I got the rib eye and got it rare. It was really good and maybe I'm just ignorant about cuts of beef but I found. The ribeye difficult to cut through with the knife I was provided. Other than that the experience was perfect! Michael S. (Our server) was amazing and very friendly!

Food is good, a little dry. Service and atmosphere is really good but I don’t understand why I need to wait to have a table when the entire restaurant is not full and plenty of available tables.

I made a reservation online which they seemed to have not had cause they gave us the smallest table possible. I ordered my food with no avocado due to an allergy and a random server who wasn’t my server brought me the wrong sandwich. ( not even sure why a server who isn’t ours brought the food out) which then lead me to having an allergic reaction. Our actual server was super sweet though so there’s that.

The food quality seems to have really gone down. Everything was extremely salty. Tuna waa not the quality it has been in the past. Our 1st server had the personality of a rock. 2nd server was very pleasant, although when we pointed out rhat the Tuna was all strung together,not cut in the poke she just said sorry. Myself as a server would have taken it back and had it cut up properly. Margaritas had no salt and we had to flag down the 1st waiter and ask for salt. Maybe it was juat a bad night for them? Wont be back for a while.

I recently visited BJ’s Restaurant and had a mixed experience. The food was great—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I especially enjoyed the pizza, which was loaded with toppings and cooked perfectly. However, the cleanliness of the restroom was disappointing. The sink and faucet area were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It was really off-putting, especially considering the high standards I expected from a place like this. BJ’s, please pay more attention to the restroom hygiene—it really affects the overall dining experience.

Over all it was okay, the food was cold by the time we picked it up. The pizza looked good but had to be reheated when we got home. The sliders were dry and everything was on the side.

Wait time for a table was about 40 min due to hosts mistake. Food was ok but they forgot one of my sides so i had to remind them. Also, it took a long time to get a box. Atmosphere is loud not in a good way and place is a bit unkempt. I think they can do better if people upfront text patrons using correct number.

My wife and I have been to several of B j's restaurants, Arizona, Oregon, California and Texas. I am just not satisfied with this restaurant. It was not clean, it's actually more one of the most dirtiest ones. We've been to and I am burping up the food that we ate. My wife had the bacon cheeseburger, and I had the brisket hamburger. It had 0 flavor as opposed to every BJ's Restaurant I went to. I'm very disappointed, won't be back.Is bathrooms were dirty?Haven't been washed in days.I hate to leave this type of review.

Ordered Curbside pick up. The steak was horrible - no seasoning and the flavor was not good. Very fatty. Not a place to order ribeye's I suppose. We had to add BBQ sauce. The Baked potato was okay, but they didn't put the butter or sour cream we selected for it in the bag. The garden salad was missing the Ranch dressing. We ordered to Go specifically because we were on our way home from a trip and didn't want to go to the store. So to get home and not have dressing for our salad and nothing to go on the potato was not cool. The person who brought out our order seemed like she was wanting to be anywhere else but there - and maybe that's why she forgot all the extras that we needed? We also waited a long time for someone to come out. I wasn't sure that our check in registered, since it took so long. Very disappointed! My last To Go order of a Pizze a week ago was bad too. Barely any toppings. I don't think I'll be ordering take out from BJ's anymore. Clearly they don't care that eating out should be as good as eating in.

Server was great. Short staffed. Took forever to get food and then the Food was terrible! Pizza was just a blob of dry bread with very minimal sauce or toppings. Chicken was literally raw inside but the manager took it off the bill. Wouldn’t come back.

BJ’s Restaurant Natomas - A Complete Disaster I had one of the worst dining experiences at BJ’s Restaurant in Natomas. From start to finish, it was a mess. First, the food was awful. The pizza came out undercooked, with doughy, raw spots that made it inedible. The fried food was the complete opposite—burnt to a crisp, almost unrecognizable. It was clear the kitchen had no quality control. The wait time was unacceptable. Even though the restaurant was barely half full on a weekday and had more than enough staff, our food still took nearly an hour to arrive. There was no explanation, no updates—just an absurdly long wait for terrible food. The worst part of the experience? Our waitress. She was extremely rude, rolling her eyes when we voiced our concerns and acting completely indifferent to the issues. To top it off, she used the fine print on the happy hour menu to overcharge us instead of helping clarify things. It felt like she was more interested in taking advantage of us than providing even basic service. BJ’s in Natomas is a complete disappointment. Between the underwhelming food, ridiculous wait times, and horrible service, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers.
