The brisket nachos and burrito were really good—flavor was on point. We arrived about two hours before closing and the restaurant was already in full end-of-day mode: chairs on tables and floors being mopped like the finale had started early. Totally get wanting a head start, but the cleaning solution was very strong and ended up making our food taste like it. Brisket with hints of fresh citrus wasn’t quite what we ordered 😅 Would happily come back—just earlier, before the cleaning crew starts closing duties 2hrs early.

Food is good but service isn't very good most of the time. The people that work here aren't very nice and they will pretend like you're not standing at the counter.

I get takeout here about once a week. It’s usually good but this time I asked for two orders of chips and queso and didn’t get any chips with my order. The food was also greasier than usual and they gave me corn tortillas instead of flour. The service isn’t great, but I still tip 20%.

Saucy poblano brisket taco was really sweet and had too much sauce which made the flour tortilla soggy, but it also had a fair amount of good flavored brisket. The California heat tempura shrimp taco was really salty but had a fair amount of shrimp in it, and way too much bacon. Not my favorite experience here and reaffirms why I don't eat here but once a year or less. But...the fajita steak nachos are always good. Not disappointed with the nachos.

The customer service was bad. Like the dude seemed as if I had kicked his puppy tonight just for wanting to place my order lol. 😳 But anymore I've come to accept unimpressive customer service unfortunately, so okay, moving on to the food. The queso was good. Salsa was not. Everything else was subpar at best. Veeeery little meat in the tacos and burrito. Idk, just not much to rave about. It probably deserves more of a 2 star but I'm being nice and keeping it a 3 - lol. We won't be back.

Although the store was great, the bathrooms clean, the employees helpful & kind, they did mess up me and my brother's order. Once they got it right though the did was quite delicious and I would probably go again. If you go I recommend getting some breakfast tacos!

I used to love this place but the last few times I've been there they have changed their fuzzy rice, and it's just not good. It's disappointing.

I stood and waited for store to open. Two employees stood near kitchen or walked around but never bothered to open up. As I turned and got back into my car in front of the door there was still no attempt to open. I won’t ever come back.

We ordered $200 worth the food catered for a party to feed 10 people. They gave us enough to meat for about 3-4 people. I called and went back to correct the order and not only would they not correct the order to a reasonable amount of steak and chicken, but when we paid for the extra meat they short changed us again! Lesson learned, won’t ever eat here again

Went to pick up a shredded chicken. Salad and I’ve gotten this order before and I got thrown chips instead of the actually tortilla strips they come with (seasoned ) ALSO when I went to pick up the order then cashier just kept trying to flirt and wink at me when all I wanted was my order ….
