Stopped here on a whim last week and enjoyed my wrap so much I had to go back this week. Tried some treats this time and was not disappointed! The Crème brûlée donut was amazing!!!

This place has some of the best coffee / espresso drinks ive had anywhere. Their frozen blenderitas are the absolute best ive had. They got really sweet rich smoothies and some tea options that I haven't tried cause I cant stop getting the frozen coffee drinks when I go there Their paninis and wraps are all really good, and actually super filling. All of this and actually for a good price, and friendly staff that seem to be always having a good time!

Coffee is amazing. I just had it down at the library who hosts some of thier brews. What a fantastic idea! Reading and great cofee! I will definitely be by to check out the shop after tasting the brew 😋

It’s been a long time since the hubby and I have found a favorite waitress until Allison at Ferrari’s in Chili. She has the best smile and is always cheerful. The hubby has a limited pallet and is a very plain eater. Allison always makes sure his meal is correct before brining it to our table ! We have requested her every time since our first experience with her and she never disappoints. The food is always good which makes Ferrari’s one of our “go-to “ restaurants on date night!

Its always good every time I come here. The pizzas are delicious. Favorites are The Frankie and Lutrario. Prices are reasonable. Drink menu is yummy. Especially nice in the summer with their outdoor seating area.

If you’re a fan of cold foam, this is the place! The cold brew with sugar cookie cold foam was absolutely delicious and they really loaded it up on the foam. I didn’t get to try anything else but it seemed like they have some other fun flavors of cold brew/cold foam that they rotate through.

First time trying this place out. Overall, had a good experience but the biggest thing I found strange was their how you go about ordering food and/or a drink. If you want to order just a drink, you place your order right at the register counter and then wait for your order (or name) to be called. If you want to order food, that's where it gets kind of odd. To order food you have to place your order with a person who's standing under a "grill" sign hanging from ceiling who is just standing there with an order pad in their hand. After you order your food, you then have to go over to the register to pay for it. So you basically have to potentially wait in 2 different lines if you want to order food and something to drink; I've never seen an ordering system like this before. I ended up ordering an iced Caramel Mocchiato and the chicken salad wrap. Both were very good and I'd recommend to someone to try. In the end, the overall experience was good, the food and drinl was good, but the ordering system was just very strange and seemed inefficient.

As a former barista I understand what it’s like to work behind the counter. I’ve noticed after coming here over the years that the baristas tend to talk more than get guests orders out. Also there are limited outlets to charge electrics with… something I find annoying. Although, the food is amazing and the vibe of the place is great too!

The Latte I ordered was great and the chicken sandwich was good, but they could use signs telling people where the lines begin and end. Also, signs telling people where to pay for food. I didn't know you had to pay for the food at the same place you order and pay for coffee. Very disorganized

They should have had more people I had to look for somesome for drink refill and when food was coming.. we would come there again. Fabulous. Pizza great wraps, and quesadillas. All fabulous.

I think I may have been salivating the other day at Ferrari's. Everything smelled and looked delicious. I ordered a regular pizza with Italian sausage and mushrooms. My husband had a white garlic pizza with veggies. I kept saying how good mine was. My husband was happy with his. I like the decor there too. It has a retro vibe. The service was great. I'll be back!

Fun place atmosphere wise. Food was average. Our original plates set down were completely dirty with blue cheese still on them. I had to wipe our table off. Half our food came out for my kids. Our food came 20 minutes later.

We come here a lot, great tasting food and drink. However today was very disappointing, it’s not cheap and to have the service and product we did was a let down. The girls working behind the counter were paying more attention to eachother than the customers, yelling, goofing around, not being very friendly, and so I think that caused the distraction of our Haymarket sandwiches missing ingredients, and charging us for the wrong size drink. It was a to go order so by the time we got home it was too late to go back.

Waitress was attentive without being overbearing. Food was mediocre with the boneless chicken strips tough from being overcooked. My companion's garbage plate lacked flavor, requiring seasonings and hot sauce to flavor it up. In fairness, neither of us had one of Ferrari's signature dishes, the wood fired pizza. Finally, the interior of the restaurant makes it difficult to engage in a conversation due to the poor acoustics of sound bouncing all about the hard wall surfaces.

Good Truffle fries, warm wedge salad that wasn’t a wedge and mostly core! Being vegetarian there was not a lot to choose from. My partner asked for a few calamari instead of shrimp on her salad, the server said “no problem”. An entire plate of calamari was brought with the salad. She asked “I’m not being charged for the tapas appetizer am I?” The waitress explained that she saw the issue and had spoken to the manager before bringing it out, he told her he would not cut the price. My partner said she would not eat all of that and did not want to pay $17 for something she did not order. The waitress went back to the manager again, again the manager said “too bad”. The plate was taken back. The waitress said he wrote it off. We ordered a wood fired chocolate chip cookie…the ice cream was practically melted by the time it arrived. This was one of my favorite places for years. The last two visits have been disappointing to say the least. $100 for a beer, a cocktail, truffle fries, two salads and a desert seems high to me. I won’t be back.

I have given Leaf & Bean more than a fair chance, but after four consistently poor experiences, this will be my last visit. While the café is fine the majority of the time, the level of service I’ve experienced recently is simply unacceptable. During one visit, I waited nearly an hour for a sandwich that had been completely forgotten, despite it not being busy. Another time, I was served regular coffee after specifically requesting decaf, which I cannot drink for health reasons. On a separate visit, my drink was made incorrectly and no one bothered to apologize. Today was the final straw. I watched another customer return her drink because it was cold, only for the staff to “fix” the same cup she had already drunk from instead of remaking it—a clear sanitation concern. I have worked in the food industry and I know this is a violation and unsafe. The drink should have been thrown out and remade. I then waited 25 minutes for my own drink, only to find it contained coffee despite me requesting no coffee. I didn’t even bother asking for a correction after overhearing staff speaking very negatively about the previous customer who simply wanted her drink made properly. This made me uncomfortable and others who were waiting next to me overheard as well. I am out money and have no drink. What makes this worse is that five employees were standing around behind the counter gossiping while one overwhelmed worker made all the drinks. I almost can’t fault her for making my drink incorrectly as she was extremely overwhelmed and you could see it. It was frustrating to witness and reflects a serious lack of leadership and training. Leaf & Bean needs to take customer service, accuracy, and basic hygiene far more seriously. Do better.

I love leaf & bean normally and was excited to be in the area so I could stop in and grab lunch from there. We were right away sent to the Grill area to order both our food and drinks since the registers don’t accommodate food orders. Totally fine but at the grill area the service was so nonexistent that we ended up walking out and honestly probably won’t return. We stood there politely waiting to order for 20 minutes and not a single employee acknowledged myself or my boyfriend or asked to take our order. It ended up being a really embarrassing and uncomfortable experience. The girls working made eye contact with us several times and I would kind of smile to signal I was friendly but one girl answered with a very noticeable eye-roll. We ended up just leaving.

Had a extremely obviously homophobic bartender/manager working behind the bar on back-to-back nights. Voiced my opinion with two separate managers and they were extremely apologetic. I just wanted to follow up to make sure that this individual does not work in hospitality again. 🤬🤬🤬

On November 17th, 2025, around 12:30 PM, I was leaving Ferraris restaurant and heading to my car when I heard yelling coming from the parking lot. When I looked over, it became clear that a confrontation that likely began inside had spilled outside. I witnessed owner Joe Ferrari—whom I’ve previously met as one of the owners—speaking to an employee in an unbelievably harsh and aggressive manner. He was cursing, yelling, and showing absolutely zero respect toward the young man. The employee was a tall, light-skinned male wearing a hat, black hoodie, and black joggers, walking toward a silver SUV. What disturbed me most was when the situation appeared to turn physical. The owner said, “You a tough guy?” and snatched the employee’s hat off his head. Watching someone in a position of power treat an employee like that was deeply uncomfortable and completely unacceptable. The sad part is that Ferraris used to be the spot—a place I never hesitated to book for parties and events. I’ve spent a great amount of money here over the years and always trusted this establishment. But after witnessing this incident, I am completely done. No business should allow this kind of behavior from an owner, let alone direct it toward their own staff. I truly hope this situation is addressed and that the owner faces the consequences he deserves. No workplace should ever tolerate this kind of treatment. As a result, neither I nor my friends and family will be returning.
