The Dining Room at Snowbird Mountain Lodge

We were so glad to spend our anniversary at your lovely restaurant. The food was delicious. We enjoyed learning about the history of the inn from the materials, you kindly printed out for me. Thank you so much.

The food here is amazing. Everything we got was cooked perfect, and very flavorful. The service is also excellent. We got our food very quickly, and the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is also very relaxing, and the views are beautiful. I highly recommend.

Best taste experience ever! The yeast rolls were the best I have had since childhood! The chef was also kind enough to give me the recipe! Cauliflower potato soup was sooo delicious that I can't wait to make some when I get home. Worth every penny!

My husband and I celebrate 32 years at Snowbird Mountain Lodge for the 1st time. We read the great reviews and thought we would try it since we camp close by. The food was delicious, service was professional and sweet. The atmosphere was cozy and romantic. All we wanted for a special anniversary celebration! We will be back again! Love it❣️

We celebrated our anniversary and birthdays at Snowbird Lodge for dinner. If you have never been to this majestic lodge high in the mountains, you're missing out. We started off with the first course of the most delicious potato bacon soup. It was wonderful! Course two was Strawberry Crostini. It had fresh Strawberries & fresh basil, finely chopped cherry tomatoes, and a balsamic glaze on small toasted baget slices. Yes, it was as delicious as it sounds. Couse three, I had the NC Trout Almodine with rice Pilaf, tender Asparagus and brown butter sauce. It was simply the best trout I have ever had. My wife had the Pork Ribeye. It was served with whipped Red Bliss Potatoes, heirloom carrots, and Bordelaise. Honestly, it was over the top delicious and it was one of the best taste experiences of my life. Course four, we had the Chicolate Fudge Cake. It was a dark chocolate cake with warm chocolate sauce, candied hazelnut dust, with vanilla ice cream. It just melted in my mouth. They also served us a anniversary/birthday treat of a delicious brownie topped with ice cream and a side glass of champagne. The staff made our special day absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the meal, and the beautiful lodge with views of the mountains. It was the best "special day" dinner we have ever had. The restaurant is for guests, but you can make reservations to have dinner as we did. They have a full bar, a library to sit while you wait for your reservation time, and outdoor seating with relaxing chairs to look at nature. Dinner is a set price plus drinks. We have been here several times for our celebration and its always been a wonderful experience.

The food here is first rate, sophisticated, perfection. Worth every penny!!! BTW, they have a new chef and innkeeper in 2025.

Had our honeymoon stay and ate here for breakfast and dinners with prepared backpack lunches. Absolutely superb food and presentation Staff went above and beyond making it a special time for us. Thank you Snowbird Dinning room staff Bar and bartender .... excellent

The lodge and the views are beautiful! Unfortunately the same can't be said for the food. 4 courses of bland. A "fine dining" restaurant where the steak comes out cut already and no one noticed it was well done instead of medium rare. Oh yeah and don't worry about tipping generously. They do that for you, 22% too! I paid just under 250$ for two people with an alcoholic beverage each. I would not recommend this place to anyone I care for.
