Empire Blvd Guida's has great pizza. They have excellent food overall. However, their wings, while good, if you get the Buffalo sauce, it's not really buffalo sauce, it's like buffalo mixed with bbq. While it's still decent, it's just not traditional Buffalo sauce. Just so you know. Other than that, love this place.

There's no better place around town than Guida's Pizzeria's. The best Pan Risen Dough that I have ever had. Many specialty items as well as Chicken Wings are here. They even have great baked goods for purchase.

Never disappointed! I've ordered numerous times from them and not once been disappointed. Always delicious. Pizza is never soggy no matter what you get on it. Super nice too! On time always. Definitely my go to.

The subs are amazing!!! Pizza is no joke either. Have had them cater several family parties the past few years and have had zero complaints which is saying something because we have a few family members that complain about everything. I traveled back to Rochester from Denver once a year to visit family. In my limited time, with only so many meals to indulge in all of my local favorites, I managed to go to Guida's TWO times. I simply had to do it. Their 🐃 🐔 is legendary, but any slice will do. If you don't know now you know!

My brother and I drive from Greece to this location cause the food is always delicious. It's always hot still when I get home and the staff is so friendly! I highly recommend coming here.

This place is the BOMB!!! Everything is so absolutely delicious here with HUGE portions. I have had nothing bad here being both the food and the service. This is my all time favorite pizza joint in the Rochester area. I love the food here and the owner is awesome also. Little high priced, but so well worth it. I'd give this place 20 stars if I could. It feels that Guida's Pizzeria is coming out of the "covid blues" finally. It's open more often and the staffing issues seem to be improving. Other then a few order missteps, i have nothing but praise for this establishment. I love the pizza and the specialty subs. I will continue to order my pizza here.

Been going here for years and would definitely say best pizza and wings in rochester. Customer service is also great. Recently, there was a mix-up on my order (while they were extremely busy), and the owner, Mark, stepped right up and not only have me a coupon for my next order, but also had my correct order delivered right to my house in a very timely manner. They're very consistent with the quality of their food, but if they do make a mistake, they are quick to make it right. Many businesses can take a page out of the Guida's playbook on this one! Thank you Mark and the entire Guida's team! Keep it up!!

Food and service were excellent! Everyone was so friendly, even other customers. It has a hometown, local favorite feel to it. We were just passing through from Florida. We highly recommend it!

Pizza is pretty good. I always stop in to get sheet pizzas for work and want to get one of the individual slices, they look amazing and are huge (bigger than a paper plate)..garlic knots come loaded with garlic butter sauce. Very tasty.

We have been using Guidas catering the past few years and can’t say enough good things about the food and service we have received every time . Every order was perfect and the food was great. Such a great place to eat...the food is always phenomenal and the service is excellent.. get the Schwarzkopf sub .. ( if that's the spelling)... it's to die for. The cookies are excellent also...I've been going there for 15 years and I've loved them since. You won't be dissapointed. Some say it's a bit pricey but you will see that it's worth every penny. Always fresh..

We were visiting from the Clarks Summit and State College, PA areas. This pizza place was a 3 minute walk from where we were staying. It's pretty much a take-out restaurant as opposed to dine-in, which was our intention. The food was delicious (I highly recommend the pickle pizza), and the staff were very friendly.

I always eat at this location staff is friendly and their slices taste so tasty and big enough for two. Definitely a must visit pizza joint for a good pizza at a good price.

Hands down the best pizza and wings in Rochester! Only negative I can give at this point is that they close earlier than most. Otherwise, everything we've ordered has been fast, accurate and delicious! Gives me that "my first pizza job" feels, thanks to all at Guida's!

I don't get to go to Guida's often because it's quite a drive from work/home but when I do get to go it's always a treat! This review is based on my most recent visit (July 26, 2024) Everyone I interacted with was nice & polite and the service was quick. I had a slice of pepperoni pizza this last visit and it was my idea of a perfect pizza, flavorful, not too greasy, not too thick or too thin, perfect sauce-to-cheese ratio, pepperonis perfectly spaced, and the temperature was just right. Previous visits the pizza has always been good and the drinks are kept perfectly chilled. Definitely one of my favorite places to treat myself! The restaurant was clean, the tables and the bathrooms are the main things I usually look at to gauge restaurant cleanliness, the tables were NOT at all sticky and there were NO crumbs or debris on the tables; the bathroom was fully stocked with soap and toilet paper and the garbage was only 1/3 of the way full, the mirror was shiny and spotless, the floor, toilet and sink were all clean, and the bathroom smelled mildly of cleaning products but not overpowering (I have a sensitive nose). Overall: I was quite happy with my most recent visit. I don't get to go to Guida's often because I live a bit far away, and I don't remember past visits well enough to write a review but I know past visits were positive experiences as well.

I apologize for taking the photo after enjoying our meal, but I wanted to share how much food we had left over! Great food, and VERY generous portions. My boyfriend and I each got a sub and a side. I wasn’t expecting to have so much left over especially for the price! The subs were loaded, especially with meat, and the buns are toasted with a nice crunch to them. The fries were crunchy and very flavorful. We also got fried pickles which were very good — the breading was just a little bit heavier/fluffier than I typically like (but that’s just my preference and my boyfriend enjoyed them!) Upbeat atmosphere when we went to pick up the food. Will definitely be back!

Guidas is one of the best pizza places in Rochester. To the brick oven pizza , huge slices , full dinners or their out of this world subs , if you are near Empire BLVD this is a must stop place . The Swartzkoff is a top tier sub and add some of their unique buffalo sauce you won't be disappointed

Asked a handful of locals about a great place to eat pizza and wings, and no one had anything bad to say about Guidas. They did say you need to go to the one on Empire! So we went! The staff was helpful and answered questions about what we wanted. A pizza, and wings! The dough was soft and delicious! The toppings were cooked perfectly. The wings were crisp and not overly soaked in the sauce (although I never mind that). Each bite was like heaven. 10/10 would recommend you stop by and try it out. Seating is limited in the inside, but the chance to eat it right out the oven is worth it!

First time here and the chicken Philly sub was awesome. The chicken is marinated and seasoned perfectly and then add the onion mushrooms and roasted red peppers and the sub is perfect. The small is still an 8 inch sub. Also met Mark the owner and the staff are very friendly. Definitely will return when I am in the area.

We are from Irondequoit and have been trying new places to find our favorites, this is right up there at the top. They are not your average pontillos or salvatores, but offer a different, if I can say, more authentic pizza. Will go back for sure. The wings were wonderful as well, but I can see how ordering might be difficult since they have several wing sauce flavors to choose from. The woman on the phone helped a ton ( I told her I was new to their menu) and guided me into a great choice.

I was with a very close friend who suggested to stop in for a quick slice of cheese and pepperoni. Unbeknownst to me, the slice was served cut in 1/2 and was huge! I'll definitely be back. The menu is amazing and can't wait... 👍🏾😎

I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad order from Guida’s. Their pizza is fantastic, but it’s their subs and wraps that keep me coming back. Only minor complaint is that their dining area is very small, so I wouldn’t recommend eating your food on site unless you are there alone.

Let me tell you the only reason I gave them 4 stars. They messed up my order. But, that is the ONLY reason. I've been eating their pizza since my mother in-law recommended them. And now I too pumps with them. When though they messed up my $40+ order. They made sure to have made it right. They remade my sheet pizza and even delivered it on the house. That is GREAT customer service

Well, all 3 items that I ordered had a problem with them. For example, my burger was missing the lettuce & tomato; the pizza was not cut to order and the 2 Liter soda's were not there. Despite this the food tasted amazing! The driver (owner?) immediately returned with the missing items and was apologetic. So the mishaps didn't end up counting for much when the food was so delicious and the driver quickly returned.

Guides is a classic rochester style pizzeria. The staff is friendly and quick to get your needs taken care of. The inside of this place is clean and cozy, and we'll taken care of. The pizza here is good, just not my favorite. I would however say that the pizza is on a level 8 out of 10, but the wings are what we really go here for. The wings are gigantic... slightly breaded, and come in a variety of epic sauce choices that will all compliment the wings!! If you're nearby and hungry, maybe Guidas is where you should go today?

Guida’s is one of my favorite Pizzeria spots in the Rochester area. Even though they specialize in Pizzas their other foods are good too. Their “Beauty Burger” and loaded fries are top tier 🤌🏽 I’ve also tried their Lemon pepper and Garlic parm wings and their Calzones. All dishes from my experience were good 😊 👍🏽

Their toppings are skimpy! I ordered a medium sausage and extra cheese. And the cheese didn't cover the entire pizza and there was only one piece of sausage on each slice with the exception of one slice which had none. The crust was also thick and bready, but the wings were good.

They have a new staff and the food I ordered was not what I remembered it to be, although I've not been there in over 7 years besides that I still love them and would recommend them over others. Be sure to tell them exactly how you want it made and how much of which condiments, other wise it might get a little sloppy on you.

Guida’s on Empire must be under new ownership. The food is not the same. A Buffalo chicken slice is supposed to have Buffalo sauce on it and taste like Buffalo chicken, like in the past. My slice tasted like just cheese and thin slices of chicken. Definitely not my favorite anymore.

The food is good but the delivery man is so rude with a nasty attitude and I don't like people like that I was going to leave a tip but I'm not going to do that the driver is so mean

Always enjoyed Guida's pizza, but only ever had their pepperoni / cup'n'char. Tried one with chicken bacon and spinach as I've had at other places, but this was the soggiest mess of an excuse for pizza that I've had the displeasure of experiencing. Took one bite and the rest of that half of the pizza went directly to the trash. YMMV but I would recommend sticking the basics here.

Went to this location for about 20 years. Was a big fan, but as of late orders are incorrect, too many that i moved on. I complained to the manager, and let me tell you, this guy is mean. I’m talking yelling at the customer mean-just unprofessional at this point. There’s a lot of pizza joints in Town, gone elsewhere.

This is a review after going to them after over a year. The past few times we got our food there the staff was crazy rude, they were yelling at each other, the wait times got longer, and the wings got worse! Our most recent visit on Saturday April 9th was the worst yet and we are not sure if we will be returning. We ordered online and the wait was 70 minutes. We ordered the food and stated we wanted the wings EXTRA CRISPY. When we went to pick it up they said it will be another 20 minutes, after that time went by they said it will be done in another 15 minutes and told us in a very rude snarky voice "if you want the wings extra crispy they take longer" Finally getting home with the food, the wings were not crispy at all!! They were soggy and we only live 5 minutes away so the sauce wasn't the issue! Not happy at all. The other food was delicious as always but the staff needs a change, not just a manager...all of them!

Received a a Sicilian pizza waited 2 hours and 45 minutes and it was burnt to a point it was uneatable. So disappointed. This was one of my very favorite places to get take out and lately the hot subs are greasy, the wait time is very long and I was charged extra on an assorted because I eliminated one meat. Will not be ordering again. Didn’t get one star because phone and delivery people try so hard and do a great job!

Food is always good. Always takes longer than expected and this time they forgot dipping sauces and part of my fried veggie platter. Called to let them know and they said they would remake it but I didnt want to drive back in the snow so I said goodbye. They called back in 2 minutes and said they would refund the whole veggie platter. Well done guidas. Customer service is better than most places. Update:4/3/22....ordered pickup on grubhub. Said it would be an hour at 345 on a Sunday. Got the text at 5 that it was ready. And I go there and it was not ready. Again, customer service was good they are delivering it for free, but really, come on.

Disappointed tonight with Guidas! Ordered 4 menu items and we only got 3. They forgot the Buffalo chicken wrap. I called right away and the girl said she was very sorry and they will bring it right over. Then 25mins later they still were not there, so again i called and the girl on the phone said let me see whats going on. After going back and forth for 5 mins the manager or owner finally got on the phone and told me they were waiting on the drivers to get back but it was coming now , which didnt make me happy cause now the wrap had been sitting for over a half hour, and when i told him that the gentleman responded with " it will still be Excellent" but the wrap and chips were both Soggy. He says he will be refunding the price on the wrap so i am making sure that happens for sure. This was disappointing cause the order before we ordered 2 subs and 1 was wrong. Now this time i felt could of been handled alot better.

Never a problem til tonight. Phone ordering was so bad. Had to repeat my order 5 times. Picked it up and when I got home there was a hole in the Styrofoam and bag. Sauce everywhere on my table and in my car. Real nice. And my order wasn't done as requested. Probably won't order there again. Sorry.

Another casualty of COVID-19 and Joe Biden. A large cold sub used to fed my family of 3 they were so big for $12. Now a large is exactly 1/2 the size it was the last 10 years we have enjoyed this place. Why not keep the food exactly the same and raise prices? If a hot sub is $16 people would pay that because of the quality food and the large portion size. $12 for 1/2 the portion in subs with the same quality? Not a wise business decision as the pizza is already expensive as hell.

Food is great but I ordered through door dash at this location for the first time the same thing I order from the one on elmgrove road. Elmgrove I order all the time the pasta and buffalo chicken wrap and it's delivered within 30-40 minutes. This place on the other hand. I ordered the same 2 items and it's still not done and I've waited an hour now and my driver went to pick it up and they told him an additional 20 minute wait. That's an hour and a half for 2 items. Sorry but that's just crazy. I get places get busy but are you guys making the sauce from scratch??? I love your guys food and hate giving this review but this is just way too long for 2 items especially when I'm paying extra for delivery etc. It's a wrap and a pasta dish.

Ordered fish sandwich... it’s literally frozen fillets from a store, like Gordon’s fish fillets I would serve my kids. The bread is wonderful... but these tiny fish fillets didn’t cover the sub and literally half of the bread was thrown away. The bread to fish ratio is way off... you would think they would use actual fish instead of frozen store bought boxed fish fillets. Also the lady who took the order was rude, her tone seemed liked it was a bother for her to take my order. I asked questions so I would know what I was ordering(is the fish was fresh) I don’t know if I would order here again... on the plus side their marinara was delicious.

I used to love this place as a child, went there today as a treat to ourselves since we were in the area anyways doing my boyfriends taxes. got there at 215pm and ordered 2 items off the specials menu. we got informed the for my sub and his wrap that it would be about 15-20mins since the cook was "backed up" (there were 2 other couples in there)...after patiently waiting and getting our food and driving 25 mins back to our house in rush from Irondequoit, we sit down to eat just to find out that the food was the complete wrong order 🤦 our bad for assuming someone could do their job and that I shouldn't have to check. I call and the lady was very rude on the phone, we drive back another 25 mins to get our correct order, they inform us that they are finishing up the other sandwich and it will be right out. I told them I was also going to need my money back since this used an insane amount of unnecessary gas. The I'm assuming owner came up and tried to write me a gift certificate for $25! I said that doesn't help my gas and time and why would you think I would come back??? he said it would be a few days till the money goes back on the card with FULL attitude and tossed the pen on the counter at me to sign the refund slip. NEVER again!!! I told him I would not be back and maybe they should train their crew a little better... as I'm leaving he said well you already got a free meal. that's NOT what I wanted. I wanted to be a paying customer who paid $25 as a reward to themselves and got the correct food!

The food is a little pricey for what you get. The other issue I have is that close to 50% of the time my order is incorrect. I usually have missing items or in the.case of the Buffalo chicken salad, there is either barely any chicken or the chicken pieces are so over cooked they are like trying to eat bullets. When you complain the owner freaks out and one employee told me the owner doesn’t do refunds. I keep giving them another chance mostly out of convenience due to living close by but I am over them now. It’s not worth the hassle.

The food here is great but the service sucks! I placed an order for a 5:30 pickup and finally received my order at 6:40. This is the second Superbowl Sunday in a row I have waited over an hour past my schedule time. If they can't handle there order load they should take less orders, people should be packed in the store waiting over an hour.

Terrible service. I ordered at 12:15 for a pickup at 5:30. I understand it was super bowl and I was understanding when the person who took my order asked for a little wiggle room on the time because of it. We didn't get our food until 6:40. They should know their limits and if they can't get food out in a reasonable timeframe, don't keep accepting orders! Never again!

The wings might be great when the right people are working. The pizza dough might be "fresh made daily" but their pizza is always raw, toppings never stay on, and the worst part? Over priced and in the trash where it belongs. No thanks I don't want to spend the next 2 days on the toilet. Grease grease grease

Ok, so here’s the deal. 24 wings are NOT $16.99 like it said online. They are $21.99. When asked about the price, they said No they’re $21.99. I ordered 12 sweet and sour BREADED & got non breaded. Nice customer service. Never again

So I really like this place a lot. The wings if you get them are great when they're done right. I've not had a good consistency getting these wings the last time I ordered they gave me the wrong wings I call back the girl I talked to was great she told me they were going to make me 6 drums since mine only came with flats I even offered to return them because I know their policy but she told me I could keep the wings and I said thank you my son and I started eating the wings I got a call back the gentleman had told me to please bring the wings back and I said OK I'm sorry I ate a couple he said that's OK when I went back to get my wings because they had made a full order since I had to return the other ones he tells me we only made you 10 because you ate 2 in my mind i was like wow really I didn't wanna argue because in all i had to wait another 45 mins for wings that was not my mistake and give me attitude because i ate 2 wings i was given permission to eat with the first calljust took the wings and probably will never go back

These folks have really dropped off in the last year. Not one employee wears their mask correctly. The food quality has gone completely downhill. To top it off, my husband got food poisoning from a sub there march, 2020. We were once loyal customers who will no longer be frequenting the establishment.

I would I would leave 0 stars if I could! Went to pick up a pizza I ordered that was supposed to be ready and they told me another 20 minutes. They got busy..not an excuse! Waited another 20 minutes in my car and went back in.. they had the nerve to say another 15 minutes! For a small pizza and some fried mushrooms! Ridiculous! Stay away!

After waiting for 25 minutes for a simple burger, and watching 2 other customers who ordered after me, I asked for a refund as I could no longer wait. I was told that it takes 20 minutes to make a simple burger, which seems excessive unless the cooks have special needs or are incompetent. I was refused a refund, and will NEVER enter this establishment again.

Do not order from Guidas!!! We spent $40.00 for nothing. We ordered Cajun butter hot wings and received plain wings with a side of sweet and sour 🤮 we also ordered a slice that we never received and an order of mozzarella sticks that were frozen. This was from the empire location that we will never order from again but I also work at Rochester tech park in gates and would order from that Guidas location frequently and will never do that again either. Terrible food and service.

So I haven't been to Guidas in a while so I went to grab a wrap the way I like it. I get the wrap.....eat it. I had the house chips with it; and when I went to eat the chips I seen a hair in it. So I went back, showed them the evidence. And the big body woman who's always in the front most of the time when I come and order; came to me and I told her there was a hair in my food and she tells me they'll make me a new one. So I asked her could I just get it for another time because I wasn't going to eat it. She was a bit rude and stern about it and says "no we have to give it to you now." So originally, the Ceasar wrap comes with grilled chicken; I ordered it fried. When I got the "remake, it was HORRIBLE. It was stuffed with lettuce and Parmesan cheese. No dressing lol. Barely any fried chicken. I thought that was very rude and unpleasant. I never have problems coming here. Until today. But I didn't understand why she wouldn't just give me a credit. She didn't apologize or nothing for the experience. You're running a business and I'm a paying customer. I wasn't rude or nasty to her, I was very discreet about the situation. It was horrible service I hope she sees this MY NAME IS NOVEMBER . And hopefully when I come back and try again.... it'll be better service . No one's day is ever that bad to where you can't leave your problems at home.

I am so sad to have to write such a poor review, because this used to be our go-to pizza place...but every experience we've encountered here in the last few months have been horrible. Our orders are NEVER ready when we get there ( we've even gone 15-20 minutes late), multiple times we've gone in and the guy is yelling, cursing, and slamming things around in the back. And this most recent time, we showed up 25 minutes late, and they somehow managed to " lose" our pizza. Didn't offer to rectify the situation at all and just said sorry, gonna need another 15 minutes... the food is good though!!

Tried here again. It was surprisingly worse. Simple Pepperoni pizza, 12 "mild" wings. And some meatballs. Pizza: really sloppy, cheese spread was not even at all, undercooked bottom, cut was terrible, overall looked like the pizza guy didn't care or really was an amateur. The wings... when ordering mild, you think Buffalo style mild. This is like they threw hot sauce in their pizza sauce and added BBQ. Pretty awful. There's just a lot of misses here from top to bottom but I don't have enough space to elaborate. Definitely skip this place.

I want them to be good. They used to be good. Then they were hit or miss for a while. Now it’s always something wrong. Marinara instead of salsa, no salad dressing in the bag, taking online orders even though the store is closed (which you discover after driving there), old dry chicken on my sub that even the dogs won’t eat, not able to process a refund for items ordered but not available (after you drive to the store). I keep wanting to give them another chance, because it used to be good, but it’s pretty much constant disappointment lately.

Ordered a meat lovers pizza and wings several weeks ago. The wing order was incorrect and the pizza made me and my husband sick. The first manager I spoke to was OK and said we would get a credit. That never happened until I called again and spoke to a different manager. What I received from this manager was ATTITUDE and basically telling me that nobody had complained during the period of time we placed our order and "did you know there is a throw up bug going around"? Clearly eluded that we didn't get sick from their food and likely due to this so called "throw up" bug! We have ordered from them before and have been satisfied with the exception of this past order. We did in fact receive our credit. However, what they lost is our patronage which means they lose money. To be honest, I care less about the money and more about the ATTITUDE this particular person took with me. We are grown adults and no reason to receive this kind of treatment either in person or on the phone. My last agenda item is to contact the owner- not because I expect anything in return but to at least express myself.

Placed an online order at 10:00 a.m. for a noon pickup, waited an extra 20 minutes for my pizza to be done. Ask for a discount they they said no and stated Fridays are busy. Terrible excuse customer service is atrocious. Food is delicious though

Ordered the Schwarzkopf. Ended up getting a soggy disgusting sub drenched in mayo and whatever else

First time ordering from this location. Love the one on Elmgrove and consider it one of the best. But this location is not great. The quality is there but the execution is poor. Some slices didn’t have cheese, or half the slice wasn’t covered with cheese. Slices not uniform in size. Ordered roasted peppers and one slice had an entire pepper (too much) and another had the tiniest piece. Also ordered mushrooms and it looked like someone tossed them on from 10 feet away and they landed on a pile. Just comes across and lazy, rushed, and uninspired. I can’t believe I spent $30 on this.

Older lady on phone not very nice at all! Very rude while taking order. Will be taking business elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Complete and total sloppy mess that was inedible. I have never in my 30 years of life returned something to a restaurant but this was that bad lol

Don’t get slices here! They charge over $7.00 for one slice! Not worth it and the pizza isn’t even good. I ordered a cheese pizza by the way nothing else. That’s way too expensive. Save your money! You can go buy multiple frozen pizzas and make them yourself for that price and it would probably be a lot better honestly. It also is burnt. Horrible!

I had the unfortunate pleasure of attempting to purchase pizza at Guida's. While waiting, I noticed that both TV stations had Fox new playing in both directions. Fox news station in my opinion has a history of spreading a narrative of lies, political bias, and a society of political/ cultural division. I will not tolerate and accept such blatant discrimination, racism, and propaganda from FOX news / or any business that spreads their rhetoric in the circumference of my eye sight !! I have been a customer of Guida's for over 15 years. I am also mindful and respectful of one's political association but I REFUSE to PARTICIPATE, ENGAGE, Do Business, or spend my money in such an establishment!!! In addition, the quality of the food, chicken wings, and pizza has definitely changed. So I kindly, ask the clerk to refund me my money. I will also be informing my family, friends, and coworker's to CANCEL ALL PURCHASES EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY !!!! Ciao & Arrivederci Guilda !!!

And December 26, my wife and I ordered a white pizza with spinach and roasted red pepper topping. We were told that it would take 45 minutes to pick it up and we arrive promptly. I paid my $21 and change for the pizza and added a 30% tip! When I arrive to our destination, we found that the pizza was not a white pizza but rather a regular cheese pizza with the toppings we requested so I called back to share that they did not provide us the pizza we ordered! We were told that the only way that we can get a correction was to bring the pizza immediately back and that was our only option!! I responded by saying how is that possible that you messed up the pizza and you’re telling me that there’s no possible way for us to get a credit for a pizza unless we bring the pizza back tonight! I stated that I would be coming back in to see the manager (gentlemen) that we often see cooking behind the grill And that they behavior was totally unacceptable! When I arrived on Saturday around 11:15am. The assistant manager was Lyn S., when I identified myself and the issue I had that evening she immediately went behind the counter and Retrieved a posted note hanging there. She stated that the folks last night had offered to deliver me a pizza and I hung up! Think about it why would I hang up the phone, then arrive there complaining about a pizza that now they claimed that they were willing to deliver to my home, and yet I hung up, please help me make sense of that claim, you can’t because it’s a bold face lie. Now, Lyn is frustrated with me because I proclaimed that that was not truthful or factual. Lyn was just complaining about how short staffed they are and have no time. She was extremely impatient with me. Didn’t want to hear anything I had to say she just wanted me to leave without being heard! She repeatedly exclaimed, how short staffed they were and too busy to listen to a customer complaint about their poor service coupled with lies to cover their butts! This is clearly a reflection of leadership on their shifts. Lyn finally offered me a “OOPS, Sorry for our recent blunder Coupon”! As a customer, we had to do way to much to receiver the proper response! The photo illustrate below reflects we are loyal customers (Guida’s Bucks) being treated poorly! I only want the respect, entitled to a loyal customer who spends money repeatedly at your establishment. Getting the same type of treatment on two different occasions really makes me question whether or not this is a establishment worthy of my time and my spin ( My Dollars)! Yes, our feeling are hurt, it feeling like a a break up… This is a message to the leadership. If you have your Assistant Managers behaving in such a poor manner you will have value customers leaving, who may not leave you with an explanation, something is broken you must address this!
