Came in to this panda express with hopes on having black pepper chick entree cuz it's my favorite while driving thru and when I arrived they were out. I was bummed out and asked if they would make more but the cook at the time was in break. Michelle went out her way to start making it for me being the chief leader. I didn't mind the wait, what I did appreciate was that she didn't even hesitate or made up an excuse to keep the costumer happy. Thank you Michelle for doing what you did.

Outstanding place. This has to be the best Panda Express I been too. The place is very nice, modern. Great customer service and the food was super good compared to other Panda Express I been too.

Great service. They are fast and efficient. Always friendly. They always ask you which condiments you want, which is nice. The food is great, compared to other Panda Express places I've gone to. Excellent place all around.

Went inside to order (drive thru too long) was served quickly and food was hot and fresh. Staff was nice but could be a little bit attentive to customer in front of them or at least acknowledge the person in front of you. But over all food was good.

Food was hot and fresh! They forgot my egg roll and when I called to let them know. I felt as if they thought I was lying. Really? A $2 50 item and I have to drive back to Panda Express to get it.

I assume they made enough money today if they can afford to turn away customers an hour before closing...not an issue . I won't be back..horrible 1st impression

Went in at 9 PM...girl behind the counter says they close at 930 and can only have what's on the bar ready...get to the rruck and see they close at 10...which means they had a full hour left to serve customers... I assume they made enough money today if they can afford to turn away customers an hour before closing...not an issue . I won't be back..horrible 1st impression

Something about the food at this location always makes me and my friends feel sluggish and overall disappointed in our choice. I really want to like it but I'm never left feeling satisfied. This doesn't really happen at other Panda Express locations so it's weird.

So disappointed at this place!!!! I asked for 1 drink at the Window and they literally just told me no, that I couldn’t add 1 drink to my order 😡 and to top it off I asked for the manager and she came up to the window and asked “Que quiere?” What kind of management skills does this lady have?? No customer service whatsoever!!!!

They had no soy sauce, no Chile sauce, no teriyaki sauce, and food gave me and my fiancé food poisoning. I’d rather much drive to the one in mission, not worth going at all, never again!!!

I asked fot sirloin steak and I was told it will take 5 minutes to cook it because the leftovers in the serving bowl were not enough.. I waited 5+ minutes cause I really wanted fresh food and...surprise...🫣 I got the leftovers!! my serving was cold and the. meat super hard.. amazing when employees think is better to save $3 instead of having a happy customer... here in this county unhappy customers is the best way for a business to go down..their choice💁‍♀️

Asked for more suace because i had around 50 dollars worth of food and the lady handed me like 3 more suaces and i said thats not enough can i have more and i got told no our stock is low, i didnt have enough sauce to eat most of my food, this is pretty ridiculous especially considering panda doesnt do the little buckets of suace like every single other chinese restaurant, wont be coming back here again ever

Ordered beef and broccoli and got 6 pieces of broccoli and 2 small pieces of beef. Called talked to manager said their portions are made to there is 80% broccoli to 20% beef. Wow but the picture on menue does look a lot better portioned. Asked manager for a plate just to redone and refused to satisfy the order with a free fortune cookie.

I don’t know if they have their labels mixed up on the chicken. We asked for orange chicken on both plates and we got general tso. I get one, BUT BOTH PLATES? I personally can’t eat a lot of spicy foods.

I had actually driven up at 10:00am since online it is posted that they open at 10, but they weren’t. I went ahead and asked at what time they actually opened and a lady said at 10:30. I left and went back at 10:40ish, and as I tried to open the door, it was locked and a lady came over to open it and told us that they were not ready and for us to come back at 11:00. Let’s just say we didn’t. It’s a shame that a well known restaurant like Panda Express is not living up to the standards that their founders set forth. Giving it 1 Star so I can share my review.
