Anthony was was amazing, we made a mistake with our order & he helped make it right even though it was our fault. Definitely will be coming back. Small acts like that make it more enjoyable for us.

I know this is a new location and hoping they will improve with time. I had an order for one person and everything in the order was pretty much wrong. I suggest drive thru customers inspect their order before leaving. I asked for no mayo and no cheese on the burger. Fail, making it inedible. I also got the wrong drink. Luckily, I got the "value" deal so I wasn't out too much money, but still a big disappointment. The girl taking the drive thru order was struggling so I should have known it was going to be wrong.

Im so disappointed at this Habit on Van Buren. First off. It's brand new to this area. First impression. Dirty tables and floors. Then I order my food just to receive Luke warm and I mean closer to cold fries. The burger was ok, but it wasn't hot at all. For $20 I expected better food. Not something I had to reheat in an air fryer.

We Went Habit grill on Saturday evening with Kids ,, After having a food, they got the food poisoning. We ordered the char burger, but just put on the lettuce in more amounts nothing else. We are not going to suggest anyone to go over there again

This is a new location and the food was horrible. Ordered a chicken Cobb salad and nothing in it was fresh. This place is gonna need a lot of time and better mgmt to redo their whole food preparation process. The food was so bad. I was irritated and tempted enough to want drive all the way back just to get a $13 refund, but not worth my time.

We have been long-standing fans of Habit. We love the one in Moreno Valley and go there often. Today we tried this new location and were sorely disappointed. The indoor vibe was very utilitarian and dirty. The bathrooms were dirty and the chairs and tables. The music seemed to be AI generated slop music. Service was okay by some of the employees. Others seemed to be unhappy to be there. The food was the worst part. Paid 15 for a basic cheeseburger combo. The burger was tiny, thin, and dry. We have never noticed Habit burgers bring smaller than the bun, but today they were definitely that way. We can get way better burgers at either Farmer Boys, which is just down the street, or In-n-Out which isn't much farther down the road. And for better price. We will not be going back to this Habit.

This review is specifically about the drive-thru experience. I have ate at the habit many times and this is my first time at this location . Arrived at the drive-thru with only about five cars ahead of me. However, after ordering it took about 30 minutes to receive my food. I only live 7 minutes away and unfortunately my food was cold when I got home even though I put my order in a insulated bag. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window I saw multiple orders sitting on the counter. Not sure why the drive-thru took so long, but most likely because of a management flaw or lack of staff. It possibly could have been because of a customer ahead of me upset about their order but if that was the case It would have been appropriate for the staff to ask the customer to pull into the parking lot so they can fulfill their requests and not have everyone else's food sitting on the counter getting cold and delaying the drive thru. I won't be coming back to this habit drive-thru again.

I spent nearly $30 for two and had a horrible burger. The service was prompt and polite and the shake and drinks were good but I won't come back for a burger. Two days later I went to the Habit at the Plaza and had a wonderful burger. Maybe some training is needed.

Forgot the sauces. x4 Burgers x4 Fries x4 Sauces, says so on the receipt. 0 sauces in the bag, unbelievable.
