suggest leaving her big tips if you can for her. She’s great and overall I love the establishment. Thanks Sasha!!! You deserve a raise!

Pizza was great and cost was reasonable. It's more expensive than Pizza Hut, but the pizza was really good. I'll be back.

Mediocre pizza, mediocre price... nothing special, nothing bad! If you can order anywhere else, do so, but if you're in a jam, it's better than gas station pizza.

We placed a delivery order. OMG, it was the worst calzone that I have ever had! It was undercooked and gooey. Yuck 🤮 The inside was cold and the ingredients inside were unacceptable. The Canadian bacon look more like canned ham! I would have done better ordering from domino's!

Called and just wanted them to make it right for messing up my order. Picked up and got home after a 20 minute drive to find out they Gave me a thin crust instead of hand tossed. Paying nearly 20.00 for a pizza just want to get what you paid for. You call and apparently it does not even take you directly to the store and they just keep endlessly transferring for nobody in the store to answer. Last time I order from here. 0 out of 10 customer service…

I love Pepperoni's food but this location has gone down in customer service and delivering time. Most times when I call I'm put on hold for quite awhile and I usually call again. Delivery is awful. I put my online order in at 11:30am and asked for it to be delivered by 12:40pm. It wasn't on time, 20 minutes over. I was also missing two items. These employees need some training and management needs to be replaced. Disappointing!

This place had gone downhill. Order we placed was completely wrong. Food was slid around and tipped over. Driver handed over the food obviously in bad condition, but shrugged it off to " it must have slid around" tried to call, VOIP coming from India and nearly impossible to talk to the store. Once we did finally connect no solution was offered as they only have 1 driver and its raining. There are plenty of new and much better pizza places. Ive also witnessed roaches inside the store.

Calling a call center with a ton of background noise Says A lot….. then not being able to do a half and half pizza is extremely disappointing . And then!!! And then !!! And then !!!!! It’s official. Pepperonis is no longer my local pizza place. They have out sourced and the local touch is gone. I recommend going to restaurant and ordering face to face. If you want delivery…. Eh may try another place.

I'm done with your Pecan Grove location. Two of my last three orders have taken beyond an hour and a half to receive. I called the store and get the order call center and sit on hold for 10 minutes. When I finally get someone from the store the best the girl can come up with is it will be there shortly. Granted it arrive about 5 minutes later, pizza and cheese sticks were luke warm at best.

It’s too bad that Pepperonis is established in our area, because they are completely dysfunctional. No manager on a Friday night, 90-minute-late deliveries, no change of any kind, no idea of how to call in a card, crushed food, cold food. If they didn’t exist, we’d all be better off because there would be a real pizza place in Richmond. I hope they close this location or sell to a competent management company.

I really never have a issue with them but it keeps getting worse. I still have my food and it has been almost 2hrs. I call the first time it was like 1hr after ordering and they said it would take longer and the pizza wasn't even in the oven yet. Call back a 2nd time and I was told they were boxing it up and will be delivered. I live 3 min down the road. 30mins later and still no pizza. I will not use them again. Save your money and go to pizza hut or domino's.

Updt (6/18/22): Apparently my previous review was previous ownership. I bought a coupon book for $20 that they refuse to honor. This is fraud. I’ll never go here again. Shame, this place used to be good. They will never survive. I remember when Pepperonis first opened. It was nice to get a pizza restaurant besides the standard Pizza Hut, Dominos, Papa John's, etc. They have great specialty pizzas and this place is great to get delivered or dine in. The price is affordable and reasonable for the amount of pizza you get. Plus, I hear that it's BYOB, but I haven't tried that part yet. For the pizza though, I would recommend.

"Where do I even start with this pizza joint? It's like they took a masterclass in how to ruin a perfectly good pizza. I'm pretty sure the chef's secret ingredient is disappointment. The crust? Let's just say I've seen better cardboard. And don't even get me started on the toppings – it's like they raided the reject bin at the grocery store. Eating their pizza is like a game of Russian Roulette, except instead of bullets, you're dodging flavorless mush. I'd rather eat my shoe than subject myself to another slice from this place. 0/10, would not recommend unless you're into culinary self-punishment."

pepperoni's canvased my neighborhood and sold me a coupon book that is supposed to be good for an entire year. Tonight I called to redeem a coupon that I purchased and the manager Carley was the worst. She was extremely rude, seemed like she did not know the menu, put me on hold over 4 times and spoke to me in a manner that was extremely condescending. She flat out told me she was not willing to honor the coupon due to inflation. I get the inflation part but I was sold a coupon and so at this point she is refusing to honor a coupon that they sold to me and without a plan to refund my coupon book purchase. We are still new to the area and we were actually happy to patronize a neighborhood business but I'm so disgusted by Carley's behavior that I will never go back to this place.

Ordered a pepperoni and extra cheese pizza for the family. When I took my first bite I knew something wasn’t right. Two hours later and my body is cramping and have explosive diarrhea. My mom is in one bathroom, dad in the other, and I (with no choice) am using the kitchen sink. God help us. The health inspectors need to shut this place down immediately.

I only gave this place one star due to the service. It is horrible. They take forever to get your food to you when you order. Every order they tell you will be 45 minutes and it's more like and hour plus. I ordered three small pizzas and had to wait over an hour for them to be delivered and I only live a couple of blocks away from the location. The food is good but not worth the hassle.

I've been a lover of Pepperoni's Pizza for most of my life. I began my love for Pepperoni's while growing up in Sugarland and going to the Pepperoni's off hwy 6 often. I now am a resident of Rosenberg and eat at the Brazos Bend location once a week. Let me tell you THE DIFFERENCE between Pecan grove Pepperoni's and the Brazos Town Center location is MONUMENTAL. First off the hostess at the pecan Grove location was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude, customer service at this place is NON EXSISTENT. No greetings when we walked in the door and no one even told us thanks for stopping by as we left. What had me the most agitated was the hostess sorry attitude. We approached her multiple times to ask for ITEMS WE HAD ORDERED but hadn't received yet, and she responded to us incredibly rudely and acted as if we were a nuisance to her. Once we sat down and were waiting for our food we had ordered, she delivered us our salads with the lunch specials,she then quickly went to walk away. I stopped her and asked if we could please receive a small cup of ranch and the cheesecake we had ordered. She then responded with a rude eye roll and tone in her voice saying-"Okay guys is there ANYTHING else I can get for you?" The amount of attitude and annoyance in her voice was completely baffling to me. Hire better people who are truly there to do their job, ya know like taking orders and using I don't know a bit of common sense when speaking to customers. I will never be back to this location again. So disappointing
