Opinions de Starbucks Rio Linda
Fast service, awesome food, and lovely ambience! Pictures are of the Sacramento roll, the Rio Linda roll, and the Shrimp Tempura hand roll. All of which were 🔥 Random complaint, but we sat at the bar and the bar chairs were too low in my opinion. My arms had to reach up to eat which was a bit awkward. My tall fiance did not have this problem, so average to short height people beware lol
1st time here, and it was a wonderful experience. Food was excellent! Very well presented and really good quality. The service was great, and we were greeted by the entire staff when we walked through those doors. The remodel looks really nice too. I had the spicy edamame, jalapeño bits (which was a jalapeño popper), pepperfin, the salmon lovers and the volcano. All wonderful!
The inside is nicely remolded, and very fancy. The service was great with nice waiters and the food came out quickly. The sushi is some of the best I've ever had. You can taste all the different ingredients and flavors. Such high quality. Lots of menu options for appetizers, sushi, ramen and bento boxes. Youll find something to eat for everyone. Try this new sushi place in Rio linda and you won't regret it. Will be coming back again and again.
I had the honor of visiting Ginza Sushi & Grill for the first time yesterday evening. 🍣✨ The experience was delightful. The service was attentive, unobtrusive, and very friendly. We were immediately offered ice water, which, to our relief, did not taste like tap water. After that, we ordered edamame, a dozen oysters, miso soup, and two rolls. The edamame and miso were classic and well-prepared. The oysters were fresh, nicely sized, and beautifully presented. The only thing we didn’t quite enjoy was the salmon roe inside—it had such a pronounced fishy taste that, in our opinion, it overwhelmed the delicate flavor of the oysters themselves. As for the rolls, the Double Toro Roll was excellent, with plenty of fish and a perfect texture. The Signature Roll was a little on the dry side, but still simply delicious, with a lovely touch of heat from the kizami wasabi inside. The restaurant’s interior was also cozy, beautiful, and comfortable, making the atmosphere just as enjoyable as the food. This is definitely a place worth visiting regularly. 💝💐
♥️ What a pleasant surprise - Rio Linda now has a wonderful Japanese restaurant, and we got in love with it. ⠀ - Great customer service, and we mean it. The atmosphere is so cozy with quite music on the background. - Big variety of food, from appetizers to different kinds of sushi, nigiri, sashimi combos, maki/hand rolls, ramen/udon and e.t.c You'll find something to eat for the whole family. Plating, silverware, and presentation of the food is a next level, loved it. - Price is fair for the quality of the food and that beautiful presentation. ⠀ • Definitely will be back. Thank you guys, our Rio Linda community will love you, see you soon ♥️ ⠀ P.S. The bathroom is clean 👌
Really good sushi, we’ve never tried it before, but we enjoyed the taste! Beautiful presentation and variety of rolls!
I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl on line for pick up . Had never eaten there before . It was delicious and filling. I was full about half way thru but , I couldn't stop eating it . I highly recommend the teriyaki chicken bowl . Delicious and affordable.
My first time at Ginza! The place is clean and the decor is simple and elegant, and as you walk in the smell of freshly made sushi greets you. I went with a friend, we were seated quickly but it took a bit of time for someone to take our order. Once someone did, they were polite and helpful, and apologized for the wait. Our food didn't take long to arrive, and it was excellent! The spicy edamame were much more flavorful than I expected, the beef in my bento box was perfectly cooked and tasty, the sushi was good, no issues at all. And someone was always making sure our waters were filled and our empty plates were cleaned off. The interesting thing about Ginza is that the clientele is 90% older Asian folks, and judging by the food and staff, it's not difficult to see why! I would definitely recommend coming here, it's worth it!
I was very happy with my experience. It is very clean, quiet, and calm setting. They have a very nice calming low noise jazz and piano music playing. The place has low lighting and nice furniture. The service was great, our server Brandon was very nice, friendly and attentive. The prices range from cheap to reasonable compared to other sushi restaurants I have been to in the greater area of Sacramento. The portions are of a similar size to other places and the quality is very good. They have many options to choose from including choices that you don't see at other sushi or japanese restaurants (I had the Saba Shioyaki (Japanese Mackerel) it was pretty good). I highly recommend going here if want to have the same great experience.
I highly recommend eating dinner at Ginza. My husband had a dragon roll which he loved. I had the salmon bento box. It was delicious it was moist and had alot of flavor. We had pan fried Gyoza. Our meal was very tasty. Our waitress Sandara was very Attentivene.
RIO LINDA IS LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH A FINE JAPANESE RESTAURANT! Good food, lovely inside and the service is amazing. Don’t wait, GO NOW!
We dined in Easter afternoon. Our server "Sandara was very helpful and attentive. Wife had the Salmon Bento box. The Salmon was moist, not over cook. I had the Dragon roll. Which was delicious. I highly recommend Ginxa... We will return.
Always a good time with Nicky and Shawn. The whole crew is nice and welcoming. Best seating is the bar. Sushi chefs are top notch and very knowledgeable.
Absolutely delicious! The sushi was incredibly fresh, each bite bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The ramen had a savory flavor. The staff was prompt, courteous, and made the dining experience even better. Highly recommend!
Ginza Sushi Bar and Grill is a welcomed addition to the local dining scene, bringing a diverse menu and a slightly upscale atmosphere compared to other restaurants in the area. The decor is simple yet vibrant, featuring colorful accents, bar stools, and artwork on the walls, contributing to a pleasant ambiance. The restaurant has three televisions that primarily display sports, which did not detract from our experience, as we were fully immersed in the food. Please note that they are currently awaiting their liquor license, so beer and wine are not yet available. Additionally, there is no dedicated kids' menu; however, the offerings appeared to satisfy my three-year-old grandson. My husband and I opted for water, while the children enjoyed pop soda. I thoroughly enjoyed the A1 sushi roll, while the Tiger roll was decent and the Crazy roll was particularly enjoyable, especially with the added spice of jalapeños on top. My husband ordered the bento box and expressed a wish for more than one protein option; nevertheless, he finished it enthusiastically, suggesting he found it agreeable. Considering the ambiance, the pricing is quite reasonable and gives the impression of a more upscale dining experience. My granddaughter remarked that she would return every day if possible. The staff was notably busy despite the soft opening starting at 5 PM, and I look forward to experiencing the full vibe once they are fully operational. We definitely plan to return.
Friendly staff first of all! The sushi tasted super fresh. I recommend the Mk roll and stuffed mushrooms
Glad to have a japanese/sushi resteraunt in Rio Linda. Great rolls, wagyu fried rice was delicious. I always order the salmon lovers roll.
This was a huge surprise. Ginza is in a strip mall in Rio Linda and it isn't a hole in the wall. Ginza is a really good sushi and grill restaurant. The place is tastefully decorated and a great place for a family gathering or time with friends.
Absolutely the best sushi I have had! Very fresh! Adam is a fantastic server. I’d add a photo of my order but I ate it all 😁
Gina Sushi is a fabulous dining experience. The sushi, sashimi and other fare are delicious, the restaurant has a genuine atmosphere and the prices are reasonable. Love it!
Really good sushi with really good portions! I stop by regularly when passing by Rio Linda. Highly recommend!
Amazing Amazing Amazing. New to Rio Linda and this is my family and I’s new favorite spot. 100/10 recommend!
This is my son’s favorite place for sushi. Great food and service, and reasonably priced.
The sushi was amazing!! Everything tastes so fresh. The staff are polite and super attentive. 10/10 all around.
Everything is so good, the interior is cozy and the music is very relax, i came with my friend and we order double toro roll it was fantastic i would recommend the sushi rolls.
I had the salmon bento box, pepperfin, and sushi combo. Everything was exceptional and the portions were much larger than Mikuni which was awesome for my hungry @$$
This place is consistently awesome. Get the Ginza, Hot Snow White, Rio Linda, and the Volcano roll (Volcano deep fried if you're into that) Excellent service, killer food
First time eating here. Food was great. I would eat here again.
Great service and really good sushi!
Maybe I'm too hard on Rio Linda, but I sure didn't expect to find such a GREAT sushi place here. The food was great, and the service was top notch. We had a nice sampling of appetizers and rolls and I thought it was all very good. The Hokkaido roll and the Builder roll were two standout hits. Highly recommended.
At first glance from the outside, one would think "Sushi in Rio Linda?" "Wait- Isn't that the same spot where that awful Chinese Food restaurant was?". Don't be shy! This place is PHENOMINAL! The food is fantastic. I was not expecting the food to be so fresh. Honestly, me and my wife go to a few different sushi places locally pretty regularly. Hands down- this is some of the BEST most FRESH sushi I've ever had. Being a Rio Linda Native, I had to go with the Rio Linda Roll. A bit pricey, but worth it. I swear they made the sushi rice before we ordered (yes it was that fresh). Other places have dry rice. This really made the grade. The appetizers are very good. VERY hard to find calamari that has the tentacles! Sapporo on tap was super crisp and fresh. No old kegs lying around back there! Fellow residents of Rio Linda: Go show these guys some love! If you're looking for a solid Sushi Spot, you have to try this place. The customer service is exceptional, and their pricing for Happy Hour is extremely competitive and has extensive options for just about anyone, including kids and folks that don't like sushi. Super proud to call this place a go to spot in my little town! I know they will do well here.
We visited for a birthday. We've been itching for some good local sushi and picked up some to go. Got a few we already know and a couple of new rolls. We enjoyed them all. Glad to have a good restaurant in town and everyone is looking forward to trying more (especially the ramen). Also saw while there, they have a couple party platters that might have been worth a look. But we missed out this time. Definitely worth a try.
Rio Linda Sushi? I know right. I was very pleasantly surprised by not only the quality of the food but the nice atmosphere of the restaurant. Came in around 6pm on a friday. Not terribly busy and was sat quick. I believe Kelvin was my waiter, his name is spot on since he gave me some hot-recs on the menu. You know a place is good when their simplest roll (Ikura for me) is delicious and you can note the individual flavors. 10/10 this is my new go-to. Oh, and they're priced very affordably (for CA sushi at least)
First time visit tonight. I ordered the teriyaki beef bento box, teriyaki chicken as well as the California roll to go. So very impressed with the flavor. What a treat and can’t wait to go again to try more of the dishes on the menu. The hostess was very sweet as well. Thank you so much!

Food was beyond delicious. The jackpot roll, toro nigiri and yuzu hamachi was beyond fresh. Everything was a fair price for the quality of fish and presentation!!! I will gladly start going out of my way to drive over to this new sushi spot!!
The inside of the restaurant was a lot nicer than I was expecting and the sushi is off the hook for the price! Plus they're plating and silverware are top notch. I highly recommend.
First time here. Great place with great staff. I found my new sushi place.
The atmosphere is wonderful and the service, is a class act that welcome you and serve you a fine meal with friends or family. Food was excellent and it makes you happy enough to come back again!

This is our first time visiting Ginza sushi 🍣 and Grill. Coming from Natomas was very easy getting to the restaurant . We ordered karaage Chicken, Sacramento roll, and the Building roll. The sushi 🍣 rolls were very good. And the karaage Chicken was lightly breaded and perfectly fried and moist. Nice and clean, the service was good.
No artificial sweeteners, real sugar delivered in small awkward bowl that spilled sugar on the table. Friend had hot tea, but no iced tea available? Sashimi was good. Only cold tea offered was Jasmine Green Tea, unsweetened.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but had to because this place is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. It was our first time here so we ordered Bento boxes and the experience has been a joke. First, we came when they just opened at 11AM and ordered 2 bento boxes to go. It took about 40 minutes for them to give our food. I am not upset about the time as much as I understand that the kitchen needs time to make the food. But it is upsetting we were forced to go back because our order was messed up. Not just it being messed up but the biggest disappointment is the size of the portion. I ordered the salmon teriyaki and never in my life went to get a bento box anywhere where the Salmon was this size. We went back to bring up how they messed up our order and also the size of the salmon is unacceptable. The restaurant said that is just how they “Operate” with no accountability or accommodations. While I am an understanding person as I know the service industry is hard, this restaurant is not a recommended place as I feel like there are other places that will give you better portion sizes for your money.
Food was delicious. Great job cooks. Servers, one star quality for sure. Server in charge of our table had family or friends dinning there at the moment in the table next to us and focused 100% on them while neglecting ours. We were sat and given our appetizer within 15 min of being there which is ok but then we waited another 45 MINUTES to get our food & the only update we ever got was because we asked why it was taking so long. Honestly I really enjoyed the meal but wouldn’t come back until I know that girl had some proper training or got fired that was just absolutely ridiculous.
Arrived at 11:58A. Doors were open and there were 4 groups waiting ahead of us. Restaurant smelled of old fish. The four groups weren’t seated until close to 12:10P. We got seated at about 12:15P as the 7th group; we got skipped over. 12:25P, our waiter brought us waters and we ordered four sushi rolls, two appetizers, and a kids teriyaki chicken. Waiter brought drinks, waters, and the rice for the chicken immediately. I received 1 out of 2 sushi rolls, and then 15 minutes later, i received my appetizer. About 15 minutes after that, my sister received her first appetizer. It was 1 o’clock when we received my nephew’s teriyaki chicken. Rice was cold by then. I checked in for my sister’s order at 1:10P and they said they were “backed up.” 1:22P: still waiting for three other sushi rolls that were ordered. A table that got seated half an hour AFTER us (1:50P) got served their order (sushi rolls). We had waited almost an entire hour to receive our main courses, and that was not OK or excusable. We decided to leave after seeing that we weren’t being served in the same way. We went to pay for the orders that we received. One of the ladies at the front had trouble finding our order. One of the waiters came to assist her in finding our order and we paid for the four out of seven items that we received. The staff is not attentive on greeting customers or well organized in communication. They WERE attentive when it came to asking you if you needed anything at a table and with clearing any used dishes and plates. Food was WAY overpriced, and there are better places to go for sushi that are more efficient and cohesive in the restaurant business.
