Mongolian BBQ

I visited my grandparents, and I took them here. It's the last store, so I feel that it's a bit hidden. It was a bit hot in the store, but that was to be expected since they do cook the food in front of you. The food was great! You can add whatever you want, then they cook it for you. They also ask what sauces you want! They have a regular/large bowl to choose from. They also have a great deal where you can get a combo that comes with a drink, rice, and miso soup!! (If I remember correctly). It pretty great!! The service was amazing. The kind man was patient when I was translating to my grandparents. Definitely recommend!! 😁

Food was great, establishment was nice and clean, and price was fine. $12 large bowl with noodles was fantastic, I ate until I was full and still had leftovers for another meal. Will definitely be returning on a weekly or semi-weekly basis.

Nice folks! Very accommodating! I liked that they have you fill your bowl with meat and vegetables, and THEY'LL do your noodles and sauces - and they're VERY GENEROUS with BOTH! You get a HEAPING bowl of noodles, and TWO bowls of sauces as they cook! Very generous - and soy sauce is NOT NECESSARY when you sit down to eat! Wish I lived in the area -it'd definitely be a regularly-visited spot..!

Took wife and 8 year old here to try it out. Everyone liked it very much. You pick all the ingredients, they cook it with yummy noodles to your desired spicy level. Different flavor sauces available to choose from.

Not a fancy place so dont expext luxury. But the food is bomb you can get the "bowl" is like a mini buffet.

Deeeee-licious. It’s always consistent with the taste and quality. I have no bad things to say about this place. My go to is the beef and pork gotten it thru delivery and they are meticulous. They place cardboard underneath so you don’t get oil everywhere (which is more than I can say for other places) on top of that the integrity of the dish itself stays fresh and warm. The flavors are so good even if you order it with everything they all blend together nicely. I would take them up on their recommendation of sauces and add all of them you won’t be disappointed. If you’re looking for a budget meal with great flavor for any occasion I’d say this is a no brained.

Small mom and pop owned restaurant with great food and great service. We ordered to go but sat down to eat there. My daughter and I only ate half of our food. We picked our own meats and veggies. The chef added the sauces we chose plus a ton of noodles. You had the option of adding rice and something else but we chose to have the large Mongolian bbq bowl. It was well worth the money and they offer quite a few other items that I must try on the next trip. They picture a chicken dish on the wall that I must try!! We got there around 11am before the lunch rush. Check them out if you are in the area. You won't be disappointed.

Great food served here. I like to fill my bowl with a little bit of everything. Their sauce selection is amazing too but I usually have them mix all of them for me because I like it very spicy.

If you remember when the Tyler Mall had a Mongolian spot, you will know that we are lacking in Riverside. I had dejavu eating here. Great Lil spot, great flavor and that familiar center where they cook your food in front of you. You pay $12 for a regular bowl and $15 for a large. I recommend you just go straight for the large. Do a little Jenga and tetris to get that bad boy as high as you can to get your money's worth!

I love Mongolian BBQ but apparently this place has somehow escaped my notice for years. I tried it as soon as I saw the sign and I’m glad I did. The dining area is nice and clean, and there are at least 3 booths with electrical outlets for those of us needing to charge our devices. There is also free guest WiFi. The food was well cooked and tasted wonderful. You can adjust the level of spiciness by telling the cook. The only drawback is variety of food items; I’ve been to Mongolian BBQ places with more choices, but those places have also been busier with a regular clientele, so they can afford to keep more items on hand without them going bad. Also this place doesn’t offer an all-you-can-eat option, but once again, that makes more sense for a restaurant with heavier traffic. Overall, I was satisfied with the large bowl I ordered for about $12, and after I was full I still had leftovers to take home.

It is the perfect amount of spicy and other flavors (don’t let the oyster sauce stop you from getting it because once it’s all together it’s magic in your mouth). They cook it for you right away it doesn’t take very long! They always have great service and they are very kind people.

I am almost depressed at the fact that I have been missing out on this food for so long. I was thoroughly impressed by the food. Everything was delicious, tasty, and exactly as I had ordered it. The serving size was generous, the service was quick, and the prices were fair! If you are like me and have been wondering about this place - please do yourself a favor and give them a try! I can't wait until I get to have another meal from here.

I came with the family for the first time. The menu was simple to order since you serve yourself meat+veggies (raw)and they cook it. The cook was fantastic and helpful especially with the sauce im so glad I took his advice on choosing the food it was delicious. I was looking for some healthy food options and this restaurant made it easy. Definitely coming back

They change the noodles and taste different. I love coming here but the noodles gotta get change to the old ones they use to have

It was fresh and delicious. They add noodles as they grill. I would ask for light or medium noodles next time for balance. The noodles were good though. I will definitely be back. And happy kind staff.

It has been a while since I ate Mongolian bbq and found this place on Google Maps and is fenomenal it took me to flavor town with the combination sauce the chefs offer the place looks a little but run down and the owner acts a little grouchy but the food make forgot all that.

Place is a bit grimmy, food it good. You have a selection of meats (beef, chicken and pork) thin sliced. Then you choose the veggies. Some of the utensils to get the veggies are very antiquated and takes very long to get what you need. Then they will put what condiments you want and stir fry it. That pretty much sums it up. A bit pricey but eh, it's California prices 🤷‍♂️

$41+ for two with one drink. Food is ok but has lots of seeds. I feel like they are greedy because they purposely freeze the meat into rolls so that it takes up extra space in the bowl. They also want to charge $1 for refills 🤦‍♂️

I am not a big fan, but it tastes really good go and try pineapple and bamboo they have in your noodles with beef and pork, surprisingly, I liked it. To me putting those stuff together looked odd at first but turned out they are delicious. Anyway, they aren’t a fancy restaurant, it’s self service and the place isn’t super clean.

The man working the register was cool. Super helpful and nice. Food is just a bit pricey. I spent $20 flat for a regular bowl & a fountain drink. The drink was sized small and they charge for refills. I did enjoy my food. Everything tasted great. Service was quick and friendly

The food is normally delicious when the older generation prepares it, the younger generation makes it very high in sodium- so high, I've thrown away 2 plates after taking 3 bites - I couldn't handle the salty taste. I've gone there enough to at least earn a smile from the older lady at the registry but I see that will never happen - I guess I'm just old school- I prefer service with a smile - not here not from her

Not worth it. First of all the plate and bowl were sticky as of it was not cleaned properly. Second the bowl makes it difficult to get all the meats and vegetables you want. Two bowls was about $25 but believe me it is not even worth half of that. Asked for extra spicy, it was spicy but other than that the flavor was very disappointing. On top of that I had a stomach ache the next morning.

The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the food quality is not good. A couple of pieces of beef were spoiled. They automatically add noodles to your dish without asking (not good for people that are looking for low carb options). The restrooms were in horrible condition! We won't be returning.

Stingy and ridiculous. Food is not that great. I assume they have good stars because they are by the University and probably attract college students. $20 for a large bowl and you can’t even fit all the toppings inside. Won’t come back.

Simply not that great. The noodles didn’t taste great. It was smothered in teriyaki sauce and that’s all you could taste. My stomach was messed up and was my partners. They don’t fill the tray all the way either. Extra spicy meant extra chili flakes which resulted in me eating just flakes. Glad I tried it so at least I know never again.

Got delivery from here and it was awful!! Barely any meat or veggies, 95% of the meal was weird orange noodles. Ordered 3 different sauces and there was no flavor!! Don’t offer takeout from deliver apps if you are not going to do it properly. Wast of money, literally threw it away.
