Just stopped into Freebirds to have a bite to eat. It's been a year since I was last here and the food is still as good as I remember. Service was awesome and the manager Gilbert Cangas was very friendly and a joy to speak with especially helping my wife with vegan options. Highly recommended it here for a great meal.

Awesome awesome place to have an afternoon meal and enjoy the happiness of the servers. From the second I walked in servers had positive attitude were happy and motivated. Explained to me the new menu options and had me laughing with some jokes and made the experience a happy one not a topical stuck up attitude. Love this team the owner has working here. Good kids with good vibes. Will be coming here 2x a month for sure. Highly recommended.

Wanted a burrito, wanted great value, wanted to dine in.. Check, check, CHECK! Service was great! Good was hot, fresh and delicious! Lobby was clean and quiet. Forgotten treasure for sure.. With the low carb options.. This is getting added to the rotation.

I like Freebirds and the "other" nearby burrito place about equally. I think it just comes down to preference. This new location is clean and hip, as well as well staffed imo.Staff was all super attentive and friendly. I like the patio area and seating is ample inside as well. Our Nachos was HUGE, and even though my husband and I shared, we didn't finish it all. The staff listened to our requests and we felt our meal was delicious and quality! My only negative is with the menu itself, I want crunchy tacos as an option, instead of just 3 small soft tacos! That's just personal preference though. Overall, great experience for hipster taco/burrito/nachos. Get the bbq sauce, it's strangely awesome on everything!

I stopped by around 6:30 p.m. and was really looking forward to trying Freebirds after hearing good things, but it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The fajita meat tasted like it had been sitting out for a while and came in large, uneven chunks—it just didn’t have that fresh, authentic flavor I was hoping for. The service was friendly and quick, which I appreciated, but overall the food didn’t seem very fresh. I’d say it’s a step above Taco Bell, but a step below Chipotle in both quality and taste. Price weekend a bit high. Thought I purchased the monday special that was supposed to be $10 it came out to 12.50. Other customers who came in seemed to enjoy their meals, so maybe I just caught them on an off day. this visit was a bit of a letdown.

Inflation got freebirds doing the same as Chipotles rationalizing like you're begging for food instead of paying for it. Portions are getting ridiculously small and prices are super high. 60 dolars for 3 half birds and drinks. Is insane. Should've went to get a steak instead .

Just picked up burritos from an online order. Paid for steak and there is ZERO meat in my burrito! All rice and veggies. So bummed! I really wanted to love this place but to charge for steak and put literally know steak in the burrito is not ok. To get a response from Freebirds that was simply an apology, in this economy/ government shutdown, is really not enough. A “sorry” doesn’t do anything if follow through with remediation is for show. How will I be compensated?????

Wonderful clean building. Staff is wonderful. This is where the decline begins. We used to order nachos every Friday. They cut down the chip bags from 2 to just 1 and we get a smaller plastic bowl. We look it up and the company had just recently sold. The cuts begin. We like to go weekends with my kids. Kids are free. We order a burrito and bowl for the adults. It is 25$ for the smallest portions we’ve ever seen here. Comically small burrito and they switched to shallow plastic bowls instead of the usual cardboard bowls that were larger. We had our last meal here today. We are done. Will go to Cabo Bobs instead. We will miss what Freebirds used to be just a year or so ago. Big corporations ruin everything.

This was the worst service I’ve ever had. Not from an employee, but the manager. I understand there is a new policy regarding the quesadillas, but even after the quesadilla she would not put any veggies on it after it was out of the press. And if the manager is reading this, letting you know we called another Freebirds who do that all the time. I suggest you figure it out before corporate fires you. I will not be coming to this location again. Pure laziness from this manager. Don’t know her name but she’s young. I’ve worked customer service for 10 years so I think I know how to treat customer.

This was my favorite place until it was taken over. I didn’t mind paying a bit more as I felt I got quality food, service and items such as silverware, bowls, packaging, etc.. whoever took over killed this place. They put out cheap unwrapped to go silverware in dirty, never clean containers. They changed the bowls the food comes in to cheap ones. They changed the packaging and quantity on the chips they charge you for. They changed the quantity of servings you get in your VERY EXPENSIVE food. The place used to feel clean, now the food area looks like a leaf blower came through and demolished the area. Food is all over the place. I went in several weeks ago at 8:30pm and they didn’t have refried beans??? I went in a week after that at 8pm and they had no queso??? With being open for another hour and a half and you don’t make more queso and refried beans? I went in yet another time and when they put the refried beans in my bowl it was like soup. Literally I could drink them. I just said never mind. I canceled my order and just left. I’ve gone back a few times , but it’s just gotten ridiculously expensive for deteriorating food and quantity. I’m not sure why people take over a good place and then cheapen the food, quantity and experience but raise prices and still want good reviews and customers. I came here all the time and wish it was still a good place.

I went into Freebirds today for lunch and the general manager was very rude and un welcoming. She was training a young man and I wanted to get the special that they had with the burrito the chips and a drink so the young man told me it would be extra for the cauliflower rice. She comes over to tell him he didn’t have to tell me that I could read the board so I thanked the young man for telling me because if I hadn’t known that, it was Extra That would’ve made the price go up and I probably wouldn’t have wanted it and she butts in and say yell, and I just would’ve threw it in the trash so she takes the tray from the young man and started fixing my food. I asked her can he continue on fixing my food because I didn’t like her response and her attitude she refuse to let the young man finish fixing my food and she told me she was the general manager and she can do what she want so she proceeds to walk over to dump my food in the trash and asked me did I want it or not and I said yes, I want my food, but I don’t want you to fix it so there was a nice young man that was worken in the back. I asked him would he fix my food he said yes he was on the grill. He came over and fix my food and was very pleasant about it. I’m continue on talking to them, and she keeps butting at the end she rings my food up and asked me for the phone number and I refuse to give it to her and I asked the young man what was his name and she butts in gave me his name . I think maybe she was something she was breathing really hard and her eyes were glossy she had 2 braids with purple highlights . In my life of 50 years I’ve never had that happen to me I’m still in shock . This is her in the photo . Who ever the owner is needs to know how treats customers

Super disappointed and upset! Ordered a free bird bowl for lunch and paid $13+ for this! I wish I would’ve checked my meal when picking up. I’m sure a kids meal is not even this small this is ridiculous!
