The food arrives nice and hot. The personal pizzas are delicious. The calzones are huge and filled with cheese- My husband's favorite is the penne a la vodka.

This is my favorite location, has been for years. Good staff with friendly humor, appreciative to do business with their customers. Haven’t tried the whole menu but I love their penne vodka and pizza

I grew up eating brooklyn slices and this pizzeria rivals the best brooklyn pizzerias. They are delicious. grabbed a white slice and a mushroom slice. The perfect balance of softness and crisp. Their slices are also generously sized.

You can rely on this pizzeria to always satisfy and hit the spot! I usually get a plain slice with garlic knots and a pepperoni roll. Their pepperoni and grandma slices are also one my faves. The entire staff is super friendly from the delivery guy to the cook and the guy that takes your orders. Prices are a steal for this quality of food. There’s no pizzeria in the area that even comes close to comparison.

Ordered fettuccine Alfredo and a medium sausage pie from them last night. I live in Maspeth and am surrounded by pizza shops this by far is the best food ever. The food was piping hot and amazingly delicious. Pizza crust could have been a little crisper but the sauce was very good and the fettuccine was excellent. My new go to spot. Thank you Bella Donna

First time ordering and will definitely NOT be the last!!! I needed heros that had no seeds on the bread and they had just that. Also ordered a few slices. Delivery person was great and fast! Food is AMAZING. I've finally found a new pizzeria! Thank you 😊

I stopped calling for awhile because of the phone mannerisms can be abrupt & unprofessional,just called for delivery, because I miss the Pizza good sauce Advice never let that young kid answer the phone to take delivery order. conversation went this way. " Hello Bella donna pizza how can I help you?" "Yes I would like to place an order for delivery please." "Is a pick up or a delivery ?" Stunned I'm speechless I reply excuse me ? " you want a pepperoni pizza or regular?" I thought it was a joke I said let me call you back in 10 min. I did the regular gentleman took my order they're always busy & the pizzas very good. Just word to the wise your a local small business alienating at least 1 customer does damage to your business. Customer service requires patience, respect above all. Before you come to work leave your personal issues outside the door,because ultimately your hurting the Person kind enough to employ you

Ordered delivery. Wish I could leave a higher review but I ordered 3 items and only one was excellent, the Philly Cheesesteak. Delicious. Not so great was the chicken shrimp and broccoli with garlic and oil dish. I selected rigatoni pasta as the side option. The chicken and the broccoli were delicious, I just wish there was more of both and less pasta. The dish had 6 pretty large shrimp. Unfortunately they were overcooked with no taste and I threw them away after one bite. If I order from here again I'd find a garlic and oil dish with just the chicken and broccoli and no pasta because it was disproportionate. The veal marsala was a nightmare. The veal was rubbery, looked unappealing and had zero marsala flavor. One bite was enough. They also had the veal and mushrooms mixed in with the pasta, which is really strange. The pasta was a SIDE dish and should have been in a separate container. This plate was a major disappointment. Totally inedible. Over $47 and the only thing great was the $13.00 Philly Cheesesteak. On a good note, the food arrived hot and they paid attention to my note on the Cheesesteak to leave out the peppers and add extra onions. All in all, they really need to do better on the dishes that should be a no brainer for an Italian restaurant.

That being said, the pizza was cold despite the restaurant being close and the delivery time being efficient. Additionally, there is barely any sauce or cheese on the pizza, which is probably why the toppings had no chance of staying in place. The crust is also thin and tough like they put it in the microwave. I've never seen a pizza this bad and will never make this mistake again. Beware.
